Called them to have vanity and toilet removed months later. They send this guy Chris out who shows up 15 mins late, overly fake nice, says its a 2 hour job and contractor pushes him out at 1 hour since its done. He returns next time to put it back and I sign saying dont run the clock, 1 hour please, supervisor says hes slow but Ill try to get him going, they charge me for more, whatever, Ill just use someone else next time but oh no, they screwed up. Great!

No water should be on the grout while it dries. Its Sunday, everything under the vanity is wet and it was supposed to be dry till Friday at the least, plumber left Thursday am. It was soaked through the vanity. No mention of buying a new vanity of course! Joe, the supervisor comes, no apology. It wasnt tightened he says but it is now, he thinks its all fine so I ask, will it leak again?  Maybe, it might expand. Why didnt the other guy tell me that or you until I asked? Shouldnt I fix this to avoid future leaks? Crickets from Joe, he stared. Maybe they dont want a big job, maybe the Chris dude didnt know, I sure dont trust people who do the bare minimum and leave when I probably need new pipes in wall and no one told me, how would I know outside of a disaster? What if its leaking in wall?

Joe didnt look under the toilet to check Chris's work. He didnt look under the floor of the vanity, even though I said check to see if he made errors like this there too. Wouldnt it make sense to check the other work since this happened? He didnt. The contractor said the plumber struggled and put 3 wax rings under the toilet so Joe said the floor might not be level with the toilet - the contractor just did the floor so yes, its level. He said its not overtime, I came because you sounded mad, who wouldnt be? Why would I pay you to come fix your errors? If it needed more work, you should have told me, not put it together, leave and then it leaks days later or maybe on Thursday! It could have leaked on my grout and ruined it. He said its on tile, if its leaking its ok - not if the grout wasnt dry!! I still dont know if its ok since he didnt move the vanity.

Horrible supervisor, horrible second plumber (first plumber was great).

This was the second time I needed a plumber & a GOOD ONE! I was so impressed with the first time I needed a good plumber so, I called & they were at my house that afternoon. Fixed my issue (mainline water clog) Warner my service technician was professional, polite & kept me informed.
I highly recommend this company & if/when I need a GOOD PLUMBER, I'll for sure call Dunstan. Thanks for the great service!

I have been meaning to post a review for the Millenia as they are a high service type business and genuinely care about their customers. Our builder selected Millenia to supply all of the sinks, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment for our home. Dennis at Millenia is outstanding to work with and he went out of his way to assist us even after the 1 year warranty period was over.

Jim is wonderful. He came out on Thanksgiving to clear out our sink after too many potato skins got caught in the disposal. We are so grateful to him! He has also helped us with other projects around the house and I will certainly recommend him to everyone we know.

I needed help readying my house for a move. Scheduling a visit for an estimate and receiving the estimate happened in one day. In fact, communication throughout the process was outstanding. Valter took down multiple hangers, pulleys and storage accessories in my garage and patched the holes. He even offered to paint them. Then, he tackled the job that was giving me nightmares--disassembling an entire audio/video system with loads of wiring and connections, all behind and around a wall-hung entertainment center. He accomplished both jobs in two hours AND set my remaining equipment up so I could still watch TV. Valter was cordial and respectful of me and my home and his wife, Bibi, was a great scheduler and communicator. I have full confidence that my upcoming jobs will be handled with the same high level of skill and professionalism!

We had some wainscoting cracking in our home, before just having it fixed up we wanted to find the issue causing it. The main water pipe is on the same wall, so for peace of mind we called ALD to come out to make sure we did jot have a pipe leak. When Dave came out he immediately got moisture readings on his device. After testing our pipe there was absolutely no evidence of a leaking pipe. This was of course good news, but Dave did not stop there, he was determined to help find the culprit. After investigating different areas, he found that our window frame was the culprit, showed me exactly how and why! Now we can fix everything knowing the exact issue and we did not tear our walls apart doing so! For a mysterious possible home leak I can not recommend ALD enough!

We had an emergency leak at a rental house on a Saturday; Carlos answered his phone (everyone else was an answering machine) and offered some hands on solutions since he was in the middle of a job and not able to rush over there.

He was very nice and made multiple calls to both me and my tenant.  Thankfully, we were able to resolve this issue without an emergency call.  I totally would use him in the future.

My gas water heater stopped working and they came out and replaced it.  They were very nice to deal with and they did an excellent job.  I would definitely use them again!

They ended/sold their residentail AC division and left customers high and dry.  They sold us the wrong unit fo our home, installed it poorly and forced an oversized unit into a small space and since then we have been without AC several times in just 2 years.  They have replaced several coils, the thermostat, etc etc and STILL we are having issues.  The humidity in the house wont go below 50%.  The Trane rep is trying to help us.  This company is a joke and is clueless.

Great service and very honest! He repaired my irrigation system &  and adjusted all sprinkler heads. The cost was very reasonable & John was very professional and well experienced !! Thank you so much...! :)

They were the ONLY company to come out on a Sunday to fix both of my broken toilets. Another plumber said they come out on Thursday 0_o.

I have utilized Absolute Best Plumbing personally and referred them several times. From replacing sink dispensers to bathroom projects . They have quick response time and finish their work on time . Edgar was a pleasure to work with . Great job!

Hard Service one look at ac. Tech was on time but could not get valve open to check level of refrigerant. Charged 99 dollars for service call and left.
Service one sent second tech next day with control board, told me this should fix it. Then tech stated that the freon was low and added 4 pounds of A410 refrigerant for 115 per pound ok. I asked if it was the board or the low refrigerant and tech said it was both. Then charged me about 300 for the board with a 50-dollar board return. I asked tech if I could keep board and he said it would be 750 dollars.  But only gave me 50 for return. Looked board up on line 179.00 What?  Ok you win.   When I got the bill there was a charge for leak detection 100 and some dollars. Ok, but then the tech said if refrigerant leaks out again you will have to replace the coils in the air handler.  Well, if there is a leak and I paid to locate it should we not fix it now, so I don't have to refill the freon again. What do I know, right.
Called that day to get answers and was told that the owner would get back to me on Monday, never received call back.  Left two massages no return call.
If you like poor customer service, I would, call Service one for you air conditioning service.  I will never use them again.
Tech attitude became very combative when asked about control board and the need to replace it.
Some calls to Service one's office were done by my wife for me because of my work hours.

THEY RIP YOU OFF!  Do not let them anywhere near your house.  We called a service to request a plumber, this company was selected from the dispatch company.  REFUSE SERVICE because they will take your money and never fix your house!!!!  Worst company to deal with!!!
