HISTORY

Established in 2016.
The owner of Drain Guru is a 3rd generation plumber. He had worked for 4 other major plumbing Companies in Los Angeles before moving to Visalia. He worked for 2 local companies here in Visalia before starting Drain Guru Plumbing Services inc. Working for these other businesses gave him a opportunity to learn what worked for these businesses and what didn't work. This is why Drain Guru can guarantee it will provide professional workmanship at the highest level of customer service.

Hello my name is Jubien I'm the owner of Drain Guru Plumbing Services inc. I'm also a father of two wonderful children. I enjoy Jiujitsu and outdoor activities. I believe fitness is the key ingredient to living a balanced life. I'm also very excited to build value in my community by owning a business who's core foundation is based on integrity. John came over and quickly unstopped the toilet. After doing a check, I had John change out the water valve due to the difficulty of turning it off (years old). We then discovered that there was leak in the tank seal, so he replaced that. Finally have no leaks, no flooding and I know how to unplug the toilet when it get plugged up with things that should not be there. Thank you John. Greatly appreciate your hard work.

Awesome customer service!!

I want to thank Jubien and Vince for helping my dad and me on our ranch. I called DGPS on a Thursday about an issue we had with our main waterline. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located.

Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything.

Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair.

I will ONLY call this company in the future. The price was fair, speedy fix, great attitudes and above the normal service you get from most of the companies these days.

Once again, Jubien, I thank you and Vince for your help. My dad is so happy now that he has water again.

I highly recommend Drain Guru! Jubien and Victor are super knowledgeable. They work hard to get the job done fast! I called them about my tub draining super slow. Vince was able to clean out the tub drain and water flows out properly now. No more standing water in the bottom of the tub! They also hydro-jetted my exterior drain lines and everything is working great!

These guys are the greatest. The owner was at a town called up his closest tech tech came out in no time flat took care of us 100% all my guest were totally totally excited we are in badger sevencirclesretreat.org. Highly recommend it. And we found our plumber!

Woke up on a Sunday morning to discover that my toilet tank was not refilling, but I know better than to call a plumber on a Sunday.

I did call Drain Guru on Monday and had my toilet in working order that night! As it's the only one I have and manually filling the tank was quickly getting old, I was pleased as punch.

Jubien was friendly and efficient, even figuring out how to switch out my filter valve even though the water valve was pretty much stuck in an on position after over ten years without use. And the price was most definitely reasonable.

Highest recommendations for Jubien and his team. Honest and straightforward with their work. They showed up on time and sent a video from under our house showing the issue and provided a couple recommendations for the fix. Very glad to support their business, you can't go wrong with these guys.

I needed a toilet wax seal and fill valve replaced and had a sink with low water pressure. I was quoted $540. And this was after they were 2 hours late. FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY USD. For that much money I was ready to teach myself how to be a plumber. The parts to fix the toilet were $18. The sink cartridges were just clogged with sediment from the well and just needed to be rinsed. This all took 2 hours with no plumbing experience and I'm sure would have taken a plumber less than an hour.

Idk what it is about tradesmen in this town basically robbing people. As a nurse at the hospital down the street with a 4 year degree you make about $47/hr, meanwhile the plumber is charging $540 an hour. The math isn't mathing.

I proceeded to get quotes from 3 other plumbers who charged by the hour. The total for them would have been around $350 they estimated. ($120-$150/hr) Sill insane, but drain guru was by FAR the most outrageous quote.

Drain Guru Plumbing just finished a two-day project at my mother's house in Tulare that included upgrading and rerouting 60 feet of pipe from the water meter to the water service area, replacing sprinkler anti-siphon valves, and replacing water main branch piping. From the time I called Jubien to schedule an estimate to the final invoice, he and his team communicated every step of the process and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I live in Sacramento so it was reassuring to have Jubien be in constant contact. As mom watched all the work unfold and interacted face-to-face, she was impressed and more than happy with the work done by Jubien and his team. A previous company had gone out to do an estimate/inspection, but didn't bother to fully inspect the situation as Jubien did. He asked permission to enter her front yard and her water service area to fully assess the problem. Drain Guru will be who I call if her house needs any other plumbing service. Many thanks to Jubien and his team for their professional customer service and craftsmanship. 5 stars and A+ team!

This is the best plumbing service out there ! Was very punctual and attentive to our needs ! We have a sewer pipe break under our house which caused a mess , and the stopping of our house . Jay was great , fast , reasonable , and went above and beyond to fix the problem and also the continuous issues that followed the week after fixing the break . Highly recommend !!

These guys are pros and always there to take my call no matter how small or large the task is. It feels nice knowing I can always go to the Drain Guru when plumbing is needed. They have a young energetic feel to the company that makes me feel like I'm always in good hands.

I've worked with other plumbers in the past but these guys are definitely recommended and my #1 choice. Great for investors with multiple properties as well.

This man is a life saver!

Over the past few months ive had a few issues at my house here in hanford. I'm currently living out of the state and have tenants living in my home. Drain Guru has been a huge help and life saver when coming to my plumbing needs as well as top notch customer service every time i have needed him. By far the best in quality and customer service in central California!! He will work with you from start to finish and does everything he can to get the job done on time.

Jubien responded to our service call immediately and kept us informed for the next couple of hours as he was going to squeeze us into his already busy afternoon schedule. He and his helper showed up about 4:15 and went straight to work on our clogged toilet. Fifteen minutes later it was flowing like it should. The Drain Guru was VERY professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with - we highly recommend him!

(The Drain Guru was actually the second plumber we called that day - the first plumber NEVER SHOWED UP or even returned our call for service!)

Jubien and his team provided the best customer service! We looked to him for a second opinion. He responded in minutes upon receiving my inquiry, and he came within that hour! He stopped by in Fresno on his way to another job to take a look at our situation- a leaky water heater and flooded water heater closet. Upon inspection, he couldn't believe the indecency of Roto Rooter. The person who had come from Roto Rooter had just suggested putting a bucket under the leak & said they'd come back the following morning. Jubien was shocked that they hadn't even bothered capping the leak, which he did within the first 5 minutes. The integrity of this family business, combined with their expertise and superb customer service, goes a long way in my book. Should we need more servicing, I'll definitely call Jubien & I'll happily recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

Very responsive and reliable. I moved into a new home where I found several active leaks that needed to be repaired as soon as possible. They came out that day and fixed all the problems. Called because I needed some work done on a toilet and a shower. Got out the same day, honestly that was the fastest I've ever had someone come out to my house, they where out within the same hour I called. Got the work done quickly, price was really fair, actually it was a lot less than I expected to be paying which is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

We used Drain Guru to replace an old recovery tray for underneath a washing machine--prior to moving in to a house. The old one had been installed in a way we could not replace ourselves. The need was urgent. Jay and his crew responded immediately. They were professional and easy to work with. Customer service was awesome. i would definitely recommend!

J was responsive by phone, up front about his rates (a lot less than others in town), fixed what I was afraid might be a MAJOR problem, was super friendly, funny, showed up earlier than expected, and didn't even charge me as much as he could have for being evening the day before Thanksgiving. You can bet I will spread Drain Guru's name all over town and will call him again if I need a plumber! Y'all need to call this guy for your plumbing needs!!

First time using Drain Guru, and I am very impressed. We called them because of damp odor from under the house. Pool of water could be seen from access. Very thorough on the inspection. Took pictures and explained in detail all the leaks we had under our house. Fixed all the problems and spread lime to aid in the drying process. They are busy & in high demand, but for a good reason. They are that good.! Honest and fair pricing.

I'm surprised to see the number of positive ratings. I made an appt early last week for this past Friday 1/27/23 between 9 and 10. When nobody showed up I called and left word a little after 10. The next morning, Saturday, I left word again. Still no response as of 9AM Tues 1/31/23. He may do good work, if the reviews are to be believed, but...

Had a shower leak but my handyman refused to fix it - he said it was normal (what????). Left it alone for a while since it was a very slow drip but soon enough it needed attention. Drain guru came out so quick and wow, done! Prompt and professional, friendly too! Highly recommend.
