Tesla Electric Company

At the eleventh hour, with a holiday two days away and a guest arriving--the incorrectly installed alarm system in my Father's house blew a fuse and fried the outlet box the obviously un-licensed, unqualified alarm installer had pigtailed the connection to.  After calling around and only to get voicemail or an answering service; at the suggestion of a friend--we called Tesla Electric Company.

I explained our situation to Kim (who answered the phone) and she wisely recognized how anxious my father felt having the alarm disabled and said that she could get someone to the house later that night.  She said she had to manipulate some things, the time the technician would arrive would be later than normal---but that she would get it handled.

Everything went like clockwork from that point on.

We actually had Felix, who is the owner of the company, call and say that he would be servicing this call.

He called when he was 10 minutes away and arrived around 7:00 pm or so.  He prepped himself in Covid gear, came in and had the outlet and the alarm back in working order within 45 minutes.

Felix was honest and professional.  He didn't bash the obviously unqualified alarm installer, he only said that he adhered to all the things required to make the alarm system work, the outlet work, be up to code and not pose a hazard.

The price was extremely reasonable and he had the necessary part(s) on is truck. I was astounded at the speed, quality and even more importantly--the price!  It was unbelievably reasonable!!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about how well organized and customer centric this organization is.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

A terrible experience. The seller of a replacement ceiling fan recommended them for installation.  I made an appointment with a two hour window.  they never showed up and we never heard from them.   I called the next morning.  They said I did not respond to the estimate they sent me.  They did not send the estimate until the day after the appointment,  not before.  The estimate was for $500, more than the cost of the fan I purchased.  i certainly did not use them and never would.

We needed some light fixtures replaced.  The crew, Bretton and Jake were on top of it for us.  There was even a real person answering the phone.  Unusual in this day and age.  They did an amazing job and left everything in proper order when they were finished.  They were prompt and if there was a problem, the office called immediately and rescheduled very quickly.  They were friendly and efficient.  My only problem was that they were a bit over-priced, but you get what you pay for and they made it a good value for what they charged.

Big props to Tesla Electric for their quick, prompt and fair pricing for their services.
One of the technicians, Stephen, came out to give an estimate on a NEMA 14-50 outlet for an EV charger. Price was cheaper than competitors and he completed the job the following week. Scheduling and payment was a breeze. No complaints at all.

We've used this company on multiple occasions and they have always been professional, responsive, and on time. Mafferty has been our primary technician and I hope he continues to come back when we need them!

We needed someone to come install some baseboard heaters and a new thermostat in one of our rooms.

One of their Electricians got back to me quickly and we chatted for a few minutes about our needs, and set a appointment quickly and easily.

Great communication, very friendly service, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tesla for any electrical needs that come your way! It's great to have someone friendly and reliable up here in the mountains that's not going to charge you an arm and a leg just to get out here. Less than half of what I was quoted by other companies closer to town.

Our project was far more complicated than I imagined and involved cutting into the living room ceiling and wall to thread the wires. It was several weeks before the holes could be repaired and the surfaces repainted, so during that time, as I looked up at the holes, I kept wondering What have I done?! Not to worry. Once the new fixtures were in place, it was sensational. Far better than I imagined. The team who did the work was very professional and capable, offering good tips and advice along the way. Service and communication from the office is very good, which is always a bonus. I won't hesitate to call Tesla again.

I had all the lights go out in the lower half of the house and called Tesla on short notice for help.  Felix took time to come take care of things after work on his way home, and fixed it in no time.  GREAT service, and super affordable.  Would give him 6 stars if I could.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the work you did. You and Ben did a great job on my cabin. It looks great and everything works! Thank you for all your hard work. I'll definitely keep you in mind if I need any electrical work done in the future.

Quick to respond, down to earth, and honest. Replaced a breaker for us when we had dryer outlet issues. Would call him again for future, bigger projects!
