My name is Matthew and I am the owner of Hero Plumbing and Drains. I've been in the plumbing industry for over 10 years and have successfully completed over 5000 plumbing repairs and drain cleanings. I started this company with goal of being able to offer personalized solutions for my clients without having to worry about some high pressure sales pitch or commission based pay. I take great pride in making your home and time our #1 priority.

I had a broken pipe causing an outside faucet to leak. I contacted Matt and he responded right away and came out very quickly. Matt came and looked at the issue, gave me a quote and worked on the pipe all in the same day. The replacement he did is very clean and I highly recommend hiring Matt. He was very professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.

Matt is a magician. He replaced my hot water heater (just in time), with a new tankless system. Unlimited hot water on demand. Now I don't have to worry when I travel, that the hot water heater will break while I'm gone. The tankless system is off when not in use. As you can see, Matt is a perfectionist! 3 projects down, and 1 big one to go. To be continued.
I sent Matt a message on Yelp and within 45 minutes he was at my house. He quickly diagnosed my issue and answered all the questions I had. I will be using them on all my future plumbing needs.

I had a tub that needed repair asap. These guys respond quickly and did a great job. Cleaned up everything and let me feel comfortable having them in my home.
Matthew got right back to us to schedule a quote and was able to get the work done really quick. He did a great job and was super professional. Everything was easy and done right. Very grateful to have found him and will be using him for future work. Thank you!!

We wanted a second opinion to help fix a water hammering related issue. Matthew spent a good amount of time not only troubleshooting through the problem, but also educating us along the way.
Super nice, super knowledgeable, and super professional... and just all around wonderful dude.
He will always be our first call whenever we need a Master Plumber again.
I needed a toilet changed and they were prompt and professional. Not the cheapest but worth it. I will use them again.

We had an issue with our shower not working. Matthew was very responsive. He showed up within the window of arrival and assessed the situation. He explained the issue and was able to fix it pretty quickly. I can tell that customer service and costumer education is important to him because he was very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything worked.

I hired Matt to install our new tankless water heater, and remove our old tank style unit. I had gotten a total of four quotes, 2 from big name plumbers and two from more local companies. The two big box plumbers were astronomical for price. One company quoted 9k if I bought the unit. The second company quoted 7k. Matt, and the other smaller company were very close on price.
I chose Matt because he was a Master certified plumber and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary costs. Even though he was slightly higher, I was happy knowing he was very knowledgeable, and installing the supplied unit right the first time. I would definitely choose Matt for any plumbing job in the future. He is honest, and very responsive. What a great local plumber! Thanks Matt!

We had a external ball valve that was supposedly fixed by another company in October 2021. A couple of weeks ago, we realized that it needed to be redone. My husband found Hero Plumbing and Drains on YELP.
Matthew from Hero Plumbing and Drains was personable! He communicated with us very quickly, assessed the problem, and gave us a quote quickly!
He found another issue with the piping on the inside of our home and was able to fix that as well! We are thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and his workmanship. Our shower knob broke last night and I immediately had a response from Matthew within a few hours of reaching out. He came and fixed it early in the morning efficiently and quick! He wore plastic over his shoes to avoid bringing dirt in. He was very nice! I will use him for all my plumbing needs!
Interesting that out of six (yes six) different companies that I contacted for a quote, only one actually delivered it. It speaks volumes about the professionalism that is prevalent in the trades these days. I reviewed my email account account again and I never received the quote.
Hero plumbing responded right away on a Sunday evening and was able to come out the next day. He knew what he was doing and got our drain unclogged quickly, despite it being in a hard to get to place. Many thanks!

Matthew was responsive to my initial request and fit me into his schedule quickly.
Once at the house he quickly got to work on a leaking pipe. He showed my home respect by putting on shoe booties without me even asking. When the work was done he explained what was done in detail.
Great experience I'll be keeping his number handy!
This company did a fantastic job today at our house. We suddenly had our old gas water heater break and were without hot water. Needed to replace with electric water heater. Matthew responded within minutes, on a Sunday. He got the job done the next day, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communicated with
electrician that we had to hire in addition, landlord, and us seamlessly. They came with 2 people, had our new electric water heater with them, brought it in carefully, were very knowledgeable, explained everything very well, they were polite, clean, and fast. The pricing was fair and honest. Great cooperation with electrician. Everything was done within a few hours the same day.
I can't recommend this company enough. 10 stars. Go with them. We are so happy with our new system.

Matt at Hero Plumbing and Drain was amazing. We had him come out to a property we just bought to do some work that showed up on our inspection.
Matt was very responsive through yelp and had availability when we needed it.
He also was extremely honest and educational. He taught us a lot and even said that he didn't recommend some of the services the inspector found because he didn't think we needed them and didn't want us to spend money on things we didn't need done. He took his time and even picked us up some leak alarms at Home Depot.
Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Matt again.
Matt was professional, quick, efficient and informative. Solved the low water pressure problem fact and effectively. Thanks!

Matthew is excellent! He responded quickly to my message to him about a leaky valve. He was able to come by that day and identified and fixed the issue quickly. Since then, I've had him back for two other jobs, installing a new sump pump and fixing the TMP valve on my hot water heater. I'm very happy with all the work Matthew has done for me. He always communicates well about when he will be arriving, takes great care to ensure my home is clean during and after the job is complete, and guarantees his great work.

We recently discovered that one of our outdoor spigot had failed and caused us to have a leak that went unnoticed. Luckily for us Denver water noticed the jump in usage and came out to reread the meter. We found the leak and called Hero Plumbing for help. Matthew managed to squeeze us in the next day and even came earlier then expected. Hero Plumbing completed all the repairs and cleaned up after themselves.
Matthew was professional, on time and very courteous.
I would have no hesitation recommending them and will gladly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Matt at Hero Plumbing is a true hero. We have had two plumbers ghost us, but Matt came through like a champ. We are doing renovations to our bathroom and needed a tub faucet valve replaced. He came on time and as quoted and did excellent work. Then we had an emergency with the tub drain, and he helped us out with that. We will definitely use Matt again.
