Super happy customer!!! They are great! I had them replace a large section of my old drains under my house that was built in the late 50's. I don't think they thought I would actually crawl under the house and check their work, but I did. And I was very impressed with how professional a job they did. No more drain issues at all! I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a large plumbing and HVAC job on a very old house.   Called Carl and he quickly scheduled an appointment.   On the HVAC, he had to order equipment.  As soon as it arrived he was able to install the HVAC  and then came back for the plumbing.  Unfortunately, as with an old house and previous owner repairs, he ran into some problems, but was able to make the repairs.   Carl is very responsive and kept me updated on all issues and cost.  He is professional and reasonable.   I would highly recommend him.

Short septic line clogged up with grease.  Fairly responsive service.  BUT they managed to break off 2 hose connections and a 2way faucet tee.  I didn't know this until I tried to use it several days  later.  Got reimbursed ( after 3 weeks and 3 phone calls) for it but I'm wondering why they s decided tge connections had to be destroyed for no apparent reason.  If you use them  be present and watch them.

I called Gary Singleterry when we had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He said he was working at a rental and was only about a half mile away. Two and one half hours later he had not arrived. I called back and he said he was painting and would come when he was done and could not tell me when that would be. When I told him I had been waiting for two and a half hours he LAUGHED at me and said I didn't know you were going to wait. What did this idiot think I was going to do. This man has no respect for his customers or for their time.

The so-called plumber that came out cut a hole in the ceiling to find a leak. He did not find it, and left the hole for me to have repaired. Told me i would now need yo remove linen cabinet to find leak. I did not, and sent him packing. Before repairing ceiling, I called a non-American Home Shield plumber who found the leak upstairs, and he did not need to open downstairs ceiling to find it, nor did any cabinetry need to be removed.
