Thanks for checking out our yelp page, I'm Steve Williams and I hold multiple electrical certification licenses through Dekalb, and the City of Chicago supervising electrician's exam, one of the most difficult electrical exams in the country. I have a very strong background in electrical troubleshooting and solving unusual problems. I've done new construction, in all the markets of commercial, industrial and residential work, I am a very well rounded electrician due to being in the industry for over 30 years. My partner, Phil, holds his electrical certification through Downers Grove, he has over 15 years experience in the trade doing all 3 divisions of electrical work and troubleshooting.

VIP Electric has worked on all of my high-end Kitchen, Bathroom and Whole house remodel projects for the last 8 years and still continue to do all of my projects. My clients, along with myself and my company have been extremely satisfied with their quality of work, communication and attention to detail. In the high-end, luxury remodeling market quality work is expected hands down. The majority of my clients have also had VIP Electric do additional work in their home after the project with me is completed. I highly recommend them for any project. You get what you pay for so if you want it done the right way they are the company you want to work with.
My kitchen outlets were not working and thought I play electrician, reset the electric panel and still not working. Called VIP Electrical ( Phil ) and he was able to come to my home within the hour.
Diagnosed the problem and had them working within 10 minutes. Fast, competent and VERY fair rate. Will be calling VIP Electrical for all my future Electrical needs.
The best companies to work with are the ones that come in and fix a problem taking away all stress and once complete leaving the client assured that they received top notch service (which I did ).

Phil and Steve are the best electricians! Phil was easy to communicate with via phone/email and provided a competitive estimate. They added 4 can lights over our stairs, an office rough-in, and hung 2 heavy chandeliers! They were flexible with our tight schedule and are super friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I contacted VIP because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Steve was fast to respond and showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. He had it figured out within 20 minutes (there was a short in the wire inside the conduit). He explained and showed me everything he found thoroughly and was great to deal with and the repair price was fair. I would definitely use them again.
Amazing service, quick to respond and very competitive pricing. They installed can lights and moved some outlets around - called them on Monday, the work was completed on Thursday. Stellar service, can't wait to use them again!
Phil Saso came out and fixed our electrical outlet issues after a very brief assessment of the problem. He was even able to mount our new television the same evening. Not only was he very professional, knowledgable, and efficient, but personable, caring, and honest. He is fair and reliable. We are extremely pleased with the results and will definitely give VIP Electrical Services, Inc. a call if we need other electrical work done. Great job Phil!
Contacted via Yelp about a quote for hooking up our hot tub. They replied in a matter of minutes and we're here the next morning to give me an estimate. They were able to fit us into their schedule the following day for the install. Professional, friendly, and courteous. It was a rainy day, they worked right through it and even laid out drop cloths to avoid getting dirt and mud on our floors. Once they were finished, they stuck around while the tub filled to make sure everything worked. Highly recommended!!

Contacted via email, asked for quote and set the job up. They worked me in quickly, arrived on time, and did good work. Nice, friendly guys who get the job done. What more can you ask for? I will definitely use them again.
I called Phil this morning regarding replacing our old flora scent lamp with a newer LED light fixture and add a new small chandelier . Phil called me back with the timing in 15 minutes and promptly arrived at the scheduled time . He fixed the light and the chandelier (which needed a lot of patience to hang the crystals). Being new a new home owner ,I had a lot of questions for him which he promptly answers . I think we have found our electrician in the aurora area and would recommend him to friends .

Excellent service, quick to respond to my quote request and all questions, thank you Steve. Phil came out right on time, attention to detail, explained the installation. I really appreciated the attention to detail, We had a fan to install with 2 colors, Phil made sure to ask me which side we wanted, asked if we wanted the remote installed. It's very rare to find such true skilled professionals as VIP Electrical. Fair price. A good electrician is worth their weight in gold. Highly recommend!
Phil is a gem! We had scheduled with a different electrician, but somehow, wires got crossed. We are moving into a townhome that looks like it has some iffy electrical issues. When it looked like the original electricians were unable to come out to look at the issue in a timely fashion, I called VIP Electrical Services. I had little hope that we could schedule when I originally wanted because it was just 3 days away and he let me know he was really busy. But he scheduled me for first thing in the morning on the day that we needed!! Can't tell you how much I value a company going out of their way to accommodate a customer, especially when the mix up had nothing to do with them. I will give VIP my business any day of the week. I wish I could give more stars. My husband found VIP on Yelp as we were getting ready to do a major kitchen renovation and our village code required all kinds of upgrading seemingly unrelated to that project in order to get a permit. Over the course of nearly a year we relied on Steve and Phil to get us through some of the most aggravating circumstances - including doing work while we were on vacation. My brother in law and father in law, who were there to let them into our home while we were away even commented on how great they are. They persevered with a really uncooperative village to get our electricity up sooner rather than later after working all day on our panel and moving stuff around outside to get things up to code. When we finally were ready to actually start work on our kitchen, we insisted that they be our electricians even though we were getting resistance from the designated general contractor of a big box hardware chain that was doing the rest of the work. I am so glad we stuck with VIP - they are consistently on time and always professional, and in our case PASSING INSPECTION the FIRST TIME (not so with the big box contractors we used). They are not geographically close to us, but as long as they are willing to make the trip, we will ONLY hire them for electrical work. We've already had them estimate our next project - and yes, they are very fairly priced as well.
