Fantastic service, could not be happier with Nytech!  We had a problem with our furnace on the coldest day of the year.  Another company came out and tried to fix it last year and charged us each of the 4 failed attempts to do it...the problem came back.  Nytech came out, fixed the problem quickly and charged us a fraction of the price of the other company (and on a weekend!).  Dan was professional, courteous, friendly, and really knew his stuff.  I will absolutely use Nytech for all my future HVAC needs.

We had a leak in our main sewer line in the basement, a leaky valve to the sprinkler system, a toilet that was hard to flush and in need of water purification system due to our city water is so hard and full of scale that doesn't help our appliances or hot water heater not to mention the shower faucets and fixtures.   They came out right away and took care of the sewer leak and leaky valve first and then order the parts for the other two problems.   Came back out, at our convenience, and fixed the hard to flush toilet and installed a Watts water treatment system that is working from day one.   You can taste a difference and in a few months I will let you know if the scaling is gone that I can see.  I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as their main man is a Master Plumber and not only is he highly competent but is very personable and listens to you and your needs but he explains what is going to do and why before he just does it.  I find that refreshing in service nowadays.

Ryan came out the day after the 4th of July - his holiday.  He could not have been nicer and more professional.  Taught me a few things about the AC unit and replaced the capacitor in about 20 minutes.  Great service, super nice guy.  Will definitely be using them in the future!

Our water heater failed, I ordered an Amazon part and tried to fix it myself. I bought a new blower vent motor assembly on Amazon and installed it myself, it was the right part, fit correctly, looked perfect, the heater would not start. So I gave Nytech a call. Michael came out and diagnosed that the Amazon part was defective, took a part out of the old blower assembly, and fixed the Amazon unit, yea Hot Water!  All for a single initial trip charge.!   I love this company!!!

Worst customer service EVER! Carly Gettings is the worst, she will never reply any of your phone calls or emails. The inspector that came to my place so unprofessional! Don't waste your time with this company.

Moved back to CO April 2016, house was not quite 3 years old, no central air. I interviewed 3 HVAC companies, 2 of which were voted Best of the year in their town. Nytech was the BEST for Castle Rock. One company that had the cheapest quote, also offered the smallest units. Both of the other companies said to use a much higher BTU units. I decided they knew what they were talking about, using better efficient units makes your utility bills lower. My house is large enough to need two units, one unit would have just run & run. Nytech uses Lennox, one of the best air conditioning products around. It took over 3 days to get both units in (slight duct work had to be done, they didn't install the original furnace & duct work) and within hours the house was feeling much cooler right when the heat of summer started! We were in heaven the first night!  Our electric bills were around $200/mo! Amazing for everything in a 4000+ sq ft house!
I can not say enough good things about Dan, the owner. He truly wants his customers happy. The techs have many certifications, and continue to get more  thru continued education courses at college! Loved Dawn, at the office, who calls before they arrive to let you know the tech is on his way. Totally love Ricky!!! Hard working guy who didn't stop for a break! Robby and Adam also came at different times to help, just a great company.
Please remember, you do get what you pay for! Nytech offers one of the best products and they do great work. Do what I did, interview more than one company and then you will see how much better Nytech stands out! Thank you to Dan and his employees!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The company honored a coupon that had expired, a picture of the technician was sent to us so we knew who to expect at our door, they texted us 15 minutes before hand so we knew when to expect them, they wore booties on their shoes and were very pleasant and professional.  They were here to do a tuneup on our AC and within minutes we felt a difference.  We need some additional work done and will definitely be using them in the future. 10 stars.

A year ago, I received a coupon for a fall inspection / cleaning for a furnace for NyTech.  I had not had this done an decided it might be a good idea.  Of course that turned into the need for a new furnace or pricey repairs.  I was even told that regulation forbid him to turn my furnace back on due to safety issues.  He said he would go ahead a do it though, this time...  I received a hand written estimate with and w/o the service contract.  I said I had to think about it.  I have a good friend who is a home inspector and asked for a trustworthy referral for a 2nd opinion.  Basically I was told that it was all scare tactics.  My furnace wasn't even thoroughly cleaned.  He said that my furnace still had 5-7 years (it's 13 years old) and that it is one of the best out there.  I asked what he would charge me for a new furnace and it was half the cost of the quote from NY Tech. Since he knew what I had been told by NYTech, he could have come in and said, yeah, it's bad, but let me sell you a furnace for less.  But no, he said you don't need new furnace.  Guess who is getting my business in the future?  

What really upsets me is the fact that I am a single female and I think they saw easy prey. Fortunately, I'm smarter than the tech.  I have worked in the used car business and they come no where close to these guys and their tactics.

On a hot Friday afternoon our air conditioner stopped working. Mike came out within the hour after our call and had repairs done and our cool air flowing quickly. He was very courteous, informative & helpful. He is also a native to Colorado and a great fly fisherman!

Came quickly to fix our AC, which was important because my mother was having some difficulty breathing.  Fixed the issue quickly with parts on the truck.  A bit pricey but well worth it to us.

Brennen and Riley were amazing! We had a leak coming from the ceiling vent and they were able to come over within the hour! They went above and beyond! We were frequently updated, they cleaned up nicely AND even offered to bring me a refreshment on the way over! There was a text sent with a picture and name of the technician prior to their arrival. I even received a phone call from Nytec the next morning to follow up and make sure everything was ok. Oh, and this was all after 5:30 pm at night!  I would definitely recommend!!

Apparently plumbing is a relatively new type of work for Nytech. I had some communications challenges with one of their employees, but Mike reached out and shepherded the project, which was done very professionally and quickly. They had to trench 14' deep to replace the sewer line and did it all in one day.

We have had a rather large depression form so there may be a little issue with their backfill/compaction effort, but I am confident they will be out soon to correct this.

I like to use local professionals whenever possible, so give them a shot.

We had NYTech replace our furnace last year.  I am very happy with it to this day.  They appear to sell quality equipment.  They are very professional and courteous and take the time to explain everything.  The installation included 2 free maintenance check-ups.  They are not the cheapest company for sure, but sometimes you get what you pay for.  Their service and professionalism have earned my repeat business.

Nytech Heating and Cooling has been great! I had issues with another HVAC company and Nytech has been excellent. I would recommend Nytech to anybody who needs furnace or air conditioning repairs. I highly recommend Nytech! The prices are very fair!

We have been using Nytech for the last couple years and are always amazed at their service level.  Plumbing and HVAC can be a bit of a crap shoot but Nytech's service is as good as it gets.   They have helped us with a storage area flooding because of a broken bib, they have fixed multiple drain lines and solved a crazy issue with the washer in the laundry room.   We highly recommend Brayden and the team at Nytech.

Great job! The technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained the heating system. He was honest and hard working. I signed up for the Energy Savings Agreement and now I don't have to worry about my spring and fall maintenance checks, Dawn will call me to schedule the appointments. I feel confident that my furnaces are efficient and safe.

Our water heater went out at Thanksgiving (an inconvenient time as always). We made several urgent calls to a few companies, and ultimately decided to go with Nytech Heating and Cooling.  They were quick to respond to our call, very knowledgeable with the system we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote! John came to our house to examine the issue/set-up, and the final quote was what we expected. Nytech's crew came the next day and installed a new water heater, including new connections and pipes! We are very happy with the quality of work, and they were efficient with the time. We felt valued as a customer, and well taken care of. We even got the nicest gift of delicious goodies for Christmas with a hand-written card.  We will definitely reach out to Nytech first with any other needs that may come!

I used Nytech again a few week ago when my furnace was acting up. They were fairly priced and fast. I love supporting small local businesses-but it's even better when they are excellent at what they do. No gimmicks-no fancy advertising, just good quality service.

Very friendly and prompt service call. I did have to wait a week for a replacement part (blower motor via Amazon), but once the part was in town - the HVAC technician came back out to get my furnace and A/C operational again.

I did deduct a star simply due to my having to follow-up on the status of parts. I see the trucks for this local business in my town often, so know the office staff is likely quite busy - but not every interaction can be a 5 star experience!

On a related note, everyone I dealt with from Nytech was friendly and willing to discuss options with me. Top marks for that.

We had a leak and plumbing issue in our kitchen on a recently purchased home in Castle rock, and we worked with Dylan. He was a very nice young man who was very knowledgeable, extremely respectful, who helped instill confidence in us that he knew what he was talking about, gave us confidence on the rest of our plumbing in the house. They need to clone him and make many more like him. This company is lucky to have him.

I called today because my air conditioner wasn't functioning. I had someone at my house within the hour! Quinn was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He did a great job and had everything working in a short period of time at a very reasonable price.

Based on all the glowing reviews, I decided to go with Nytech (local company) over the original A/C installer.  My first concern was that they charge an $80 diagnostic fee, and it is not applied to any work you have done by them.  Seeing as everyone talked about how cheap they were, I set up the appointment (they were not available for 2 days, so I had to live without A/C in the heat of July) and waited for them.  

They identified that the problem was the fan motor and capacitor of the unit.  The good news is that the parts were still under warranty.  The bad news is that it was going to take a week to get the parts, and they charged an additional $325 to install them (which took about an hour).

Pros: Diagnosed the problem correctly and appear to have fixed everything.  Friendly service.

Cons:  Not my opinion of a great deal, did not have common parts on hand leading to delays in getting everything installed.

If time and money are part of your decision process, you may want to consider a larger company.

From dispatcher call to paying the bill and closing the door, the service exceeded expectations. Dispatcher and Brett were very friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient.

Brett could have given me a huge sales pitch on our 1983 furnace but instead showed me how to reset the furnace. (We had another company over Friday and they proposed replacing the gas line and were super heavy on sales-my husband declined service.). I brought up a new furnace out of curiosity and Brett gave me a ball park estimate, which sounded reasonable, but I was extremely appreciative of Brett's honest professional assessment and nature. That right there topped off the whole experience.

Before Brett arrived, I did tool around a bit on their site and found the company impressive--service within 24 hours guaranteed, coupons, rebates, maintenance plans, and financing, of course.

After the storm last week and no heat, I had been surfing for a heating/cooling company still open on Sunday evening to get our furnace working. Instead, I found OUR long term heating and cooling providers! Nytech and Brett exceeded service expectations. Sold!!

My AC unit started underperforming and I had several contractors come out to give me quotes on repairs and / or replacement of the system.  Quotes for repair ranged from $5-8K and quotes for a new unit were over $11K.  Insane.

Benji from Nytech came out a few days later, identified several critical repairs and other nice to have repairs (including many that the other companies did not identify), was very patient with me as I had a number of questions,  walked me through everything and quoted me a fraction of what the other companies said.  Then he finished all of the repairs that afternoon!  My AC now runs like it's brand new.

Thanks to Benji, Nytech has my business from here on out.  SO GLAD I FOUND THEM.

Adam returned my call to their after hours service promptly on Saturday and gave me an ETA and made me aware of the minimum trip charge. He arrived on time, was courteous, and quickly diagnosed our issue. I would highly recommend Nytech for your future A/C repairs.

Honestly I was blown away by Mike at Nytech last night at 12:15am when the temp was 27 outside and the house was freezing and I saw that my HVAC control panel had gone out. Mike called me back and walked me through a series of questions in order to see if a trip was needed. He found my Orbitz panel schematic online and read through it and helped me trouble shoot the situation after having already walked me through some checks on my furnace. He was very patient, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring at a time when I was pretty cold and worried about the situation. He stayed on the phone with me talking me through other options for a follow up visit if his recommendations didn't work. It's seems rare to find such amazing service these days and I will definitely be using Nytech for my future HVAC needs. Thanks so much Mike, you are the best!

Nytech did a great job. Got us on the schedule quick. Ricky figured out what was wrong with our furnace. They were able to get the part and come out the next day. Benji and Mike were the techs who fixed the furnace today. Everyone was polite and professional. Glad I used Nytech.

Headline: Service is the difference

Last winter, my furnace broke down.  Furnaces rarely break down at convenient times.  Since I had a Nest, I looked for a new furnace repair guy that could handle the device.  I wasn't just looking for a one-off repair guy.  I was going to do it right and get a schedule for repairs set up.

Mike came out and checked over our whole system, diagnosed the problem and showed us what we had done wrong.  Our furnace had died - cracked.  Instead of just replacing it for a like system, Mike informed us that the furnace was too big for the house and we should go with a smaller version.  We also discussed humidifiers and Mike spent the time educating us on our options.  Finally, they offered up a temporary loan of space heaters to get us over the weekend while our furnace was being ordered.  Two days later, it was installed.   We've now had the furnace installed for four months and, comparing our heating costs to the same time last year, we are down 25%.  Some of that can be attributed to weather, but some of it is also attributed to getting the right furnace in to replace the old one.

It's rare to get someone who is dedicated to service like this - doing the right thing instead of the thing that will make them the most money.   Yes, Nytech got the service contract and they will likely get all the future repairs as well.

We contacted 5 different companies in the Castle Rock area for getting AC installed in our house. Nytech was the first to respond to us and that set the tone for the rest of our experience with them. From the intial inspection through installation they were amazing at every turn. During the intial quote inspection Paul took every opportunity to find ways we could save money and make the installation as easy as possible. William and his companion did an excellent job with the installation and left our home spotless when they when they were done. Nytech wasn't the lowest quote we got, but we absolutely got what we paid for in quality and warranty.

Maurice and Ryan arrived on time with a heads up call Too. Annual furnace maintenance and tankless water maintenance were performed. These guys are pros!  Never in a rush, extremely thorough and offer useful but not pushy recommendations for added longevity to our units. I give Nytech my highest recommendation!  Thank you

Calling for a quote to get AC installed found office staff quite confrontational, argumentative, aggressive behavior.  Turned me off of wanting to do business with them.  Asked if they would do any discount for Cash and the answer was No.  I decided to take my business and $$ elsewhere who will value my $$ and me as a customer.

With difficulty finding a HVAC company willing to travel to Perry Park the same day, I stumbled on to Nytech on the internet, was happy to read the online reviews and called.
I found everyone I interacted with at Nytech to be understanding, patient, courteous, professional, pleasant, caring, very knowledgeable and honest. There is not a doubt in my mind that I will call Nytech for my future HVAC needs, and I recommend them to everyone in the Nytech service area (and beyond). I believe you cannot go wrong by calling Nytech for your HVAC needs.

We have been using Nytech for almost 2 years now and have been very happy with their customer service and response time. We are members of their Total Care Club and feel it has been of great value to us. It makes servicing and maintaining our HVAC and Humidifiers very easy. The techs are always very knowledgeable. I feel that they do a great job fixing any problems and always warranty their work. The annual service is great way to keep things running smoothly and tackle preventative maintenance before things break down.

Our HVAC system was recently inspected by Nytech. Ryan, the lead tech, and his co-inspector were very pleasant and considerate. Their inspection revealed potential issues that were all explained very well. He was not pushy to address them immediately, thus allowing us time to consider how best to proceed. Following the visit we received a detailed report with the same information provided while at our home. I highly recommend them for the inspection service.

Excellent service--our furnace literally melted on a Sunday morning (thank God we were home) and Nytech answered the phone and came right out.  They are conscientious, give good advice about what is reasonable for your situation (don't try to oversell), and do excellent work.  So lucky to have them closeby!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I called, basically providing and diagnosing the issue prior to having the service tech (Adam) show up at our home.

Long story short, we have a small leak in the line somewhere. Adam maybe spent 10-15 min. at most at the house and before recommending using some type of sealant and a recharge of the system. He quoted a price and provided (2) options. (1) Pay $750.00 or (2) Pay $704 IF we signed up for a 1 year service agreement. We declined both, as this seemed excessive and paid a $129 service fee for a local company that is located maybe 5 min from the house.

We then called another company in the Denver area who came out to the house that same day. They DID NOT charge a service fee to come all the way down from Arvada and the Tech arrived around 3:15. He suggested  that he wanted to sniff the line out and asked if this had been done? We explained to the Tech what had happened earlier in the day and let him know the line was not sniffed out. He explained that this charge would be $100, we gave him the go ahead. He also set up some kind of vacuum test, not sure if I'm using the proper terms? This tech spent a great amount of time looking and checking the system out. Needless to say he found a very small leak at the valve by the outside unit.  Again, we gave him the go ahead to fix the issue.  He had to recharge the system and used 1.5 pounds of refrigerant and made the repairs. Our GRAND TOTAL to fix this repair $287.80. We paid and the Tech left our home at 7:15 PM (4 Hours of his time, extremely informational)

In conclusion, after researching and speaking with the Tech that fixed the repairs. He stated that the sealant would have potential been a temporary band-aid fix and could have actually caused more harm then good to the internal components, being the system is newer and sensitive to this product. Additionally, with respect to the $750.00 originally quoted - How would Adam w/ NYTech have known how much to quote not knowing the amount of refrigerant that would be required in order to recharge the system? Being a business Owner/Operator of multiple companies of my own, I'm extremely disappointed to think that a local company wouldn't take more pride in their reputation.

They don't keep their word. The tech never showed up to the set appointment. No call, no show. Finally, 50 minutes after the appointment I receive a call. I missed the call. I called back 10 minutes later and Donna who answered the phone tried to immediately blame me because I didn't answer a call 50 minutes after the appointment. Saying with a blaming tone I've been trying to reach you, you voicemails full. Hoping I would doubt myself, fold and believe I was at fault. Talk about playing a game rather that having integrity and admitting fault.

Then she said her tech was on the way. I was nice enough to let her know that since it was 70 minutes past the appointment not to send the tech. See how that works? I had the courtesy to call and save the tech a trip rather than just standing the tech up and then argue about it later on the phone.

Unprofessional, zero integrity, confrontational, argumentative, zero responsibility, aggressive behavior, zero respect for the public.
