I had a bum ceiling light that wouldn't work (even after a bulb change). David Kehr recommended Colonial Electric (Blaine) to me for the job, and they were simply fantastic!

They were very responsive and timely. I messaged Blaine, and he told me to call Cindy at his office. The guys came over the very next morning after I filed my work order with Cindy. And about Cindy-- she answered all of my questions, was super helpful, and made this process quite painless as this was my very first electrician call! #Adulting

My issue was fixed in a matter of minutes (literally, like 15 minutes) and the price tag was more than fair. I was holding my breath on that part and squealed with glee when the gave me a price that I was more than willing to pay and added a $30 discount.

I called this business this morning. I needed some help trouble shooting an issue. I was ready to hire them. The guy I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and really seemed trustworthy. But he helped me resolve my issue over the phone! I will for sure reach out to this company if I have an issue that I can't resolve. I was really impressed with how willing they were to help.

Based on a recommendation from my boss, I called Goodson Electric (Gainesville, FL) to inquire about installation of a electrical outlet for our RV (camper) on our garage on a Monday (work was completed 4 days later!). I could tell right away they knew what they were talking about (have heard horror stories from friends who had bad/incorrect service from OTHER local companies -- they fried their RVs when the plugged into the incorrectly wired outlets -- very, very expensive repairs).

They were extremely professional and friendly in all communications -- and didn't mind my questions at all.

Goodson came out 4 days after my initial phone call, were on time, did the job correctly, quickly, and cleanly, and charged a fair price (I thought about doing this myself, but getting this done correctly, safely, and professionally was a way better use of my time!). Other than a perfectly installed RV outlet, you couldn't even tell they'd been there.

It was nice to find a local electrician who was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They will DEFINITELY be my first call next time I need any electrical work done. Highly recommend these folks!

I hired Hart Electric to do some electric work for me and they did an amazing job. They have one of those trucks that can change parking lot lights at our business. The guy they sent said they do all levels of work.

They showed up on time, were friendly and seemed competent.  But, they had two jobs to do (which they knew beforehand), they didn't do half of it because they didn't have the parts or ability.

If they had said that first, I would've done the easy part and hired someone else.   Disappointing.  

(And the office doesn't even ask how they did, they just ask for payment).

does not answer his calls. i have been trying to get a call back since last monday.. BEEN WORKING IN THE DARK SINCE THEN.
