I called T & C to get my shower fixed. It turns out my shower was too old and needed a cartridge, we could not find the part. Had issues with both the master tub and shower.  Brand new house only 2yrs old.  Didn't make sense. I don't usually write a review on Yelp, but Edwin is the best! When I called to get an estimate he was able to come over in 30 minutes to check out our plumbing issue. He gave a fair estimate of the costs. After thinking it over for a day, I gave him a call to ask if he could still fix our plumbing, and he was here same day at the exact time he said he would be there, and he was done in a hour. He was very professional,  came with a mask on, and maintained social distancing. I highly suggest giving T&C Plumbing a call if you need a plumber.

Sorry to leave a bad review as Jesus was a great guy but great guys don't solve the problem. Here's the facts. Called because the sewer clear out  was blocked. He pulled out a baby wipe. Our fault. Looked like he fixed it. Next day it was backing up again. He used a snake, no camera, to verify it was clear, just ran some water. On his way out he said they can't guarantee the work. WTF????? I was told I'd have to pay $650.00 for them to come out again and do the same thing. You don't do the job correctly the first time and want to charge me again? Called a plumber in Richmond, he snaked it AND used a cam. Needless to say I'm not happy. Your mileage may vary.

I wanted to install a smart valve on my water supply pipe to prevent any future flooding by installing sensors, I reached out to T&C and they were very responsive and came in quickly to complete the task. Absolutely impressed with how they got things done.  First of, we used them through American Home Shield.  I've dealt with different services through AHS and a couple of them I had problems.  I was told that a lot of companies that go through WARRANTY companies will give you minimum work because they're paid minimum from the Warranty companies.  Well?  Not these guys.   They were very responsive (12 hours from original call to AHS) and explained perfectly what had happened and what needs to be done.   They had pictures and very descriptive on what may have caused the issue.  Extremely happy with their work and have zero doubts of them.

I contacted T&C due to a heavy leak we had in the shower faucet. I sent them a video of the issue and they knew immediately what the problem was and quoted me on the spot.

They said they would arrive between 10-12 on the following business day from our contact, and they did! They arrived a little before 11am!

They asked to be shown the leak, and then went to get the part from their van and had it replaced in less than 20 mins.

They were very reliable and I am very pleased!

Called several plumbers to get quotes.  T & C's quote came in with the best pricing, not only was their estimate was clear, they brought up concerns that others had not.  We scheduled with them for the next day and they arrived not only timely but early!  The job was done with so much care, the new utility sink in my garage was done very well.  They did such a nice job that we hired them for a se one job.  I will use them again if the opportunity comes up.

T&C team did an amazing job tackling our plumbing issues at our home: we needed to repipe the entire house.

Prior to meeting T&C Plumbing, we met with multiple plumbers that would simply suggest that we need to snake the mainline which we did 3x and we continued to have issues. Eventually we came across a plumber from another company who diagnosed the issue and noticed our entire home is piped incorrectly and not up to code - however the price they provided for this job was way too high.

This then led me back on to Yelp where I found T&C Plumbing. Edwin was extremely responsive, I provided the report from the other plumber and Edwin shared a MUCH better price AND warranty for this project. Edwin then came by our home after reviewing the report to confirm the work that needed to be done which was a relief because the other plumber was saying we needed to cut out out wall but it did not seem necessary in Edwin's professional opinion.

The project took 3 days which flew by, T&C team was very communicative and would let us know when they would turn off the water to make sure we got our restroom breaks out the way. They were also very clean & professional by making sure to block out parts of the house with plastic to make sure no dirt made it's way on to our furniture.

Edwin was also kind enough to capture photos to explain whats happening under our home - including the broken pipe they discovered underneath our bedroom which explains the horrible smell that would linger!

Also, they were kind enough to help us with our water heater maintenance and help install some part of our faucet that we've been lagging on (We're first time home owner newbies and don't have all the tools we need yet lol)

Overall, I am truly happy with the work they've done. This entire plumbing issue was such a pain for several weeks but T&C team came
to save the day (& our wallets with the price they provided).

T&C Plumbing did an amazing job with our plumbing. We had a toilet that wouldn't flush after being snaked numerous times. Edwin came, found the problem and gave us a fair quote. Further issues were found and they fixed that too! Saul, Alex and Mirian dug underground 6ft BY HAND so they didn't hit other underground pipes. As we did the work, we decided to just remodel the entire bathroom. Alex and Miriam did an amazing job with the bathroom. It is beautiful and I am very satisfied! I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing work.

I had the misfortune of having to deal with them twice- because I went through home warranty and they assigned these guys for two separate claims. They arrive with the intention of fixing all the problems of the world, equipped with their complete toolset -which includes one drill bit.

First one: My issue was that I didn't have hot water in the bathroom. They came and I showed them the general area where my boiler was (I have a boiler feeding a domestic hot water tank). There was also pool equipment nearby. They soon left and reported that they don't work on pool equipment!  What????? I had to initiate a new claim to get that sorted out.

Second one: Thermostatic valve in the shower broke and couldn't control temperature of water anymore. They came and looked at it and reported that we have a flow restrictor and the home warranty doesn't cover it if you have a flow restrictor installed. I knew what happened last time and challenged him that its only the cartridge that needs to be replaced and he says: That is the flow restrictor. Finally, while leaving- he let it slip that its a Grohe showerhead and they are special order and the cartridge is so expensive and I'm thinking that that is not your problem - home warranty should take care of the expensive part and he wanted me to pay for the service call- which I said I will discuss with home warranty.

Anyway- home warranty denied my claim based on his report and I got an actual licensed plumber to do the job- there was no flow restrictor - only the cartridge needed to be replaced.

I think he didn't know how to do the job but still wanted to get paid the service call fee- should they be even licensed?

I texted the T&C late in the afternoon with the situation I had with my sewer line and asked if they could call me. Within a short time frame I got a call. They gave me a quick quote with the info I gave them. The price quoted was reasonable for the job they needed to do. They said Saul would arrive between 6pm and 7pm. Saul arrived on time with his assistant, they were done within 35min and my problem was fixed. I definitely would recommend them.

Incredibly prompt service today on my rental property for a clogged and leaking toilet. Much appreciate service technicians who are accountable, responsive and efficient. Edwin took great care of everything. Thank you!

Got the job done very please everything is working will probably do more research the next time to find cheaper price i thought they was a little pricey but times has changed since the last time I had it done

So, my husband died a year and a half ago. He was the fixer let take care of the maintenance around the house. So today's ago I realize that I was having trouble getting hot water out of my tankless on-demand water heater. So last night I went into the room and the controllers on and it is in fact indicating that there is no hot water went down to 80° and so I knew that I had to find someone to come and tell me that they could fix it. So this morning, before normal work hours, I located a reference for T&C plumbing and rooter.

Now please understand that that telephone call happened before 8 AM. Edwin, answered the phone and said that yes he could help me and said he could help me today. He was in fact on time. I was hoping he could say that all you had to do was fix one or two things that, to my chagrin, when he opened up the device, there was water all over the place and it was apparent that my water heater had failed. So when I look back at it I'm not really surprised because it's been at least 18 years since the installation of my Rheem tankless on-demand water heater.

Then I was informed that the Rheem is probably the more expensive water heaters available and that the new one was going to cost me an excess of $3500. I really didn't have much choice in the matter since I did not have any hot water and this system is not going to be able to be put back online. Edwin, I Donely explain the whole process to me but shared that if I wanted a new water heater he would go into Concord to purchase it because he didn't trust Home Depot because of their tactics of selling items like this but only the cheaper models and I did not like that kind of dishonesty.

I have to say that I was totally thrilled. Edwin went to Concord came back took off the old system installed the new one with all of the requisite parts, explain the system to me, tested the water to make sure it was hot and functioning properly and cleaned up every item before he left. He was here for approximately 3 1/2 hours.

Edwin felt sorry for my circumstances and in fact gave me a great discount. I will be using his company for all my plumbing and rooter needs. I would highly recommend that you do the same. So in the course four hours, I now have a new hot water heater that, hopefully will last the rest of my life.

I had a hose bib that had started leaking and I tried fixing it myself, but the fixtures were old and had not been installed properly in the first place. I called at 5:30 on a Friday night, and Edwin was at my home within 25 minutes and done in an hour. He was polite and prepared. I would use this company again.

This service was referred by American Home shield. The tech, I don't believe spoke English or he couldn't compose a full sentence. I spoke an individual who called while the technician was present. I was told that Home Shield would cover the water heater and labor but an additional $465.00 would be needed for paperwork. I asked the individual to send an itemized/line account of the $465.00 supposedly to be owed. We confirmed the correct email for the itemization and ended the call. The technician just stood in the garage looking baffled. There was not one full sentence used:
'need a new one and It's broke. We have not received the itemized list but an order for the water heater was submitted by this company. Well, this all started on 12/22/2022, on 12/26/2022, we were still waiting on a water heater. AHS stated that they had sent the vendor an email confirming heater is ready to be picked up. 12/26/2022 thru 12/30/2022, vendor did not answer phone nor return messages. AHS contacted and I was put on hold while they called vendor 12/28/2022. AHS rep. returns to phone and states vendor has been having trouble with phone (this after, I called 15 minutes before calling AHS) and had not transportation to pick up item. 12/30/2022, AHS is called again due to no response from vendor after 5 days. Once again, AHS calls vendor, and they answer (surprise!). This time vendor relays message to AHS that they will be out on Monday to complete the job. Well, Monday comes, and AHS calls at 7:36AM. AHS states that there is no work order confirmed for 1/2/2023 (if there was no work order then why you are calling), i was put on hold and AHS calls vendor (again, Surprise they answer). AHS returns to phone and states vendor will be at my mother's house on 1/3/2023. I hang up and call T and C plumbing and Alex answers. He states that the warehouse is closed, and they will be picking up water heater and at house on 1/3/2023 between 8AM and 10AM.
HERE WE GO.......
On 1/3/2023, The technician comes at 8:20AM-it has been reiterated several times in the past days, verbally with ASH and vendor- TECHNICAIN NEEDS TO HAVE IDENTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPEAK ENGLISH. WELL! WELL! The technician came with a jacket that had a Nelson name tag adhered to the jacket and no other Identification, (No Driver's license?) He just pointed to the name tag. He showed me picture on his phone of work order, when asked about license. He then goes out to the truck and sit for about 15 minutes (i know he's calling the office). In the interim of this, Alex calls(8:25AM) and states the technician doesn't have any identification, is it ok to complete the job. Of course, since my 80+ year old mother hasn't had water since 12/22/2022 and I've had to pay someone $25 a day (8 in total) to heat water which is necessary for her medical/hygiene and them not picking up the water heater which has been sitting since 12/26/2022.
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY INTERESTING.....
The technician gets out the truck with invoice in hand, extending the paperwork towards me and ask, if were paying cash or by credit card (first full sentence out of his mouth). I tell him we're paying by credit card. He then goes and I believe shares this with his superiors (I hear him talking on the phone). I ask to see the license again, and he shows me the same information on his phone (I take a picture of it). I then ask him his last name and he just looks at me. I ask him Do you know your last name?), he reaches for his phone (really!). I was away from him, as I hear the house phone ringing; it's T and C plumbing. I ask what the person's name is because it sounds like the same women's voice, I just heard on the technician's phone (it was. She wasn't forthcoming wit her name (she asked why I wanted it). I shared with her the reason to be; because you're asking for a credit card number, and this is business in which she needed to identify herself.  After some words back and forth she stated her name was Kenya Lovo. I asked for (I guess) Nelson's last name since he didn't know it and once again, she wanted to know why. It was like pulling teeth. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? Finally, she said his last name was Gonzales. I asked what her position in the company was and she wouldn't and didn't give it to me.
MOVING FORWARD.....
My mother gives the information needed; the technician is still at this putting in the water heater while I'm writing this review/complaint and here we are on 1/3/2023@ 11:00AM.

I got them through American Home Shield. First time they sent some kid who has no clue of what's going on he couldn't identify the leak or even acknowledged the leak. Had the guts to up-sell me on water pressure meter. When followed up that water is leaking they acknowledged and came in third time with some device to find the leak. Gave me a quote but never gave breakdown of the quote so that I can give it to my insurance. My general contractor opened up my shower base where T&C plumbing have mentioned there is a leak and guess what there's no leak. I have called them multiple times for no use. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere than get to have this fake plumbing company.

Woke up in the morning yesterday and as I was grinding my coffee and getting water to make my morning coffee, realized my sink was clogged up. I pressed the starting button of the garbage disposal however it would not turn on. I figured it was stuck so I put the hexagonal tool in the bottom to try to dislodge it and It would not turn. I tried to manually dislodge it and after taking out everything from inside the garbage disposal it still would not turn. Afraid that I was going to to break the sink, I decided to call a plumber to come help me with my problem. After spending close to 2 hours of calling multiple plumbers the earliest one would come by to see the sink was two weeks and their price was insanely high.
I continued calling plumbers and finally I contacted T & C Plumbing & Rooter INC.  Their employee, Edwin, came to my residence within two hour and was extremely polite and professional. He Diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed. A nail somehow had fallen and got stuck inside the garbage disposal. He took the garbage disposal apart, took the nail out and then reattached everything together again. There was no mess and he cleaned the area spotless. Wow, I was so amazed at his efficiency and cleanliness.
Then came the price which was less than 1/2 of the price the other plumbers had quoted me and he fixed the problem the very same day. In fact, I even felt bad he was charging such a low price considering what a headache this problem was going to become.
I'm extremely happy I was able to find such an awesome plumbing company. If I could, I would instead give Edwin and the T & C Plumbing & Rooter Company 1000 stars (unfortunately only allowed to give 5).
Again, thank you dearly and I highly recommend their excellent and affordable service.

This company responded very quickly and arrived the same day, which was a plus, which is why they got 2 stars, but gave an estimate that was way out of price range for the work to be done (replacing a leaky spigot). They gave me a quote of $350.

Another company came out and quoted $150 and were done in 15 minutes and gave me a 1 year warranty for their work.

I would have had to pay twice as much to this company for the same job.

Called at 7:20pm (after hours) last night and left a message. They called me back at 7:45pm and said they were going to drive by between 9 and 11 this morning.

They came at 9:15am for the evaluation. They left to get materials and the leak was fixed by 11am. Wow.

Prompt, efficient, and reasonable in their pricing. I didn't price shop this time around but this is based on having to call plumbers for other reasons in the past.

I would highly recommend and would do business with them again.

I had a leak on a water heater and ended up with water pooled on my garage, and was initially quoted what I thought was a high price by another company, so I asked several other companies for quotes. T&C had availability the next day and quoted me a reasonable flat rate.
They picked up the heater (which was in warranty) and came in with the new heater, installed it very professionally - including one small change to the building code that they pointed out, didn't overcharge me for any little thing and stayed true to their flat rate.
It is so great to get a straightforward and fair service like this.

I had been looking for an honest and affordable plumbing company for  almost a year for a repiping job and I've got to say I found them!! If you'd like affordable prices and great service choose T &C plumbing. Before we chose to use their service we got estimates from other plumbing companies as well and no one was able to beat their prices. They also came out and gave us a free estimate while other companies wanted to charge over $150 just for the estimate. We had warranty for the devices provided and overall service was great starting with their secretary Jasmine, who greets you and has patience to explain to you in detail about when her technicians will be available.

Fast and professional. Also very efficient. A family business that is nice and trustworthy.

Excellent service by two contractors. My bathtub and toilet drainage was clogged and they came on the same day. They are professional and worked fast. Turned out there were tree roots in our sewage pipe outside. After using the snake machine, the problem was cleared.

Edwin and his guys came out and took care of my clogged kitchen sink. He also removed my old reverse osmosis and replaced my garbage disposal. He and his workers were absolutely professional and courteous. They definitely have my business.

I called 10 places before calling T&C and no one could come out for a same day appointment. I called T&C and they made it out within a couple hours! 2 days before thanksgiving!! They were able to fix a pipe leak and they were reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

We had a leak under our concrete slab in our bedroom downstairs.  Our insurance said we might have to hire a restoration company and a plumber, but T & C Plumbing detected the leak, opened the concrete, fixed the leak, and closed it back up.  David made it so easy from when he gave the estimate to letting us pick the day we wanted to get it done.  They completed the job so quickly, didn't leave a mess, and did the job for a great price.  I recommend this company completely and would use them again in the future.

After PGE replaced our Smarmeter, our water heater refused to stay lit. Long story short, we needed a new one. Hiro came out quickly and had the new water heater installed the next day. Only plumbing company that bothered to respond to our calls. Friendly, neat, efficient and reasonably priced. Would use the company again in a minute, and highly recommend!

Fixed a broken water main within 24 hours. Called at 4:45 pm and they came out in the morning and completed the job. Alex and his wife are a great team and work well together. Quick response, professional work without the sales pitch or over charging. We were referred by home warranty company. We scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday. The guy came out to fix the clogged bathtub faucet, but accidentally broke something. Okay fine...the piece had to be ordered. T&C called me a couple of times, but due to my schedule and my husband's schedule we weren't able to schedule right away. I told them I'd call them. I'm having my lunch (home from work) and the plumber shows up...just out the blue. I called and spoke with a very rude female. I told her it wasn't scheduled and that we just had a death in the family.  She responded with a rude tone, Oh well I didn't schedule it. I will never use this company again due to their horrible customer service. The plumber was very nice!!!

Oh my goodness, these guys are INCREDIBLE!!! We had no hot water and contacted them at 11:00 pm at night! Edwin came early the next morning and fixed it within minutes!! He quickly recognized the problem, fixed it, and did not try to up sell! He also gave us good advice on maintenance. He did not even want to charge us because he said it was not a real repair!! So wonderful!! I would DEFINITELY call them again  with all our plumbing  needs! They are honest, dependable and knowledgeable!!

I had a malfunctioning hot water heater that needed either a burner replacement or a full replacement of the unit.  My neighbor gave me a very positive recommendation for a company that replaced his unit in January.  I reached out to that company as well as 8 others through Yelp and had a very frustrating experience, except with T&C Plumbing.  

The most common theme I noticed is that no one wanted to take anytime to discuss the job in any detail.    I could not get anyone on the phone for even a minute to discuss price, different heater models, availability or if fixing was an option.  Most everyone else gave me the sense that they were doing me a favor by coming out and I was wasting their time by asking basic questions (including the company my neighbor recommended).  Every quote I received was within $100 dollars of each other so it is the small things that really differentiated T&C Plumbing from the rest.  

Jesus spoke to me three times on the phone, offered me a competitive price, answered all of my questions and seemed appreciative of the business. He was upfront about the replacement model and informed me of the distributor he buys from so I could do some research.  He came out the next day after I confirmed the job, showed up on time, and finished within 15 minutes of his estimate.  He fully explained how the new unit worked and what I should monitor over the next couple of days.  He thoroughly cleaned up after he was done, to the point you would not think I had any work done that day.  He even took some time to answer questions about some other plumbing work that another company had recently completed.  Jesus went above and beyond what I expected and T&C will be my first call for any plumbing issues I have going forward.

I sent a message via yelp this morning, asking for new hardware in FOUR toilet tanks.  All of them were corroded due to hard water in Brentwood.  Within 10minutes, I had a reply from Edwin.  He was free to come give an estimate the same day.  I was thankful for the quick reply, and asked if I sent him pics of the inside of tanks, could he do the job today without a consultation.  He came within the time window and came with the correct equipment to do the job.  He had a coworker/employee and they did a great job.  Very clean and well done.  He showed me all the toilets and made sure I was happy.  I will use him again!

Edwin was amazing. I knew I bought an old house, but when it became clear the pipes weren't going to last another day, I reached out to see what my options were. It became clear, immediately, that I would need to have my entire home re-piped. I reached out to several companies, and not only was Edwin the most responsive, he was able to inspect, offer me a bid and get the work done in a matter of days so I had a functioning shower. I can't say enough positive things. 4:30 in the afternoon the main line into my house breaks, there's a river of water running down my driveway and no water in my house. I start calling plumbers and happen to call Edwin. He was at my house in 35 minutes and stayed well after it was dark so he could get the job done. He and his team did an amazing job. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was working well. The price was extremely reasonable. All this while being very professional. Edwin is genuinely a good guy who makes sure everything is as it should be before he leaves. I can't thank him and his team enough for the incredibly good job they did. If I ever have plumbing problems again I know who I'll call.

We needed a new shower valve installed which needed to be soldered onto the 1/2 copper pipe.Edwin and Saul of T&C plumbing came out to Discovery Bay from Antioch to give me an estimate His price was one of the lower quotes .He showed me pics of his past jobs and that was enough for me to hire him. plumbers and are real craftsmen.They got everything installed,tested,cleaned and done in a little more than a hour .They even installed the shower head with pipe.I will hire these pros for my next project without any hesitation.

Alex did a fabulous job Removing my old cracked ugly Undermount sink and replacing it with a stainless steel Undermount sink and new faucet. Three other plumbers/contractors told me they were unable to replace my  undermount with another Undermount but could replace it with an over mount. I did not want that!  finally I ran into this company and Alex came, did  a thorough assessment with me and I am very grateful for his services. He was always on time and professional. I highly recommend this company

They sent a guy out to fix my showers water diverted.  I was not home but my girlfriend was.  The plumber looked at the shower for all of a minute then told my girlfriend he needed to go get parts and it would be $450 to fix the shower diverter ( you can buy a whole new diverter for $40 at Home Depot) and I only needed O-rings replaced.  The parts were all of 8 dollars and I had a buddy help me install them. T&C plumbing are crooks and make a habit of trying to take advantage on naive customers, don't call these clowns UPDATE: attached is a picture of a message these jokers sent in response to my review

I called T&C plumbing that I had a big problem, it was Tuesday and they told me that the next day they would give me a technician, the technician was quite punctual , and asked me some questions about the problem, then he said that there would be some tests to verify it, and it was very fast and he gave me the price that was quite accessible to pay and I accepted, the kenner technician did a very good job, he is very professional and very respectful, I highly recommend him

I had a great experience working with Edwin.  He was quick, reliable, efficient, and fair priced.  He was really professional and knew what he was talking about.  He made good recommendation that we did not need to replace the sink and only need to clean it.  He had to come to our house three times to install the faucet without extra charge because I bought the wrong faucet the first two times.

We have American Home Shield and I chose this company from the list they gave me, because of previous reviews. Although the technician was very kind and respectful, I could barely communicate with him which caused problems later.

As he was repairing the shower drain, I noticed that the drain he purchased seemed to look like it wasn't fitting correctly. I tried to communicate this with him, and explain to him that I was not happy with the way it looked or fit.

Rather than try to explain to me that it was the correct parts, or try to help me feel secure in the job that was being done, he called his manager, spoke to the manager for a minute, and then the manager got on the phone with us.

At this point when the manager heard my concerns, he became very defensive and combative. He basically treated me as though I should shut up and let them finish the job. When I explained I was upset and didn't feel good about the part, rather than trying to explain or make me secure in the job, he argued more with me and told me they had to finish it. I said I didn't want them to finish something that I didn't feel was right, and then he threatened me. He said if his technician left now, they would never come back and never service us again. Either I allow them to continue the job even though I was uncomfortable, or they would leave, to never return.

This reaction even made me feel more insecure about the work that was being done. I was so upset! So with no faith in the company, a manager that was arguing with me and threatening me, and a technician who would not communicate with me, I felt no other choice but to ask them to leave.

I would highly suggest you never hire this company for any work that needs to be done. They have no respect or dignity for the client.

We had a leaking outside spigot. Edwin came quickly even though not urgent. He replaced the faucet, but then diagnosed a larger problem with the piping and skillfully made the repair at no additional cost. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed, I had this company come out for a leaking pipe in my shower they replaced the pipe took 30 mins maybe they charged me $180 shower head still leaking they came back and said now $580 to replace the handle that they never said anything about the first time. This is bad when they give you a warranty and then still want to charge you more to fix the same leaking area!!

Kitchen sink backed up and wouldn't drain, so no sink, no dishwasher.  I tried a couple plumbers I'd used in the past but no one returned my calls.  I texted T&C, they got right back to me and arrived within the hour.  An hour later drain was fixed, no mess left behind and fee was within the range for this area.  He said work was guaranteed for 60 days and there would be no charge for second service call if drain became clogged again.  Yeah, I realize the odds of that happening are slim, but it was still reassuring to know it won't be a hassle if there is a problem.

First of all I would like to mention how prompt they were in my initial inquiry. The quote was reasonable and the job was done with excellence. I will definitely call Edwin for future plumbing issues.

Great service during the holidays.  Called at 8:45AM for a kitchen sink clog.  A tech was at the house by 10:30AM.   The issue was quickly identified and resolved by the tech.  I had called 8 other plumbers in the area and could not get an appointment for several days.  These guys responded and fixed the issue in a couple of hours

My home's main water line developed a significant leak. As soon as I determined the main water line was leaking, I posted a request on Yelp to get quotes. This was in the evening. T&C responded very quickly, and we arranged for them to visit our house the next business day in the morning.

T&C gave a quote that was less than two other companies for comparable work (to repair the leak), so we hired them. Turns out that the whole line had to be replaced (instead of just a repair), so they would have to come the next day (but in the interim, they put some temporary thing on the line so that it would stop leaking). T&C's price was still better than the other two companies (for the same material, copper. Other companies offered longer warranties, but I generally believe that paying more for longer warranties is usually not worth the money. The 3-year warranty T&C gave me is ample enough, if they did any shoddy work, it will surely become apparent in much less time than that). They came out early the next day and finished the work faster than originally predicted.

Throughout, they were professional, friendly, and answered questions.

They always wore a mask (when near me).

They made efforts to disrupt the shrubs in the yard as little as reasonable.

Edwin and Rudy came out at 1am to fix two very clogged toilets and showers using the snake machine. They were courteous, professional and did a complete and thorough job. I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

T&C has come out to save us multiple times! Living in an older house, we've uncovered some interesting things!

The first time we used them was on a Saturday evening! A hose bib broke and was spraying water everywhere! They came out within an hour to take a look, give us a quote, and cap off the hose bib so we could use the water in the house until they could come back the next day to fix it! They were right on time, fixed it and left everything clean!

Had them come out again to install shower valves in a bathroom we're remodeling. I was working from home and the guys were super respectful of the noise and were efficient and again left everything super clean!

We had them out for another emergency today! We pulled the floor up to find the toilet flange completely rusted! We were supposed to have the tile work finished this weekend and couldn't with it like that! My husband called yesterday afternoon and they came out this morning at 10AM right on time! We know they were busy and had other jobs to do today, but when we asked if they could do it today they said yes!

T&C is always prompt to respond, quick to do the work, and they do an amazing job!

I called to have a broken shower diverter replaced.  The man immediately started talking about the part was too old and he would need to cut the whole wall out, cut the pipe, and install a more up to date model.  It was going to take three to four hours at the going rate of plumbers.  Really? I ordered the part on line.  Twenty dollars.  Took twenty minutes to install. You call them what you want to. Cr...ks.  I say don't call them!

I needed a plumber for my laundry drain clog so i requested a quote from multiple companies. T&C responded within mins on a late Friday night advised i schedule an appt the next morning 8-10am for a free estimate, i scheduled it with them. The next morning, I was doing yard work and was expecting a phone call or someone to show up between 8-9am, around 9:50, i got nervous if someone was even coming so i called in, Edwin said he'd check on the technician... i waited about 10mins and assumed he forgot about calling me back, but the tech did show up at 10 am, huge relief. A phone call back would've been nice. The technician came, and seemed like he kinda knew immediately what was wrong, he said its a common issue. A lady came out and they both got to work. About 20 mins later, they were finished. We tested the drain together and seems like everything is flowing great! He said there is a 90days warranty if it clogs again within 90 days which is re-assuring

We had a leak in our kitchen and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. T&C responded quickly, and came right on time. The plumber was efficient, courteous, and quickly identified the problem. We would be happy to use their services again!

These guys are really great. They went above and beyond doing an emergency re-pipe job Christmas week.

I had a toilet leak in my 2nd floor master and this caused damage in my living room ceiling.  A tech came out on time & diagnosed the issue in 15 min.  Gave me a quote to repair the wax ring, but recommended I replace the flange.  Was here at 10am and finished at 1pm.  Was polite and got it done!  For the price - outstanding! I was able to schedule via yelp and did not have to pick up my phone once.  They are verified license and had over 100 reviews from people who have more than 50 connections on the platform.  I can tell English was not my techs native language - nonetheless, I would highly recommend!  Well done T&C!

Edwin and his team responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. My kitchen sink was clogged and he came out the next day. He was quick, efficient, clean and thorough. I would definitely recommended them.

Great service! Called them this morning and they came within an hour of the call. They replaced the shower and sink faucet, pipes under sink and shower head. They were very courteous, wore foot protectors to protect the floor and completed the job very fast. Couldn't have gotten better service for a great price highly highly recommend them.

Had a leaky toilet. Which they did fix for appx $200. Took ten minutes to do.

Where's the problem. Now since that problem was fixed it created a new one. NOW MY TOILET WONT BARELY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. I ask myself what kind of plumber does this work. So was this person that fixed the leak an actual plumber? Or was it someone working under another plumbers license?

So we had the plumber back. Voiced our concerns of the toilet not barely being able to flush toilet paper. And he turns and says it will cost another $200 to fix the flushing power.

So $400 is what the new total to fix the toilet into being a working toilet.

Something ain't right here. This seems like highway robbery!

I had issues with pressure regulator valve recently and had no water in the entire home and my warranty company assigned the claim to T&C Plumbing. Alex was very helpful in scheduling the urgent call. Edwin came on time and resolved the issue very efficiently and professionally. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

After having the worst luck with like every other plumbing service out there, these guys showed up with in 30 minutes of me calling. They did an amazing job with fair pricing. They were polite and extremely communicative. I highly recommend them.

Both of my toilets were backed up and it was a Saturday night. I called two other companies first and both wanted to charge a large amount just to come out since it was the weekend and an emergency. I called T&C plumbing and Edwin was out within 30 minutes with no extra emergency charge. He fixed our problem quickly and saved the day.

Made an initial appointment for Tuesday early morning. Got a message on the Monday before apologizing for missing the appointment and asking to reschedule for the original appointment. I replied clarifying that the original appointment was for the same time as they requested the reschedule. I got a response back saying that they can not keep the original appointment and said that they would come later that day. I let them know that later that day doesn't work for me and that I would be going with a different company. I set aside my time, and they wasted it. Would not recommend.

If you need any plumbing work, pls call this company. Super reliable . I have a leaking emergency water heater tank yesterday . They showed up the next day with a new tank for replacement and changed a new sink for me. Now I have a clean and nice laundry room. They are the best . I worked with contractors before I basically know the materials price . They only charge very fair price , and for this honesty and nice work, every penny worths. Thumbs up for them.

A drain pipe from our house started spilling sewage into our crawlspace. Your house smelling like sewer is stressful. Having 2 young kids smelling sewage is level 10 stressful. I discovered this on a Friday and called HomeGuard Home Warranty. Their off-hours agent assigned another plumber to me. I looked at their Yelp Reviews and it was 2 stars. I didn't want to deal with a 2-star plumber so I asked for another one. They offered T&C (great reviews on Yelp). First thing Saturday morning, they called me back and scheduled a same day service. Pablo and his assistant showed up and discovered a river of sewage in my crawl space. Pablo referred me to a local Emergency Restoration Company (ERC) to clean up the sewage so they can access the broken drain pipe which was on the other end of the river of sewage. After ERC cleaned up the sewage (very expensive but they were able to respond quickly), Pablo and his assistant came back late Saturday to finish the job in 30 minutes. Pablo was very professional and very empathetic to my situation. He could've put me off until Monday morning but him and his assistant worked late to help me and my family. I'm very grateful.

Saul and his team were prompt, professional and went above and beyond to do an excellent job. They went out of their way to get a replacement part that was needed but that was not included in the job. Would definitely work with T&C plumbing again!

Be aware.
1- Didn't perform good job unclogging sink, but owner insisted they were right .
2.- If you hired them, check everything is working fine before paying them, if not you can't get your money back and nobody will come out to fix the problem unless you pay more money.
3.- Scam! Always want to charge more. $320 for unclogged the sink, they didn't unclogged well and asked them to came back, they want another $320! ( I saw reviews from other people experienced the same, ask them to came back even they didn't perform the job well or cause the problem and they charge you again)
4.- overpriced and dishonest .The plumber lost a ring to the pipe and cause a leak.  And quote me $480 for some pipes that cost $30.
5.- If you have any problems after your service, very hard to find them, they don't answer the phone once they answered the 1st time and explained the problem, they promised to call back and after won't call back and won't answer your phone.( I saw this problem at other reviews as well)
6- Be aware, the phone number listed on Yelp is the office and the Yelp message is the owner. Even confirm an appointment with the office then owner at Yelp mentioned the office made mistakes with the appointment.  Waste the entire morning waiting them!
      My sink was clogged at 12/26/2022 and request quote from Yelp and T&C plumbing was the one offer free estimate and can come the same day. So at the evening the plumber came and charge $320 for run the drain snake, after he finished he said that I can use my sink , dishwasher and washing machine. The plumber did insert the snake all the way to the front door drain hole, but there was not a lot of water coming out . Since the plumber said it is unclogged so I didn't use the sink , dishwasher or washing machine to test it! Also the plumber mentioned that my house is too old so my pipes were old , so the pipe is leaking under the sink and there's nothing he can do! A plumber tile me that he can't do nothing with a leak! Hahahah. So he said they I need to replace  all the pipe under the sink so it can stop the leak.and gave me a quote to replace the pipe under the sink for $480.(but I don't have any leak before he came!!he unassembled the pipe and put it back the leak started!!)
  So the next day 12/27/2022 my tenant tried to wash some dishes for the 1st time after unclogging, and the water wouldn't go down and it is clogged! I call the company immediately and they gave me an appointment at 12/28/2022.
  At 12/28/2022 nobody showed up and no calls from the company, my tenant was waiting for the entire morning! So I called them, the first time they answered my phone and explained the situation and they promised to call me back in few minutes. But they didn't call back, so I spent 2 hours keep calling them and still nobody answer the phone. I sent messages via Yelp to the company as well, but nobody responded.I use a different phone number to call and they answered ! I asked what was going on, they said their phones carrier is not good that they can't accept calls! Wow! But I use someone else's phone and they can answer the phone immediately! So they gave me another appointment at 12/29/2022. And make sure with the company that someone will come out and they promised.
   After talking to the company , the owner responded me via Yelp and mentioned that they need to charge me another $320 to send a plumber out. But I explained the situation that I use the sink not even 1 time after the plumber came in 12/26/2022, so obviously the plumber didn't unclogged the sink well. Who will pay $320 and not able to wash the dishes for one single time. But the owner insisted that the plumber unclogged the pipe and the problem is my pipes are too old and need replacement!!
So if the plumber unclogged the sink then why I can't use the sink even for one time. So the owner keep arguing and spent few hours talking to him and there is no solution and conclusion to keep arguing with the owner.
  So I didn't hire them again and I went to rent a drain snake myself! And I unclogged the pipe myself and saw the difference how strong and how much water was coming out from the drain hole!  So I knew that the plumber didn't unclogged the pipe! I saw the sand , dirty water, discharge went strong and fast all the way past the drain hole!
 by the way the pipe that they were going to charge me for $480, when I unassembled the pipe to run the snake, I found out that the plumber lost 1 ring to the pipe and that was the reason of leaking!! That ring is $1-2only! And they tried to charge me $480 to replace everything! By the way I went ACE to buy the ring and found the pipe that go under the sink $6.99 for 2 pieces and included the rings , so I replace them and got the ring from there, if I replace all the pipes under the sink is like almost  $30 .
  After I unclogged the sink myself it didn't have any problem! The water go down, no more leaking, no need any other replacement.

I reached out to this company due to having some kind of leak in my front lawn. They were very responsive to my quote request and sent someone out the next morning. Great! Alex came and listened to me explain that a sprinkler and irrigation specialist had come by already and diagnosed the sprinkler system and found that it was working perfectly so my issue was likely the main water line. Immediately he started saying Yup, that's it! and barely even checked anything. He eventually said, hold on let me check one thing then proceeded to turn off my main water valve and confirmed what the sprinkler guy had already told me which was that the meter was still spinning and this basically indicated a leak. Next, he started explaining all the options that I can take to service the problem; along with the costs for each one. The first time he said it would cost $2800. Then as he continued to talk he said he could do it for $2000. HOWEVER, if paid with cash he could do it for $1800. I told him I'd think about it after speaking with my husband and will get back to him.

My husband and I discussed and decided to go forward (ignoring the red flags - our fault). So as instructed, I texted Alex to say we would like to move forward with the service and will not be paying with cash.

I was provided a date that he would come out to do the job. I got a call the day before with him saying that he needed to reschedule for the next day. Ok, so I rearranged my schedule AGAIN to be there when he arrived.

Just to be sure I texted the night before to confirm with him and was told he'd be there at 9 am. At 9 am I got a call from a woman saying that Alex is running late and can be at my home between 10 and 12... sure, no problem being that I took the WHOLE day off to get this done. So at 11 am-ish, I get a call from the same woman saying that Alex is very busy and can't come until next Tuesday. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I said no thank you and called another plumber. I'm so disappointed and am still losing a lot of water as a result of the leak. I wish people would not say that they can do things that they can't because it is a real inconvenience and so unprofessional.

The two stars are for the swiftness in coming out to give the quote. Outside of this, I would never recommend this company.

T & C plumbing is the go to plumber, had main sewer line leak , called for quote , Edwin responded almost immediately, the quote was in line for the job , they completed the pipe replacements in a timely fashion, as we know how important having a functioning  toilet and water use , they were careful to clean up after themselves and protect the customers home , I would recommend T & C plumbing , Edwin explained everything he did , the cost was reasonable .

Edwin is a life saver! My tankless water heater went down the day before July 4th. Needless to say, I was very, very unhappy because we didn't have any hot water! It wasn't a big deal to my husband, but for me it was a HUGE issue. He didn't want to hear me nag, so he reached out to Edwin the day after July 4th.

Edwin came out to do a consultation to see what the issue was with our tankless water heater. He was on the phone with the manufacturer to see if he could solve the issue for us. In the end, we had to get a whole new system that would be a better fit for our home. Edwin was able to go out and get the unit for us and install it the very same day. He went over the steps with my husband to ensure that our water heater would last a long time. This business is responsive when it comes to scheduling an estimate, but asking to provide an estimate is a different story.

A technician came out as scheduled, early even. The job we needed done were pretty straightforward: Installing a utility sink and replacing 3 valves. Instead of providing a verbal quote, he told my husband to provide him my email and he'll email the quote. But he didn't leave any information on how I'm supposed to do that.

So I called the main number and left a message. I provided the address of the property and my email address. It's been several days and I have yet to receive the quote. I'm glad for all the customers who's had a great experience with them. But I'd rather work with a company that values my time.

Extremely satisfied with the great service from T&C Plumbing. I'm an early riser and they were one of a handful of plumbers that responded to a request for a quote in the early morning hours to replace my hot water heater. They came out within 30 minutes of responding to my request for a quote which was in line with a few quotes I had received the day before.

Edwin was extremely knowledgable and provided outstanding service. He had my old water heater out and the new one installed in just a couple of hours.

I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs...especially in an emergency.

My elderly mother had an issue with her downstairs toilet. I made a request for a service appointment. They replied back to me so quickly and came out on the same day. The young man who helped us was kind and quick. He explained everything thoroughly. The young man that came out was named Anderson. I definitely would recommend this company! I wish they service El Dorado County too. I have another toilet that needs TLC. Most definitely appreciate their work and kindness!

I needed a shower cartridge fixed last month and contacted 5 different plumbers, Edwin at T & C was the first to respond and came out the same day to provide an estimate.  He explained that ordering this type of part right now may take a little longer than usual due to the pandemic and he kept me updated over the following days until the part arrived, he came out as soon as he had the part and fixed the shower.  A month later, we had an issue with some leaky pipes outside and again he responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave us an estimate the same day, once we accepted, he was there the next day to do the repairs and did an excellent job.  I highly recommend this company for their prompt service, professionalism and fair costs. No need to ever call anyone else, I will use them for all our future plumbing needs!!

We have a water filter system for the entire house that was missing a bypass valve and just badly installed. The guys helped us with a temporary solution to move the filter for some concrete work and later returned to re-do all the installation properly.

T&C was professional, on time did the job correctly, and provided receipts for payment. We are certainly going to hire T&C again for other work we need to complete. We highly recommend T&C.

Great experience with sewer lateral repair with Edwin and his team!  They took care of everything, including permits and inspections on Bethel Island.  Edwin was very communicative throughout the process from request for quote through repair, and I always knew what to expect.  Very reasonably priced compared with other quotes in the area.  Recommend for high quality work and efficient and friendly service.  If I have a plumbing issue, I will go to T & C in the future.

My water heater went out at midnight Saturday. I was afraid I would not be able to find someone ASAP on a Saturday morning since I have plans for Saturday afternoon. I contacted Ed from T & C plumbing. He came within 30 mins early Saturday morning 755am to be exact. Ed came and was very professional even wore his PPE. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote for the new water heater along with what what needed to bring it up to code. Mind you this water heater lasted me almost 20 years. I got my money's worth from my old one. Ed finished the job. It looked very clean. He also replaced my water pressure regulator in the main water line. I wasn't expecting the added expense but since he was already here, why not. Ed was able to do the job. He even went to concord 2 times in one day to complete the project. I definitely recommend T&C. Alex came out earlier then he had scheduled me. Quoted me a rock solid price and had the parts needed on hand in his service vehicle. Our water heater finally broken after 24 years of service at around 10:30pm. Edwin showed up in 45 min and gave us a free inspection and estimate. He installed a new one for me on the second day. Very detailed, very experienced, and checked water pressure problem for us in the bathroom. Highly recommended.

Can't comment on the quality of work. Instead on the inability to honor commitments. We schedule a 2 hour block of time with Edwin C. through Yelp to come and give a proposal for a water softener installation. No show with no notification. Rescheduled for a few days later, again, no show with no notification.

Our leak came through the ceiling and we had a couple people out to check on it. Edwin was very kind, super honest, and was able to take care of the job very quickly. On top of that they cleaned up afterwards leaving the floor cleaner than when they got there. Thanks guys!

Had a crack in the toilet and quickly turned off main line.  Disconnected the waterline to the toilet bowl but was still leaking.  I called Edwin quite early in the morning on a Saturday, as it was a bit of an emergency.  He came for an in person estimate, right on time.  He explained everything and offered a great estimate.  He went to go purchase a new toilet, and from the first initial call, to the time he finished the job, it was only 3 hours.  Their work totally exceeded my expectations.  Everything looks great and in working condition.  No leaks, no mess, and no hassle.  I will recommend to all of my friends and family.

after a month of having sewage seeping from my backed up shower and after screening a series of plumbers....

I was recommended by a neighbor  to try their services.  They responded  immediately. they came the very next day to check out my shower snd set an appointment  upon departure.  

So  they came tome today to fix my shower. they were in and out in less than 20 minutes! they were on time worked diligently, and made me very happy.  I am beyond  grateful  for the  recommendation and their services.

We had a leak coming out of a made in cabinet for microwave and oven that used steam for cooking as an option in our rented home in Concord, CA.

David came out and figured out we didn't need the line and filter system that was under the sink after I told him we didn't use the steam cooking at all. His solution saved so much time and money over the other company we had called who wanted to do literally 3 times the work and price for something we didn't need. They wanted to run another line telling me that was the only way to solve this.

We did have a small one drop a minute leak after David left that developed under the sink, however after texting David that night with a picture he was out the next morning and fixed it permanently. Very happy with the service!

He also installed a quarter turn valve outside for the house shutoff that has been working great! He also charged less than our other quote.

Would definitely recommend and use them again! Thank you again David (and Edwin for always answering the phone or text)!

Noticed water dripping from my hot water heater when I went into my garage last night. I shut off the water and gas and immediately went to Yelp to find someone who could replace the water heater. First thing in the morning I reached out to a couple of high rated water heater companies. No response back. Finally at 10am I looked for another one and came across T & C Plumbing. I sent them a message and received a message back in 10 minutes from Edwin who I found out was the owner. He stated that he could be at my house in 30 minutes to check it out. He showed up as promised wearing his PPE, gave me an estimate which was very competitive. I approved it and was shocked when he said he could start right away. He called one of his workers who went out a bought a new water heater while he removing the old tank. They both finished up the work and cleaned the area in a timely manner, even took the old tank away. Edwin is an extremely nice and caring person. He should be the poster child for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend his company for any plumbing work. I have other work that is needed and will use him again.......Thanks Edwin!!!!

Pablo came to fixed our 3 faucets that is leaking and one of the bathroom sink faucet has no hot water.  Today he came back with the parts he ordered and fixed all 3.  Pablo is Very professional. Thank you for fixing it.

I messaged T & C plumbing last night for a quote for a sewer lateral video. They responded very quickly with a quote. I responded on when they said tomorrow morning between 10-12.  I scheduled it they called to confirm. The technician David came at 9:41 and was done at 9:51. Ok I'm kinda jealous that was so easy for the price. I should be f been charged per minute just kidding! I was very happy. I will definitely use them again.

Signed proposal for sewer ejection system for 31,500. Checked with secretary Jasmin and Edwin supervisor manager several times.over a period of over a week. We were told They were waiting for permits from City and may start digging in three days. House for sale   Need work done and yesterday when called for update tEdwin stated they underbid and needed 20k more to do job. Today I find out T& C never pulled permit did not cash my check for 3 k and bailed leaving us without anyone to do sewer during important time of house sale. Very dissatisfied! Hire this company NOT!

Saul and Josue came to inspect my main line clog issue. During the inspection, they also noticed that there was water in my crawl space and suspected a leaky pipe as well. I was dejected. 2 problems instead of 1.

However, after crawling into my crawl space, Saul found that my pipes were fine and that the water was only seeping in from the outside due to recent rains coming down a slope. He could've easily made up an issue, but was 100% honest in what he found.

They also fixed my main line clog and informed me along the way of all the possibilities I might be facing and how to prevent them in the future. On top of that, their prices are super competitive compared to other quotes I got.

I will use T&C Plumbing & Rooter for any other plumbing issues I can't resolve myself, but having said that, I hope I don't see them much in the future! In all seriousness, highly recommend them to anyone in the areas they serve.

This team stepped in when I was left hanging by another plumber who pulled out my shower hardware and then left the job never to return (!) and Ygnacio went above and beyond to help me.

It turned out I needed to replace original hardware inside the wall so a small job became bigger with a lot more unknowns, and they stepped up to help throughout the process. Ygnacio advised what parts to buy, things to watch out for and consider, and what to expect. He was consistently responsive and helpful.

When the team did show up for the job they did excellent work and charged me a very fair price.

Wholeheartedly recommend and would happily hire again.

My toilet quit flushing . Tech assigned came out and found another problem that needed addressing. The next day same problem . Tech came back same day and fixed the issue . He was respectful  & competent. I would use this business again .
