Due to an outdated electrical box we needed to be brought up to code, including moving the box outside and uodating our intake wiring. They were thorough, answered all of my questions and concerns. I chose them as they had given the most well rounded quote, when I went to compare they were the best price and the most consistent.

Matt was responsive and was able to rapidly diagnose and solve the issue we had with our dishwasher.

These guys will be my go-to electricians going forward. Punctual, affordable, friendly. They were available for a whole house aluminum mitigation sooner than any other company, and helped with a variety of other electrical touch ups -- ceiling fan replacement, GFCI safety, etc. Worked straight through for nearly 7 hours without even taking a break. Unreal! Absolutely the best -- highly recommend.

The electric in the house we bought last year was really outdated.  The house was built in 1955 and the electric was probably just as old.

In the midst of my kitchen remodel I realized that the handyman I hired was not capable of completing the job. I hired Matt and his team to rescue my project and fix and rewire my kitchen remodel. Matt, Todd, and Roy did a really nice job installing a new 30 amp circuit for our water heater.  Matt came by to quote the job and talk through the options.  Todd and Roy did a really nice job installing the new wiring.  They had to clean up a bit of a mess from the electrician that did previous work, and did a really nice job getting it done.  Roy in particular was really good at cleaning up his work and you could tell he was the kind of guy that wanted to get it done right and get it done well.

Such a great team! We have had them over to our house for two projects - an electrical service upgrade a few years ago and ceiling fan wiring this time. We were so glad they came out to help install our ceiling fan and switch. They were on time, super nice and left the house much better than when they arrived! Don't try anyone else - these guys are the best.

These guys did a great job each I'm I've had them out.  I've had them wire for a new electric fireplace and a couple new outdoor outlets.  If in the future I have more work I will turn to MH Electrical.

I needed an electrician quickly due to a flooding incident at my house. MH was the first electrician to respond. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning - which I really appreciated. Matt took care of everything and was professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use MH Electrical again.

I was needing some help with changing out the plug-in outlets on the house I just closed on. I looked on Yelp and needed an electrician to change out the outlets and Matt's business popped up. He has really good feedback and people are satisfied with his work. I messaged Matt through Yelp and he got back to me an hour later. I gave him a call, set a day for him to come look at the outlets, and let me know what days he and I can work out to get this done.

He showed up today and did a really good job on the work on very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Matt to come and do any fixing on the electrical outlets.

Matt and Todd changed the 100 amp panel on our 113 year old house to a 200 amp panel.  The old wiring was a mess and we had a sub-panel.  The new panel is great, passed Denver code with NO issues and their prices are reasonable for the craftsmanship.  It was also an extremely hot day and they got the electricity back on quickly so that we would have A/C.

Matt and his associates at M&H did a great job updating my electrical panel from the old Federal Pacific model (known to be a hazard) to a brand new GE panel, and took the time to label each breaker switch so it's easy to see at a glance which switch is for which room/item in the house. The price was really fantastic and they were on time, polite, competent, and cleaned up after themselves. They also installed GFI protection in my kitchen and even stopped by a couple days later when I had an issue with an outlet (user error - I just needed to reset it). I would definitely recommend M&H and will absolutely use them again if any other electrical needs come up.

They just did a job for us and I am so happy! New box, can lighting and ceiling fans in three rooms! It's like a whole new house! My husband feels safe now that the box is secure and we have a main. They showed up on time and the rate was competitive! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Matt. I live in an old house that have been turned into 3 apartments at one point, and then converted back to a single family home. It's complicated history left the house with 3 electric meters, 2 breaker panels, and a hand full of overloaded circuits routed through 100 year old fuses boxes that had been repurposed as junction boxes. Matt was great at listening to my goals, and coming up with good options to achieve them.

Matt and Todd made the work look easy. They worked well together and things were completed pretty quickly.

I'm a DIYer and Matt was great about answering all of my amateur questions about why certain breakers had handle ties on them and things of that nature. I was confident in the work that was complete, and happy about understanding all the nuances about the practices used. I would definitely work with these guys again.

Upgraded my meter and added a 200 amp outdoor panel. It's basically is just a master switch to the sub panel inside that is still 100 amp, so I'll have to get the sub panel upgraded now. Job passed inspection. Left job site a mess though. Tons of huge metal shavings outside, and we've got a dog that runs around all day. When running the ground wire to the water shutoff; left a huge mess in our finished basement that we're still cleaning up a week later and basically reorganized our garage so they could access it and put nothing back. Also tried to charge us extra on top of the invoice. Price was $1,000 less than other electricians, I guess you get what you pay for.

We hired Matt to install a new panel. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and was very thorough in his responses. I had never hired an electrician before so it was comforting knowing what was going to be done and how. His work was stellar and he came through on all of his promises. To top it off he beat all price quotes. We have hired him to rewire our entire basement and are confident his work will pass all inspections! I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a highly skilled, respectful, affordable master.

We hired MH Electrical and Solar to install over 25 recessed lights as well as a variety of electrical work throughout our home. We couldn't be happier with the results. We got some cheaper quotes from other companies, but decided to go with Matt for a few reasons: first, he agreed to throw in a few small miscellaneous items into the same scope of work (other electricians seemed to nickel and dime quite a bit), secondly, he was very responsive on the phone and always very polite, and finally, we felt we could trust Matt because he recommended against doing some work that he could have charged for, but instead offered a viable cheaper solution. We're very glad we picked MH Electrical for this work. Matt and Todd were on time, courteous and very easy to work with. We had many questions as they worked and they patiently and kindly explained everything they were doing, and went above and beyond to complete the project including out-of-scope requests. All in all, Matt, Todd and Roy did an excellent job (even with some of the tricky, unique wiring in our house) and cleaned up (mopped!) before they left. We highly recommend MH Electrical, and we'll be hiring them again for future home projects.

I was having some problems with the power in our garage. They quickly came out and assessed the issue and gave me a few things to try before needing to completely upgrade our power. Appreciate their promptness and honesty in assessing our job.

Gave me a free estimate on a panel upgrade, completed the work quickly and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. We hired Matt to clean up some electrical work in our home that was done in a shoddy way (our city inspector alerted us to this fact) by our previous electrician. It was easy to discuss our options with Matt, and he was agreeable to going with the option that cost us the least. He was also willing to go to the permit office, pull a new permit, and meet with the city inspector after he finished the work. With Matt's help, we passed the inspection and felt confident that our house was wired safely and properly. Matt is courteous and professional, and we'd definitely hire him again.
