Called on a Monday because our heat was turned off due to a gas line being hit. Was told they would be there by Tuesday 2-3 pm. Left Tues for work and returning on a Friday. Called on Fri afternoon on the dirve home to confirm repair was done. Was told the work was not done, and they could do following week. Asked why I did not get a call saying they could not make the appointment. Given no reason other than they are busy and they can come next week. Extremely rude and deflective. No apology. Responsible for hosting thanksgiving with no heat, and no ability to cook the turkey. Was told to call someone else if I want it fixed today. Now I'm in a position where I have to call another company and request an emergency repair at 4pm on a Friday.
