I highly recommend All Star Electric!! Today I had a major electrical issue in my house. I called and talked with Peter who was very busy with other clients, yet took the time to listen to my situation. Instead of just booking a time to come and do the work, he took the time to help me do some problem solving and then told me to first check with the utilities company to see if they could fix it for free first. That ended up being the right advice and now I have electric and heat back in my house and not a dime out of my pocket. In the future, if I have a real need for an electrician, Peter at All Star Electric will be the first person I call! He demonstrated a high sense of ethics by not just trying to get money out of me, but to really help me!!

Peter just completed another job for me, the install of a ceiling fan in our master bedroom... he arrived on time, did the job in an excellent manner, and left the place clean. This is my go to company for anything electrical! They are the best.

My daughter had problems with her electric working in her Townhouse. She had an electrician come in and work on, but all he did was get one of the outlets working and left with the rest and the garage not working. I searched online and called All Star to have them come and see what they could do. They immediately called me back and coordinated to get in and look at the problem that week. If you are need of an electrical, call All Star Electric.  We needed to have the 220 outlet activated at our daughter and son in law's new home.  For some reason the previous owners had rerouted the dryer.  We called Peter and explained our issue.  We had a washer and dryer being delivered and had no power for it.  Even though he already had a job that day, he said he would try to stop by either before or after his previously scheduled job.  To our delight he showed up within the next hour.  He was very professional, personable and informative.  He showed my husband what had been done and explained  what he had to do.  I highly recommend All Star Electric.  We were treated very well and will use All Star Electric for all our electrical needs!  Thank you Peter for helping us out on such short notice.

I called All Star Electric to have them diagnose a power issue after my dishwasher burnt up. Peter came out and after not finding the issue, he called Mtn. View Electric Company. After Mt. View Electric came out, they informed me and Peter that it was the main underground wire that is bad. Peter didn't have the appropriate equipment to locate the break or repair the break if found but continued to use inappropriate equipment that wouldn't locate the break and charge me for his time walking my property trying to locate this break. He also charged me for his apprentice's time removing the front lower panel on my already burnt up dishwasher to check for hot wires when what he should have done was unplug the dishwasher from the outlet under the kitchen sink. He then charged me for unpinching a wire on this same disabled dishwasher. I now see that instead of depositing my check for the amount, he deposited it for 0.30 cents more, as my pen mark made it look like it was an 8, as in 0.80 instead of a 5, as in 0.50, but he knows what he charged me and should have made that right. Bad business and dishonest. I won't ever be using this company again. Lesson learned the hard way.

Positives: Professional and good work.  

Negative: Gave me a quote and at the end of the job it was around the quote price.  But as I was writing the check he somehow tacked on $30 more bucks for labor or some other charge.  I didn't argue but didn't find that very honorable and hate when businesses that can't give you a hardline price from the beginning somehow add surcharges or extra charges to milk the price.  The sudden extra $30 gave him a three star review when otherwise I would of given him five stars.

All Star Electric was recommended to us by another electrical company who said they knew these guys and trusted their work.  From initial contact and excellent communication with Rachel, we were able to get an appointment quickly to install coaxial cable from inside our recently finished basement to the outside (so we could connect to cable services) and to get our 4-prong dryer to adapt to an older 3-prong wall outlet.  Not only did Peter and his apprentice do the jobs effectively and functionally, they made everything look beautiful!  We also appreciated Peter's suggested improvements which were smart and safety-oriented.  We highly recommend All Star Electric and would definitely use them again!

Was given a quote for $674 but was handed a bill for $979.  We were told it was because he didn't come out and really look at the project and it was more than he realized.  He says he's going to refund $200 but who is going to repair the sheet rock around the breaker box that they totally messed up. (I wish I could send a picture to show everyone.) I sent him a picture of the breaker box and never received any comment. Two people showed up before 8:00 am without even the courtesy of a call that they were coming.  Then they sat in their car for two hours while they waited from someone else to come out. Then their vacuum didn't work so they couldn't clean up the mess in my office around the breaker box.  We paid for a permit but the project wasn't inspected.  This was very unprofessional and we won't be using them again!

Awesome company! Called the  night before and got an appointment for the next morning! Very professional salesperson on the phone. They came out on time the following day. Did a great job and fast! Very reasonable pricing. 1 hour to add an electric box and hang a fan for my infant Son's room so that he won't be so hot in his nursery anymore. Peter was very kind and professional, he put down a drop cloth while he worked so that my Son's nursery stayed clean. I can't say enough good things! I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any electrical needs we may have.

Peter Larsen of All Star Electric installed a new outside electrical socket as well as motion activated flood lights. Peter did a great job. The new lights illuminate our driveway when we come home at night. The new outlet makes it easier to put up holiday lights without running a cord through a window. For professional electrical work from good people, I recommend  All Star Electric.

These guys were great. They made time to  get my job done (wall outlet installation) only a couple days after I called for a quote and for about half the price of what other electricians quoted me. They kept a simple job simple and got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
