Ramon did an excellent job in replacing my water heater. He answered all my questions and explained how my system works. Within less than 24 hours, Ramon had removed and replaced my water heater, and my hot water was restored. He is efficient and neat, and I am very pleased with his work. I just want to start off by saying Ramon was very helpful very informative. We purchased our home a few years ago and as first time home owners you are not really aware of everything that needs to be maintained. We had an issue with our water heater and I was called around to price shop. From bell Bros to handyman to figure out the best way to get the job done on a budget. We found out about Ramon's plumbing on yelp. I called him up and from the beginning he was super professional and helpful. He sent me an estimate and offered a few suggestions. I did let him know I was price shopping because we are in a financial bind. He said he understood and was very kind and was not pushy at all. We decided to go with him because he was knowledgeable and helpful. When he came to do the installation he was on time, very thorough, professional, and even shared a few things we should and shouldn't be doing. We will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs. Most plumbers know you're in a bind and tend to take advantage of it. But with Ramon's plumbing I can honestly say he is an honest plumber.

Ramon replaced my nearly 50 year old water heater, cleared a drain, and replaced a leaky shower cartridge. He gave me a good price and got it done quickly. What more can you ask for?
Ramon replied quickly to my request for an estimate on replacing a garbage disposal, had a fair price, and made it very easy to schedule the work right through the app for the next morning. He arrived right on time and completed the work very efficiently. He also answered some other plumbing questions i had, even looking up some code requirements and getting back to me later that day about another project i am considering.
We had an easy experience and Ramon was very knowledgeable of what we needed for our plumbing issues! Fantastic job and great customer service! Definitely will contact him again for our plumbing needs!

The technician confirmed what I suspected was the problem, but said that he was not able to help.
Our old water heater was not staying lit and we were not ready to pay for a new water heater. Ramon came and identified the issue to the water heater and was able to fix it. He did recommend us to have the water heater replaced soon, but I appreciate him listening to my concerns and what I was looking to have accomplished. He also did the exact same process with our garbage disposal. When the time comes to replace both I will look to use Ramon again. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. I would recommend anyone in need of any plumbing needs to contact Ramon Plumbing.
Ramon was very responsive and quick to come out and assess the problem we had in our kitchen sink. He performed a thorough inspection, let us know what it would cost to fix, and also how to keep this problem from happening again. We are so relieved to find a trustworthy and efficient plumber in our area. We will be recommending Ramon to everyone we can!
Ramon is the real deal. Needed a shower valve replaced, he quoted me what I asked for and then came up with a much less expensive alternative, saving me hundreds of dollars. His follow up is excellent, he shows up when he says he will and he gets the job done fast. Before he left, I had him quote me another job to repipe my exterior water valve, he came back two days later and knocked it out in a few hours. Priced reasonable and I would highly recommend Ramon. I'll definitely use him again if I need a plumber.
