Needed help with a couple plumbing issues in our tenants downstairs apartment. I searched all over Yelp for help and most guys weren't immediately available or didn't respond. We had a leak and needed someone right away. John was not only quick to respond but was available! He came out and fixed both a toilet and shower leak very quickly. Definitely will be calling John for our plumbing needs in the future! Thanks again!

John was great. Definitely knew is stuff. He quickly repaired our shower and after the work was complete offered several tips for preventative care. He also suggested we purchase future spare parts in case they are discontinued from the manufacturer.

I wanted to replace my very old hot water heater. Great communication with owner, John. He and I emailed each other and he always answered my questions. He said they would pick up my water heater. We even discussed warranties for the hot water heater. They would remove the old water heater and install a new water heater. Shoreline Plumbing would even discard my old water heater as well. This is the 3rd time that Shoreline has provided services for me, so I knew they would do a great job. Duke, the plumber from Kaneohe did an excellent job. I never realized how much needs to be done to install a new hot water heater. Duke even had to re-install my hot water timer, as well as add 3 new connectors, and a pressure relief valve connection. After he left, I immediately took a shower! It took about 1/2 hour for the water to heat up after the electricity was turned on. If you are looking for a reliable plumbing company, get the one with a lot of Aloha.....Shoreline Plumbing.

Had a kink in the fridge water pipe and it cracked and caused damage. Got on yelp and requested quotes and the very next day Vangel from Shoreline Plumbing was able to come in and identify the problem, come up with a reasonable solution and fix the issue! Thank you so much for your timely service! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a backup of main sewer line. Shorline Plumbing was very responsive to fit me into their schedule. They cleared the main line from the backup, even though is was very backed up, from the street all the way through our sewer line. They had the snake equipment, including a heavy duty snake, to do the job.

I'm happy I chose Shoreline Plumbing. They responded fast and finished the job well. And yes, there were some hiccups, not their doing, but they did trouble shoot the issue and fixed it the next day! Awesome plumber, very professional and courteous! I would recommend them anytime!!

John and his team member was very nice, on-time, and did an excellent job installing our new shower trims as well as replacing valves. He also made time to come another time to unclog a drain. All within a span of a few days. Would definitely recommend Shoreline Plumbing again. Finally found a plumbing company that we liked! Thank you!

Water leaked from our shower head and toilet reservoir kept refilling at times when not in use. Contacted Shoreline plumbing to inspect and repair issues. Provided as much details so they know what they're dealing with. Brandon the plumber assigned to the job was cordial and quick to deal with the issues having tools and parts on-hand. John is quick to answer phone calls (and I'd recommend calling) and answer questions.
I will definitely hire them again. Hmmmm maybe for a bathroom remodel in the future.

I had a leak in the water line to my house. John was able to send someone to come out quickly. They didn't have the right equipment to trace the water line but were able to find someone who could help me. Above and beyond. Highly recommended.

As a HVAC Contractor here on Oahu I know good workmanship when I see it. Even more I know superior customer service when I witness it. My wife and I came home after a much needed week vacation to the mainland only to find our garage flooded from a hot water tank pipe leaking water every which way. Of course these things don't happen when you're at home, only upon returning late at night, tired, and the last thing you want to deal with. I turned the water off and called John early the next morning. As I explained my situation of returning home to a nightmare and desperately needing professional help with this water leak John compassionately set my mind at ease and explained that he was here to take care of my challenge and that I not need to worry as he was here for us. He told me that he would have one of his team members come by to evaluate the situation within the hour. Literally one hour after, and I am not exaggerating it was one hour after that phone call two of his teammates showed up, introduced themselves in such a respectful manner, diagnosed the problem and explained that they would return tomorrow with the materials and tools needed to fix this water leak. The next day, as promised, the same two friendly technicians showed up, also communicating the whole time via text in ETA's, arrived, and up to date information on the repair, fixed the leak, cleaned up after themselves, and just went above and beyond my expectations which I have to admit are extremely high as I am in the customer service business (AC) and run my company in the format as John. Long story short, this company is amazing. Thank you for everything.

John was very responsive to our request to get a quote. He came to our home and was extremely courteous and responsive to our questions. He took the time to explain how he would tackle our job as well as work through the pros and cons of using copper vs. PEX. He was prompt with his crew, showing up on time and working efficiently. They were extremely helpful with the installation of our new vanity and took the time and care to install a new toilet, doing the job right and taking the care as if it were their own homes.

John went out of his way to honor his word to me, coming back out to my home to walk through the house for a final inspection since I was at work when they finished the job well ahead of schedule. If we ever have any more plumbing needs, we will definitely use Shoreline again!

Shoreline is my favorite plumbing contractor. They came up within a very reasonable time each time I have called and will be my first go-to from now on.

The last time it was due to a jacuzzi issue in master bath. Shoreline was the ONLY plumber I called who had knowledgeable jacuzzi advice. Even jacuzzi on mainland told me they had no jacuzzi experts in hawaii (that they knew of).

We ultimately decided to remove tub and remodel bath, mostly because I've hated that monstrosity sitting there all these years. But appreciated getting opinion(s) from the plumber who explained what was going on.

My apologies to the jacuzzi brand and those who love theirs.

John gives great service and gets the job done right. My toilet is from the 70s and he handles everything that goes wrong with it. Prompt to reply when called. Shows up quick and explains things when I ask about the problem. Overall I highly recommend!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a plumber!! Peter and John were truly amazing! John was so patient with me when I was explaining the work I needed to have done and he helped me schedule my appointment in a very timely manner. He also, took the time to answer SO many questions before sending Peter out to do the work. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel absolutely at ease as he went thru my house with me completing job after job. I had multiple problems that needed to be taken care of and he spent 7 HOURS at my house one day making sure everything got fixed to my satisfaction. He was professional, kind and very thorough. I hadn't gotten a quote in advance but went ahead with the work anyway because everything needed to be taken care of. I was VERY pleased with the fair pricing I was charged for the work they did. This is a company you can totally trust! I would not even hesitate to call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Landscaper hit an above ground sprinkler valve cracking the pipe, causing a leak. Found Shoreline through their high yelp rating and took a chance. Called the office and was told they'd send someone in a day. They texted me saying the plumber would come the next morning between 9 and 11 a.m.
Plumber Vangel texted me 8:45, saying he's on the way. Showed up at 9 and was very cordial. Problem was the leaking pipe, but couldn't turn off the main house water valve because the knob and screw were completely rusted off. He gave me an estimate of 1,000.00 to dig the valve up, it was 2 1/2 feet below grade. Because the sprinkler valve had been leaking for 2 days, the Adobe dirt had turned into sticky clay. Really hard to dig. Vangel not only replaced the main valve, but moved it 2' higher to make it easier to turn off. Installed a new box around it and took care of the broken sprinkler piping. Added a second above ground valve just for the sprinkler. In case we Crack the pipe in the future. I didn't even ask for that. He put all new copper plumbing for the new main ball valve. So everything below grade is copper. Refilled all the dirt. Came and explained all of the repair. I was observing throughout the day, so I understood what he was up against and how he repaired it. Long story long.... Vangel did an excellent job. Price came out exactly what he quoted, and with the additional shut off valve, made future problems way easier to deal with. John was the first to respond with a reasonable quote on my water heater. He was able to come down the next day and exchange the old one with the new one ASAP! Great job John!

I had a broken tub filler with piece of pipe still in the fixture behind the wall. I got an estimate in a few hours and he showed up later in the afternoon. He didn't leave until he got it repaired although it was well past dinner time. Would highly recommend!

Had the Shoreline crew out to change some valves in my fan coil air conditioning units today. First and foremost, Peter and Brandon arrived exactly at the appointed time and got right to work. Although the universe kept throwing challenges at them, they solved each new problem with skill and professionalism. What a great company. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

OMG!! These guys are great. They came over to the house IMMEDIATELY (like within 2 hrs) when I called them to replace faulty valves in our laundry area that Best Buy said we need to replace before they can do our washer/dryer change out. As long as we had plumbers coming to the house, I asked them to fix a cold water plumbing fixture in the lower apartment area that has been messed up for over 3 years (work done by handyman vs a real plumber and since no one is living there, I have been negligent on fixing it until now). They fixed everything (laundry valves in the main house and cold water supply in the lower apartment area) within 1 hour.

The cost was totally reasonable for talent of this caliber !

He came by promptly to first quote a free estimate. He was wearing a mask and thoroughly gave us a summary of what needed to be done. We made arrangements for him to return to get the leaks fixed.
He made time on my day off to fix her plumbing problem so I could be with my mom.
John completed the plumbing problems and leaks quickly. He cut and replaced pipes/spouts efficiently and made my mom very happy to not waste water. He was polite and courteous- parked his workvan neatly. Great price consistent with estimate.

John helped us tackle some renovation projects in our older townhome - a home with character (a.k.a. fix one thing and two more break). John kept in communication and was flexible in coming back to help when two jobs inevitably turned into three. Reassuring to have a knowledgeable plumber to rely on, no matter what curve balls come.

I waited 45 minutes after our appointment time. No one called to fill me in about the delay. I called the office and no reason was given so I canceled the appointment.

Work to be done:
* Install/replace existing kitchen faucet
* Install 2 water connections for 2 refrigerators, AND 2 more water connections for 2 refrigerators in carport.
(We have a lot of frozen stuff that we buy from Costco and Sam's)

Installing the water lines for the refrigerators involved going under the house (crawl space) and directing new water lines to where the refrigerators were to be located. By the way the house they worked on was built in 1926.

I was very pleased with the work done and great service Shoreline Plumbing provided. They were fast in responding to my initial Yelp! inquiry. I met Duke on a late Saturday for a consultation and an estimate was texted to me the following Monday.
A date for service was given. Brandon and Jeff showed up on time. Work was completed in the estimated time. The work was nicely done and I could tell they took pride in their work. They were neat, considerate, and cleaned up when work was done.

I thought their price was fair and competitive. I would/plan to use Shoreline Plumbing for future projects.-

My washing machine hoses were corroded and both hot/ cold water valves. I couldn't shut off the hot water due to in being ceased open. Thought time for a replacement and upgrade to 1/4 turn valves. Took pictures and sent requests to multiple plumbing company's on here. Got a lot of estimates just from my pictures. Had a few that said they would only give estimates in person which is crazy cause pictures showed everything. Find out one that came used there visit to charge a serve fee for estimate then wrote up a few estimates for possible work which was outrageous in price and they would leave a hole in wall cause they don't do drywall which means I'd have to do my self or have another person come. Big mahalo to Shoreline pluming for a reasonable price which included a removable access panel for future easy of work. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

Needed a main shutoff valve replaced and a leaking shower fixed. They were extremely responsive and reasonably priced. Vangel explained everything that needed to be done and did it.

Our shower faucet had a slow drip and getting worse. Contacted John at Shoreline Plumbing who set a time for that afternoon. Appreciative we didn't have to wait another day to have it fixed. Found a leaking pipe outside on a Sunday which must have been leaked for a while. Contacted Shoreline Plumbing who responded quickly (on a Sunday!), provided an estimate and came by next day Monday morning to fix it. John was very professional, easy to talk to,and he did an fantastic job! Very happy with his work. Will use him again and would highly recommend this plumbing service! Great job!

Brandon Pelekai did a fantastic job with total repair of my carport faucet which my washer is connected. The original faucet was very old and the valve/nipple snapped...flooded my entire carport. The owner John Dyer came right away and inspected the job yesterday evening. The repair was done professionally by Brandon the next day. They even replaced my old faucet in the kitchen that was leaking.

I've known John since 2019 when he did some work at my mom's home and because he did such an outstanding job, I call him for every plumbing needs.

Today, he flushed out my outdoor drainage pipes because they were clogged with debris and material from my roof shingles.

I can always count on John for any plumbing work that I need and I told him that he's my regular plumber!

Although I did not have work done by Jon, he did respond and gave me a fair quote for the work. Timing did not work out when the main line was accidentally cut and I had to go with another plumber. He came out, took a look, and gave me a price.
