I scheduled an appointment for an estimate today (my only day off) between 10 & noon. I waited the whole time and no one showed up, no one called. I understand there are emergencies but at least give me a call so I am not just sitting at home waiting for no one to show. I called and was told that the emergency came up and they would be here after between 1 & 3 so I have to wait some more time as if I have nothing to do. They don't seem to care about other people's time or schedules. Not once did they apologize or say anything. When I said I can't just cancel it she didn't apologize just said okay and hung up. I contacted affordable plumbing, heat & electrical 719-471-0713 and it was the best decision. I recommend affordable over Jazy Frei

Still the worst customer service in town by far. Rude and unprofessional.  Don't use this company for anything.

I have used Jazy Frei for years and have always had a great experience until today. We have a huge backup in our house and they won't even send someone out. They said the best they can do is send someone Friday. We can't use the water in out house until this is fixed. They guaranteed that the root treatment that they did in October of last year guaranteed that we would not have a back up for a year and now they are not honoring it.

we call today and got a quote and appointment. Mr Grant was very polite, knowledgeable, took care of everything. I'm very satisfied with this company , I will be using their services in a near future, thanks

I have used these guys several times for office emergencies and maintenance.  I have been very happy with their service and response.  I love that they are on-call for after hours emergencies.  I feel their pricing is competitive and fair.  Their customer service is impeccable.  Thanks Jazy-Frei!!  I won't hesitate to call you again!

When I read a negative review about Jazy Frei Plumbing and Heating I immediately wonder whether the people writing the negative review are using the same Jazy Frei that I have used several times!?! Most recently I called them to find out why a sink overflowed. They showed up quickly which they always do and Grant and Brandon were polite, knowledgable, and found the problem quickly. They very clearly explained the problem to me and what they would have to do to fix it. They did not waste any time and I was satisfied with the cost. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends. Grant was wonderful.

Company is very responsive. Grant always answered his phone. 6 pm on a f riday and 6 am on a Saturday. We paid them nealry $1800 on Friday Feb 10 2023, 2 hours after they left  still had not heat.  Grant came out again Saturday afternoon and worked diligently to try and find the issue. He was unable to find the issue and a repair.I understand mechanical issues can be tricky and not all issues are the same. We were both a bit frustrated at this point. Grant sent a tech on Sunday from another local company - Fountain Valley Mechanical- Kris. That was a great call on Grants part. Kris troubleshoot our system for 3 hours to find the issue. It is now appears to be repaired. Kris did not have to install any additional parts. My 3 star rating is based on having Paid $1800 and the issue was not resolved. Jazy Frei did install 3 parts (some were deemed failed due to a diagnostic issue, so they are due the monies for those parts. It just seems I may have purchased more parts than I needed. I would rate the Customer service (Grant) is a 5!  They really do seem to care about their customers for sure. Thanks for doing your best for us.

Well my first experience with this company was great. Guess I got lucky that time lol I need about $8-$10k worth of work done at my home now and called jazi for an estimate. btw-it's all work that's in their scope of abilities. Our first appointment was canceled by them. I called the next day to reschedule. No one showed for the second appointment and never called. A few days later, I called back to see what was up-got a half hearted I'm sorry and they did send a guy over within an hour. He was here for almost another hour. He was a pleasant enough guy. Said he'd put the paperwork on the boss's desk that night and I should hear something in a day or two. Well that was three weeks ago and I still haven't received the quote! So not sure what the problem is-guess they don't need the work. Too bad, I thought I'd found a reliable plumber-but sorry jazi-three strikes and you are OUT!!

I spoke to Chris from a recommendation as the company being  extremely reputable. I reached out in regards to an insurance claim from my adjuster to Wow he was extremely rude, and first of all not know what a insurance claims was. If thats the way you talk to your potential customer, sorry no thanks but I will find someone else. I went with Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain. Ron and John were very professional. I suggest if you don't want to be belittled, avoid this company...

Hired these knuckleheads in the Summer of 2007 to replace my main sewer line. Paid $10,000 for the work. Within two years my sidewalk and part of the street collapsed/sunk in. Had to get the county involved to get them to fix the issue. It in now March 2018 and I have to have half of the main line they replaced replaced again due to their poor install. The cost is now $13,000. So I am paying $23,000 for $10,000 worth of work. They never took the pvc to the city waterline drain. They left a few feet of the old orangeburg sewer line stuff. This stuff has sunk due to the fact that they never compacted the ground under their work. I wouldn't hire these guys again if they were the only plumbers in town. I know its been 11 years but you would expect an expensive repair like this to last a lifetime if it was done correctly. The vendor I hired today said this company does this all of the time. They take the easy way of doing the work. In fact when I began to explain what I went through in 2007 he was able to tell me what did the work. At least the new company is making the repair to the city line and doing it the right way.  OVERALL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. THINK BEFORE YOU HIRE THESE GUYS.

Great service! Grant came out to my home with one of their other workers and told me what the issue was before they ever started work. Charged me for time and labor to fix the issues, not to diagnose them. Would highly recommend them! They are priced very well too

It has been a great experience working with the staff.  The men are always on time, professionals, and work to complete the job. It is hard to go through a flood but the outstanding work and attention to detail has been outstanding!  We recommend them to anyone out there.  Their bid was the best from the top plumbing and heating too.  Thanks Jaz Frei for getting our home back in order!
