The plumber who came to my house could not determine the solution to the plumbing leak and had to call his supervisor asking question about the repair needed at my house several times.  At the end he charged me over $500 and it was not what needed to be done.  I called a different plumbing company and they did fixed the problem, but it cost me an additional $405.  Will never hire the Pink Plumber.

I advise anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company Pink Plumber is not the company. I had an service agent come to my house to give me an estimate for a sewer leak and this guy came in stating that its going to be expensive. This was after he charged me $430.00 for video that he did not take. The service guy took my toilet out ran a suppose to be a video camera down the hole of the toilet and said I have a leak from my bathroom to my living room and that's going to be at least 10,000.00. That day he charged me for that video service and kept telling me you have some great pictures. When he sent me the video the only pictures I had was a picture in my bathroom floor and a picture of hole where the toilet use to sit. I called the office to complain and spoke to someone who did not give me his name and he stated that he agreed with me regarding the pictures and he could send the same guy back or another guy. After getting another estimate and the leak was not were the Pink Plumber guy said, I did not want them in my house. I asked to get a refund or half if my $430.00 back and was told he would give me $100.00 back. Please watch out for this company and I'm going to the BBB on them. Please read reviews!! Really wish I could them a Zero..:

This rating is solely based on the phone service I got inquiring whether or not the Company could help me with a project.    They have a service fee for showing up whether or not they can fix your issue and as mine seemed complicated I wanted to talk to a technician- not just a receptionist about whether or not they felt confident they'd be able to fix my issue.   After going back and  forth with her for quite awhile, she FINALLY agreed to have a technician call me by the end of the day.
Never heard from anyone.
Went with another company who came out to access the situation for  free and was able to complete the repair in a couple hours.

They use bait and switch tactics to up charge you after giving you a quote on the phone.  They charge a ridiculous amount for a diagnostic and then only credit half of that to the repair. They take advantage of the fact that you can't really wait to have a septic tank/plumbing issue fixed and try to scare you with how many really, really bad things could happen. They have many, many open complaints on the BBB site based on all of these issues.

After several trips to Home Depot to resolve an incompatibility issues with my new kitchen faucet and my existing plumbing, my wife suggested we call the Pink Plumber to install the new faucet. I talked with a very pleasant person over the phone who set up a 4 hour window for the technician to arrive, gave a price to evaluate the situation, and stated that the tech would call 1 hour before arrival. After not hearing from anyone within 30 minutes of the latest arrival time we called back and were informed that they were really behind and would work until 7 that evening. At 6:45, while I'm standing once again in the plumbing aisle of Home Depot looking for a solution to my problem, and actually finding it, I was called by the call center person who informed me that they could not come that evening and would like to reschedule for the next day. I politely informed them that I would attempt once again to do it on my own.
The great news is that I was successful.
The bad news is it was without the help of the Pink Plumber crew.
A call back from them hours before might have given them a chance to repair my problem.

It would be a zero is that was an option. Overpriced. Poor communication. Work quality is poor and they do not guarantee their work. Replaced a shower cartridge that took 20 min. Charged over 350.00. Then it stopped working in less than a year and they would offer nothing.  DO NOT use them. You will be sorry and spend lots of money.

The sewage line backed up and I needed a fast response. They were the only company willing to come out as quickly as I needed. Not only was Jack quick but he was super friendly and easy to work with. He not only fixed my issue but also provided me with a quote that was quite reasonable to get a permanent resolution to the much larger problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of quick, reliable, and friendly service.

They are severely overpriced. All other companies deduct the service fee if you proceed with the work.  If you ask them to waive the fee the will do it but you should have to.   300$ for about 30 minutes of work.

WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT.  I had a leak in my backyard which I believed was due to a broken water spigot.  I showed their technician the leak and the water spigot and, without even moving a bit of dirt around, told me it was not the spigot.  I asked him to look at the irrigation meter and see if he could turn it off to assess whether it was from the outside water lines or not - and he said the cover was locked and he could not access the meter.  He told me to call a leak detection company, which I did the next morning.  I cost me $350 for them to tell me the leak was from the spigot.  The leak specialist was able to lift the irrigation meter cover without any problem and easily turn the water off.  I can't even imagine what my water bill is going to be.  It would be not be as high if the technician had turned the water off 24 hrs prior.

Update: 2/2015.
After having filed a dispute with our credit card company, we finally received a response. We were refunded a reasonable amount. I was willing to settle at what would be at the highest acceptable charge for this service in our area. A lesson learned for us.

If I had written this on Sunday would have been a negative review. I will not name the service guy that came to our house when our water heater died. I also will not name the Pink Plumber representative who hung up on my husband when he called for information as to why they wouldn't honor our warranty

But after several calls they did finally honor our warranty and replaced our water heater. The gentleman who came to do the work Darrin Ross redeemed the company and was professional, personable and a breath of fresh air after the previous interaction with Pink Plumber employees

He is a keeper and an asset to the company

Thank you Mr Ross!!!

Broken internal mechanism in toilet tank.  Called Saturday morning and was given Sunday morning four hour window for service.  They called Sunday morning and said they couldn't make it our and wanted to reschedule for during the week, which I can't do.

When I told them that I would have called another plumber if they had only told me they couldn't make it on the weekend, the scheduler asked me, Do you only have one toilet!  I told her that it wasn't a matter of how many toilets I have, but that they should honor their commitments and schedule more realistically.

Very disappointed...wanted to try someone who gave to charity, but they must be competent as well

We had a midday plumbing emergency in our only bathroom and called the pink plumber as they had generally good reviews online. We were told no one was immediately available (which I understand as it was a Sunday afternoon) and we' were given a four hour (3-7pm) window for a plumber to arrive  After two hours passed by at approx 4:30 pm, we were called back by the company receptionist and told that no one would be able to come out that day/evening because of a mandatory staff meeting @ 7:30pm. They would have to come out the next day.

The company claims to offer 24/7 emergency service but cannot send someone out because of a staff meeting? At this point we were forced to call around for another company.  After scheduling another company for that same evening we called the pink plumber back to cancel their services. During this call the same receptionist who  called us back also answered our second call and informed us that the staff meeting was actually for the next morning in an attempt to keep our business.

Based on this experience I would not trust anything these people do. If they can't hire someone who can keep up with a schedule, you can't trust them to offer decent service.

We bought a fixer upper so we had to do a LOT of plumbing fixes on the house and the septic tank.  We first worked with Shannon to inspect the septic tank.  He came back out to service, fix, and change the necessary items for the two septic tanks.  He was on time, friendly and helpful.
Steve was our indoor plumber.  He came out one day to see what all needed to be done, realized the job ahead and the parts needed and planned to come back the next day.  He spent the better part of the day there fixing sinks, tubs, replacing the water heater and piping.  He was always professional and friendly.  He answered all my questions.  And was considerate in making his return appointment around my schedule.  He even picked up some of the lighting I put out specifically for him in the crawl space.
We are now preferred customers (which is $65) because it saved us on all the other services provided.  So no doubt we'll be calling them back for future needs.
I also worked with Jerry and Simon (in the office).  Both men were very helpful in assisting us with our requests.
My only beef with The Pink Plumber is that if you do not have your phone with you every second when they call to tell you they are on the way, the office staff must leave you a message saying to call back within 10 mins or they will re-direct the service technician.  Unfortunately on both calls, we were away from our phone for 1 min and that's when they called.  The messages seemed extremely threatening and annoying, especially since I had already been waiting for them for 2 hours and walked away to see how long their window was (4 hrs).  So I did complain to the office staff about that protocol.  They also had my spouse's number and called the other number when they didn't get us at first, so perhaps a more pleasant hey, we'll try the other number on file, but please call us back within 10 mins would be preferred.

I called PP at 1:12 PM Monday and requested a plumber to unplug a drain.
I was promised servicee between 3 and 7  PM today and someone will call
you 1 hour ahead of coming.

It is 8:30 PM and I haven't heard a word from anyone and when I call back at
6:35 PM I was told they would send a message to the on-call technician.

No phone call, no service, thumbs down on this company.

I will give them a 1 str only because it's only way I can post this.

Burnt me bad on a part!  Sir, this part is extremely hard to find and will cost you $350 to $400!  Luckily, we have one in stock!  I don't mind paying for the service/work, or a part.  And I fully expect you to make a nice profit.  But, $400 on a part that cost you $25??

I asked for the part number, so maybe I could find it on my own.  Guy purposely gives me the wrong #.  I said I would still have him do the work, but just wanted to see if I could find the part elsewhere.  He had me bent over a barrel, so I paid when I couldn't find the part.  I took a picture, and sent it to Kohler though.  Couple days later, they replied with part # and price of $19.95 dlvd.  Asked at Lowes, and they said they could special order for $25.

Spoke with the General Manager, and he couldn't have cared less.  After about the 2nd lie, I gave up trying to speak with him!

Shannon from pink plumber came on Super Bowl Sunday and took care of a serious main line clog at my home. He was in time friendly and professional. I told him my nightmare and how I was trying to get to a party soon when this this happened. He said he could take care of it and try to get it done so I could still keep my plans. He did a great job!! The line was moving again and he had everything set in about a hour.  You have a good employee at Pink Plumber and if that's how all of the business is done then, I'll will tell everyone. Thanks Shannon!!!

Although we were unable to use The Pink Plumber for our septic pumping and inspection due to our long and very narrow gravel driveway, they arrived on time, attempted the  driveway for quite some time and then recommended a company with smaller equipment that could meet our needs. Although we are not in a rural area, our home is set back on a flag lot with no turn around area for  the trailer they were hauling. I sincerely thank them for the effort made on that very rainy day, trudging up our driveway  and for the recommendation. Thank you Pink Plumber!

We used this company about a year ago for plumbing and were pleased so when we needed the furnace looked at we thought we could call them again.  BOY were we wrong!  Our furnace is older, but by no means does it need replacing.  He was out for a sale from word one.  He did nothing, but PARTIALLY vacuum the system. He told us how to vacuum the rest.  He then charged us over $300.  Since he has left the company and the heating guy himself have called the house 7 times in less than 24 hours.  NO WE DON'T WANT A NEW FURNACE!!!!  Don't go with them unless you want to be harassed!

Master Plumber named General was dispatched by Pink Plumber for a sink leak on our 2nd floor that rained water into our kitchen. General is an excellent plumber and excellent communicator who clearly takes pride and ownership in his work. He took pains not to cut a lot of drywall to get to the pipe, cleaned up after himself, and was meticulous and upbeat the entire time he was in our home. We've always had good experiences with Pink Plumber, and this was one of the best. Shout out to dispatcher Megan too!!! Thank you!!

Not impressed and actually feel ripped off.  Called on a Friday to have our septic pumped as we started getting an odor and hearing gurgling noises coming from the downstairs toilet.  Yikes!  We called Pink Plumber and we were given a window of 8am - 12pm for the following Monday.  Great!

So my husband takes the day off of work and the guy FINALLY shows up at 4:30pm after he had to call them twice to see if anyone was actually coming.  We were quoted $195 over the phone...noone ever thought it was important to mention that was just to pump.  So the $195 charge just turned into $485.  Breakdown was $195 to pump, $185 to dig it up, and an additional $95 for every additional foot over 6 inches of sludge.  FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I do not know why Yelp does not show the other 236 reviews. Most of them are bad and they seem to be only showing good ones.
I posted one last year against The Pink Plumber. I had a garbage disposal replaced and was charged $609. When asked why I was charged such an outrageous price, the manager said that I got a 5yr warranty, although it showed 2 on the garbage disposal, I asked him about that and he (Think he thinks older women are stupid) and he told me Well, it says 5 on my parts book.?????He also said they charged mileage which I was not told, nor has any other plumbing co charged me. This garbage disposal cost under $100 and it was just a replacement that took about 20 minutes. I had another plumbing co. only charge $250 to replace a toilet which took him well over any hour. Had a new hot w
water tank put in for $800. Also he told me I needed a new pressure valve. Cost over 600. My brother replaced his own for about $50. Another plumber checked the pressure when he changed out the hot water tank and he said my pressure gauge was fine. Those two items would have cost me $1200 for $150 parts and maybe a half hour of work. I have tried to talk to them but they refuse my calls.....have left many messages.
LADIES BE WARNED ABOUT THE PINK PLUMBER.. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Beware the bait and switch. They advertise $149 septic special but, when they came out, they increase to $349 or more without reasons. I didn't expect $149 would be the final as the amount wouldn't make the business profitable. They, however, went too far. They will say there are too much solid or something else. Septic tank is designed to hold solid. The solid in the tank is absolutely normal and that's the reason why homeowners want to pump it out. This company says you need to pay more because there are solid in it. I kicked them back and called a local company doing only septics, not doing all spetic/hvac/plumbing/water heater/sink/toilet/etc. Their fee were not only reasonable but also all upfront.

Be prepared!

I recently called the Pink Plumber to pump my septic tank and to check a wet area in my yard that I suspected was caused by my septic system's drain field.  I have seen their television commercials for years and felt that they were reputable.  Knowing that I had the wet spot in my drain field, I expected to pay more than the $149 tank pumping that they advertise.
I called and scheduled them to come out and they advised that they would come between 2 & 6pm on the following Monday.  I and the person renting my house planned our schedule to meet with them then.  On that Monday about noon, they called and said that they could not be there because their tanks were full.  I understand that this refers to tanks where their trucks empty what they pump from septic tanks into.  I reminded them that I had made an appointment and rearranged my day to meet them but all they would say was that their tanks were full.  They advised they would be there the next day, Tuesday.
Their crew arrived on Tuesday.  Two very nice young men who answered all of my questions while doing their work and they also appeared to have done a good job on the work they did.  They pumped my septic tank and advised that the wet spot I had was due to my drain field line not draining properly.  They gave me an estimate for repairs for $3,247.  Sticker shock!
One of the men went over what needed to be done with me while we were standing in the rain looking at my septic system that would not work correctly if this work was not done.  I reluctantly agreed for them to proceed.
If you use the Pink Plumber or any other service, I recommend that you be prepared as much as possible.
If I had this to do over again, I would call around to get estimates on the following services that I paid for:

Pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank (I was charged $149)
Pump additional amount from overfilled septic tank (I was charged $161, which I was later credited for)
Backpump drainfield (I was charged $610)
Jet debris from drainfield piping (I was charged $510)
Pour fieldline biocorrector into fieldline (I was charged $1,360. Yes $1,360).  This was about a 5 gallon bucket of bacteria.
Install baffle tee without tail out (I was charged $454).  This appeared to be common PVC parts that were attached to the outlet of my septic tank.  Maybe less that $25 worth of parts?
It took the crew about 90 minutes or less to complete the balance of the work after the tank had been pumped.  The charge for this time plus their materials was almost $3,000 of the total work.
The next day I called to get a better explanation of my charges, left a message and no one called back.  I called the next week and was able to talk to someone.  We talked about my charges for a long time and I was given no specific reasons why the charges were as high as they were.  I was offered a 5% Senior discount but it was such an insulting offer, I refused it.
To summarize, I very much appreciate the work the Pink Plumber crew did but I am at a loss as to why their charges are as high as they are.  If you need someone to service your septic tank, be prepared and do a little homework so that you can determine if you are being treated fairly and ethically.
I don't think anyone can pay their employees, pay for their equipment and other expenses and realize a decent profit by pumping septic tanks for $149.

Had leaky faucet handles. I obtained all the parts needed and all they had to do was assemble (I wasn't sure how to do it, or I would have tried myself.) First of all I had a 10 - 2 window and the guy didn't come till 4:30. I provided all the parts (Delta faucet - lifetime warranty - Delta sent me all the parts for free) to fix our leaky bathroom faucet handles - he only had to drop everything in and screw it all together. Total of 10-15 min. per sink. I had to pay over $500. Total ripoff! Worker was very nice but they are way overpriced. Won't use them again. I am being generous with 2 stars and it's just because he actually did fix them and I liked the technician.

Pink Plumber charged me for $1800 plus for a water heater I didnt need. The plumber spent a couple of minutes assessing a leak that was slowly dripping from the r lower corner of my water heater. The drip was noticed Friday, the plumber came Monday. The small amount of leaking was contained. After he installed a new water heater and apparatus he said needed due to code regulations he was preparing to leave. The installation took less than an hour for a one man job. Some of the piping had been replaced recently prior to aping Plumber coming. Within a few hours my floor was still wet so I put towel down. The next morning the towels were soaked. I called Pink Plumber back and was told the plumber would call me that day and come back out. He did not. The manager had left at 3:30 and wouldn't be back until the next day. By the morning of the next day the leak pipe had wet my wall, there was drops of water all over the water heater and a stream of water trickling down the right side, initially it was not a stream. The manager was rude and they sent another tech out but didn't tell him why he was coming. As soon as he saw the leaking pipe he said, let me get you an estimate. Pink Plumber owes me for a water heater. Water remained on my floor and wall after Pink Plumber made a mess and caused more problems for me. I have not heard back from Jeff the manager who promised to call me after the tech came. The tech apologized profusely for the mess. VWeave.

I called for them to give me an estimate for my leaking shower drain.  they were to come out on a Friday between 4 and 8pm.  I called earlier Friday to see if the impending snow would prevent them from coming.  They said, no I'm still on schedule.  4:58 they called to cancel due to the weather.  Ok, fine.. so they offered to come Saturday between 10 and 2.  I received a call that they were running late around 12.  then a call at 4:19 saying that they can't come out. no explanation given.  so we rescheduled for Monday between 9 and 1.  They call at 11 and say that they are running late again...Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  I cancelled their services completely this time because they were a complete waste of time. very unreliable when you are having an urgent situation like a water leak.  I won't be using them again.

Can't ask for better service! The service was phenomenal from the time I spoke to the receptionist , Erica to meeting the plumber, Bryan.  Erica, was very helpful and professional. She assured me that a technician would be out within and hour. She clarified my needs by repeating my request back to me. She was very patient while explaining what to expect from the plumber.

Bryan, the plumber came out to take care of my plumbing needs. He  treated me with respect and seemed very concerned with my needs. I think The Pink Plumber is a little pricey, but the service exceeded my expectations and made it worth it.

I would use The Pink Plumber again!

Review of #ThePinkPlumber of Atlanta:
Christmas Eve (Thursday Dec. 24, 2015), due to the massive rains, yard became saturated which led to septic tank filling up. I call 4 different LOCAL septic services here in the Rockdale/Covington area and all 4 tell me it will be at least the following Monday before they can get out to pump the tank, everyone in the area is having the same problems and theyre booked, no problem, i kind of figured as much. Not wanting to wait that long, i remember hearing #ThePinkPlumber advertising on the radio and TV, so i decide to give them a call, ON CHRISTMAS DAY. Wow! They answered the phone!. I tell them what i need, they tell me no problem we can be out tomorrow (Dec 26) between 12-4pm. I'm like COOL!!!! Thats faster than any of the other companies i called! 3 o clock the next day, they call, tell me theyre running way behind due to the massive amount of people with septic issues. OK, im not happy, but i understand, so they promise to come out the next day (Sun. Dec.27) between 10 and 2. Sunday at 1pm, i call to make sure everything is still on schedule for them to come out and I'm told yes. Well, at 3pm, I still hadnt heard from them and they still hadnt arrived so i call to find out what was going on. Im told AGAIN, there is going to be another day delay, it will be MONDAY (Dec. 27) before they can make it out, again, between 10 and 2. Needless to say, they got an earful from me, but it is what it is, again, they apologize, but promise me to be here.
Well, today, Monday, approx 230, they call and tell me theyre on the way. Well NOW i have to leave work, come back home and meet them (ANOTHER inconvenience thanks to The Pink Plumber). Tractor comes off the truck, digs the 18 inches deep, pulls the lid off the tank, sticks a shovel in, and claims he feels at least 3 feet of sludge. Well, if you read the mice type on their website, there are several things that can make the cost of the pumping of the tank increase from the $195 that they typically charge for what THEY call a normal maintenance pump out. Amount of sludge being one of them. The guy whips out his calulator and tells me in order to pump it out, the cost just went up to right at $500. OK, I get it. That is spelled out on their website for the service, i realize if i want them to do this, thats what the fee is going to be. BUT, i feel like i should get some sort of discount for being inconvenienced for almost 3 days. After all, you would think a business that claims to have been doing this for 30 years would be able to know how to schedule and have the foresight to know that with the massive amount of people having this issue, to promise me next days service (especially when ALL FOUR other contractors i called had that foresight to tell me UP FRONT it would be at least 3 days before they could get here), was extremely incompetent on their part. I would have never given them the go ahead to come do the job had they told me 2-3 days to get here, i would have given my business to one of the local contractors here in Conyers.
So, before i let them proceed, i call the company office, get with Frank, their Septic Manager. I explained to him why i was calling and told him the same thing i said above about someone in his office dropping the ball on scheduling. At this point, FRANK became disrespectful and when i asked for a discount from the $500, he told me no, he wouldnt do it. At that point, i told him if he wasnt willing to discount that rate, i wouldnt be paying anything and his guys could put the lid back on, cover it back up and leave, which he said fine, end of conversation.
So, in summary, if you ever need any plumbing services performed, i would NOT recommend #ThePinkPlumber. Not only do they have way to many gotchas written into their so called low price quotes which is, im sure, how they manage to get customers to pay more than they were originally informed, but they obviously dont have enough business sense to be able to understand scheduling under extreme conditions and obviously make promises they cant keep only to arrive 2-3 days later than promised and expect you to pay more than double what was originally figured. Had Frank at least been willing to work with me on a discounted amount that was worthy of a 3 day inconvenience, then they would have gotten the job. Needless to say, i'll never use their services, and i'll be sure to let everyone i know about my crappy experience with them.
I have friends in this business out here in Rockdale county i would have gladly paid to come do this (and will now), and the ONLY reason i went with a different company was the fact i was PROMISED the Pink Plumber would be able to get here the next day.

Beware--this is my 1st time ever writing a review but felt compelled to do so. We had water coming into our basement on a Saturday and they said a technician would be out by end of day on Saturday.  Thus we didn't call anyone else. At about 7 PM they called to said they would not be making it out but would be there first thing Sunday morning meaning 8 o'clock. At 10 they finally showed up.  They never ran any test or took apart any or the pipes to diagnose the problem but instead wrote up an estimate to replace the whole pipe coming into the house for over $1600. We had the pipe completely replaced 2 years ago. We paid them $49 dollars and sent them on their way. Had a different plumber come out who said we only needed the seal coming into the house reinforced because of all the rain we have had and we have had no problems since.

Charged my parents $425 to snake the drain on their manufactured home. I guess we can add taking advantage of retired people to the pink plumbers list of service offering. I wish there was a zero stars rating available.

My service guy was Tim and he did a great job!  I would recommend this company to anyone. He explained the process to me every step of the way. After unclogging the line for my toilet, he showed me the line with the camera and showed me something that maybe a future issue.

He arrived with a pleasant demeanor and was very professional throughout the visit!

Thank you Tim!

I had these guys come out for routine septic tank cleaning. Justin immediately asked what kind of issues are you having. Which sink or toilet is backing up. I had none of these issues. He opens the lid of the tank and immediately tells me that we need to replace the inlet baffle, and that our sewer pipe is backed up. I said that all drains are draining fine.  He insisted there was a problem. I finally told him to just pump the tank and leave. Poor workmanship and cracked my tank lid while putting it back in place. He did not even have it on straight until I told that it was not all the way on. Constantly tried to sale additional services.  I would not recommend this company!!

The people on the phone are friendly. Tho, they missed my first two scheduled appointments, and when they showed up they quoted MORE THAN DOUBLE the competition. The quote was nearly $400 for a basic kitchen faucet install. Unless your plumbing job is covered by insurance, or it's an absolute emergency, probably smart to go with the competition.

We called The Pink Plumber about a leak WE dug up and located in our front yard. Our plumber Arthur comes out and verifies the leak we showed him, then informs us they have a flat $300+ fee to inspect the line for any other problems.

We're NOT plumbers so we paid the guy. After banging on the pipe and turning a small leak, into a major FLOOD, we were force to turn off the water to the entire home. So our $300 inspection turned into a $2500 estimate for a line repair, that turned into a $4400 possible leak inside the house and the later a $7000 2 day entire line replacement.

I told the gentleman NOT to do anything, and I called another plumber the following morning, he showed up at 10am and was gone 2hrs later. My cost $500.00. This company will attempt to upsale you, dig up your entire yard, drill holes into your home and replace to EVERY line and faucets if you allow them.

Short story LONG... use them if you like. SMDH!!!

I was in a hurry to get a plumber to replace the washing machine hose bibbs that were slightly leaking after having had a washing machine replaced.  I had seen PP trucks in the neighborhood.  It was my mistake that I didn't thoroughly research before I accepted.

Two brass bibb hose fittings and 30 minutes of work with no soldering cost me $525.  Discovered later that at most, each fitting would normally cost $40 for the part.

I was encouraged to call the office.  When the plumbing manager called me back, he tried everything to convince me that I actually got a discount, and I should have been charged $700, No resolution and as I expressed my anger, he hung up on me.  I was fleeced.

Since then, I've seen hundreds of complaints on BBB and Yelp ranks them pretty low.

I got home yesterday afternoon to find my garage partially flooded. I called The Pink Plumber, advertised as a 24/7 plumber, at 3:00pm and explained the problem. An appt  was made and they were to be here before 8:00pm. I called at 5:30 to confirm and was told that they were sorry but they wouldn't be out because they were too busy, but that I'd be on the schedule for first thing this morning between 8:00am and 12:00pm. I was called at 9:45 and told  that they were still too busy and they'd be here as they were available. This is NOT OK. I could have made other arrangements at this point and this is no way to do business.

This business also promised to come but never showed up.  First I was given 3pm-7pm time window on a Friday.  Someone will contact an hour prior to arrival. At 610pm still no sign of service tech, so I called Kristin. She stated she was about to call her techs and they were running behind. What time is a good time for them to come in the morning ( On a flipping SATURDAY) and we will make this a priority.  Is 8a-12pm ok? I was very reluctant to say yes but I needed to get this job done for my sink. ONCE AGAIN, A HUGE FAILURE ON THEIR END. A NO CALL NO SHOW!!! What a joke of a company. Obviously communication is lacking in every aspect.  I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are liars.

My husband called them out to light the water heater of a house we recently purchased. Plumber A didn't have his foot in the garage before even seeing the water heater yells yup looks like it needs replacing. While he tells his partner in crime to have me show him where the bathrooms where so he could turn the water off and check the pressure. Of course I knew at that moment plumber A tried to get plumber B to distract me so that he could check my system. Need less to say only checking the water pressure we needed a $3100 replacement and ALL the plumbing in the house needed replacing at a cost of an additional $9000.......need less to say I'll be report these guys to the licensing board!.......PLZ don't ever use them ....

Can't say how they are....they never showed. They called to say they were running late, then called to say they were not coming.  I took a day off of work, and not only did they show no respect for that, they also did not have a supervisor follow up with me as promised.  The 'first impression' is supposed to be the best.  If this is the best...I would hate to see the worst.

Have a leak in the ceiling of my garage that we discovered late on a Friday afternoon - pinhole leak in a copper pipe.  Routine repair (we have had a few of these and it takes 10 minutes to repair with the right tools).  Called our normal plumber who was out of town at a funeral and after trying several other plumbers, finally got the Pink Plumber who said they come out and do the repair on Saturday between 9:00 and 1:00.

As instructed, I put the dogs outside and I stayed by the phone Saturday morning waiting on the call to confirm we were home for the fix.  Around 10:30, got a call saying they checked with the plumbers and they were running behind, did I want to stay on the schedule?  I replied yes and the caller hung up.  I got another call at 12:55 saying they did another check in with the crew and they were still running late and did I want to reschedule to Monday.  I replied no, the whole reason we picked them was to get the repair fixed Saturday so we did not have to wait to Monday.

Radio silence until I called back at 3:15 pm (original service window was from 9:00 to 1:00) to get an ETA of when the crew would be there.  The operator put me on a brief hold and came back and said - sir, to be honest, it probably isn't going to happen today.  I don't want to tell you they are still coming only for you to get a call later saying they aren't going to make it.  I cancelled the appointment and will go with someone else for the repair.  I really appreciate the honesty from the last customer service rep but I will not use this plumber again and would not suggest them to any of my friends.

First, A 4 hour window is ridiculous this day and time and to be 2 hours past and not constantly communicating is rude - I have been stuck at home all day waiting on them, basically wasting a Saturday. Second, I ma 85% sure they never intended to make it today from the start - at the first call at 10:30, hey were already asking me to reschedule.  Use this service at your own risk.

I called them to clear a HVAC drain line. The technician came out quickly, and told me that the line was difficult to get to and that it would be @$156 to fix, but (here we go) it may be more if it is not a certain depth. I was not there to verify the depth as I only manage this property. So the tech calls me back and says well it was deeper than I thought and that the total is $391.88. After I immediately paid the bill by debit card over the phone, I asked the tech to e-mail me the invoice. He said sure, but it may not be until Monday (it was a Friday). So I'm waiting on the invoice, it is 4 pm on Monday, I call them to make sure they are going to email it that day. The rep on the phone says sorry, we're very busy today, but that she would send it to me shortly. Nothing....I have to call back 2 days later and another rep says sorry, not sure what happened. I've never had so much trouble getting an invoice after I've already paid the bill. I will never use them again. I recommend you don't either. I have used many plumbers, but they were the worst.

This was the worst experience I have had with any plumber ever. This was supposed to be a simple septic tank pump. They were over 3 hours late, after I called several times and was told they were 20 minutes away. They finally show up and told me that they had the wrong truck, so another hour goes by for the proper truck. The guy opens the tank and said it's going to be $600 and not the $200 that was quoted. He said it was because there was stuff in there. What????  I'm quite sure that there is stuff in every septic tank. I called the office and the manager told me that only 25% of all septic tanks are $195. So the vast majority are much, much more!  Why would you want to bait and switch people like this?  Can't be good business sense, but it's what they do. I learned my lesson from these crooks and called a reputable plumbing service and they did the work for $295, just as quoted. They even told me about the horror stories they have heard from the Pink Plumber. Save yourself some frustration and use somebody besides these rip off artists.

This company is a complete rip off. I wouldn't use them if they were the last plumber in the world.
We called them out to check an overflowing septic tank. The price was $195.00 to check and drain the tank. So far so good. They advised me that the tank needed some repairs after 40 years. They also wanted to hydraflush the line going from the tank to the drainfield. This was a hose stuffed down the hole and turned on for :20 minutes cost $545.00, next was a chemical treatment of 5 gallons of chemical poured down the hole to the drainfield..cost $1100.00, next was 10 feet of PCV pipe and some couplings..cost $1600.00 the whole job ended up running $4,300.00 WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!
Checking with the local plumbers union they advise the whole thing should have been a max of less then $1,000. if that.
Needless to say BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Use them at your own risk!

I called and they arrived promptly. They made the repair in under an hour to my water line from the meter. I asked about how much and was given one price. When I got the bill it was $150.00 more. In less than an hour I was charged $690.00 with no parts and a man with a shovel. I could have hired a lawyer for as much. At least then I would know I was about to get screwed. They are knowledgeable but when they have you over a barrel they stick it to you.

This is the third time we have used the Pink Plumber . Unfortunately. Lol
However our experience has been nothing but professional . From the point of setting up the visit, during and at completion I felt very comfortable and never pressured. They came out for plumbing issues and later septic.  I feel the technician explained all in detail enough for me to understand so I could make an informed decision .  No way around it plumbing is not cheap but its better to use a company with a reputation and not go the cheap route. You get what you pay for.  Also pics and detailed invoice were provided to keep on file .  We would use again . Hopefully not too soon

I scheduled my appointment with a Pink Plumber rep and they scheduled an appointment between 1 pm and 5 pm Monday, May 2, 2022.

Despite receiving several text reminders about the appointment, I received a phone call at 3:15 that the tech was too busy and would not make it today. Since my scheduled appointment time was 1pm to 5pm and I was supposed to receive a call 1 hr prior they waited until the last minute to tell me that they couldn't come. If a company can't make an appointment I can't trust them to do the work. A phone call earlier today would have been much more professional.

The gentleman who came out to do the work was great and it was on a Sunday. However, I had an appointment window from 8am-12pm and at 10:30 I got a call from their dispatch saying they were running behind and if someone could come out they would give me a call an hour in advance.  They could give me no indications on when or even if, only that they hoped someone would free up.  Finally the plumber arrived and I was quoted a ridiculously high rate and they were only able to complete half the work despite what I was told on the phone.  As I said, the plumber himself was a good guy but I will not be calling them again for further projects.

I cannot believe what I just witnessed haha. When the plumber arrived at my house , he seemed okay . Walked in the front door and things got strange, he would constantly be looking around my house and commenting on things , like where I worked and when my birthday was ..... when I showed him what I needed fixed , he continued to tell me other things that were wrong but wouldn't give me a price on just what I wanted. He said he had to go over everything. He kept on and when he left and all I wanted fixed was one damn sink , he proceeded to tell me I needed a new water heater and cut off valve which was gonna be $2,600.00. I didn't know whether to laugh or take him seriously. I needed to tighten my sink because it was leaking and I didn't have the tools for it and this man said I needed $2,600.00 worth of fixes. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE, it's a joke.

Waited 4 hours for the tech to finally show and was told that he could not do any work after I informed him that a previous company 20+ years ago had punched a hole in a lid to do a cheep and fast service. I have had the system properly serviced by other companies  in the past and no one else had any problem removing and replacing a tank lid with a hole in it. Had I not known the history of the system he would have dug everything up and then told me he could not do the work without selling me an 800.00 tank lid. He then had the nerve to try to charge me a 25.00 service fee just for showing up and doing no work.

I felt like their pricing wasn't adequately explained by their appointment taker.  They wanted $300 to diagnose a clogged valve and tell me what I already know. Probably no more than a 20 minute job. That's on top of the $45 trip charge.  Pricing is out of line compared to other plumbers I have used in the past.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. All I asked for is a septic pump as maintenance. I dug it up and pulled out my pump myself. Their tech Tim A showed up 2 hours past the window time. I was cool with that. His first words were- oh, you need a new pump. Nope, just pump the tank. His reply, well if your pump is working, why don't you pump it out.    Because I need the sludge pumped since it's been 10 years. He argued that I have another tank located under my patio. And his buddy went probing around the yard. I tried to explain, that my 1000 gal tank is the only one we have. He continued to argue that I have 2. Well, since I know what I have, not my first septic rodeo, just pump this tank.  He continued to argue that I don't know what I have.
I ended up, throwing him off my property and calling a local who understand the type of systems my neighborhood has. Let's just say, the 110 homes in our hood won't be calling the PP.

DONT MAKE A $1800 MISTAKE - Read the numerous BBB complaints

Unfortunately, I did not ask for the breakdown in cost as we were in a precarious spot and needed to get a gas leak fixed as soon as possible. Now doing some research online, multiple sources say to expect to pay $150-200 for a pressure test. We were charged $1253. Upon speaking with Customer Service (who ironically answers the phone 'how can we make you smile today?') they claimed that their cost is just significantly higher than everyone else's. I would proceed with extreme caution and get multiple quotes prior to using

I had a scheduled appointment on 7/1/19 with a window of 2-6 pm. At 3:15 p.m. I get a call stating that the person was running an hour behind, I chose to wait.  At 5 pm I get another call stating that the person won't make it until approx 8 pm. I was given the option to push the appointment to the next day, which I did.
Here's where my problem begins: I was given the same slot as the pervious day. I felt as though my appointment should've been expedited since I was willing to push my appointment. This after all was times chosen by your company and since you failed to honor your agreement then some consideration should have been made. Your quote seemed a bit unreasonable considering that I'm the only one whose had to make concession in order to give you my money.

I've read some good reviews but I learned NOT TO TRUST THIS COMPANY. I was having excessive water bills. The tech was very nice and told me I needed a new PVR. It seemed weird because we had just moved into this 2 months prior and that was one item that the seller supposedly had replaced. We had an invoice for it, which I showed the plumber. But the guy told me that my water pressure was at 80 and this would cost more than $500 to replace. He said specifically, that it looked like the original and did not look new but it was hard to tell. Ironically, he wouldn't say specifically on the estimate that the PVR needed replacing when I asked him to do so. He wrote something else and said oh, your home warranty provider will know what it means. Anyway, I called our home warranty and their plumber showed me first hand that the pressure was more like 40. I was a woman at home alone and feel like this company tried to take advantage of me.

In a crisis, they took advantage of us.  To change out a water spigot that caused a leak in the wall, they charged us $524.08.  They did not have to cut into the wall as everything was already exposed, and more than accessable. When I asked the manager about the - what seemed excessive for about 45 minutes work, he said that they follow a schedule of rates for services, and that it costs to turn on the lights and that someone has to pay for the jingle.

I think we paid for the entire jingle. Last time I will get that one stuck in my head.  When asking other plumbers about the same fix, more than one said that they would guilty to have charged over $100.

We called Pink Plumber out to clean out our septic tank at which time they had a special going on for $149--with additional charges, of course.
They charged us an additonal $200+ because they said the tank was deeper than what the special covered. Then they had to replace a baffle tee which was additional $1800+. And he told us that had to be replaced before he even opened up the septic tank. What? Could he see through the ground that it was bad?  From everything I have been able to find on the internet the average cost for the installation of a baffle tee is $300-$500.  What a RIPOFF!!  We WILL NOT be using them again. And we will tell everyone we know not to use them--that they are CROOKS!

I called the Pink Plumber to come give a quote, they came the same day.  The technician was very professional and came when they said they would.  The next day they replaced my 16 yr. old hot water heater and the pressure relief valve into the house.  They replaced some bad copper pipe, new heater and new relief valve.  It was done quickly and no problems.  It was expensive, but not out of line with other quotes.  I would definitely use them again.

If I had written this on a couple of days ago I would have given them 0 stars.

Long story short I had Pink Plumber completely rebuild my water heater in January and 2 months later it started leaking. I called the emergency number on a Sunday to have them replace it because it was in warranty still. They basically tried to blame it on me saying my water heater was 13 years old and that they don't work on water heaters that old. My simple question was why did they work on it then?
They left Sunday without fixing anything so I called Monday and Scott was regurgitating what the previous guy was saying. So I escalated the issue to Jeff.

Jeff came to my home and listened to my complaint. I mean REALLY listened to my complaint and he understood where I was coming from as any human would. I was expecting him to call tomorrow and send someone out to fix my water heater but he called 10 minutes later and said he can fix it today.

A very friendly technician came 30 minutes later and in a couple of hours, a brand new water heater was installed.

The reason for the 1 star taken off was because of the unnecessary hassle and victim blaming I had to go through. I mean I just didn't understand it at all. Please hire more people like Jeff. PLEASE!

Thank you, Mr. Jeff!

Every issue - $3,000 to fix

We have two septic tanks. The first tank had not been pumped in a really long time (we recently moved in) and there were issues, so Pink Plumber charged us $3K+ to fix.

PP couldn't located our second tank,
after 5 visits, being late or no show most of the scheduled times, today we were finally able to dig into our 2nd tank. There apparently is an issue with one of the pipes potentially not being secure with another pipe and it needs a fitting - the estimate is....you guessed it...$3K.

We asked for a description as well as pictures so we can think about it and price shop it. The guy was noticeably upset that we were going to price shop it but agreed. He then sloppily put the dirt back and left without giving us the description or pics as promised.

We called to speak with a manager and no call back.

Beware of the Pink Plumber! They know they have you in a venerable state with a huge hole in your yard. Make sure you price shop!

This past winter I had a water heater go out. I bought a new heater from Lowe's. They tried to charge me a fee for an install permit, Cobb county and the city of Acworth said no permit needed for existing building, only new construction.
So, I had a heater sitting in my garage and called Pink Plumber to install it. A young plumber came out, looked at the installation spot in the garage, opened his IPad and quoted me $1500.00 to set the heater on a 20 stand and connect it. I paid him the $59.00 travel fee and refused installation.
I drained the heater, and installed it the next morning. I did not want to do this because I am a Heart patient with 11 cardiac stents. The physical stress is not that good for my condition.
My point is, they saw an opportunity to gouge a senior citizen and tried to take full advantage of someone in a bad situation.
BEWARE OF THESE PARASITES.!!!!!!!

There was nothing less than a one-star that I could choose, otherwise I would have done that.

I have roots in my sewer line. Last time I called another plumber they charged me $330 and cleared the clog, ran a camera line to show the problem. They guaranteed their work for 6 months, and my sewer line remained clear for more than 1 year and 7 months. This time when I had the same problem I saw Pink Plumber's special of $99. I thought I should give them a try. First up when they came they charged me $114 rather than the $99. That would have been fine, if they had actually done a good job. 10 days later my sewer line was clogged again. I called them and they say we don't guarantee the job.

Do your math... Do you want to pay $114 for nothing or 2-3 times more and be worry free for more than a year and a half.

SHOP AROUND, I'm sure you'll find a better price.  Probably a MUCH better price.  We had a toilet plugged up that I couldn't fix with a plunger or cheap snake.   Was quoted a $45 service call fee, but if you have service done that will be waived.  Great, I'm thinking maybe $75, certainly $100 tops, so I didn't even ask for an estimate.  MY MISTAKE.  When the plumber got here he showed me a quote of $185.63 on his tablet.  ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS for what he himself admitted would probably be a 10-minute job.  But that includes the $45, he helpfully added.  Well duh!  Now everyone needs to earn a living, I understand that, and Bradley offered that this is a big company with staff and facilities and equipment,  and I added, and advertising.  Fine, so let the $45 go to overhead.  It's 22 miles from their location in Smyrna to my house, so $8 for gas (round-trip) for the big Mercedes van he was driving.  31 minutes driving time, so let $30 go to his driving time round-trip ($30 an hour just to drive).  Here for 30 minutes, and some of that was just admin time, but let's go ahead pay him $50 an hour for the whole time (that's a $100,000 per year job, btw), so $25 goes to that.
So all-in:  45 + 8 + 30 + 25 = 108
So where does the unaccounted-for $77 go?  I'm thinking it goes to a greedy company.
Honestly I don't *know* how much a different plumber would've charged, but I gotta think it would've been less than a hundred dollars.  And I feel dumb because we have a home warranty so I could've paid just that $75 deductible, but sometimes scheduling service through them takes a few days and I wanted to get this taken care of sooner than later.  But I almost gave Bradley the $45 service call fee and called the home warranty people; I would've been $65 ahead had I done that.
Full disclosure:  setting up the appointment was an easy phone call, I chose an 8-12 morning window the next day, and just as they promised they called ahead of time and told me that Bradley would be here in about an hour.  They even sent an email with a picture of Bradley and a short bio; that was a nice touch.  And he showed up about when they said he would, and was very professional.
In summary, if you decide to use them I'd get an estimate over the phone, but after reading some of the other reviews about up-selling I don't know that that would mean much.

My bathtub faucet was leaking when you turned the water off. My plumber was busy and we were going out of town. His quote to replace the seats and o rings was 75 dollars. I called Pink Plumber and when the tech arrived he quoted my wife 500 dollars to replace the faucet valves. She called me and we declined the quote and settled for a minor repair for 299 dollars! The job took twenty minutes to complete and the parts are less than 10 dollars. They will never get my business again. If you want to overpay they will take care of you.

Terrible service! Called me this morning and scheduled me between 11 and 3 so I took the day off from work. Called me around 2 and said they were running a little behind and would be late. Called me again at 4:40 and said they couldn't make it today at all and to reschedule for tomorrow. If they knew they weren't going to make today they should have told me a lot sooner than they did so I could have found someone else. Really terrible service. Run, don't walk away from this company!

Had these guys out within a day or two of my service call in order to fix water pressure, toilet, and sink issues around the home.  A gentlemen named Steven came out and absolutely nailed all three issues within a day or two, even going so far as to repair an irrigation issue outside that was costing us some serious water bill money!!

I have zero complaints.  Steven was awesome and charged us reasonable prices for all services rendered.

This is the 5th time I've used THE PINK PLUMBER and will continue to do so in the future!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want 149.00 to turn to 10,000...
Called them out on a Sat. to clean out septic tank, was quoted 139 or 149 depending on the size of the tank. First they make you sign a waiver on their ipad. They took the small lid off and told me I had a problem. Made me sign ipad again and now it's 999.00 because they had to now take the big lid off. That comes off and they call me out to tell me they have to clean out the roots and now it's gonna be 8,000. They wanted to do more, something about drain lines which I refused. Once you have the lid off and your yard torn up you feel helpless. They will have you keep signing the ipad and upping the price, everything was over priced. Left the yard a mess too, called them back on Monday and got the price reduced but was still thousands for something that should have been less. Do yourself a favor and call someone local. Again avoid or you will pay the price. A shame because I had used them several times before and never had a problem. Heard they were bought out and i don't think that was a good thing. Wish I had read the reviews before I made the call.

on May 08,2015 called the pink plumber to install an elbow joint under my kitchen sink, I thought while I had them out I'd inquire about a hot water heater also since mine was 20 years
old. The lady at the desk said a 40 gallon hot water heater was $899.00 installed and a 50 gallon water heater was $999.00 installed. when they're plumber came out he said they don't make the water heater I had (which was gas) but said he could put a 50 gallon water heater in
my garage by the electric box for $1200.00. Long story short the bill was $2500.00 for the water heater, this was separate from the work he did under my sink.  I guess the $1300.00 I was over quoted went to breast cancer research, I wonder if they over charge they're customers and claim the donations on they're tax's at the end of the year at  our expense, why else would I get two quotes ( the one they advertise) the one they're plumber gave me and the
final bill, oh I forgot I called a guy named Scott and argued but he wasn't concerned

I went with the pink plumber after I read all the great reviews, unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. I was given a window from 1-5 pm. I received a call around 2:45 that they were running late. Received another call around 4:15 saying they won't be coming. I took off a day from work just to get my septic tank pumped. Take it from me go with a smaller company. The dispatcher didn't even bother to offer any percentage off my next visit. Apparently, they are doing so well they don't need my business.

Our sump pump started overflowing and we called The Pink Plumber first and they tried to scare us into $4700 worth of work saying our lines needed to be unclogged (which apparently is illegal per county ordinance) and part of the tank needed to be replaced because it had sludge on it (and they broke the lid to our tank). We called another company for a second opinion and they explained to us what was wrong with our sump pump and told us we didn't need pumped at that time, but we did it anyway. They showed us where Pink Plumber cracked our tank lid and told us it's illegal to mess with the field lines; plus how can you pump lines that have holes in them going out into the yard??  They used the gimmick of under $200 to pump, but then told us pumping would be over $1500 because of the amount of sludge... They didn't even measure the sludge, just told us it was over $1500.
Also they opened the back of tank where waste exits the tank instead of the front of the tank. If we had a clogged line, it would've been going into the tank, not out of the tank!
After talking to several friends, I'm not the first they tried to pull this scam on!And they charged me $125 just to come out and not do anything except break my lid!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I called Pink Plumber who assured me they would send someone out same day between 11am and 3pm. They called me at 1pm to let me know that the plumbers were still on another job which was great.  I had to call them 2 times after that up until 5:30pm when I went to an answering machine.  They called me at 8pm to let me know they would not be able to come out. I was very specific that I needed someone to come out same day. They assured me they would have someone come out today otherwise I would have called someone else.  At 8pm they tried to reschedule. I told them to forget it. At least my regular plumber had been honest with me and told me that they couldn't come out until tomorrow.  I should have read other Yelp reviews.  I would have called someone else and my plumbing problem would be fixed.

Had to call a plumber for my mothers house, for a leaking interior shutoff valve.  I've used Pink Plumber for a similar problem at my house, so felt comfortable with the company.

Plumber fixed the problem and performed checks on other plumbing items while he was there.  Unfortunately, he turned off the furnace while in the utility closet.  My 88 year old mother awoke to a 55 F house.  I was able to guess what happened, and turning on a wall switch got heat back.

She called Pink Plumber to complain, and has not heard back from the company in three days.  Sloppy plumber and unresponsive management - not a good combination.

I'm sure you are not doing to compensate me for my lost wages because you could not keep the appointment time that you set. i will be sure to tell my friends, customers, family, and anyone who listens to never use your service. your company is very unprofessional. and to use the fact that you give money to breast cancer research to gain business is terrible. i hope people get to read this before you take it down. if not i will post it on yelp also.

Awful! Their dispatch has absolutely no idea what is going on..They replaced our hot water heater and everytime it rains the unit floods and we have to get them to come out again to fix it. Of course being without hot water for days..They keep sending tech after tech..of course with a 4 hour window to show up..So be sure to be able to take LOTS of time off work to wait for them....Each time we call have to re-explain the situation to dispatch. So about the second or 3rd tech that comes out just gets the hot water heater on, but never really fix the problem. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and they said no one is available. They are just buying time until the warranty expires so they don't have to replace the unit and ensure it doesn't flood each time it rains.

We had issues with toilets blocking and were able to get The Pink Plumber out the next day.  Tim A. was very polite and explained what needed to be done as our tank was full to the top.  Our septic system is 30 years old so there needed to be extensive work done but in the end this will keep our system going for many more years.  Thanks Tim for all the work you did to help us with our issue.  I am also very impressed with your skills backing up that big truck and trailer over our curved driveway and bridge.  I will definitely use them again in the future if we run into any more problems.

Do NOT hire this company. I called yesterday to make an appointment and they scheduled someone to come out today between 1 and 5, and I got a text confirming the same. I have been waiting here for someone to show up (they also said they would call an hour ahead of time, so I began to suspect a no-show around 4 when I hadn't heard anything). At 5:00, I got a new text saying someone would be out tomorrow between 1 and 5. I called immediately and was told that my appointment had been rescheduled yesterday as soon as I got off the phone making my original appointment. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know, why they rescheduled without my consent, and why they didn't tell me no one would be coming today. No response - she just said they would be coming tomorrow instead. I said no, you are fired, do not bother coming. Worst customer service ever.

Run, run, run! Not very knowledgeable. Extremely high priced and do not 100% back their work. Had a blockage in our sewage and $1200 later it was fixed... For 10 days. The plumber proceeded to tell us it was a plumbing issue under the house and they could fix that for $500, after much assurance by my husband that most likely wasn't the issue. But he was sure it was and would take care of it. Another call later telling us he was wrong and it was probably another blockage leading from the house again. They wanted another $500 to fix a new blockage because apparently new tree roots had clogged our line even though they cleared the line 10 days ago. Oh wait, no, I think your whole sewage  line needs to be replaced. Save yourself the time and money and find a knowledgeable company.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM ARTISTS.  They tout a low hourly rate, but I had to pay a $305 diagnostic fee for the plumber to even look around for the problem.  He ended up cutting 3 large holes in my basement ceiling before locating a valve upstairs, 10 feet from the leak, that simply needed to be turned.  I paid $305 for someone to needlessly cut holes in my ceiling that I now have to fix, and to turn a valve.  STAY AWAY from this company.

Beware! These people have a plumbing license to steal, so they do as their capers continue unchecked.

Pink Plumber held my wife hostage to pay an additional $1,100 to pump a septic tank, else the job couldn't be finished. Not much of a choice when a septic tank is exposed and open to raw sewage. What started as a coupon to pump a tank for $250 turned to a $1,600 bill.  While they charged us extra to dig an additional foot and more charges since the tank had sludge (no surprise) the final blow was delivered that although they removed the cement cap from the tank, they feared they couldn't put it back because it might break because the concrete top only had one lift ring rather than 2. While there were a number of ways to rig this, by using a lift strap or adding a new concrete anchor bolt ($3) they insisted a new concrete cap was the only solution and cost $1,100. Absolutely absurd! An entire new 1,500 septic tank costs $1500, yet this is what they charged for a concrete slab 68x32. With no choice, although the new concrete anchor would have only taken 5 minutes to install, and no straps were offered to lift the piece, we paid the additional $1,100 and waited 90 minutes for it to be delivered an easily set to close the tank. In calling Pink Plumber once the job was done, we were told the service manager (FL) had left for the day and would call us back tomorrow. He never called and we left another message for the service manager, we did the same the 3rd day after no returned call. While all the people who answered the phones were pleasant, and even the people onsite were personable, they told us they had no authority to change any pricing and we needed to speak to the office. The service manager has since not made any attempts to call and appears to be ignoring our dissatisfaction - he's rejecting his responsibility likely hoping we'll go away. Our first mistake was not checking Yelp first, otherwise we would have noted that of the 149 reviews, 120 of them were 2 stars or less. There are many more reviews here of these rip-off artists who bait and switch to extort more money from patrons. We won't stop here and will be escalating this experience.  If we were able to speak to someone to work this out it would have been one thing, but not returning calls for 3 days proves their intentions. Tonight I tried to escalate and was promised a callback from an off-hour duty manager - no call once again, no surprise, no class.

I called on a Sunday. They gave me a service window of 10-2 on Monday. The pump in my finished basement failed and I had water on the floor in two rooms. They had put in this pump for me just a few months prior. I was trying to be patient when they called to say they were running late. I called back at 3:00 and asked if they would have someone out that day. They could not guarantee it. I had houseguests coming and filthy water on the floor so my patience was gone. This company is a joke!  I called on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving because my septic tank needed to be pumped.  It was starting to back up outside.  They told me it would be $195 and anything else would be told to me when the tech got here.  They said that they were busy and would try to get out that day and if they didn't make it, it would be Sat morning between 10 and 2.  At 6:15pm they called and said it wouldn't be until Sat. now between 12 and 4pm.  I said okay.  I sat home Sat. waiting and by 3:15 still hadn't heard from them.  I called and they said Oh, we were just getting ready to call you, we can't get out there before dark.  So they would be out first thing Sun. morning, she said by 8:30am.  Sunday morning I get a call at 7:45am saying they are on their way but it may take a little while due to construction on 285.  At 10am, the guy finally shows up.

It takes him 15 minutes to locate the tank.  He says he is going to write an invoice and then once we sign it he will do the job.  The $195 special that they say they have is NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He says that it is the $195 plus $15 environmental fee plus $97 per foot of additional sludge over 6 inches plus $162 for additional waste because water is coming out of our overflow pipe that sticks out of the ground plus another $180 for a two compartment tank.  The company knew that water was coming out of the overflow pipe when I called, never said that would be almost another $200 fee.  Also I have a 1000 gallon tank that is it, not a two compartment tank.  The house is a ranch with 3beds/2 baths built in 1996, one tank was the standard code then and they did not do anything above the code standards in this neighborhood.  I would like to know how the tech can say that before he has even dug to see what is there.  Needless to say we said no that is way over the $195 special.  I could have had someone out here on Friday for $300, instead of waiting 3 days for the pink plumber to show up and then try to rip me off.  I will never call them again.  I have someone else coming today (Sun) for the price of $295, includes all sludge and whatever is necessary to clean out a 1000 gallon tank included in that price.  DO NOT BE FOOLED, IT WILL NOT BE $195!  Our bill was $549 before they did any work at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pink Rip Off. Don't let the charity connection fool you. They charge by the job from a schedule on their iPad. Twice to three times as much as a real plumber would charge. I kindly asked the tech (NOT PLUMBER) to leave my property after he quoted an outrageous price and he got very rude and surley, even after I paid the extortion fee for showing up. Find a real plumber who charges by the part and by the hour. You will save hundreds and thousands  of dollars.

I had the pink plumber come out when I had a blockage in my line several months ago.  I have waiting almost a year to write my review because I thought by now I would feel better about it.  The technician came out very promptly, worked to identify the issue and started racking up the charges.  He tried to tell me my house was on septic and would need to run a camera for $350 down the line to confirm that my 1955 house had been converted to sewer (which I already told him).  After identifying that the house was on sewer and there was a blockage in the main line, he proceeded to remove the toilet and run the snake down the line for an additional $250.  Since he had the toilet off, i asked him if i provided a new toilet and hardware, what the cost would be for him to install it after clearing the blockage.  His quote was $369- are you f***ing kidding me?!?  As soon as he knew i was a first time home owner, he tried to bend me over backwards for every cent he could.  Long story short, he wasn't able to reach the blockage so he tried to sell me a completely new sewer line.  He kept calling his boss, Scott, and then he then explained the option of installing the clean-outs and calling the city since the blockage could be on their side of the line.  $4000 later, I had two clean-outs installed and the city came out to clear the blockage and eventually dug up the street to replace the line on their side.

I felt like i was taken advantage of from the time Bradley pulled into my house.  He was lazy, presented very poorly, and in my opinion, dishonest.  The additional work, including installing the new toilet, I had him quote was insanely high.  It was almost like he works on commission!!  I will never use this company again.  There are hundreds of reputable companies out there and based on their name and advertising, I thought this was one of them.  Do your research and call anyone but the pink plumber.

Never use Pink plumber! They charged me $823 to unclog my main drain line for my bathrooms. The tech pulled a toilet & cabled it. The next day it started backing up again. I called & they said there was no warranty but they would come back out for a charge. I ended up opening the clean outs in the basement & unclogging it myself. So much for this statement on their website. You can also rest assured that we will resolve your drain problem to your absolute satisfaction  I spoke to other plumbers & they told me I should of never called Pink plumber to begin with. Now I know. Hopes this helps someone else from making the same mistake.

We had Arthur from the pink plumber come out to do a repair on the shower drain at our house to keep the story short when he got there he turned the shower on without monitoring it and ended up flooding out the first floor of our house causing thousands of dollars in damage. After speaking with the company we agreed that I would fix the damage and that they would reimburse me but then when it came time for them to pay nobody answers on the phone and nobody will get in contact with me I'm currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them I would recommend you take your business somewhere else.

Wow-- they wanted well over $1000 just to unclog a drain. Here was the breakdown-- $300 just to go up to the 3rd floor of our apartment-- we have a regular 3 floor townhouse, $200 just to take the toilet off to use the snake, and then $500 to snake the line.
I called another local quality plumber and they did it for $300.
The local plumber informed us that several other companies pay their technicians 40% of what they can get away with charging. Wow.

Be very cautious if using this company when purchasing a home.  They WILL NOT disclose any septic issues, repairs or services to anyone except the homeowner.  If there is a problem or recommendation that the sellers decline, Pink Plumber will not provide you any information until AFTER YOU OWN THE HOUSE.  They claim it is company policy.  I am purchasing a home, days within closing and the receipt from Pink Plumber (after pumping the system as requested by seller) states seller declined a recommended repair needed.  Pink Plumber will not disclose to me or my realtor what that repair recommendation is.  The selling realtor was told the cap on the system needs to be replaced.  I then called Pink Plumber for a price.  They refused to provide me a price for replacing the cap because I do not own the home yet. They will not even give an estimate.  I contacted then, strictly because they just serviced the septic.  Not sure why this is a secret; makes the whole thing look suspicious.  Since Pink Plumber will not provide an estimate, via phone or in writing - makes you wonder why?  I called a local septic service & received a quote via phone in less than 10 mins.   USE THEM WITH CAUTION

Geoff Small did a great job trouble shooting my water heater and saving me money!! It counts to get a second opinion because another plumber came the day before and only recommended replacement. Geoff Small recommended to replace the gas valve only saving me over $600!! :)

Also the dispatcher, (Brittany or Bridget :)... listened to my concerns, booked my appointment for early the next day. She also took the time to call a technician on a Sunday to ensure they had all the parts needed to repair my water heater specifically! It's been almost a week and my water is steaming hot like I like it! :)

I am very upset with the service we got from The Pink Plumber. My husband I were expecting our second child and on a fairly limited budget and called around to find a plumber after our laundry room flooded. We were told a specific service would be performed but instead a technician came out, pumped our septic tank, offered another $400 service we didn't have the money for and said what he did do would most likely fix the job. He basically said we had been using the wrong toilet paper and that is why we were having the back up issues. He never did inspect the part of the tank that we already knew was causing the problems. Months later our laundry room begins flooding again, and my husband calls out a technician from another company to come snake the lines. Months later, same problem. This time Superior Plumbing comes, runs a camera and tells us our baffle is almost completely clogged and needs to be cleaned. My husband digs up the tank himself, removes the lid and finds a HUGE mass of roots going into the tank and almost no flow because of them. We call, very upset. The baffles were supposed to be inspected at the time of the original service. Since they were not, we continued to have issues with our septic backing up into our house. Not to mention the two other plumbers that came out and gave us CLEAR reasons why it was happening. There is no way a high pressured service would have removed the roots. These things were solid. What upsets me the most is the manager my husband talked to had the nerve to argue with my hard working husband and he offered nothing to us for what this has done. Because of the consistent back ups we now have a mold issue and I am just one unhappy Momma. I would advise that everyone considering the Pink Plumber think twice, or at least get IN WRITING what services will be performed before you sign anything or exchange any money.

Pink plumber scheduled my appointment for the next day because I had an emergency. One of my pipes burst in my driveway. The appointment was 8-12 Saturday. They called said they were running late at 9:34 but my window time was the same. They would call 1 hr. a head of time. I called them @ 11:38 since my window time was8-12 to see if they were still coming. They assured me they were coming and would call me 1 hr. a head of time. I can go about my day. I told them I could another company because I had an emergency. They called me back 5 and said they were sorry they couldn't make out. They asked if they could come the next day. I said no and had already scheduled another plumber. They are very unreliable, not dependable and liars. I would never use them or recommend Pink Plumber to anyone ex specially if you have an emergency!

Fast, professional and did a great job!  Pricing is higher than other local companies, however, being at my home less than 2 hours after I called comes with a price tag that matches.  The technician, Eric was a sweetheart!  Pink Plumber is lucky to have such a humble and expert employee.

This is the worst  service I've ever had from any company.  They were called to empty the septic tank. They uncovered a little bit (a foot or so) of the tank and called me . They said the line was stopped up with grease and stuff and they would jet it out for $354.00 and it would be fine. They called back less than 5 minutes later and told me I had a crushed line to the house and it would be $2000.00 to fix. I called an other plumber to check it and he found the PVC pipe had settled and was a little separated from the concrete line about a foot or so from the tank. He realigned the pipes and charged me $100.00. Pink Plumber still charged me $354.00 and would not change it. Basically spent 10 minutes at my house and did nothing. I called and talked to the supervisor who was nothing but a smarta$$. These people will rip you off . NEVER call PINK PLUMBER!!!

Michelle showed up on time and spent about an hour talking about the situation with me....we 80% self combo diagnosed the issue, and talked about potential solutions. At no time was I pressured or even encouraged to make a decision....options ranged from $500 just to locate the leak to $1200 to hopefully fix via our self diagnosis (I was a contractor for 17 years, so we just went through the logical issues/solutions). Haven't pulled the plug to begin the fix, but if I can't do myself, will definitely call Michelle for the job.

I was having problem with the septic tank backing up,my appointment was for Saturday i suppose due to running late they could not come in that day. Anthony Brooks the technician called to explain that it would be very late and could he reschedule for first thing Sunday and when over the problem with me on the phone and explain the pricing since the tank had not been cleaned in 15 years he explain what would probably need to be done.
Anthony arrived on time on Sunday he was very knowledgeable and explain completely and what the problem was how it could be fix and gave us complete detail of the charges before doing any repairs.( also gave us a discount for not being able to come on Saturday)
i would recomend this company

First of all the techs were good guys. Now the news.  They advertise $149 to pump a septic tank. They arrive and want an extra $200 because the tank is over 18 deep. They also informed me that it's an extra charge because he tank is full. Why would you call them if the tank wasn't yet full? They had a back hoe so the extra depth took 2 additional scoops. When they removed the cover they told me they need to run a water hose up the outlet pipe 8 feet. Additional $411. At this point I told them they needed to leave. They called their supervisor and agreed to do everything for $500. I turned down a local company because they told me over the phone that it would be $325 flat. Arghhh! Never again.

I called The Pink Plumber at 9:00 a.m. and they had someone out to my home at 12:30. It was not an emergency but I appreciated the prompt response. I had the plumber, Steven W. install a new vanity sink in my bathroom. It was quite a project as my home is 50 years old and still had the original sink. So the plumbing in the wall needed some updating as well as a new trap and angle stops under the sink. I was told that if I purchased the one year service agreement for $69.00 I would receive a reduced rate on the work performed which was over $1000.00. Much higher than I had anticipated for a sink installation.
Steve spent 4 hours working on the installation and was very knowledgeable and careful. I am pleased with the outcome and he was diligent in cleaning up after the job was complete.
In hindsight I wish I had inspected as he was doing the job because I would have had him move the sink a few inches to the right as it looks off center to me,because there is a ceramic soap dishe and a toothbrush holder above the sink that make the vanity appear off center, but generally it was a good job. In the future I would consider trying to get an estimate for other plumbers as I do feel the price was quite high.

I had the pink plumber out to fix my septic tank and they had to remove the covers.  In the process, they took my nice looking yard and made this.... so one problem created another huge problem!  The grading job is awful!!

Then I had them come out to quote to replace my cast iron pipes and the quote was for over double!

Would not recommend!

Pink Plumber replaced our water heater 3 years ago and we were happy with the service. A few days ago I discovered water underneath the water heater and could hear the sound of spraying water. I called PP and Michelle arrived less than 3 hours later. She quickly diagnosed that the pressure tank had failed and sprung a leak. That was a quick and easy fix, but in the process of checking out water pressure, Michelle determined that our system's pressure relief valve was not working and our house was operating at more than 150 pounds of pressure. That repair was made and we're good to go. I would rather not have to pay for plumbing repairs, but when I need a plumber, I'll call PP again.

This is the second time I've used this company for services. First time was for the installation of a new hot water heater. The work they did was good but I paid over $1,600 which I thought was very high. I have no problem with the quality of the work only the price.

Now I'm sitting waiting for them to show up to fix one of my kitchen sink drains. They said it would be between 12 and 4 for them to come do the work and now its 3:30 and I'm still waiting. They need better scheduling and more reasonable pricing. It's 5:00 and the plumber just showed up. The plumber installed a new P-trap under the sink. It cost me $338. Seems rather high to me. They also add a $15 Environmental Fee onto every bill. I asked what this was for and the plumber had a difficult time answering the question. Seems its some type of trash disposal fee. Not sure why that would not be built into the overall price of the job?

Wish there were some more affordable solutions out there. If anyone knows of one please let me know!!

First of all - the work. Steve was my plumber and did an excellent job on my sink and did it fast. So far, I think the work is good quality.

Having said that, we got talking about travel, which Steve was also interested in. I mentioned that I was good at finding deals and told him about a trip to Iran I am going to take in February. This sort of seemed to set Steve off on a political tirade. Even though I know Iran to be a very hospitable country, he started talking about how they regularly take hostages and insinuating that I was crazy for thinking about going. Then he got on about how Al Gore and Al-Jazeera were basically swindling someone or another out of tens of millions of dollars and how corrupt the Clintons are. Even though I went back to my office in the next room, it basically didn't end till he left, and I was glad he did. It was very uncomfortable for me.

Conversations like this have ZERO place in business. All I wanted was my plumbing completed and some small talk. Unless you absolutely know that a conversation on politics (or religion or whatever) is going to be well received, keep it to yourself. Steve's inability to keep his feeling about politics separate from his business have cost Pink Plumber repeat business from me.

I called to schedule routine pump of 1500 gallon tank. Told it is $250. Guy came out and was very rude and unprofessional. Dug yard up and said it's going to be $3700 to do maintenance.  We had no issues just needed it pumped. Tech argued and yelled at me!! I have never seen such unprofessional business practices.  Bait/switch and scam operation.

Had heard good things so we called The Pink Plumber on Sunday as we had to turn our water off on Saturday due to the water pressure (PSI of 160). The person told my husband that someone would be at our home on Sunday between the hours of 1 - 6. Around 3 they called to try to change the appointment to Monday;but were told no as we had no water. Noone called us or came. When my husband called at 6:01, the dispatcher didn't seem to know what he was talking about. Hence, we had to have another plumber out on Monday. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wouldn't recommend them due to customer service

I would not recommend this company. The price they quoted on the phone for pumping was not honored by the tech upon his arrival. Tech tried very hard to pressure me into extra items and repairs supposedly needed even before digging and opening the tank. Insisted they are needed in order for me to get a passing inspection letter which I needed for a refi. He finally agreed to do the pumping only to discover none of the items were needed. Very disappointed with this company.

Called them for a job and they quoted me $4,900. When I informed him I was getting a second estimate, the price immediately dropped to $3,900. Right then I knew he was a crook. I told him we were using someone else and he wanted $350 for taking the cover off the clean-out, looking inside and telling me roots had grown inside the pipe. I let my husband deal with him at that point and he waived the $350. I would absolutely never call them again and advise anyone else not to use them. Shameful the way they attempted to gouge us.

I hate to write a bad post as I love that the Pink Plumber supports breast cancer research BUT they came out to pump our septic tank and told us that we were going to need an additional service costing $2500. Jack Roan came out to our house to fix a leaky shower.  We have only recently moved into our home so we also had a few other questions/concerns.  Jack arrived ahead of schedule, and was professional, friendly and courteous.  He patiently listened to all our questions and helped us diagnose a few things.  Jack was very thorough in the work that he did and we are now all fixed up and good to go.  Hopefully we won't need a plumber for a while, but if and when we do we will definitely be calling Pink Plumber again!

I wish they had negative stars because 1 star is far too much .  We located our leak, dug the hole and exposed the pipe. My husband couldnt continue the repair because of a torn shoulder. Pink plumber came out and didnt have to do anything but repair a 6 inch piece.  The technician looked in the hole, told us the pipe was illegal (been there 26 years), couldnt get parts, blah blah and if fixed, it will be $1250 for a 6 inch fix in a hole they didnt even have to dig and charged me a service fee.  Didnt do a dang thing but quote an outrageous fee for a very small repair already located and dug by us.  My husband went to Home depot and found the so called illegal parts that were suppose to be so hard to find and wound up fixing it himself for $50.....with  torn shoulder.  I dont know how these people sleep at night.

this  company is the bigest bate and switch company i've ever seen in my life!!  they quote me a price and changed it three times before they even came to my house. They are a very dishonest company.  I was told 225 then they got to my house and said it would be 575-600 and never looked in the tank, and my system wasn't clogged! Your technician  Cody was very dishonest.  But he may be just following protocol!  Be careful who you choose because I called around and got dishonest responses from several companies and finnaly found one that did exactly what they said they would do!!

Had two tubs clogged. Technician Bradley M. said the existing pluming was all wrong and the estimate was $4300 to replace it. House was renovated in 2007 and have had no plumbing problems since. The plumbing was done wrong and needs to be replaced, but he said he couldn't snake the pipes due to the incorrect elbows that were used.

I called a handyman who knows plumbing and he came over, removed a cast iron pipe, snaked both drains, problem solved, and gave me a bill of $150.

Started off a $ 200!doller septic pump , when they man arrived he said any house newer then 1999 is 600? What? Well ok then that number jumped up to 2000 real fast not to sure how. After this he asked if he could pull in the driveway even though we have a huge grass spot to drive , yes you can I come back out side and he's compleatly on the sidewalk and had ran over multiple silver lights lining the sidewalk . After he moved his truck the sidewalk not driveway but sidewalk is compleatly butted up and lights compleatly crumbled. No sorry or anything . I'm glad an animal or anything wasn't right there because he clearly didn't care and would of ran them over. After me saying something about the busted up, now terrible looking sidewalk he promised to repair. We made an appt I took off work ten never showed, after repatlily calling they told me they had to reschedule but they didn't know why? Took off another Friday same thing happened . Finally 3 weeks go by and he pops up with a few buckets of cement and throw it on the side walk( at this point it isn't leveled smoothed or anything ) there's literally 4 speed numb side mounds of crane by now on my side walk that looks like crap and you wana trip over them every single time you walk, it isn't smoothed at all they guy was trying to work it with his hands . Now I've been calling for a week trying to get in touch with management mike or frank but no one will replay . Here's a follow up post to a review I posted earlier. Not only did the Pink Plumber not fix my problem, their equipment damaged the patio. I didn't discover this until after the fact.  Since my tenants signed the damage waiver I have no recourse other than this review. This damage was done by 'their best technician' who was unable to locate my septic tank. Then they blew off 2 rescheduled visits. After I posted a negative review the service manager begged me for another opportunity. Sorry Charlie, 3 strikes and you're out. I would not recommend the Pink Plumber for anything.

Very disappointed with the Pink Plumber.  I called them in an emergency because they are literally located two blocks from my house.  When they dispatched a serviceman, they sent someone from 1.5 hrs away!  I paid $500 to have a clogged pipe cleared and $250 for them to run the camera to diagnose the problem.  Then I was informed that they would need to charge me another $600 to locate the issue.  Isn't that what they did for $250?

Called another plumbing service in the area -- who DOES NOT charge to come out, use the camera and locate issue with the pipe.

I've already overpaid $250, and they wanted me to pay another $600!

Knowledgeable and experienced -- but outrageously priced and apparently no servicemen anywhere near headquarters.

Sent them email via their website requesting that they check/verify the water pressure at my Atlanta condo.  They called me back at 7:06 AM the next day and said they had a minimum service charge of $45.00 plus the cost of whatever repairs were necessary.  Told them I wanted an estimate for precisely the work I'd detailed in my email.  They reiterated the $45 plus costs of work.  Told them I'd call them back.

I checked with the (different) plumber that did the repair and told him I needed a receipt that verified in writing what the water pressure was.  He said $75 to come back and do it.  This annoyed me.

I again called Pink Plumber and said I needed verification of water pressure and could write up the work order myself so they could see exactly what needed to be done and give me an accurate estimate.  They said there was no way for me to send them the work order and said the cost would be $45 plus any repairs.  Since no repairs were necessary, only verification of the water pressure, I said ok.

They showed up as promised.  I paid for their parking at a parking meter.  I explained the situation to the tecfhnician.  He said it would be $213 while still at the parking spot.

I flipped.  I told him I could have had it done for $75.  He called the office and they authorized a reduction to $150.  Due to time constraints I told him to go ahead.

1.  Why is it that I could not get the $213 real figure at the same time that I spoke to the service?

2.  Per my calculations, if I paid $45 for the trip there, I paid $105 to have him ride up in the elevator, screw on the gauge, take the reading, and write the receipt.

3.  He was literally in and out in under 25 minutes, did not have to bring his toolbox in - just the pressure gauge and a screwdriver.  That time includes the time to talk to the office and get the discount authorized.

In summary, the people are nice, they do good work, but they are too big for a small job, and you will pay for it...

Way overpriced, got ripped off big time.  Charged $1500 for a 1 hour job total with replacing a sump pump in basement.  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.  I was dumb enough to let it happen to me. Cost of pump probably 200 and they made a quick 1300 on me for a job i could have done if I would have just researched how to do it.  My bad. Also, the manager Jeff Ramos refused to call me back after leaving 2 messages and I finally tracked him down where he sounded like a stoner who didn't care about anything.  Said well that's the price so we can operate our company or some lame excuse.  Other plumbers would have charged 800 to do this job after research.  Not to mention they have already been found guilty for violating the state's fair business act and had to pay 102,000 in restitution.  I guess now I am paying for some of that restitution.

First notice they have 2 positive reviews and 55 (now 56) negative reviews.  There must be something wrong and there is.  My personal experience was to first be told there was a $150 up charge from the advertised price due to having a longer than allowed distance from septic tank to the truck (really the price almost doubles?).  Then after digging up area there is going to be an additional $1500 to fix what was a partially clogged line (it had only been 3 years since the last pump).  What do you do? At that point you are between rock and hard place.  If you call another service it is going to cost you again to dig up the septic.  When they were done it cost $2000.  I later called two other septic services and described what needed to be done.  Their quoted price was almost half.  I complained to Pink Plumber and customer service refused to make any adjustments stating I signed off on the work.  That's true but what choice did I really have once they dug up my yard.  They simply take advantage of people once they have them in a tight spot.  I highly recommend not using them because they will simply find a way to squeeze you.  by the way everything extra they do seems to an additional $500 so you have been warned.  I will never use them again.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable, he got our clogged pipe to the septic tank cleared out with the hydro jet.  I called for service around 8am and was giving a window of 10am to 2 pm, I got a call that he was on his way at 1030am and was here in about 40 minutes.  I did have some sticker shock at the bill of $354.95 for the service of basically powerjetting out the clog that was 4 feet from the clean out pipe.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent and uneducated women handling the scheduling. To top it off, we had a leaking toilet and the plumber over charged us $80 for an issue that wasn't even the problem. Having them come back out has been an absolute nightmare. We will never use their service again, and will make sure our friends don't either. Please take my advice and find someone else..

Given my experience, I don't know how this company survives.  Their plumber arrived nearly 2 hours past their commitment time.  Once there it was clear that he didn't have a clue what he was doing.  He spent 3 hours at our place with nearly half of that in his truck on the phone.  At the end of three hours he announced that he could not fix our problem and left.  Throughout his stay he was non-communicative and when he did speak he was insulting and rude.  Even though he left without fixing the problem I was glad that he left.  Maybe calling out a plumber on Fathers Day will get you the low man on the totem pole but I expected better than this.  Don't let their cute radio ads and quirky vans fool you.

Called for septic tank service. Scheduled a Thursday then called that morning to say it would now be the following Thursday. I've had my tank serviced before.
From the approach to my location the main guy was poking in the ground where I told them the previous service had been done, whining and complaining about how he couldn't find it and would need to back hoe to get to it. I informed him the last service was easily located by hand yet he kept whining.
He uncovered the tank access and said he couldn't service it because it was a compartmented tank and he couldn't service it without getting to the other compartment partially covered by a sidewalk. I told him I didn't want the sidewalk removed. He then said well then we won't do anything. Again this had been serviced before. The attitude was awful, the whining was awful, and charging me $125. And leaving a muddy mess was awful. My last company pumped it and restored the area (gravel area) in excellent shape.
Warning: don't call these people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took off work three times just for this company to call again today and say they need to reschedule. Have been using the pink plumber for years with no issues by far the worst experience ever.

Their $195 septic pump billboard ads are false advertising.  Everything about them is false.  Don't waste your time or your money on this company.  You will just be left with an empty wallet.

Please please do not trust these people! They give you an estimate and then take you for all you are worth. I live in the Morningside area. My parents recently bought a dishwasher and unfortunately there was a leak. We had it all installed but needed help with just this one thing. The leak fix should've been around a 200-300 dollar repair (according to a close family friend in the business). Our family friend STAYED WITH the plumbers to make sure they were understanding the problem, however after he left the situation, that's when the people just turned very dishonest and misleading. After pink plumber came to our house, they took credit for what our family friend had helped us with and scammed my parents out of their own money. If you want to be taken advantage of, this service will gladly do that! Please find a more reputable plumbing service that doesn't intentionally cheat hard working families out of money by giving false estimates and terrible customer service.

I called pink Plumber in September of 2015 because my toilets were gurgling when someone was in the shower which told me the septic tank needed pumped out! They showed up when they said they would! Then when attempting to locate my tank they told me it was under my built in Hot tub and deck! Not happy because they said I would have to remove so that they could access the tank! I drained my hot tub and had 6 friends come over to move it!!!! When the pink team showed back up with their back hoe and tore apart my support beams for the hot tub they quickly realized the tank was not there! Sorry sir we made a mistake. It is actually in the back yard completely accessible! They continue their work and $2900 dollars later they are done. Sold my wife on a $1500 dollar drain field flush and bio clean! 5 months later gurgling is back, raw sewage is bubbling up from the drain field! Called and asked them to come out and take a look. They said they could be here on Thursday 3 to 7pm. Called me around 4 and said they could not make it. Rescheduled for the following Monday same time frame 3 to 7pm. It is now 7 pm no show and no phone call! Poor customer service.

We had them scheduled for 3-7 and they never showed. They didn't even have the courtesy to call - we had to call them, and after waiting on hold for more than 5 minutes they finally came back and said the tech was stuck on a job and wouldn't be out.

I understand things can happen and jobs take longer than they thought, but a simple courtesy call would have been nice.

They came out in April /pumped my 2 septic tanks and installed 2 risers
Good price and professional job
On Nov 12 I had a septic tank backup in my home. It was at around 6.30 pm. I called them immediately .They said they could not come out because it was dark and it was raining and their insurance does not allow them to. In the meantime i had septic tank water gushing into my shower and onto my carpet.Called them desperately 3-4 times. Begged for advice .Same stoic response and promise of a manager calling me back asap to tell me what to do.To date no manager has called me back.

I had septic water in my house for 2-3 hours..while waiting for the Pink Plumber.Caused major damage to my home.I supported Pink Plumber because of their donations to Breast Cancer  but they did not help or support me in my time of need. Will never use them again ..no matter how good their price is and who they donate what to. Customer service is very important

Luckily I found a company called Premier Plumbing and Septic . They heard my problem, pulled 2 of their technicians off a job and sent them at 9 pm to my house, who worked in the dark, in the rain, dug out my pipe , found the problem and fixed it.  DONE..

We had an emergency septic problem that was resolved in the same day. Sure it costs money that I preferred not to spend but that night we could sleep not worrying about toilets and showers backing up.

The lead player was Cody and his mate was Taylor. The septic tank was filled due to the drainage fields not emptying in the proper way.  So they drain the tank and then two fields.  It helps if you know if you know where your fields are as we did with county records and photos.

RIP OFF ALERT!!!

I'd think twice about using this company. Great cause that they are representing, but their employer that came to my parents house didn't act anything like that. Starting out as a $1200 bill, then went to $3800. Had my mom in tears with how rude the guy was. Came to a point where he was trying to say I wasn't going to pay, and I literally had the check book in my hand about to write it. I work with home owners everyday, and I told him there's no possible way I would treat a home owner in the sort of way he was conducting himself. Then he told Frank that I was trying to fight him. This type of thing is disgusting, and shouldn't be accepted. Then when you realize someone actually knows what they are talking about, and builds homes for a living, you all the sudden lower the price. Not to mention they wouldn't hold up their warranty when we had to call them back 2 months later. I hope all of these people check complaints from people on the BBB and they won't use you. You can't go around scamming people.

All and all, we found a company last month to do the EXACT SAME THING THEY DID, and it cost $300. Sad that you guys get away with what you do.

Pink plumber plumbing arrived on time. Pleasant and professional. Bryan listened to my concerns and asked questions. I answered until we both had a good understanding of my immediate crisis. My septic had backed up in my basement for a second time I thought but there was an over flow from an indoor pipe which needed immediate  attention. Byran resolved the issue very quickly and then explained the problem, and offered recommendations for the future. He offered assistance with my next project and even made some phone calls to support me which he didn't have to do. I have a new plumber  for my properties.

Way over priced compared to their competitors.  The only reason I used them this time is that they installed the water heater three years earlier and it was still under warranty.  I had two water heaters installed 3 years ago at their teaser rate of $999 each.  The install was fine and uneventful.
However now had pilot light / control valve problems.  The requested $59 service fee, $300+ diagnostic fee then $600+ repair fee even with the part under warranty.  All for 40 min of work.
Then to cap it off they didn't turn on the water outflow valve when they finished.  It's just a simple oversight but it impacts your confidence in their work.
In the past I had asked them to service some toilets last time when they did installed a new dishwasher and they priced $200 per toilet just to install a $10 fill valve in each!
Needless to say, after this last experience I will no longer be using their services.

WARNING! Do not use Pink Plumber.
Call T&E Certified Plumbers instead.

We had an entire home contracted to be plumbed by The Pink Plumber.  From the start we should have recognized the issue. Our tech, Josh was the one who gave the quote and was going to be our main contact. Sadly, he didn't really know how to actually re-plumb a home. We had many issues arising in the first week. Pipes being run across ceilings in our lower level, a trench that needed to be dug where it was not included in the quote, values for showers and tubs not bring secured in the walls, kinks in plumbing lines, and numerous other issues.
We called to request management come and see the issues. Scott the manager came out twice during the first few weeks. He said he would put another plumber on the job to help. This was PJ. This did help but again we still saw issues.
In the end, I, the home owner had to explain what to do to complete the job.
When it came time to have fixtures installed, we called to schedule and were told, that is an additional cost. Even though we had requested a complete re-plumbing job.
After contacting three other plumbing services, we were told that if plumbing an entire home, setting fixtures would be included in the quote. I have spoken with Jeff the manager and Tom the regional manager with know resolutions. After paying T&E Certified Plumbers, another company, to come and set our fixtures and plumbing trims, we found that a sump pump Pink Plumber installed was not even vented. We had to tear out brand new walls and have T&E install a vent. We also had to change the hot water hook up Pink Plumber installed to pass inspection.
While there we asked T&E to check our main water line and sewer line to and from the house. We had been told by Pink Plumber they were all fine. Well guess what, the sewer line was collapsed in one area and our water line from the street was copper and not in good shape.
During our process, we were told a few times by representatives of Pink Plumber, that they didn't do new build or renovation plumbing. I was and am still baffled that they would quote a job, accept monies and then say they didn't do this type of work.
If looking for a plumbing company, run, fast, from Pink Plumber.
I can definitely recommend T&E Certified Plumbers, the best in town. Each plumber is certified. I guarantee you will not have a certified tech on your job from The Pink Plumber.
In the end, Josh was fired for bad quality work and Scott the original manager is know longer with the company.

We made an appointment to have our septic tank pumped.  The appointment was for Friday, April 10th.  No one showed up.  We waited ALL day and at 3:57 that afternoon we got a text message to call the office.  They told us we would be first on Saturday.  They show up to do the $149 pump, which is advertised on the website.  Dug up the tank, opened it and told us Nope-this is going to be $310.00.  A little while later, they call us out to tell us we need $3600 worth of repairs.  We needed the rear baffle and tail out pipe replaced.  When we balked about the price-they dropped it to $2400.  So they will upsell you the second they open the tank.  We refused the work-they closed us back up with a clogged main drain-(which they wanted an additional $350 to clear).  We found another service that came out here-FIXED the issue-showed us everything unlike the Pink Plumber guys and we are running fine for only $1495.  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

I called PP for a leak under my kitchen sink.  Turns out, it was my garbabe disposal.  It was WORKING, just LEAKING.  The plumber says I need to replace it.  Doesn't even offer to repair it!  Started with a whopping quote of $609.  Then we settle for $500.  I admit I didn't get another quote, but I was trusting this company for an honest quote.  In talking to my friends and other plumbing companies, this $500 30-min job is astounding, to say the least.  I am very sad that I was swindled by this breast cancer touting entity.  They have no price guarantee, no itemized invoice, no nothing.  I wonder if they would want their daughter, sister or wife to pay $500 for a simple garbage disposal.  Women beware!  All that is pink aint as sweet as you think!

I called the Pink Plumber as I had water leaking into my basement and was unsure where it was coming from.  They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem as a leaky water heater and pressure valve.  They completed the repair ($1700 total) and left.  I hired a water damage restoration company to come out and dry the area and replace damaged carpet, baseboards and dry wall. Unfortunately, in this process, it was found that the repair had done nothing to stop or slow the leak I had originally called about and continued damage was occurring.  I called Pink Plumber, explained the issue and my concern and they offered to send someone out, though not apologizing for the inconvenience of their not doing the job I had asked them to originally.  The plumber arrived promptly, looked at the area and said he was unsure where the water was coming from.  He said it could be coming from a pipe in the wall, could be coming from outside but really didn't do anything to investigate either option.  He looked at the water meter outside and said I didn't have a leak because the meter wasn't moving.  (Then where was all the water coming from?)  He said he was not sure, gathered his things to leave and that he would waive the service call fee (What?? I'm calling you out here because I already paid your company $1700 and nothing had improved.)  I ended up calling a local retired plumber that does jobs on the side who found the leak within 30 minutes and repaired it for just under $600.  I would have been better off just flushing the $1700 I paid Pink Plumber down the toilet, but I'm sure that would have caused another leak that they would be unable (more like unwilling to put in the effort) to find.  Will never use nor recommend this company.

After calling around I realized that getting my septic pumped was going to start around $300; regardless of this advertised $149. Since it had been over 10 years I wasn't expecting it to be cheap. Cody & Aaron arrived, explained the procedures, got to work & did a great job. They politely answered all my questions & returned the yard to its best possible look considering the amount of work done.

Worst service ever. Made an appointment for 11-3 one day. By 1:45 they still had not called. Called the company and found out that the appointment was never made. Scheduled another appointment for the next day from 8-11. 10:00 rolled around and no phone call again. Called and was told the time window was 8-12. They then called back 15 minutes later saying the technician was behind. Two hours after the appointment time still no technician. Called and they had no idea where the technician was! What a frustrating experience.  I have a leak outside my house between the meter and home.  I was put to a manager Scott when discussing with the operator about getting an estimate.  Was told they would put me first thing in the morning.  Once he put me back to the scheduler she tells me they will be there between 10 and 2, not first thing as Scott discussed.  Also told they would call one hour prior to coming out.  Around 9:30 got a call they were running late and would call when they had better time.  Called me at 12:30 to say a plumber was on the way.  At 2:30 I called back to inquire where there person was, he had not shown up.  She checks and says, oops the plumber did not get the callout, he will be there in about 30 minutes.  The plumber shows up finally after 3:15, walks the yard and gives me an estimate of over $2,400.  Then he charges me $45 for 15 minutes of looking at my yard.  I get a trip charge if he had to do any work, was not late and did not do as they manager said. Won't be using this group if this his how they operate.  I thought the 45 would be if they had to do work to diagnose what it would take to fix my issue, he did nothing but look at my yard, measure the distance by walking from the meter to the house.  Don't use this group.

I used this company a few years ago to address a leak in the basement. The individual charged over $300 to do very little actual work, aside from briefly examining the area. My neighbor, an amateur handyman, had previously worked on the issue, including installing some parts. The actual plumber basically charged for work that my neighbor had already completed, and took credit for it, as evidenced by the itemized invoice that referenced work that the plumber had not completed. The company never resolved our complaints in this regard. Stay away from this company!

I called The Pink Plumber to repair a cracked PVC pipe under my kitchen sink.  Claude M. came to my house on 10/8/13 and told me it would be $$451 to repair it.  I was shocked - it was literally a matter of sawing through one end of a PVC pipe and piecing together - about 15 inches of pipe in a completely accessible area.  When I questioned him, he said, I could charge $289/hr. and drag the job out for 2-3 hours implying that this is what their competitors do.  Since I needed the pipe repaired, I agreed to have him go ahead and do the work while he was there.  30 minutes later he was done.  WOW - $451 for 30 minutes of work! on a simple repair.  I expressed my disappointment in the bill and he told me his previous company (S. Plumbing) would have charged about $700 (I guess he though this would make me feel like I got a deal!).

SO....the next day I called and spoke to the manager, Scott, who said he would have to pull the invoice and call me back, but that it would take a few days.  I never heard from him...even after leaving a follow up message.

I will NEVER use this company again and I absolutely will not recommend them to anyone.  They completely overcharged and zero customer service...not to mention the comment about dragging a job out to charge more money vs. flat rate.  Unbelievable.

The plumber who fixed our problem had to come out an additional 2 times in order to stop the leaks after the work was performed.  His attitude upon returning was certainly less than cordial. However, I will give credit where it is due in that he did fix a somewhat complicated problem.  Perhaps, those performing a service should consider being a bit friendly to their customers.

WARNING  - DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER  I called the Pink plumber to pump out my septic tank.  Over the phone, they told me it would 149 dollars.  As soon as the guy arrived he started to nickel and dime me... 200 for this and extra 100 for that, an extra 100 depending on what kind of shit we find in the tank we'll charge more..., or if oil, grease, sludge are in the tank... or if the level is too high we charge another 200, etc making numerous totally unnecessary ridiculous additional charges and adding them to the initial 149 costs.  He even had me sign a waiver about indemnifying the company if they damage anything while digging, when there was no digging... the tank is accessed by a riser with a manhole cover.   Depending on what they see in the tank the charges go up.    He told me it would be at least 691 dollars to pump the tank...and it could be more depending on what we find in the tank.    That's when I said stop. Cancel everything. LEAVE NOW!!   I had the feeling these guys were con artists, forced to comply with their company policy of charging the shit out of people for any and everything possible when none of the other septic tank companies I used did this.  I would not advise anyone to use this company!!    The only reason they get 1 star is that there isn't a box with NO stars.

My experience with the Punk Plumber was a disaster. They were called in due to the fact we were told they had slab leak detection equipment.
Mistakenly my property manager did not throw them off the property then they arrived without the property equipment. After 3 hours and 5 large holes thru out the house  later ,The Pink Plumber's plumber thought he knew the solution The answer was to pull all the plumbing out of the slab and re-plumb. A price was quoted, I requested and was assured, NO flex plumbing material would be used (The current plumbing was copper) and the job was to be COMPLETE. Several hours later, only TWO lines were re-plumbed, flex plumbing was used and all those holes in the drywall were still there. The BEST part was: the dollars now being demanded was nearly doubled the quoted price. When we pushed back, we were told the Pink Plumber had lawyers to address such issues. I guess they do, a few weeks later a mechanics lien was placed on the property.

My basement back flowed severely. I called two plumbing company and they weren't able to come on the same day. I called Pink Plumber and they promised they will send technician over between 1-5 pm on the same day. They called me back an hour later and said the plumber is on his way.  Plumber Jack is experienced and knowledgeable on his field. He detected the problem quickly and called in another tech (Josh) for help.  Jack diagnosed our main pipe broke under ground about 6 feet deep and all sewage water back flowed into our house. Jack and Josh replaced the broken pipe. Jack also used a camera to see if other parts of our pipe are in good shape to assure the problem is resolved. We are very pleased with their service and I will recommend Pink Plumber without hesitation.

Definitely will be over priced! I got a quote because the inspector said that my usage needed some kind of upgrade these ppl quoted me almost 4000 and said the lowest that they could do it for is a little over 3000! Outrageous! So I found some one else that added a T pipe that was actually the only thing my system needed. And for a total of 300! Be smart do not have these ppl come out and quote you for stuff you don't actually need! If you guys need the number of a reputable Plummer that will take care of you without bleeding you dry let me know. BUT PLS DO NOT!!! Required to have septic tank inspected every 5 years.

Called 3 companies. Megan answered when I called Pink Plumber; she was business-like, concise with their services, and personable.

Jody and Collin came within the time specified, they apparently knew what they were doing, worked well together, and took care of our septic tank issue. All of the potential work was reviewed before the work was started. An issue was found, explained, and fixed in a timely manner. And, their cleanup was thorough.

The professionalism was obvious and appreciated.

WARNING  - DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER. I had a backed up sewer line at my house and called the Pink Plumber. They came out and said it would be $3100 to fix.  After completely making a mess of my yard they said it would be $9800 -(They supposedly had to reevaluate the problem...1st red flag.) I was told I had a completely collapsed sewer line and it had to be replaced.

I initially approved the repair.  However, the Technician told me he was also going to have to dig through the concrete driveway and also dig up my landscaping in my yard to fix.  The money started adding up in my head.  So.... I called around for some 2nd quotes.  I hired another Plumbing company to come out to evaluate the situation - they charged me $470 to run a camera down the pipe.

Well.....The pipe is fine and does not need to be repaired. (I was given a video clean pipe.)  I almost blew a lot of money to replace a sewer line that was not damaged.  It was a $600 fix not a 10K repair. The other plumbing company said the line has been there for 50 years and would most likely be there for another 50 years.

Since sending a video of the perfect pipe (4.24.2020)  The Pink Plumber has not returned my calls. I am trying to get restitution for the money I spent to correct the mess their Technician made in my yard.   I had to repair sprinkler lines etc...

I have filed complaints with the BBB, State of Georgia Licensing Board and the Secretary of State.  But wanted to warn people on Yelp as well.

STAY AWAY!

I wanted to write a good review, but then again I also wanted my shower fixed.  I made an appt. with pink plumber and the man came out, we discussed the issues I was having. I had to work this day and had my mother sit (all day) at my house for the repairs to be completed. On their website it states they charge 59.00 for a service call, which I thought was fine.  I asked about the 59.00 and the technician told me no there was not a 59.00 charge, but rather a 315.00 diagnostic charge. That is quite a jump from 59.00, but ok, I have to get this taken care of.  To make a long story short, (the hot water handle in the shower was stripped, very difficult to turn on and off) I was charged 515.00 for him to rebuild one valve stem for the hot water and he put the old handle back on which is still stripped of course.  So, 515.00 later and I still turn the hot water on and off with much difficulty, the same way i did before the repair. Looks like I could have saved a lot of money by not calling them.  I called the manager at pink plumber in the morning and was told that was their usual protocol and that the NEW valve stem just doesn't thread into the old handle!  For 515.00 you would think they would also install a new handle.  I would highly recommend any and everyone I know NOT to do business with Pink Plumber.  Very disappointed and out 515.00.

Outrageous pricing. Had a simple repair about 2 years ago on a septic tank and they charged us $3000. Also had the septic tank pumped and it is already needing it again. This should not be happening for a household of only 3 people. Do your research and go anywhere else. Don't fall for the idea that they support breast cancer, yes that's great, but there's no need to charge outrageous amounts for simple repair jobs.

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS:
Just for the sake of curiosity, we called two other plumbing companies AFTER the installation was complete. Both of them quoted us ~$700 for an install which included the water heater. To me this means that somthing is way out of parity with this particular company.

Whatever the case may be, I am surmising that they don't much care about negative YELP reviews since I haven't heard anything from them. I guess they have their money and that is all that matters (to them). Rest assured, I will NEVER do business with Pink Plumber again and wish they had never put the sticker on my old water heater (which is why I called them in the first place).

It would be nice if someone would respond and even better if they gave me back $150 of my money (thus making my cost the $600 I was originally quoted by the service man) but I guess I won't hold my breath.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.  YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...  Pink Plumber is very unprofessional and Pink Plumber is very dishonest.  See other reviews that have similar posts.  Pink Plumber scheduled an appointment with me on 6/15/2022 for a window between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.  I received a called on 6/16/2022 literally at 12:30 p.m. saying, We will have to reschedule you for Monday next week.  They clearly don't value new customers.  I hope my experience will help someone else avoid working with this company.  Take your business somewhere else - You've been warned.  Do business with Pink Plumber at your own risk.

Called the plumber for a clogged kitchen sink. Eddie ran water, confirmed it was clogged (I obviously knew that) and informed me it would require his sink machine that was in his truck. The standard charge was $411. I declined further service, paid his $45 trip charge and called another plumber. The other guy used a standard snake for about 15 minutes and unclogged for a fee of $80.

Just figured out we got ripped off for a toilet rebuild. They quoted $500 and gave a discount to $400 which was only valid of today. After they are done, we did a quick search and the maximum average price for rebuild is only less than $130. You could get a whole toilet replaced for $250+.

We were grossly overcharged ($600 for a $100 pressure regulator). I can't believe a company would do business in such a dishonest way. They will certainly never get money or referrals from me again.

Got to PP via Home Advisor. PP responded to my early morning inquiry within minutes, and then let me know Jack would come between 1 and 4. Jack called about an hour later, and said he could come within 30 minutes. Great. He showed up promptly, and was very thorough, professional and competent. Answered all questions. Would definitely recommend him.

Nobody ever wants to call a plumber and when you do, you want a plumber who does good work, doesn't overcharge, or tries to sell you stuff you don't need.  And ideally, you don't want the plumber whose pants are hanging just a little too low when he bends over... you know what I mean ;)

I feel like The Pink Plumber / Aames Plumbing delivered on all of that.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon was greeted friendly by their scheduling person who was in constant communication trying to get someone out to my place on a Sunday.  She was extremely helpful and understanding.

The plumber who came was not only cute (who knew...) and very nice, but also provided excellent service.  The estimate for the services seemed very reasonable.  We ended up turning over the repairs to our HOA, so I don't know how much the final costs were (and I believe they have an on-site plumber), bu I would recommend The Pink Plumber anytime.

Had no problem with water tank installation a few years ago, but we recently had water collecting in the garage near the water tank and furnace. The plumber looked at the water tank and determined that the tank was fine. He looked over the area and said it was likely the furnace. He went about his way.  So, we called the heating and air service. $90 more dollars later the Heating and Air person made what they said was an obvious fix. The drain line/pipe was clogged. He just felt the pipe and knew immediately. Shouldn't a plumber have been able to make such a diagnosis.  This is the last time I waste money here.

This review is for Cecil R, who helped out my mother and I in Vinings a few weeks ago (mid April). He had somewhat recently moved from the Chicago area to Atlanta with his family, and was just lovely. He was incredibly personable and professional. At one point, my mother hit her head on a cabinet (ended up not being serious) and he was really concerned and helpful. He was quite dedicated to fixing our issue and my mother and I both really appreciate his efforts. Also great that this company hires veterans, as Cecil served in the Navy. Thanks so much!

First, I asked the scheduler many questions about pricing. She said no more than $149 plus $29 dispatch fee with the information I gave her. When the technician showed up, he said it could cost over $300. Of course, when he opened to tank, he said it was going to cost $307 because the tank was full. Again, I told the scheduler it was full and she told me $178. Then, the technician rang my door four times so I can come out for him to try to sell me upgrades. Lastly, the technicians made no effort to save our sod and now we have a huge muddy mess in our front lawn next to our front door. Previous septic pumpers did a nice job putting the grass back and making it look respectable. I deserve this by trying to save money. Do NOT use large septic companies. Use the smaller companies your neighbors use. TERRIBLE Experience!!

I have used this company for a couple years now and strongly feel that my membership with them has paid for itself 10x over. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and respond quickly. This week, I noticed there was a lot of water coming out of my water heater in the basement. David Fowler, with Pink Plumber, showed up within the hour. The water heater was 12 years old, and, unfortunately, it was time to be replaced. David knew I was in a time crunch to try to make it to work later that afternoon, so he had someone bring him all the equipment he needed while he started dismantling the equipment in the basement. This was extremely thoughtful and definitely saved us an hour or so. David did a fantastic job removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. He walked me through everything he did and the new water heater looks great and works great. Again, very grateful that I found this company!

I have truly never dealt with a more inept group of people who thrive on miscommunications in my life. Wouldn't even recommend as a last resort. Takes forever to be able to even make an appointment and when you finally do, they very rarely show up within the window or at all. When they don't show up in your time frame that you've waited 4 hours for their arrival, they are in absolutely no hurry to get you back on the schedule. There is better communication and cohesiveness between a group of toddlers than there is at this company.

Not impressed, they showed up on time within my 4 hour window.  I had asked them for an approximate price for a main drain cleaning, but they wouldn't give me any price. After the Plumber arrived he told me $511 for a main line cleaning.
Since I'd had it done by rotorooter for $250 I told them no way and paid them $45 for the visit.

They were prompt to come out and give an estimate of the problem but their prices are ridiculous. First of all they suggested rebuilding an old toilet instead of just replacing it which would be cheaper and makes more sense. Secondly they want to charge over $600 for a $90 valve replacement. No thanks. Find someone else because you will waste $59 having them come out to rip you off.

Ok, I'm honestly torn by the mixed reviews I see. I won't discount anyone else's experience, but here is mine. I had another company out on 4/2 and it was such a terrible experience that I went to Google when I found water in my basement again. I called two places and this was the first who said same day. Within 20 minutes of setting up my 10-2 appointment, I was called back and advised someone could be out within the hour. Impressive.

TJ was amazing. Ask for him if you can. He'll make your five stars happen. He came in and asked what was going on. Before he started throwing numbers at me, he walked the whole house with me. We went to the plumbing lines and followed the leak with our eyes, then we water tested his guess (spot on), and then he took me outside to see my septic line. When finished, he came back inside and sat at my kitchen table with me and told me what the first company missed, what the contractor who put the plumbing in missed, and gave me bronze, silver and gold cost options to fix it - he in no way shape or form tried to rob me. Instead of taking a dime from me, he told me to call the original company to honor their warranty before he'd charge me a dime. Whoa. Golden Rule Behavior.

I'm always concerned that when dealing with certain service industries, women can feel as if they're being preyed upon. TJ made me feel as if he were talking to me the way he'd want someone to talk to his mom or sister. I was fully educated, well-informed and completely satisfied with his visit. As soon as these other bums unclog my drain, TJ will be back to do the heavy lifting.

Like some other reviews, they called to cancel one hour before window closed and rescheduled for next day because technicians were busy.
Next day Brian showed up and barely glanced at my kitchen sink which was stopped up.  Looked at the pipes and said they would all need to be taken apart to find the stoppage.  Suggested he try plunging it as I am elderly and not as strong so it did not work for me.  He said no - they were professionals and would only take the plumbing apart and do it right.  He then said they had to check my water regulator as that was required on each trip.  I actually knew from having my hot water heater replaced last month that the regulator was in good shape but I said okay.  He checked it out, told me it was too old to even adjust and that would be $500 on top of the almost $500 to fix  the blockage.  (the regulator is only about 10 years old and looks fairly new.)  I said no to his offer and my brother-in-law came over and plunged it.  Took 5 minutes and it has been working fine ever since.
This company is a real rip-off and the Breast Cancer movement should be embarrassed to be associated with it.

I would have given the Pink Plumber a much higher rating but my experience with management changed my perception. In October 2021, I had a broken water pipe causing water  to puddle up in my front yard. I called the Pink Plumber and a service technician, Arthur came out to access the issue on 10/15. He was very courteous and professional. I was charged an initial service fee of $124.95 and given an estimate for the work that would need to be completed. I was told if i hired the Pink Plumber to do the work the service charge would be taken out of my balance. On 10/18, Arthur did a fantastic job by completing the work needed. He spoke with his manager, Jeff Ramos who stated that since the $124.95 was not deducted from the amount that I paid, it would be refunded to me within a week.

Needless to say, I have called customer service several times from October to December to follow up on this refund. I have spoken to Jeff more than 3 times and each time he has said that accounting will refund the money to my credit card. After the 4th time of speaking with him and seeing that this issue had not been resolved on my account, I repeatedly asked him for the Corporate number which he has been reluctant to provide. He has stated that the refund was requested and there's nothing more that he can do. This is unacceptable!! To this day I STILL have not been refunded this service fee. Given the level of dishonesty and lack of customer service in my encounter with Jeff, I will never use The Pink Plumber again.

I was a loyal customer to the Pink Plumber for several years.  And then they charged me the same amount for a garbage disposal that they had for my water heater.  I questioned the charge at the time (twice) but was told that was the current going rate.  Because I've had a relationship with them and they've been fair in the past, I trusted that he was telling the truth.  I've since been informed that was overcharged by $350 - $400 by other people in the industry.  I've requested calls with the manager twice and they have not gotten back to me.  They took advantage of my trust and have now lost me as a customer.

No way would I ever use The Pink Plumber again. They charged me $315.00 to replace a cartridge in a faucet that should have cost no more than $150.00...as quoted by two other plumbers after the fact. I was then told that my water pressure was too high and that my water pressure regulator needed to be replaced for $618.00. This was without making an attempt to adjust the regulator. I refused, so as a result they would not warrant the work that they did on my leaky faucet. I've since been quoted a price for less than $200.00 for the same service...that is if the regulator really need to be replaced.
I called and spoke to the manager and complained regarding the charge...absolutely no satisfaction there.

Bottom line is, I do NOT trust them and will never use them again.

I needed a plumber in Smyrna, GA and called The Pink Plumber. You see them all over town driving the pink trucks. My interaction with the woman in making the appointment and the technician were positive.  They were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, informative and kind.  John Waldroup, the technician, was here the next day. Resolved the problem rather quickly.  They are affordable. Straight up honest!  Every time you use them a portion is donated to breast cancer research.  Right now they donate $120,000 a year. Their newest location, DALLAS, TX, is close to donating that exact amount. They also have a TAMPA, FL location but I am not aware of how much they currently donate.  Every technician has the American flag emblem sewn on the upper arm of their shirt. If you need a plumber, please help support this wonderful company.

I had a clogged tub drain.  Hair.  I was quoted a $75 trip charge and then they said it would be waived if I had them do the work.  They were supposed to be here Monday.  Didn't make it until Tuesday and then when he got here, he opened up a book, looked up tub drain clog and told me the cost would be over $400!!!  He was here no more than 30 minutes to snake my drain.  I had a $50 discount so after taxes and a $15.00 environmental fee, I was charged $391.88!!  To snake a drain!  In less than 30 minute time.  Highway robbery!!
So if you have a clogged drain, I highly recommend you go to Home Depot and get your own snake, or call a little guy.  Because otherwise, you might as well bend over.  I called them the next day to discuss the astronomical price I was charged and was told they were right in line with everyone else, this is an expensive business and they have to pay for gas, vehicle maintenance, uniforms, electricity, etc.
I'll never call them again.  I guess that's why they are so expensive.  No repeat business.

They might make it out before daylight. Let me check with dispatcher. Your personal apology means absolutely nothing. Why waste your breath. Give me results. Tell me the truth. But this person just beats around the bush and finally says they can't make it today. Do I want to reschedule? Why? They aren't dependable. They're not showing up. And I've wasted my whole day. Had a plumber come out and give me a quote on septic tank repairs.  Three months later I decide to pull the trigger on the repairs when Chris and Anthony came out they told me my original quote was no longer valid.  I instantly started worrying that this was going to turn into a nightmare.  The opened it up and told me the same repairs were need and quoted the exact same price.  I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and detailed explanation they gave me.  I did not feel like they were trying to sell me anything or force unnecessary repairs down my throat.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and value I received during my service call on Friday, January 4.

I initially requested service for a stopped up sewer line on Thursday, January 3 and was given an appointment window of 4p-8p.  Shortly before 8p I received a call that the technician would not be able to make it out that night.  Subsequently, the backup overflowed on Thursday night resulting in the need for water extraction, which was not the case on Thursday evening.

The technician who responded on Friday, Michelle Koontz, was prompt and friendly.  She explained what she was going to do and went about her work.  Upon locating the initial clog she cleared it via snake and camera'd the line, finding roots in the sewer line roughly 30' out.  At this point Michelle did not investigate any further, but told me that the only options were a partial or full line replacement.  She provided estimates of $6,700 and $15,600, respectively, and told me that my line was not a candidate for jetting due to it being cast iron. Michelle also advised that there are no products available to help mitigate root issues in sewer lines. I paid $950 for this service.

Upon reflection, her answers did not sit well with me and I called another licensed plumber, who came to my house on Thursday, January 10.

The new plumber started by cameraing the line with me present, where I saw that a clog was still present before the 30' mark.  He then camera'd the remainder of the line, approximately 100' out, and identified several root intrusions.  I was given the option to jet the line, which I accepted.  The jet was successful in clearing all root intrusions and other clogs, which the plumber exhibited by, again, running a camera in my presence.  The new vendor also advised me of RootX, which is a root preventative applicable in my situation, and worked with me to design an ongoing maintenance plan to avoid costly future repairs.  This service cost me $550.

It is my opinion that Michelle did not appropriately complete the job, nor did she give me the correct information in order to make the most informed decision.  Rather, I believe that she was working to get finished with my job and on to the next one as quickly as possible after convincing me that a costly replacement was the only option.  As an aside, she left quite a mess behind, as well.

I hope that my experience is not indicative of the majority of your jobs, but I find myself disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided by Michelle and The Pink Plumber.

I sent this message to [email protected] five separate times between January 11 and January 23 with no response. I also left voicemails.  When I finally spoke with a customer service manager, Jeff, on January 23 he was defensive and lacked empathy.  He made excuses for why the line was not fully camera'd (We're not going to send our expensive equipment down a line and risk breaking it.) and remained steadfast against refunding my payment.  After some negotiation, he did ultimately agree to refund $200, which does not satisfy my complaint.

I had your plumber here in October to install a part Moen sent me under their lifetime warranty for the shower and the bath lavatory faucet. He said the shower part was not correct and installed his part and charged me $330 for 20 minutes. The shower started to leak about 6 weeks later and I called to report this last week. The same plumber came on Friday, said his 90 day labor warranty had expired. Turned the shower handle off tightly, waited 1 minute and said it had stopped leaking and said he gave me the correct shower part on the first visit and was not going to replace a part that I did not pay for in the $330 that I paid and under the circumstances, I would have to pay for a new part and for labor. I refused, and he left. The shower is still leaking, which can be observed if one has 3 minutes of patience. I am very disappointed with your representative and your pricing and your warranty.

My 12 year old water heater (bless it) went on to glory this morning, and company will be in tonight, staying for weekend. Aye-carumba. Terrible timing. I called a couple places and got quotes for installation of new water heater, but no one could come from those companies until Monday. Huge bummer - lukewarm house guests are the worst, am I right? So I call Pink Plumber at 1pm and got same day appointment. Score! Over the phone, I was asked what type of water heater I had, whether it was electric or gas, and how many gallons it held. I gave all information. Felt easy-peasy, technician dispatched.
I get a call at 2:50pm saying technician will be there within the hour, depending on traffic. He arrived at 3:40pm. Perfect. He takes a look at my water heater, and says, I only have gas heaters on the truck. That was first hiccup. He lets me know he needs to leave, go pick up the correct water heater, and he would return. He leaves and gets back about 4:45pm. We're still making great time - and he completes the job at 6:30pm, lets me know I'll have piping hot water in 2 hours or so. Everything went just fine. Brian shows me the work he's done and asks if I have any questions. I ask about the warranty of my new water heater and how to activate it. He says he doesn't know anything about that, but mentions there might be a phone number on the water heater that I can call and give them the serial number, but he's not sure. Didn't seem super interested in helping me figured it out. Small hiccup, I suppose - Google presented the answer and I registered the heater online with the manufacturer lickety-split.
So why four stars and not 5? One reason. The price is easily 30% more than what two other companies quoted me. The difference for me is that number one, they are FAST and professional. I made a call at 1pm and at 6pm I have a new water heater completely installed in my house. Amazing. Am I willing to pay a bit more (okay - a GOOD BIT more) for fast, professional same day service that I can trust? I sure am. As matter of fact, I gladly paid that 30% convenience fee as I'm calling it, for an immediate solution to my poorly-timed problem.
So the moral of the story is, Pink Plumber is a professional, reliable plumbing service with a great response time and friendly representatives and technicians. Can you get a better price on a water heater installation? You bet you can - probably a few hundred dollars less, actually. But when you combine the appointment response time, the on-time arrival, the fast and correct installation, the generally nice people, and the *BONUS* that a proceed of the fees go to helping kick cancer's butt - Pink Plumber edges out the competition.
Thanks, Brian.
P.S. - Cancer can seriously kick bricks!

***THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PRIOR REVIEW*** So after I had a few days to look at online prices and compare quotes from other companies...I am adding a star. I called Pink Plumber this AM, and spoke with Dave, and he talked me through everything - including my pricing and the reasons for it. He expained everything in a way I can could understand, and I appreciated that. After our call, I reviewed my invoice and everything lines up just as he says, and the pricing in accurate and fair.

The other companies that quoted the $900 water heater installed didn't include all the accouterments, like valves and gadgets and doo-dads. The price you get with Pink Plumber is the 100% final out the door price and I'm sorry I doubted them.

I will be a repeat customer and I will refer anyone I know to The Pink Plumber.

This is customer service at its finest.

Thanks again, Dave. I really appreciate your time and honesty.

Don' expect the promised/advertised rate to be true: instead of promised $295, they will make it $675 when they come... and you won't have a choice.
The tech (Jody) was good, efficient and knew his job, no complains about him. Still, he came 6 hours later than scheduled; he arrived with almost full tank and had to leave for an hour to empty it; it took almost 4 hours to pump 1500 gallons.., but he finished it at almost 11PM!

they advertize  $149. when they come out it is over double that (you have 2 compartments) then after running a camera in the line ..... bla bla bla    we found (that we have an excuse to charge more....filter add $239.75,   the total $574.75.  do they pick on seniors or just everyone.  please use anyone else and make sure you get the price upfront with no more excuses.

Great folks! We called up late on a Friday night when we discovered our tankless water heater wasn't producing hot water. They were able to put us on the schedule for Saturday morning. The office kept me updated (very helpful!). Tony showed up and got our water heater up and running. We knew that our pressure regulator was not working correctly Tony got that sorted out too. If I ever need a plumber again - I'll be calling The Pink Plumber.

Use these guys if you want to get ripped off. Though no mention of this on the phone, when the plumber arrived on Sunday afternoon he said there was a 5x up charge for Sunday work. Not disclosing that is shady! We showed the dude the door and it seemed like we weren't the first household to have that reaction. Unethical cheats!

I have to give some a partially good rating because they did come out on a Sunday on very short notice when my hot water heater was flooded in crawl space.  But when the first thing the tech asked was for my bathroom and then took a crap... Yeah not thrilled.  Then an 899$ water heater becomes a $3500 water heater your rating is going to tank.  I was getting a second opinion at the same time and he wasn't real happy about that, and needless to say, the 2nd opinion was significantly cheaper!

My home is currently being rented. The residents let me know that they had no issues but one home owner had a major issue and they just wanted to ensure we all avoided this type of issue. Never having had the system serviced cost me more than the normal pumping fee which is totally my fault. Antonio was the service tech who handled the appointment and I have to say I was impressed. He was prompt, listened, provided pictures and talked me through all the steps before starting something. Great service and team that I would recommend to anyone.

I recently when from two hole sink to one hole sink which required some plumbing work to get the disposal and everything lined up for the one-hole installation.  Taylor from Pink Plumber did the work and he was fast and extremely informative.  A bit pricey but they know their stuff.  I'm fine to pay more to get it done right.  Pink Plumber was able to get someone out to my house in less than 24 hours which I also appreciated.  Good work and I would definitely use them again.

I called  the Pink Plumber because a cheap valve on my water line came off while trying to shut water off and water everywhere! I shut the water off to my  condo.  They made me a priority but couldn't get there until early next morning.  Darrin Ross came promptly, replaced the valve and try to settle the original problem which was a sensor faucet gone wild.  He spoke with Moen, and with no success, was able to get Moen to send me the new control box for free.  Very happy. He was professional, took due care in my home and kind.  My only regret  was another woman married him before I could propose! Will use them  again..

I am livid with this company! 1 star is way too much for them! Their customer service is awful. I took off work to be here because they said they would be here between 9 -1. They called me all day stringing me along telling me that they were just running late but they were still coming...Just to call me when it was convenient for them to cancel on me. I spent the entire day just sitting around waiting on them when they KNEW they weren't going to be able to make it to me. I lost out on money today because of their dishonesty and I have to do it again one day next week because I am still in need of getting my septic tank pumped.

I called Pink Plumber to complete a service repair on my HVAC system.  My service tech, Patrick Dishinger, was extremely professional and courtesy.  Initially, the diagnostics was to replace a series of control boards.  Patrick was not a 100% sure that was the answer. So, he completed a comprehensive examine of my unit section by section to ensure proper functionality. My unit was repaired, and the final cost was half of my initial estimate.

I was very please. From start to finish everyone was professional. Ant was my plumber and he was excellent. He was helpful and kept me informed of each step that had to be done always with my interest in mind. I couldn't have ask for a better team. My only that was not as promised was the time window which was missed by over an hour. This can be over looked because I know how things don't always go as plan. The service that Ant gave more than make up for that. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friend

This review is hard to put in words. Staff here seem very knowledgeable. They came out to my home during my assigned time frame. That was a plus. They went over my system and confired that I had a bad septic pump. That was a plus. The downside to my visit was the price. I felt like this company was trying to over charge me. I was qouted 3147, that's with a 100 off to change out a septic pump. I asked for a breakdown of the price and the breakdown didnt make any sense to me. 1500 for a pump, 497 for a float? Was told tank needed pump out. Even though I just had it done 1.5 years ago. After google the average price to have my septic pump replaced, I saw that the average job cost between 800-1500.  I decided to get a second opinion. I called Action Septic out to my home and was qouted a price of 895 to complete the job.  Man what a difference. 3147-895 thats a difference of 2252 dollars. Man did I dodge a bullet. I will not say I wouldn't ever use them because trust me the knowledge is there, but I will get a second opinion everytime because I cant trust them or the prices they give.

This company is a complete joke. They sent a sales guy over disguised as a service technician and all he tried to do was sell me a new water heater when I knew all I needed was an element. To replace the element this gentleman wanted $1100.00. I ask him to leave my property and never come back. The next day Reliable heating and air came by and found the problem and repaired it for $249.00. Pink plumber is a con company....stay away...far away!

Appointment was sent between noon and four, with a guaranteed 1 hour in advance call. Got a call at three o' eight, and missed it, saw they called at three twenty and called right back. But, stated quite crude and short, because I didn't respond within ten minutes, they said I could reschedule for a different date. We wasted the most of a family Sunday waiting. We do not plan to reschedule. We shall simply take our business elsewhere, and recommend others do the same.

Scheduled an appointment with Thomas on Thursday from 8-12. By 11:30 no one showed up and I heard nothing. I called and they said Thomas was off today and my appointment should not have been scheduled. They apologized and said I would be the first appointment tomorrow from 8-12. The next day they called me at 11 and said Thomas was held up and couldn't come until the afternoon. So apparently I was not actually his first appointment. Then they called at 2 and said he would not be able to come at all today and offered me Saturday. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POORLY ORGANIZED COMPANY.

I don't understand how the Pink people are allowed to get away with their constant false advertising. I needed my tank pumped & was told over the phone that the full price would be $149, which was a good deal for sure. I even had her verify to me that there would NOT be any hidden charges associated with this job. Then the Tech shows up, looks at what I need, & then tells me the cost will be nearly $500. I told him what I was quoted & he said they never do the job for that amount as that's just to get us to call them, so I told him no thanks, he could leave.  Then he dared to tell me he'd have to charge me a service call since they came out but I didn't give them the job. I told him politely that he needed to leave, & that NO, there was no chance in heck that I'd pay their scam artist company anything.

Opportunist !!!

Rip off artist perfected!!

This happened here in Atlanta at a house in Peachtree Hills.

I had new renters moving in and they smelled gas the 2nd day in the house..  I called the Pink Plumber and they were happy to assist on a weekend.

A gas pressure test for $1200.

I called around afterwards and other companies charged approx. 800.

Then they  proceeded to tell me I needed a new gas line.

Well they based the price off a 25 f.t gas line , mine was less than a third of that....

Approx. $6000 to run a new line to the HVAC, hot water heater and stove all located very close to the outside meter.

They knew they had me backed into a corner and they took full advantage of me.

Turns out the problem was a HVAC issue that could of been fixed for $300.

Never ever call these folks, stay far, far away.

I am the President of my home owners association as well as a very active member of a civic organization with 900 homes and I will put the word out to all.

After my first service with this company,  I would have given the Pink Plumber  5 stars.  However,  after they did not adequately fix- i had to call then back out for the same press and the same shower but it was out of the warranty time frame. So i went with them again. Total paid OVER $900 for the exact same issue. Still within the same year and this same issue just popped up again.  I called and AGAIN it's out of the warranty window.  The call center ladies said they would have the supervisor/ manager call me.  I've called twice and it's been 2 weeks- STILL no call.

Want to send a huge THANK YOU to the Pink Plumber's Cody and Aaron for a job well done on our daughter and son-in-laws septic tank that went belly up on Thanksgiving day. They contacted our daughter at 7:00 AM via notification they were on their way with pictures of the staff who will be performing the service. They were completely transparent about the entire process and kept us fully engaged. Service is about the experience and we were more than gratified with their professionalism and execution. Our newlyweds who just bought this fixer upper don't have to worry about future problems with their septic system due to the workmanship they did out there to correct the problem. Thankful for their honesty and giving us options upfront. Great job, guys! We will definitely recommend you in the future!

My husband was hanging a picture. Drilled a little hole through the downs stairs drain pipe in the wall. Called Pink plumber. They came out and I asked if it could be patched just a little couple of drill bit holes. Plumber says no! Well he cut the dry wall with permission and then cut the part that my husband drilled through out. Put in a piece of black tubing in where he cut  the drain tube out and clamped with 2 clamps and there you have it a patch. Which by the way it could not be patched. Well that 30 mins was 636.92. Yup we could have patched it ourselves!!! Called the pink plumber and talked to Dave no help there he was rude and did not care. He would not even give us a penny of the bill. The only thing this company apparently has going for it is the catchy jingle. I was wanting to have my hot water heater replaced. I had an appointment scheduled for today between the hours of 9-1pm.  I did not receive one call  with an update of when the technician would arrive. I called the company @ 1245 to check the arrival status.  I was told that I was still on the schedule and someone would call an hour before their arrival.  It is now 3:48pm and I just had to cancel this service request.   I work this evening and that is why I scheduled a morning appointment.  I have literally wasted ALL day waiting on this company!!   I should have stuck with HomeDepot to begin with...

The Pink Plumber. I called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I was told a technician would arrive between 8-12. Well at 12 no one was there. I called three times and talked to the rudest young lady that I have ever spoken too. Caroline was nice she answered the first call but the young lady that answered the last two times was AWFUL.

Needless to say all of that was worth the wait because Ben M saved the day!!!! I was in tears and exhausted but when he arrived he made everything seem so simple he calmed my nerves and said yes, I can fix this - no problem!!!!

His knowledge, his patience, his experience and his professionalism are hands down CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST.

Ben was thorough and efficient. So much so that time ran late on Saturday and he said I'll return first thing in the morning to finish. And he did just that! First thing Sunday morning he texted and said I'm on my way. He stopped and picked up a part he needed and was working like it was a Monday morning. He is task oriented and focused on the work. If you need a plumber ask for Ben M.

Ben THANK YOU. You saved the day!!!!!

These guys are your typical rip-off plumbers.  They charge to come out to give you an estimate, then give you an estimate that is totally unreasonable so you're stuck paying the trip charge (in my case $45) or overpaying for the repair.  In our case they wanted to charge $350 to replace a small piece of an easily accessible pipe.  That's $350 for less than 30 minutes worth of work and a couple of bucks worth of materials!  If people actually paid plumbers this much money the average plumber would make $300,000-$500,000 per year (go ahead, do the math yourself).  So I guess until outlawed, these plumbers will continue to drive around town collecting their $45 service call fee.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

We were experiencing a problem with our septic tank. We made a call to Pink Plumber. They were prompt and provide an excellent plan to diagnosis the problem. We have had some companies come to our home and tell us that we have a pump problem without proper diagnosis. Believe pumps are expensive. It is not everyday that you meet professional technicians like Frank Lancaster. I was not at home when he arrived due to a previous commitment. We spoke over the phone and he was able to resolve the problem in minutes. Thanks also to Ashley for her service in scheduling the appointment. The cost was fair and reasonable.
Thanks again for great service. Will call again in the future.

Despite having a service appointment, we never had plumber make it to our house. We received two courtesy calls to let us know that the technicians were running late, but the calls assured us that there were several technicians in the area and that we were next. We waited around all day (our service appointment time was 10-2), but no one ever came. I finally called at 6:30 to ask what the deal was, and the dispatched said she was going to have to reschedule us. There was no apology. We advised them that we would use a different plumber.

Never before have I had a service professional walk off the job with no communication!  We had a $10K or so project to convert septic to sewer.  We agreed on a price and start date.  When the technician showed up as scheduled, our site conditions had changed.  When they quoted the project a month earlier, there was bare dirt, but in the 4 weeks since then, the area had been sodded.  The technician was visibly upset, drove away, and never called or came back!

The 4-week delay in starting was because despite me telling them that the county permitted these types of projects, they continued to call the city and got no response.  If they had called the county to begin with, the project could have been done immediately before the area was sodded.

I understand that site conditions had changed, but to walk off and not talk about it is inexcusable.  I'll never call them again.

We used the The Pink Plumber this past weekend and had a horrible experience. They left our lawn a mess when signing a wavier the technician Brian told us that the wavier is just for damage to your sprinkler system if you have one. When he was done he left our yard a mess please look a the picture and you be the judge. When I called the manager Frank he said they are not landscapers you signed a wavier. Banks and other septic companies will actually remove the top layer of grass then dig then cover the hole they dig and put back your grass. Never again will we use the pink plumber.

I made an appt. with Pink Plumber for a Friday between 4p-8p because it was the only time that was available for us, my husband has been working OT and would be home at that time, and the very next day we were having dirt spread over our entire backyard to plant grass.  At 7p I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and they said that they were working on a BIG job and couldn't come after dark for safety reasons and could I reschedule.  NO I couldn't reschedule, because I scheduled that day and time for several reasons!  NOT HAPPY and why didn't anyone call me?  It is not my problem that they had a big job going on somewhere else!  It looks like this is a pretty big company and should have the staff to keep appts.  At the least should have called during the week to let me know we may need to reschedule!!!

The plumber system at my rental house was broken and I called the Pink Plumber and talked to the plumber guy named Jays becasue he did do business with me before.  He was busy at that day and recomended me to another plumber guy named Tony.  I talked to Jays and confirmed Is there any charge such as trip charge or anything if I don't want to do business with you?  Jays told me NO.  Then, I asked Jays you need to let me know before anything is being done and any charge involved.  Jays said YES.  Then, the guy named Tony came to take a look at the problem.  He called me and told me the about the problem which costed $1200.00.  I told him that I have to think about it and will give him a call if I need his service.  Then, he turned out to collect me the trip fees of $45.00 and the dianostic fees of $89.00.  IT WAS SUCK since I was informed by Jays there was no charged at all.  Also, if Tony wanted to charge these fees, he would let me know about these charges before he started any work.  I called and talked to DAVE (his boss) about it but there was not any help since Dave said that Tony told him he called me and let me know about these fees before he did the work and I'm OK with that which is BIG LIE.  Dave told me that he only trusted his employees NOT customers and will put me in the collection department if I refused to pay.  Dave was very mean and never wanted to help to solve the problem for the customer.  I called Tony again to confirm with him that he never called about these fees before.  The only very FIRST time he called and let me know was the work needed to be done and the charge of the work was $1200.00.  TONY CONFIRMED that with me.  I also talked to JAYS again and he agreed what I as being told as well.  Then, they have never contacted to me after that after I was being known that I would be in the collection department by DAVE.
It is the company that I NEVER WANTED to do business again and NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE to do business with them.

I called them out this past weekend due to leaking pipe in front lawn. The guy came out and told me it would be over $300 just to dig test hole and find leak. After finding leak was under sidewalk he quoted me a price for $1700. I initially agreed to this cost but later became hesitant because I usually get 3 estimates. He comes back with a mini excuvator and tells me if I changed my mind now it will be additional $250. Being since it was weekend and I could not go without water all weekend I agreed to it. So only 1 hour later he tells me job is finished but before he goes he must check water pressure. He check it and told me that water pressure was too high and that insurance would not cover if I had complete blow out. I asked him how much for that repair and he indicated another $400. Once again I agreed and the total came out to $2200. This guy was at my house maybe 2 hours max. I KNOW PLUMBERS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THATS $1000 PER HOUR. I feel like I was overcharged and cheated. I will never use this company again. ALWAYS CALL AROUND FIRST

arrived late, said estimate was free, but wanted to charge $310, when I did not want them to fix my problem. Became rude and said that I must let them fix the problem for my insurance claim. and pay them $430 to replace wax seal in toilet although the remediation team would come tomorror and tear the toilet and the wax ring out, I refuse to allow this service or pay this and said the service was supposed to be a free estimate. The plumber Brandon then blocked my driveway and refused to move out of our way when I asked him to pull to the curb. He said he was not moving until the police came. Police came and said I did not have to select their service and wrote up a report. Terrible experience Buyer beware, Terrible Company

a $195 septic tank clean out cost me over $1000.  How can you charge extra for pumping out more than 1000 from a 1000 gal. tank? Beware!  The quoted cost only includes digging down 18. It is a whole lot more to dig 24. Lots of add-on fees. Look further. Too many good companies to chose from.

Had a very nice fella come out because my son decided to flush a piece of plastic down our toilet and we could not get it out and it was stopped. This took the plumber 5 minutes to fix and I was charged $250. He fixed the problem, but the price seems very high for unclogging a toilet.

Beware of the Pink Plumber.

I hired Aames Plumbing to help with a septic system problem I was having whereby my lawn continually stayed wet. I knew Aames had a $195 deal on septic tank pumping and figured it was worth a shot to fix the problem. The sent a technician out right away the same day. After further review by the technician, it appeared that the septic system's field lines needed draining in addition to the septic tank. He seemed to know what he was talking about so I proceeded.

Well, during the process, the technician broke the water line coming in to my house and I ended up having to pay $800 to replace it (by, interestingly, someone he referred me to other than Aames). I chose to pay for the repair because the water line had already been giving me trouble. But still, an expense I wasn't prepared for. Wait, though, it gets better.

The Aames technician then encouraged me (via a hard sell) to invest $1,000 in their so-called oxidizer treatment to treat the soil after the septic system field lines are drained because he thought this would help keep the problem from reoccurring. Normally a skeptic, I fell for it. After almost two days onsite draining everything and treating the system the technician told me that with all the work I had done I should not have a problem with the leak again. Ha.

Long story short, after several phone calls to Aames Plumbing - many of which went unreturned for a week plus, if at all - I worked my way up to the Owner/President/CEO of Aames Plumbing, Geoff Gillon. Geoff never responded but his Service Manager (Jon Nehrenz) did. Over the course of the next few weeks trying to get Aames to come up with a solution to my problem, I had to deal with a lot of combative behavior, excuses and general frustration. I could never seem to get their full attention.

The initial pricetag to me: $2,695 lost, literally down the crapper to the Pink Plumber - $3,495 if you count my $800 water line repair. The real kicker: after all that I still had the same problem I started with. After an inspection by the county, it was determined that the septic system field lines needed to be relocated on the property. I was prepared to give Aames that business if they would credit the $2,695 towards the septic system repair. I was told No can do. In Aames' defense, they did credit me 75% of my $1,000 investment in their oxidizer treatment. Still, $250 lost on that.

My overall cost for Aames Plumbing to drag me through the mud for two months and still not fix my problem: $1,945. Ouch. Hard lesson learned.

I ended up going with another septic provider (Ricky Grizzle Septic Tank Service) who installed new field lines for my septic system - something that should've been done in the first place with the money I wasted with Aames. Problem solved. Oh, and Ricky treated me like a human being and actually told me that he appreciated my business.

Overall, Aames Plumbing was more than willing to come out the same day and take my money for their $195 septic tank pumping offer but became complacent - and combative - when the time came to find a solution to the problem that they never resolved. Interestingly, Aames has a video on their website where they say We try to get everybody the best service we can at a reasonable price. WSB Radio's Captain Herb Emory goes on to say the following: The number one goal is having a satisfied customer at the end of the job. For those of you who know Captain Herb, you'll understand when I say Oh, my aching Pink Plumber toe!.

Buyer beware!

They did come right out, however thousands of dollars later they fixed the problem. The problem reoccurred a few months later and it cost a few hundred for the same basic resolution but done right. I have a feeling large commissions were involved.

I am a 3 time breast cancer survivor so when i needed a plumber i looked online and found the The Pink Plumber.  They replaced my garbage disposal.  After filling out an online request I was contacted very quickly.  The technician Jim Franitza came out almost immediately was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a short amount of time.  He gave me options as to which repair i could do and which would be most cost effective. He even gave me instructions on how to use the repair tool that comes with it!  Hopefully i wont have any more plumbing issues but if i do i will certainly call the pink plumber again!

I had scheduled a septic pump with another company but they kept rescheduling me.  I saw a Pink Plumber truck and decided to call.  They said they could come out same day.  I had my septic tank covers exposed so no digging for them.  So I authorize them to drive on the driveway and $195 pump.  I hadn't changed my filter and they offered one for $125.  Okay, I know the filter is $50 at most but he's there, he's nice, okay.  Now at $320 is what I would have paid the other company just for a pump.  We had an especially rainy year and he offers to pump out my leach field line. $545.  He hooks up his hose to my outlet side and pumps for 30 minutes.  Says he pumped 1000 gallons.  I see no meter on his truck to confirm but okay.  Now, I just paid $195 to empty my 1000 gallon tank.  Hmmm.
Offers the $1500 bio whatever, I decline.  Total over $900.  Great customer service but a total racket on added charges.  You have your septic open, you're vulnerable, you want it done and over.

I have to give a partially good rating because they came out on short notice when I had a back up from my septic tank.  However I had just gotten my tank pumped and backpumped 3 weeks prior by this company which cost over $2600 so to find out they were charging me another $490 was not a pleasant surprise.  They said my drainfield was failing and that I will probably need to move it to another place on my property.  Another $10000 quote by the way.    They also said water was draining back into my system from the drainfield and if I wanted them to pump again then it could cost up to $2000!  I passed on the additional pumping and went to do some internet research.  I came to the conclusion that 1) the reason for the back up was due to a clog of grease and the significant amount of rain we have had in GA and 2) we were not treating our septic system as well as we should have.  I cut back on water usage, stopped using Clorox, antibacterial anything, and stopped using the garbage disposal.   I was able to get some Septic Shock and fix my issue for less than $100.  Don't believe the hype!  As a woman, I feel like people try and take advantage of me when it comes to skilled services and its disheartening to know that this was probably one of those cases.  Be wary as these techs probably make a commission on the amount of services they sell!

What a waste of time. I needed a tech to install a p-trap on a sink that required about 5 of pvc pipe at an angle. The drain from the sink was a few inches offset from the wall drain so i was having a little difficulty with it myself. My original appt was for Monday but they cancelled on me. It almost happened again the next day but they were able to make it later in the day.
The man looked for about 4 minutes and gave me a $1,200 ESTIMATE!!!!
For about $8.00 worth of pvc and an hour of his time. When I asked why so high, he basically told me he wanted to remove everything and do it all over.
TOTAL NONSENSE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
Not only did they waste 2 days of my time waiting for them, they insult me with such an outrageous  estimate.
Even after a follow up phone call from the P.P. after this post, their manager told me he would be able to do the job for $800 because they had to replace pipes that worked perfectly fine in the wall and being that cutting a small hole in drywall is an arduous task, the hefty price tag to replace parts that do not need replacing is justified.
This man quote me $400 less WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE JOB !!!

SOUNDS PRETTY TRUSTWORTHY TO ME.  I wonder how many other people are taken advantage of by this sleazy plumbing company. Total scam. Save your time and money and call in a real professional.

My overall experience with Pink Plumber was absolutely terrible. When I first called to get a pump out on my septic, I was excited because they were coming out that same day. When the techs came out, the gentleman was talking to me and asked where I was from, I'm assuming from my accent, and when I said a major city he asked how much I knew about septic. Stupidly, I said not much and that's when it all went wrong. I admit that my tank had a lot more sludge in it than the 12 inches that is included in the $250 pump out. However, he told me that my whole tank was draining slow and we immediately need to go to a remediation and in the same breath told me all about the financing that Pink Plumber has available for the $3,000 repair. I asked him to pump it out and give me a minute at which point I called another service and who asked me a whole slew of questions and gave me a much much lower price without me even telling them what I was quoted by Pink Plumber. When I told the tech that he can leave the tank open uncovered because I have another service coming out he got very angry. He also got very snippy with my husband on the phone, who was out of town and the tech didn't know I had, when my husband was saying he was trying to rip me off. What was a $250 pump out turned int $487.11 (extra sludge removal and my tank was deeper than the amount allowed in the pump out special) I was charged for extra dirt removal from my tank that was never put back on. When my husband called to speak with a manager with the company he was told there wasn't a manager on staff until Monday and he will receive a call.....no call Monday. The only call I received was when I was on my way to work saying that someone was going to my house to recover my tank which was in the back yard. Thanks for the short notice on that, I have animals and that is not acceptable. We have yet to hear back from them.

I called another service out and they hydrojetted my tank for $250 (The quote Pink Plumber gave me for just that was $535). They told me that my tank was draining fine and that no remediation was needed.

Overall, I felt that Pink Plumber was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a female and admittedly naive in the world of septic. I'm so happy that I did not fall for the $3000 repair and my septic has been working wonderfully. Expensive lesson learned!

Called to get my tank emptied, told over the phone would be $150 - 250 depending on sized of tank.  Tech gets here and does inspection, price quoted nearly $800!!!  Now, I would have been ok with a little more since he does need to unclog the line from the house to the tank, but serioulsy.  Then tells me the $150 is for a normal tank, in other words an empty one that they don't really need to empty.  He says I don't have to do it.  So, I'm standing in my torn up yard, with the tank exposed that I agree does need to be emptied, what choice do I really have.  Will not ever use them again for anything.

Your company doesn't deserve to get any stars but that's not an option.
This is the second week I have had a problem with The Pink Plumber. Last week  I schedule a time to come out between 12-4 at 5pm no call  no show ..thank goodness the problem went away. This week I had the same problem. I called at 9:45 am on 6/19 ( I know it's Father's Day) but your service says 24/7 Again you schedule repairs from 12-4 so  I wait ..... Call at 4:15 the rep states they are short handed and still working on orders from this morning  call 4:45 same response someone will call me.  Call 6:50pm after hour dispatch , the office is closed I will have the on call plumber call you. 15 minutes later plumber calls asked several times no one called; by this time I was pissed and started to yell with an attitude. So he said he could come but it would be after 9pm and the cost $500-$714 to unclog a drain. I'm sure that includes emergency charges but he said it didn't. Need less to say I cancelled service and requested a mangers name and number. I will be making a call in the morning.

My sister-in-law called me and indicated she had a problem with her kitchen sink faucet and  she had a similar issue in a bathroom sink. She called the pink plumber, they came out inspected and wrote up a $1200 estimate to fix faucet and replace one and found that the pressure regulator was not working in her house. I immediately told her to send him away. I came by two weeks later because she was without hot water in her kitchen, and had both problems fixed without even pulling a tool out of my toolbox!. Both of them were a simple tighten of loose washers that held down the faucets.

I am appalled that anyone could attempt to steal from another person and such a blatant matter. I was in and out in 15 minutes and both faucets are working perfectly. The fact that the pink plumber seems to indicate they are woman friendly, did not follow suit here. She is a single woman and has no knowledge of plumbing, and they were going to take advantage of her. I would not recommend calling this company for anything.

I just purchased an old house.  I knew there would be issues.  The first was my water heater.  The tech was Todd A.  He was on time and very good at explaining the best way to solve the problem.  While there he saw another safety issue.   He resolved both in a timely manner.  I prefer to do repairs correctly the first time.  I am 100% happy with the service.

This is, by far, the worst company I've ever dealt with. After giving me a HUGE 4 hour window between 12-4, I still hadn't heard a peep from them by 4:30. I rescheduled to the next day between 8-12, and guess what, I was told at 12:30 that they were running late. I have a life, and responsibilities to take care of, so I have absolutely no time for this irresponsible, unprofessional company.

Had a small continuous leak in my basement. I called them and  Jason came out explaining what needed to be done and it would take at least four hours and $618.00. I thought it was too high so I called another plumber. The other plumber from a different company shut the water off, grabbed a bucket for the remaining water replaced the 3/4 PRV pipe and it cost $200.00 and 10 minutes. Clearly Jason needs another  profession. I just wanted everyone to know how much he wanted to rip me off. My suggestion DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

On April 1,2021, I had a technician named Fadil Krantic to come out and unstop my kitchen sink. My husband inquired about hydrojet system instead of using the snake. He told my husband out pipes were too small and flood the house. After attempting to use the snake twice to clear the clog we were told he would need to dig some trenches and have to go under my driveway for new drain at cost of $8321.22  and other option would be to go inside the house and put new piping at cost of $12,872.00. I got ripped off for amount of $511.00 for nothing. He did not unclog the line. I got in touch with another plumber who used the hydrojet and unclogged the lines. The Pink Plumber states Company shall do all work in a competent , workman like manner. This company sent an incompetent technician out to my house who does not even know the latest techniques used to unclog drains. I will be sure to everyone I know Do Not Use this Company for Anything

So I decided to hire another company which the name it's septic express and charge me 2500 and fix the problem also they provide me with five years of warranty for the work .  So that tells you everything and the pink plumber company did not provide me with no warranty at all so please be aware don't waste your money with this company that's why they're getting so many Sue's against them in the past few years .

They are the biggest scammers ever i wished i read the reviews before i called them to my home to do work.  December 2020  they Gave me a quote of 2600.00 to replace the pump in my septic. I felt it was a lot but I was told that the  sewage could back up into my  house at any minute.  After having a very loud alarm go off in my back yard for an hour after a couple days of rain i go outside to see this device i didn't know was placed there. I was billed 542.99  for this device after reviewing the invoice.  there was another charge of 450.00 for another repair also never discussed with me.  The technician never discussed  and that price removed for the alarm i never requested. when i spoke with the manger Tim  he  laughed in my face. These reviews are not made up they are scammers  and I will file my complaints also with BBB, state of Georgia as well as the Secretary of state, department of consumer affairs. They hide behind that pink breast cancer lie!!!

Don't get me wrong, they have a great jingle. Hence why I remembered the number and called. The technician was also very knowledgeable and on time. However, the price was ridiculous. I was quoted a price of over $350 for a job with $25 in materials and equipment and 20 minutes of labor. After shaking my hot water heater for 2 seconds, I was also informed that no warranty on the work would be provided. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Go with another plumber and ignore the gimmicks.

I had a water leak underground somewhere so I called the pink plumber. They sent Todd out to do leak detection. He walked around the yard and couldn't find a puddle so he just said the leak was under my driveway and that it would be $6800 to replace. He never used any detection device at all and charged $300 for the so called detection. I went with another company and they found the leak and also found that my water line doesn't even go under my driveway. They installed a new line for $1300. Todd is a liar, con and a crook. I called and scheduled at Saturday appointment in advance (not an urgent or emergent situation). My appointment was for Saturday, August 6 between noon and 4. At 2 PM, I received a call that the techs were busy and I would receive another call when a tech was available. Well, the call came after 6 PM that they wouldn't get to me that day. They offered to come on Sunday as if I could just camp at home for the weekend due to their issue! Then they offered to come on Monday ( if I didn't have weekday obligations such as a job, I wouldn't have scheduled a Saturday appt)!

So....we agreed on an 8:00 AM appt today, August 13. I was told 8 AM due to their issues last weekend. The Call came at 8:55 AM that they had a tech that was available could be on the way!

Called with an emergency plumbing issue today at 11 am. They said they'd be out between 12 and 4 pm.  Called several times to update me that there previous job was taking longer than expected.  Then at 7 pm called to say they had to reschedule for tomorrow.

They are certainly not available 24/7. If they'd just said they couldn't come today I would have called q different plumber. They strung me along and now I'm in after business hours pricing with other plumbers.

Don't expect them to show up as promised.

Had the pink plumber out to do a pump and to check that my system is working properly for the buyers of my home, they came out and pumped the tank and said i needed a plastic part called a baffle tee,the plumber said it would cost 454.70 just for the part and he would'nt give me the letter saying the tank was working properly if i did 'nt have it put in (need for the sell of my home)after they left i checked a local plumbing supply house and found out the part would cost 81 dollars out the door.So after a long conversation with the people at the pink plumber i was told thats just what they charge for that part( i feel they had me over a barrel because i needed that letter)     I feel like the price for the part was WAY out of line for a piece of pvc,and was told i just don't understand. I'm a retired appliance tech with 40 years under my belt,i think i understand better than they think i do.I would NEVER use the pink plumber again!

Our technician Bradley Mounts provided horrible customer service. Upon entering my home he was rude and condescending and completed tests outside of what was requested during the initial phone consultation. Bradley attempted to charge us $1230 worth of work for a running toilet that needed to be had to rebuilt along with various other things he reported needed to be done in order to pad the bill. Please beware of scammers like Bradley who talk down about his receptionist staff in order to trick women into spending more for general plumbing repairs. Warning! Don't use the Pink Plumber they will try to up charge you. They were at my son's house and tried to take  a $159 empty to $3500. They showed up very late.  If the house hadn't been in the family would not have found the tank.  Then they changed the price to $500 because of the depth. Then couldn't do said it would be $3500 because of a blockage.  BUT they could not even do the job because their truck was too full. However when my mother showed up they left without a single word pulling off a piece of the fence in the process.

$670.00 to fix a broken main line. All they did was glue in a piece of pipe about two inches long. It took less than 15 minutes. They did not have to find the leak, it was obvious and they did not have to dig. I did that myself. I paid it because we needed water and they were the quickest at getting someone out. If not them we would have waited another two days for someone else.  Stuck between a rock and hard place on this one. I'm grateful they came out so quickly. I just think they took advantage of our situation. Just sayin'.

We had someone from Pink Plumber come give us a quote to fix a constant drip in our shower. The tech came out and long story short told us that it was going to be $440. We were blown away. I actually kind of questioned the quote saying that I would think it would just be something simple- a washer or something easy....I mean a dripping faucet is pretty common.  He went on to explain that it could be the pressure in the lines etc.... (I quit listening because I was mad and already knew we weren't paying for the work--or we would get another quote). We ended up paying the $40 trip fee and telling him that we could not afford that at this time. Long story short,. we ended up googling dripping shower faucet and came across a YouTube instructional video on how to replace a cartridge. We picked up the cartridge at Home Depot for $30 and fixed this on our own. Honestly this was so simple- almost like replacing a water filter- and it fixed the problem. I was so frustrated with this...what if we would have paid $440 to have the work done!!????  Where was he getting $440!!???  I called Pink Plumber and asked to speak to a manager. Someone returned my call and I explained everything to him- that we were quoted $440 and we fixed this in 10 min and the part was $30. I was told that it is a very expensive business to run- Trucks, cost of gas, uniforms, tools on the truck, etc. Really???? I replied with so basically we were going to have been charged $400 in labor?  I was also told that unfortunately some people are not able to YouTube and complete tasks on their own. I mean I get that....but how can a tech quote $440 on something that took us literally 10 minutes and the part was $30. I honestly feel as if they con people into thinking they have bigger problems....and they get some people who are desperate enough and think they don't have a choice and end up paying it. Please trust me and try YouTube-ing it first. We are NOT HANDY at all and it was so incredibly easy. We searched dripping shower faucet....so many videos. You can do it on your own and save hundreds (literally). DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!

119 reviews and less than 2 stars!! Consider yourself warned!!

I spoke with Ashley in CUSTOMER SERVICE, and even her attitude was that she didn't care. She didn't care that I was upset with the service. She didn't care that I was told to go find another plumber if I wanted. She didn't care that the main reason I ended up speaking to her is that the woman on the phone told me that they may not even make it today.
When I set the appointment, I said I am working from home. The plumber doing the digging will be here, just come on. Ashley told me that it is company policy that I have to answer the phone or call back in 10 minutes, or else I lose my spot in line. So, now I am waiting all day, with another plumber, for them to show up and pump out the tank.

If this company doesn't even care that they have extremely low ratings, or why they are being rated that low, what makes you think they give a rat's behind about you or me?!? If this is their customer service model, then they deserve to lose business. Nothing worse than a company that doesn't care about it's customers. Well, at least they aren't shy about their ambivalence.

UPDATE:

They finally showed up. Doubled the price. When i tried to haggle, he left. Was quoted $195 - $250 on the phone. As soon as I am desperate, $490!! WOW!! He said it was more because it was full. The tank is already exposed and already open. Just pump it out.

NEVER use this company!! NEVER!! How dishonest!!

Now I have a hole in my backyard, and still waiting for a pump. It is unbelievable that this company is still in business.

I was attracted to this company because of donations to breast cancer.  But I would never hire them again.  The pricing is way over-the-top -- a rip-off.  What Home Depot would do for $99 (install a dishwasher) they charged more than $800.  And they were non-responsive to complaints and attempts to negotiate a fair price over the phone.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I don't understand how a company like this can stay in business. All the reviews where they were given 1 star - are absolutely true. This company is unethical and should be out of business for their tactics. We had a water leak, the tech came out, and quoted $6,700 to fix it, yea, $6,700, then when we weren't going to do business with them, they told us we got the wrong estimate, then turned around and sent 3 more... now the estimate is $2700... which is still exorbitant- and they try to say they are craftsman which in itself gives real plumbers a bad name... plumbers are excellent at what they do, but when they are managed by a company that completely has a practice of auctioning off estimates in the hopes that someone bites... is absolutely unethical. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please read all the reviews and be warned....

I called Pink Plumber to try to get an estimate over the phone (which they don't do).. all I needed done was a dishwasher  and kitchen faucet installed. The man who came out was nice enough, but the cost was too high in my opinion ($310 for dishwasher and $305 for faucet) really? Calling the handyman...
