They promise you the world and then don't do anything. I called my home warrantee company First American on 4/13 about 3 plumbing issues at my home, one of which was an active water leak (ruptured pipe) in my basement.
First American called me about midnight that night requesting of an emergency repair needed to be made. I said no, it could wait till morning to get someone out there. Today is 4/20 an entire week later, and all I keep hearing is excuses, and promises that things Will be taken care of. The most recent promise coming from the owner himself. (which I've spoken to twice in the past 24 hours).
They have had technicians out to the house twice, yet still no repair of the leak.
The 1st technician thought the leak was the result of sediment in the hot water heater and wanted to charge $400 plus for flushing the pipes. To me it was an opportunity to try and upsell the service (which First American pays them very little for). The owner was quick to say he would get someone else out there promptly, and indicating that he was having issues with that particular technician.  I've had home warrantees for more than 14 years on my homes. Some contractors are better than others about getting the job done and getting to the next job, and they make their money on volume. Others drag things out and try to hold the home owner hostage for extra repairs.
One of my theory's I have is that technicians meet my very young and clueless tenants (it's my rental house), and figure it's an easy opportunity to make a buck. Then this 50 yr old mechanical engineer starts questioning they diagnosis's and they have quickly backed themselves into a corner)
When they were out today, apparently there is a shower head that's leaking up the upper floor shower. The warentee company called me to say that's not covered. Ok, fine I said, it's a $15 part I can get a t home depot, how about the leaking pipe in the basement that's causing water to go everywhere?
I may soon need to engage my home owners insurance and make a claim , just because this plumber Elevated Management Plumbing, was incapable of, or unwilling to handle the job.
I've been trying to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and a way to get back into my good graces, yet the blow it at every opportunity. I'm not a happy customer.

One of the worst company I have worked with. They were referred to us by our home warranty company. Issue #1 They never show up on time. Issue #2 According to them it's completely okay to give an appointment and not show up at all. Issue #3 They do an incomplete job, they installed a water heater and failed to the old one back for weeks. Issue #4 They do a shotty job and do not warranty their work. The plumber fixed one leak and created another in the process, which damaged property.

Please be aware of these folks.

Worst servicer!!  Elevated plumber came out to replace a water heater, which was covered by my home warranty.  So many issues!

1) Although this was considered an emergency, took over 2 weeks to get the new heater installed.
2) When it was installed, the tech completely botched the job, got water in the electric panel, got soldering on the floor, and cracked the transition step between my basement rooms.
3) The water heater had to be fixed, took days for them to get someone out to repair it, again even though this was considered an emergency.
4) Even though the company (Dwayne) said they would take full responsibility for the damage, they refused to act on it. I had to file litigation through my home warranty.  Again - he said that they would fix it... it's more than two months later and they STILL have not repaired the damage.

All in all - TERRIBLE WORK, shady business practices, all around awful.  DO NOT USE THEM!

If I could rate zero stars, that would be more appropriate. If you've been screwed by this company, I suggest filing a complaint with MHIC.

If your warranty company contracts with them I suggest you get them to find another company immediately. I wish I had read the other reviews first. This company is horribly unreliable and come across as shady.

Had an appointment confirmed for a specific time arrival. My father set it up and asked me to be there as a favor. Plumber even said he'd try to get there earlier, according to my dad's text. When he didn't get there at the end of the hour, I called. He said he was in route. I called him half an hour later, and he said he was an hour behind and was really apologetic (eye roll). I should not have had to call to get that information.

More hours go by. An early afternoon appointment is now delayed by hours and hours into the evening. I called one more time because I still hadn't heard from him. He then said he never told my father he would be there at the specific time. Only that he would try.  If there were true, why didn't you bring that up during the two prior phone calls when I mentioned the time for the appointment? Now he couldn't get there until much later, anyway. When I asked why he didn't say the appointment was conditional (and who with plumbing problems would really agree to maybe I'll come?) earlier. He got snotty and I told him to just cancel the appointment.

So, do yourself a favor and don't bother. Cancel that appointment with them and find someone else.

Would give a 0 star rating if available. Assigned them through First American HOW. Plumber came out after about a week to fix a running toilet and leaking faucet. Fixed toilet and then left without telling me anything about the sink. After multiple lies through texts it was assigned to another plumber who ordered a new faucet and fixed it promptly.

Absolutely worst service I've ever received in my life!!! Good luck getting them to come to your place. When they do, they'll be weeks late, cost more than they quoted, not do the job they came to do, stain your carpet, and disappoint you in ways you never anticipated. Run for your life!

Hire Elevated Plumbing LLC at your own peril.  They're unprofessional and clearly don't have the skill level needed to do quality work.

Elevated Plumbing LLC came to our business to give us an estimate on some plumbing problems we have been meaning to address (nothing I would consider difficult).  They were supposed to call ahead of time, but instead arrived hours after the appointment time when the business had already closed.  Prior to their arrival, I tried calling their main office to track them down.  After several calls, I finally got a guy on the line and explained that the plumber hadn't arrived.  He said, let me forward you to dispatch, at which point he cut me off mid sentence and immediately forwarded me somewhere.  I'm not exactly sure where I was redirected, but after about 20 rings, another guy, who sounded like he had just been smoking weed for an hour and/or woken up from a nap, answered. He said said three words to me - What's going on?  At that point, I decided nobody from Elevated Plumbing was going to be able to help me and hung up the phone.  Several hours later, around 8pm a plumber showed up at my office (keep in mind, he was supposed to be there by 2pm).  I was working late and figured I might be able to get a plumbing tip or two so I let him into the building to take a look.

He spent an hour trying to diagnose our multiple issues.  For each issue, I got 3, 4, sometimes 5 reasons for what the problem could be.   Each time he would give me an answer, I would say, well what about possibility XYZ.  He would then change his mind and give me a different reason, and usually a different solution. I could immediately tell that he didn't know what he was doing, but I went along with it to see if I could learn something...anything.  The pain eventually ended and before he left, he said he would call back with official estimates on the work that needed to be done.

Fortunately, he never bothered to call back.

I did some research on the proposed solutions suggested by the plumber, then called another company to come take a look at our issues.  We went through the issues again, only this time, the new plumber found the reasons for the issues almost immediately.  He was able to either show me physical problems, or explain the causes in a way that matched what I anticipated.  The entire process took about 10 minutes.  On one particular issue, I didn't even finish describing the symptom of our problem and he already knew the cause and solution.  We cut a little hole into the wall to expose some pipe and he was dead on right.

Every solution given by the plumber from Elevated Plumbing was either flat our wrong, or unnecessary.  I spoke with enough people from their company to understand that it's not just one person.  It's a bad company.

Elevated Plumbing was assigned to me through my 2-10 Home Warranty.  I've been generally pleased with each contractor 2-10 has sent to the rental properties I manage.  I've been working in construction and property management for 20+ years, and I've n-e-v-e-r experienced this level of unreliability and incompetence.  The job was a shower diverter replacement.  The initial service call was made on May 19th.  May 22nd was a no show.  May 24th I received a cancellation call.  May 25th was the second visit.  Work was not completed because the plumber did not have the correct parts.  Mind you, it was the same plumber from the original visit.  June 3rd received a cancellation call.  June 6th was a now show.  Owner/Supervisor is Don Bridges (c)202-469-0603.  On site plumber was Lee Williams (c)703-249-3913.  I've never felt compelled to write anything like this before.  Save yourselves a lot of headaches, and find another company.Elevated Plumbing was assigned to me through my 2-10 Home Warranty. The follow up on May 22nd was a no show.  May 24th I received a cancellation call.  May 25th was the second visit.  Work was not completed because the plumber did not have the correct parts.  Mind you, it was the same plumber from the original visit.  Why didn't he have the correct parts???  June 3rd received a cancellation call.  June 6th was a now show.  Owner/Supervisor is Don Bridges (c)202-469-0603.  On site plumber was Lee Williams (c)703-249-3913.  I've never felt compelled to write anything like this before.  Save yourselves a lot of headaches, and find another company.

This company is very deceptive because they talk such a good game you really feel as though they are going to do a good job, but if a warranty company sends them to you, please know this company is inherently horrible.  My warranty was through 2-10 (another disgusting company--separate review just for them) who sent Elevated Plumbing technicians to install a new hot water heater to address my concerns.  Imagine my horror when my original concern was still an issue months later and the new water heater they incorrectly installed caused major water to slowly drip into my carpeted rug to the point water formed around my foot when pressed against my carpet. I called 2-10 and they said they only cover the same repair if reported within 30 days;  I noticed the water from the drip a little over 3 months later. They said it was Elevated Plumbing's responsibility and that I should be glad I got a new hot water heater.  Elevated Plumbing, once again, seemed so concerned and scheduled a time to come out to check out the mess they made.  The night before they had to reschedule it (remember my water heater is steadily dripping).  Then he said he would come out Sunday.  I texted, called and begged just for a courtesy call so I didn't have to stay home waiting for them and to this day, that call never occurred.  Fortunately, that Sunday, I called Michael and Son and they sent someone out to redo the pipes connecting my hot water heater. Elevated Plumbing is THE WORST COMPANY you could call......for anything.  I only regret there's not a lower rating to select.

Elevated plumbing was recommended from my 2-10 Warranty Company. The plumber/owner called to tell me the appointment time from 9-11. He didn't show up to my house until 1:30 after I called him 2 times to inquire his ETA. While in my home he flirted with my adult cousin, talked on his cell phone that continued to ring. He smelled of liquor on his breath . Not to mention he brought 2 other men to my house that CLEARLY wasn't technicians. They had to stay in the truck & not my home. He refused to do the work. Stated he was coming to see what the issue was with my toilet. He refused to replace the parts with above standard parts which my warranty company covered. He was yelling, disrespectful and jingled the toilet handle & said its fixed now pay me my money. I refused to pay & told him to leave my home. You failed to do the work. The toilets were continuously running, sinker needed replaced & over flowing causing floor damage. He was only after the trade fee money & not the work which tells me he's probably filing false claims to the warranty company for work he doesn't perform. I have been w/ 2-10 Warranty company since 2001 & never dealt with a lack of professional, disrespectful, inadequate, unreliable, poor customer service company like Elevated Plumbing!!! I wouldn't recommend them to NOBODY! Horrible service and disrespectful attitude. BEWARE!!!

I really wish I could give 0 stars as this company does not even deserve one.  I have never been so angry at a company, and I have never written a review before for anything, but feel like it would be a disservice to everyone else if I didn't let you know how horrible they are.  They were assigned to me through my landlord's home warranty program to fix my clogged kitchen sink.  This was an issue we had 2 times before and the other companies assigned to us were able to fix the sink within 30 minutes.  Elevated responded very quickly to our request and sent a plumber out within 2 days.  When the tech came, he said he was not able to fix it because he needed more cable and didn't have it with him.  I stupidly paid him the service charge and he got me on the schedule for the next day.  I called Elevated 3 times the next day to make sure they were coming and they always said they were just waiting for the longer cable.  He never showed up that first day and I never got a cancellation call.  On Monday I called first thing in the morning and they promised up and down that someone would come out and finish the job. I called 2 more times that day to make sure and kept getting promises.  Guess what- no show, no call.  Third day, I call first thing, talk with someone new, he's very apologetic, very understanding and promises me again that they will come that afternoon.  I call 2 more times to make sure- no show, no call.  I got the owner's phone number, he was very apologetic, told me that they would make it right and he promised he would call me back in 5 minutes while he got things coordinated.  Never heard back from him.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They are horrible!
