Had a sewer emergency late in the day, and they were able to come out and handle the problem quickly at a reasonable price. If you are in a crunch. I would give them a call first.

I needed a replacement water heater the same day, and called a few plumbers for estimates.  At Brown's, I spoke with Chris (Brown) who was knowledgeable and personable.  The price he quoted was right in line, or a little bit less than the others I called (and a LOT less than a family member just paid another company).  Being a busy day, Chris came out with his technician so I had the chance to meet him. I had called at 8am, and they were here, done and gone by 11:30am.  I especially liked that they called shortly before coming just to let me know they were on their way.  They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves.  Based on this experience, Brown's will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

We needed our whole sewer system replaced.  The cleanout was in the basement.  Put there when they put a basement under this house in 1968.  The clay was broken  and things were backing up.  They were called and they came out and gave us an estimate.  We set up a appointment  and they showed up that day and when I got off work for lunch they were already done.   They hooked up 3 feet down at our basement and went out 30 feet to a main 10 feet down.    Excellent  job.   Eveything works smoothly.  I would highly reccomend them.

Unclogged our sewer when it was 8 degrees and 6.5 inches of snow. I'd call that super service. We've been in this house for 20 years and this is the 3rd time we have needed him.  Fast, friendly, dependable,  and reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.
