Legacy Plumbing & Renovating

Had a list of minor jobs I figured would add up to a day's worth. Ben got the job done is less and exhibited professionalism and disciplined. He worked quietly and diligently. Had everything he needed for the fiddling jobs of a pressure regulating valve, water line to the frig and dishwasher supply. I was looking for a reasonably priced effort with positive outcomes so I had a local plumber to call back for other stuff. Two thumbs up for Ben and Legacy. Thanks!

We received a referral to Harry @ Legacy Plumbing from our gardening service due to a leaky water valve.  Harry was great to talk to, he was on time, he was professional...and he fixed our issue in a timely matter with a reasonable price.  We will be calling Legacy Plumbing for any other issue we have going forward in the future.  Thanks Harry! :)

We had a clogged kitchen drain and called Legacy Plumbing who were able to come out the same day. Unfortunately, it started turning complicated; the clog was much further down the line than originally thought.  Harry (the owner) warned us it could start getting messy and expensive but after trying one more thing, he was able to clear the clog. The total bill was very reasonable considering the time he spent. I appreciate his experience and honesty. I recommend Legacy Plumbing and the owner Harry.

We woke up to a leaky faucet in the basement on a Saturday morning and I called around to a few places I found on Yelp with good ratings. On Monday, Legacy called me back (one of the first to call me back-only a couple actually called back). They said they would work me in that morning-awesome! Harry arrived on time, was very nice, friendly, didn't seem to mind our puppy, and he was very knowledgeable, professional and even happened to have the items and faucet he needed for our repair -outside in his truck (it's an older house, so kind of an old type of faucet/fixture so we didn't expect him to have it). He was here an hour or so and while it was more money than we wanted to spend, we felt the pricing Harry offered was fair and we trusted he knew exactly what he was doing and would definitely use them again, although we hope we don't have to!

I will be calling Harry for all my future jobs - he is reasonable, reliable, on time, professional AND he sticks to his bids / quotes! No surprises after the job is done!

We had a leak in the wall/ceiling and had no idea where it was coming from. Harry diagnosed the problem surprisingly quickly. The leaking pipe was in a very difficult spot but he was able to replace the pipe and we are all set. Harry was honest and fair and informative. There is nothing more that you can ask for.

We called Harry and he came out the next morning.  Within 2 hours he found the source of our leak and fixed it!!!  Very friendly guy, he is the third generation of master plumbers for this company (grandfather, father and him).

Cheaper labor than the other bigger companies (done! plumbing) that came out the day before and quoted us $199 / hr for labor and ~$500 for parts and labor to fix said leak -- I will add Done! did not even attempt to look for the leak they just looked at the spot we showed them and quoted us a price from a price book).

He fixed our leak within 2 hours and the charges were UNDER $200!!!! And that included labor. He saved us a ton of money and was truly a professional.  

I would highly recommend him to anyone!  He is going to be the plumber we call from now on if we need plumbing work.

I had a leaky kitchen sink faucet needing to be replaced and called Legacy. Harry called back (where other places didn't) timely, and was great. Responsible, professional, honest, on time and reasonable price. I wanted a smaller local person instead of a big company. I will keep using Legacy!

I got some insanely expensive hourly rates from big plumbing companies  before finding Harry.. Including one company that charges  $480/hour for labor - crazy! And none of them would give me an estimate for a very straightforward job. When I called Legacy, Harry answered the phone and gave me his hourly rate and an estimate - YES. He arrived right on time, was friendly, courteous and professional - and did a super job replacing a toilet. I would not even think of calling anyone else.
