Rooter champion is hands down a great company. They had came and found out what was wrong with my laundry drain. After many attempts the snake machine was not working, he tried so hard to clear it but it wouldn't clear. Hydro jetting was the next process. 30 minutes later I had a perfectly running drain again for my laundry. THANK YOU ROOTER CHAMPION

Our shower was clogged and they came out do fix it ASAP!! I was scheduled for a 10am appointment and I received message if I could do 8 am instead. That worked out better for me. I'm not sure the names of the men who came but they were extremely nice!! They also charged a good price. I'll definitely be calling them if I have any issues with my home in the future.

I had my main line snaked and the main line still backed up. This was over the holidays and it was stressful. The Guys showed up on time looked and acted professionally. They showed me exactly what was this issue with there camera gear and quickly cut the roots from the main line. The price is reasonable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Called Rooter Champion last week for my toilet that was clogged upstairs. They took care of my issue at a fair price and kept it clean and simple. You can tell they specialize in sewer and drains. They know their stuff!

Rooter Champion and its employees are the BEST! We had a seriously clogged kitchen drain and really needed help. After calling another company the day before who came out and tried one time to unclog it and couldn't, we found Rooter Champion with all of their 5 star reviews and now we know why! Steven and Matt arrived right on time. They had to run the snake multiple times, but they used a camera to identify the problem and didn't stop trying until the drain was clear. They explained clearly each step of the process and they both really cared about getting the problem solved for us.

Brian is simply a professional and will highly recommend to all my friends and family going forward. I appreciate him taking the time as an owner to speak to me about the scope of work and what to expect, it shows he has a true passion for his business. We had an issue with our office restroom and they were prompt and most importantly efficient. I apologize, but I do not remember their names -- but they were AWESOME! This review is for the and inspection, diagnosis. I've had over 4 plumbers come by in the past month and a half now of renting our new place, and these guys blew the other plumbers out of the water, pun intended. From the point of entry: these guys accessed the plumbing system a completely different access point, compared to the others who didn't have the exerience or knowledge to recognize finding a proper access point. From there, the camera video quality was very clear and comprehensive, they got footage of everything till the public sewer. Next, they were able to point out and recognize signs of cracks, and pieces of pipes on the top that were completely missing, as well as multiple breaks in piping, which they showed us on the screen. The other guys were able to spot and diagnose maybe 1/4 of what these guys did. The reps who came out were also completely professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my landlords decided to take a less comprehensive (and less expensive) approach at fixing the plumbing issues, but I have a feeling my landlord will be returning to these guys when the problems come back.

Great customer service. I own a small business in Fullerton and I had a clogged toilet in the customer bathroom. They were quick to reply to my request. Plumbers were on time and professional. Everything was cleared and the space was left clean. I'm very happy with everything!
Our pipes were clogged so our toilets sinks and bathtubs were backing up. We initially hired a different company through yelp and the first company failed and was not able to fix the issue.
These guys, rooter champions, came by within 30 minutes of me calling them after the first company failed. They identified the issue and resolved it in less time it took the first guy to try and figure it out.
I tried to tip them a little extra, because they resolved it so quickly, they wouldn't even take it.

These guys were fast and efficient! Main line needed cleaning out. 30 day guarantee on service! Will use again. I appreciated the fast response as we have 1 bathroom for 5 family members. Very fair price. Actually I was amazed how low it was!
Initially called out for a clogged sink, they rootered it from the u-drain inside and got it flowing, but then went in for a camera inspection and were unable to progress more than 5 or so feet due to a) weird pipe angles and b) all the built-up grease and gunk. They advised we should water-jet and provided a fair cost and waived the cost for the initial snaking. They had to go get their water-jet equipment, but came back quickly and jetted the pipe via an access point on the roof - which they were able to reach without damaging any of the concrete roof tiles.
They jetted the pipe all the way to the city sewer main and showed us the resulting camera inspection showing the pipe clean of all obstructions. It was also nice to know there were no other underlying issues with the pipe - no cracks, roots, etc.
Since this is my third or fourth time calling out someone to snake the drain in the past 6 or so years, I figured paying for the additional water-jet cost would be worth it in the long run. Hopefully I won't have to call anyone out for this sink for a long time (water-jet provides a 1-year warranty).
Rooter Champion was professional throughout and their pricing for the initial snake was less than I had originally expected and based on some quick searches, the pricing for the water-jet was middle of the road, so we just went for it. Happy with the service!

Steven came to help with a toy my little one flushed last night. I found them on here and called at about 11:45 this morning and I got an appointment between 1:00-2:00. He was 5 minutes early, so quick in removing the toilet and retrieving the toy, and he was very kind and friendly. He saved the day for us. Thank you all for being so wonderful! Will absolutely call them again when (inevitably) we lose another battle with our toddler over what does and doesn't get flushed.
Brian and Edgar showed up lightning fast. Very courteous. Listened patiently to my fumbling description of my drain issue. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the issues in the pipes. I took the water jet service but there was absolutely no pressure to do so. I was recommended to Bryan from a friend so I decided to give him a call. He was professional over the phone & gave me a same day appointment. Upon arrival Bryan & his helper got straight to work! I had the (unfortunate) need to have a new sewer line installed in a home just purchased. The home was bought with the knowledge there was a potential problem. Researched companies before closing escrow and had Rooter Champion come out shortly after escrow closed. Sadly, Bryan confirmed my thoughts and began the work. What a project! An entire team was assembled on my property for almost 3 days. These guys worked hard but maintained their professionalism and respect for the property.
Fast forward a week later, I have an issue with a rental property I am remodeling. Didn't think it was a big issue so I called one of those firms that offer coupons for $77 drain cleaning. Big mistake. Within minutes of arriving and without a a camera, they diagnosed the issues and offered me a fix well over $8500. Suffice it to say, I kicked them out and called Bryan.
Unfortunately the job involved more than a clean out. Bryan and his crew worked with me, offered the right fix and took care of the problem.
This is the only company I will call or recommend from now one for drain or rooter issues.

Rooter Champions visited our house after our home warranty plumber suggested hydrojetting our waste line to help solve our ongoing problems. Well, we have an old house and Rooter Champion was able to show us just how bad the condition of our waste line was in. After they cleaned it out, they discovered a huge crack that was basically sealed by the grease in our pipe and now that it was clean, it was going to be a big issue. On top of that, we have polished concrete floors (aka our foundation) and just poured fresh concrete down our side yard and driveway - I'm talking just a few weeks prior. Rooter Champions worked with us and was able to trench in our grass area, saving our floors and new concrete work and install a new waste line. The crew gave us a feeling of trust, assurance, and confidence that they were doing the right thing. Everyone was very polite, prompt, and really helped us out in a pinch. All of this was done in the HEIGHT of COVID with a newborn baby at home, so we would have paid anything to avoid being without a kitchen sink where I was constantly washing bottles and such. Their price seemed fair for the amount of work and no issues now close to a year later!
Seriously one of the best companies out there! Efficient, professional, timely, honest. What more can you ask for. We had a weird sewage smell coming from our bathroom so contacted Rooter Champion Plumbing. Bryan messaged me right away, set up an appointment for the next morning. Showed up right on time at 9 and got to work. They explained everything they were doing and finished super fast. Once they were done, the smell was gone. Will be using them again for any of our plumbing issues!
Great communication, a team came out super fast, both plumbers were dialed in. Prices were completely reasonable.
We had some issues with our old pipes which caused the bathtub to stop draining, then sewage waste came up from the pipes whenever we turned the kitchen sink on. It was awful! Rooter Champion was over to fix our issues within an hour of the phone call. We appreciate the fast service call and professional service!

I got in touch with Rooter Champion for what I thought was a sewer line leak. When they made the appointment for 9 AM I was surprised and skeptical that I didn't receive the typical 2-3 hour window that most places provide. Literally at 9 AM, my doorbell rang and it was Bryan. We went over the issue, he ran a camera down the sewer line, went over his findings, and said he'd send me a copy of the video via email later that evening, which he did.
Thankfully there were no issues that he found so I won't be needing their services in the near future, but if I do, they'll be my first call.

Bryan and Danny provided timely service over a holiday weekend. Our bathtubs were sluggishly draining and the kitchen sink had a clog. They used the hydro jet to clear out multiple root intrusions and grease clog in the kitchen pipes. They were friendly, professional, and honest. We are happy with the quality and reasonably priced service we received. We definitely highly recommend this company!
Great service for snaking out our slow draining laundry drain. Arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. Bryan explained everything he did and his price was very good for the prompt service he provided. I will definitely call him in the future for any drain problems.
Steven and his accomplice came out and fixed my clogged pipe in no time. They were quick and clearly explained what the issue had been. I would recommend them to others without a doubt.
These guys are the best! We had called out another plumbing company to clear a clogged shower and toilet in the same bathroom; that tech wasn't able to clear them so we called Rooter Champion. Matt and Daniel came out and hydro-jetted to get the drains moving again. They determined that we had a major issue with our outgoing sewer lines (house built in 1954 with all original pipes) so we hired them to replace all the horizontal sewer and drain lines and replace both toilet flanges. Matt and his crew were fantastic and the price for the immense amount of work performed was definitely fair. Matt even came back the next day to address an issue that popped up after they left and resolved it in seconds flat. Steven from Rooter Champion came by on short notice to hydro jet our root problem under our house. He was able to remove all the roots growing into our cast iron main line, and made sure he avoided all of the fragile components of our older home. He also followed up with a camera inspection to verify all the root removal! He was quick and efficient and professional. Very reasonable prices and good service! I highly recommend.
They were the first to respond and they came on time. They helped clear the kitchen sink drain in no time. I would definitely hire them again if I have any more plumbing issues.

Just like all of the rest of the outstanding reviews of this GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!!! I called this morning for a bathtub SLOW draining!!! And both Steve and George came this afternoon and cleared the drain!!!
(A Log Size wad of horrific hair!!!!) but super friendly professional and even cleaned my tub with a fresh smelling cleaner and the price was very reasonable!!

Had my washer discharge pipe and kitchen sink back up. First plumber never called back, so I called Rooter Champion. They came out the next morning. They gave me a window of 9:30-10:00, and he showed up at 9:45. The technician, Steven, did an amazing job hydrojetting our pipes. Pressure washed the mess away and left everything clean. 10/10 will use them again!

My parent's house had some major plumbing issues and needed re-piping. Bryan was available to get started in less than 24 hours of the inspection. The original plumber I contacted called Bryan (they are friends) to help manage the re-piping to my parent's house. The first day, Bryan spent an entire day working with the crew from morning until 8:30PM to get the work completed as quickly as possible. It was a ton of work and in the heat! The re-piping of the entire house took about 3 days. During the entire process, Bryan kept me informed and never pressured my parent's to do more than needed. Matthew came to check out the draining issues on our main pipes. He was quick, efficient, and one of the most knowledgeable plumbers we've met. He was able to clear the clog and explain how we could improve our situation in the future. Having little to no knowledge in regards to plumbing, we had many questions. Matthew answered them all without hesitation. We would definitely do business with them in the future!
I had a major plumbing issue in my front yard. Got two quotes from two different plumbers but Rooter Champion not only beat their prices but had better technology and took less time!

I had a sink back up and thought it was in the pipes. In 5 minutes Steven and his partner had it analyzed as a garbage disposal problem. They charged a fair price and were finished quickly.
I have an older home that had 3 clogs develop simultaneously. Not only was Rooter Champion responsive and timely in their service, Steven and Martin explained to me what was going on with my pipes and offered to send over a quote for replacement of the cast iron pipes that were basically corroding in on themselves. Additionally, they left no mess and were very personable and professional in their conduct (I have had plumbers in the past who have made me cringe from their unprofessional manner). Would highly recommend and will plan to use them again if I have any further issues.
The drains in my home were draining very slow. I called Rooter Champion and Bryan came out. He was very professional on the phone and explain to me what it might be. He came out in 2 hours. With a scope he discovered it could be a tree root problem and said he could clear it out but for me to call the city as maybe it could be cover by them (city tree roots). I was very pleased to hear of his honesty. He also checked my entire home drain line for the same service fee.

I requested for help to check up on a clotted drain a while back. The service was excellent. I would recommend their services.
I called Rooter Champion out after two plumbers gave me very different recommendations on my leak. They responded quickly, were honest, spent time diagnosing and ultimately determined I didn't need to take any action at this time. They saved me thousands of dollars because Of their honesty and expertise.
This is a late review.. not me realizing I never wrote the review while back here to see if they offer plumbing service that I'm looking to get done!
In May, we had shower drain/toilets all clogged past midnight one day (new house owner, what a nightmare..we had to stay at nearby hotel..) and had a plumber come out around 2am (charged quiet a bit) to tell us that he needs to come back the next day.. Then he could't unclog it and told us we need to replace pipes in front of the house (couldn't tell us exactly where..)
I wanted second opinion and thankfully came across Bryan. Bryan was very quick to reply and I was very appreciative of him being able to help us out so quickly. Paul came out and he figured out what and where the issue was very quickly. Long story short - we had our pipes in front of the house fixed with trenchless pipes due to very severe root problem that had caused our pipe to crack. Everything was done very professionally and fast. Throughout the whole process, Paul kept me in the loop & took his time to really explain things to us, never pressured me to get anything extra done, etc. (thank you Paul!) Price range wise compared to other plumbers - I'm not 100% sure as I did not get estimates from other places BUT I don't believe I was ripped off, I'd say very reasonable pricing, and of course, I was very thankful for their professional & timely work to get us back to living in our house.
Then again in August - we had another shower drain issue (not related to what happened in May). Matt came out (although my family was there as I was not home) & took care of the issue very quick. He even explained why we had the issue & what may help to solve the issue, etc. but again, didn't pressure us to getting that service done until we're ready.
Overall, I am VERY happy with Rooter Champion. They have earned a lifetime customer! :)

Rooter Champion was a recommendation to us by our normal plumber who felt the job was too big for him and his crew so he put us in contact with Bryan at Rooter Champion. As it turned out he was right, we had a broken pipe under our foundation. Bryan scheduled us for work and the crew arrived to begin the long horrible day of breaking the foundation, replacing and rerunning all new drains for entire house. IT WAS A HUGE JOB! So glad that these guys know what they are doing, because all I saw was a HUGE 3' deep hole in my kitchen, garage, driveway and yard! In the house we could hear voices, but could only see tops of heads as they were working away. SCARY sight... There were issues that arose during the excavation, like finding a gas line where it was not supposed to be, other broken pipes that would have been over looked had we not decided to completely bypass the old pipes. So we made the correct decision to go for the complete bypass. As they worked really hard to try and complete all the excavating in one day, it was clear as they worked late into the evening that was not possible, so bright and early the next morning they arrived to finish up. They worked hard on day two and were cleaned up and finished around 5 PM. I am happy to have Rooter Champion do the job and feel confident that we won't be having plumbing issues in a long while. With all the issues he found, he still held his pricing which I feel was very reasonable, even though we did not shop the job, I felt we needed to get this done and felt good with his quoted price. ( In case your wondering, your homeowners coverage does not cover these situations.) Thanks Bryan and your Crew for what you do.

We realized last night that our kitchen sink was completely stopped up. Drano and a plunger did not help. I called Rooter Champion last night at 10 PM and got the first appointment available today. Steven and Matt showed up right on time and went right to work. They explained to me what they were going to do, showed me what they were doing, checked everything out with a camera and got the clog cleared quickly! Fantastic service, very professional, and great prices. I will use them again whenever I have plumbing trouble.
Just had these guys out last week. Our home was built in the 60s and our cast iron drain line from the kitchen and laundry eroded, then collapsed. These guys were able to schedule us for 80+ feet of piping to be replaced within the same week. They beat the other places that came out and gave us a quote by a significant amount. Our job was solid concrete, since they had to fight concrete on the side of the house, through the garage and to the concrete stairs outside and they still got done in one day flat. They are Supermen. Took a pile of business cards and will pass them out like candy. They even worked with us to do a cute putting-our-initials-in-the-wet concrete, letting us know when it was time. We are a fan for life!

Let me tell you Rooter Champion is great! They are A++++++ 5 STARS. Honestly, they saved me thousands of dollars with plumbing repairs. I fell victim of the big plumbing company rip off tactics and rooter champion came and saved my behind with an honest second opinion.

I'm very satisfy with their service. I called few other Rooter & plumbing company for clog and drain issue. But none of them were giving fast and reliable respond. I finally found Rooter Champion and talked with Brian and his response was so kind with good hospitality. Also, he was able to send his technician within 2hrs range same day.
The price was clearly quoted prior the service and reasonable. I also have to mentioned that technician arrived much earlier than I was expected. His name was Steve and his customer service skill was so impressive. His work was super fast and professional. My problem was solved in less thank 30 min. I will definitely will ask theme again for my future Rooter/Plumbing issue.
This is the second time I've used them for a clogged drain. They always respond quickly, fix the problem right away and the prices are very reasonable.
My husband called another plumber who came and quoted us $695 to do the exact same job as Rooter Champion who charged us $99. We are very happy with their service.

These guys saved me thousands. Another company which I won't name was price gouging me so I got a second opinion from Rooter Champion. They arrived on time and were professional and prompt. They camera scoped my sewer line and found the problem immediately. The technician (forgot his name) gave me options and we got it going right away!!
They completed my pipe replacement and got us flushing in one day. No issues whatsoever, 5 stars across the board - highly highly recommend Rooter Champion!!!

Wow is all I can say. I had a stubborn clog which 2 plumbers could not unclog. Upon Rooter Champions arrival STEVEN diagnosed the clog and was able to find and locate the pipe. I finally had no choice but to dig it up, Steven offered me a better price than the other two guys. When they reached the pipe, YUCK! A collapsed pipe with sewage everywhere. After a clean up and reconnection the rest of the pipe was water jetted and cleaned. My issue has now been fixed and I have a plumber I can trust and recommend to my friends/family. Don't use anyone else! These guys are pros. On-time, ready to work, and ultra professional. My tech, Steven, was as friendly and knowledgeable as they come, and he definitely saved the day. Honestly, they are not the least expensive, but you absolutely, 100% get your money's worth! The drain they worked on has NEVER flowed as well as it does now! Don't waste your time with Mike Diamond, or the Roto Rooter guys, Rooter Champion lives up to their name!!!
Matt and George came and saved the day. Two days before Christmas and I'm hosting this year, my kitchen drain became sluggish. Rooter Champion was able come out within 24 hours and clean out my main. I hope they don't think I was hovering, but I'm fascinated to watch the camera as it goes down the pipe and of course I asked a million questions which Matt so patiently answered.
They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I'm very very happy with Rooter Champion and will definitely call them again in the new year to clean out my bathroom drains and shower drain.

I own a small apartment complex, and there is always a plumbing issue when you least expect it. I called Rooter Champions this morning and they had a technician out this afternoon. In the meantime, the unit below also had a plugged up sink. They told me that the upstairs clearing would probably clear the downstairs. It worked, & Steven, the technician called me to make sure it was clear. The tenant was relieved as he is staying in because of Covid. Aside from being good at their job, they were very nice as well! Had Rooter Champions out to snake a clogged 2 inch drain line (downstream of the kitchen sink). They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, but I wound up having to pay quite a bit more for their Hydo Jetting process to clear the drain. However, I pretty much expected that based on the usage history (previous owner allowed alot of grease to go down the drain). They got the job done right, and I will hire them again next time I need a plumber.
I spoke with Brian around 5:00 PM on a Friday and a team of plumbers was at the property in Fullerton the next morning, and right on time. They fixed a broken pipe connected to the main in a little over an hour. We had water running in the house less than twenty-four hours from interruption. Everyone was professional and I would be happy to recommend this business.
Yelp offered up Rooter Champion Drain Cleaning when I asked for a quote. I would not have found them otherwise. But I sure am glad that Yelp included them.
They were not the first to answer, but when I looked at the reviews I was sold. And now, here is yet another glowing review for them...
They were able to come out the very next morning.
They were here early. What?! I asked them if they minded waiting, and the answer was, Not at all.
When they came in (they being Stephen and George), they were quiet and very polite. They explained exactly what they would do (snake and send in a camera). And they did. Less than 30 mins later, they were done. My bathroom sink is working again. Yay!
Stephen made sure that I understood the work has a 30 day warranty and to call them if we have any issues or questions.
Oh, and the pricing? The price was given upfront and it didn't change after the job was done.

Steven and George came by our house to help us with a laundry drain issue. They were very polite and professional the whole time. We've had another plumber come and snake the drain but it would still back up the next day. That same plumber recommended that we hydroblast all our drains in the house which was going to be expensive. Steven and George were able to troubleshoot the problem and diagnose the issue. The main drain was clogged with grease and debris and they showed me with their camera snake. Once they hydroblasted the main drain, our laundry drain flowed back to normal. They even gave me free advise on my bathroom sink drain which I was working on myself. They offer 30 days gauranty on their work and we would hire them again if needed.
We were having problems with our dishwasher and sink draining. I read reviews on Yelp and found Rooter Champion. Bryan came on time and was very professional . He took time to explained everything they would be doing, step by step. Unfortunately our drains required the Hydro Jet cleaning and glad we did it. Overall I was very statisfied with Bryan (and his assistant) I would highly recommend them

Called in for some service and Steven pulled up with in less then an hour! I had no ideas what was happening but Steven explained everything to me! Very informative and professional they finished the job fast you left the area cleaner then when they arrived! These guys at rooter champion are the s**t no pun intended. My sewer was clogged for the 4th time in a year. After having other companies come out I decided to try a local family operated business and found the champions. The gentleman that helped me out quickly unclogged the sewer pipe and showed me the issue. A freaking broken pipe!! I was so frustrated that the other guys didn't camera the pipe to tell me this. The plumber gave me my options/ solutions that made complete sense and no he did not force it upon me in any sort of way. He put it in simple terms I am here to help you diagnose the issue, give you your solutions and you can decide as the home owner if you would like to take care of it once and for all After some consideration with the fam bam I went with the trenchless sewer repair option he proposed. They came back a couple days later to get the work done. Man, these guys have some awesome looking tools! They are professional, punctual, very detailed throughout the process and best of all they are easy going.
From start to finish it took one day and the end result? It looked as if almost nothing was done at my house. They cleaned the yard, drive way and gave me a walktrough to assure everything was done correctly.

The drains are clogged at the home my wife and I just bought, I requested a quote and called Rooter Champion and they said a tech would be out within the hour. Steven came over less than 10 minutes later, he immediately got to work and unfortunately the problem was bigger than originally expected. He was super thorough and informative, plus he didn't even charge me since he wasn't able to fix it with his drain snake. I called them back for hyrdojetting services and unfortunately that still wasn't enough, but the guys worked really hard to make it happen and explained everything along the way. My tenant called me over for a toilet issue. It does not flush well after several attempts. One plumber came out but could not repair. I called several places for a repair. Steven at Rooter Champion immediately responded with a followup. I asked bunch of questions. He kindly responded every question I have. He showed up on time as promised. He used his camera to analyze the problem and resolved the matter. An unknown plastic cover was inside and clogging the toilet. Without the tool, this was not fixable. Steven came out and helped us declogg our drain pipe that been backed up with roots. He was very professional with his work and took his time to take care of the issue. When he finished the project he even cleaned out the area and left the spot clean. I would highly use his service again for plumbing issues.
I cannot say enough about Steve and his crew. Honest, fair, efficient and clean. We had flooding in our entryway due to 20+ years worth of palm tree root growth in our drains. Steve started with hydro-jetting and camera to assess. When it was clear that excavation was in order, they came back out within a couple of days to complete the job. Fair price and super clean at completion of the job. I recommended Steve and this company 1000%!

Extremely great customer service. Plumbers were on time & even put on shoe covers to not dirty my floors I found that very respectful! They were able to get my kitchen running within an hour and left no mess! Left me a recommendation to water jet my pipe and I will certainly do it in the future when my funds go up!

I had a rusting leaking sewage line that was half buried in the crawl space under my house and a clogged kitchen sink outlet that caused it to drain slowly.
They arrived on time and replaced the sewage line all the he rusty cast iron pipes under my house. Also replaced the outlets, which required breaking the stucco around it and even fixed my bathtub which had a stuck drain lever. Gave me a discount because there's one pipe buried in concrete. It isn't leaking and would take a jack hammer to get it out so I said to just leave it.
They were professional and worked fast. Did it all in one day. I have a small house but still, I was impressed. Left me a contact number in case anything went wrong in the next couple of days. I checked each day and so far everything is great. The cost was also very reasonable.

Very impressed with the level of cleanliness and expertise when dealing with my kitchen sink backup. Especially during these hard times of covid, I felt that the two technicians sent out to my home, Matthew and George, were very prepared and ensured safety protocols. They wore boot cover ups when entering my home and masks as well as laid tarps down. They had all the right tools for the job and got it done quickly and effectively. Laundry sink overflowed and clogged, was able to reach out to Rooter Champion immediately and set up a time to have them come out and inspect the line and run a snake to clear the clog.
Upon completion of the service, they showed me the camera through the line to verify the blockage was removed and visual inspection of my 65+ year old house sewer pipe.
The two gentlemen who showed up were well mannered, dressed appropriately and communicative through the whole process. Very professional!
The work was done satisfactory for the quoted price, no games or gimmicks.

This is a reliable rooter plumbing company I highly recommend. They are always on-time and provide customer professional service. I contacted Bryan by text for a quick response for the appointment, and Matt, the experienced sewer specialist came twice have the snaking service done. Besides the detailed report, he also provide suggestions for any other options to resolve the issues. I will recommend the company to my friends with the plumbing needs.
We had a clogged drain in the kitchen and Rooter was able to get the technician out the next day. The 2 men crew came on time and got to work right away. They were done after 20-30 mins. Steven, one of the technician explained what they have done along with some recommendations. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area and they take the extra precautions to make sure our house is left the same way they were before they got here which we appreciate. We found all our toilets and baths blocked late at night and called around to see if we could give anyone to come take a look. Rooter Champion answered immediately and was able to get a technician out early the next morning, sooner than anyone else we called. Scheduling the appointment was simple via text.
When Steven and his tech came out, they diagnosed the issue easily as root blockage in the main line. Steven provided his knowledge/expertise and recommended for us to excavate the line to replace the pipe, remove the blockage, and add an access point since we did not have one for easier maintenance in the future.
They did not pressure us at all and recommended we check around to see what pricing we get elsewhere but they were even able to schedule us in that same day if we decided to go with them. We did call around but Rooter Champion gave us the best service, pricing, and warranty. They also generally put us at ease compared to other companies.
When they came back later that day, they communicated to us every step of the process and finished sooner than they said they would! They also cleaned up afterwards and left the area looking nicer than it was before. I really appreciate their great service and quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again if needed in the future.

Called for service for a backed up toilet at one of my rental units.
Steven came out within 2 hrs. of my request to fix the issue. He called me and told me what was wrong with the toilet and why it had backed up.
He charged me a flat fee of $99.
I was being quoted $250-$375 from other companies.

We found water collecting in our ceiling over the weekend and called Bryan this morning. He was super friendly and was available to come out today. He was upfront about the fees and what to expect for our next step. Unfortunately it's a tile issue in our shower and he cannot help us with this project. We will definitely use him in the future. He is prompt, friendly, cleaned up after he was done, and upfront.
Inquired on a Sunday for a same day service for a clogged bathroom sink. They weren't available but offered next day Monday. I wasn't available so we agreed to Tuesday for 9:30a.
The two plumbers who arrived (unfortunately didn't get their names) were very nice and polite.
They arrived 2 minutes before 9:30a which is great service already. They got to it right away. Within minutes the main plumber showed me the camera inspection and went into detail what was wrong with the drains.
He explained more work would need to be done and why.
They cleaned up, no mess anywhere and were paid and left.
Minutes later, I received the email of the invoice. The gentleman did tell me he would email me a video of the drain footage as well, I'm still waiting but I'm sure I will get it. Plus he said, if I didn't I could reach out to office and they would send.
This was a very pleasant experience for a clogged bathroom sink.
He even CLEANED MY SINK!!!! Ahahahahah. (It got dirty the days it was clogged)

I called Rooter Champion with a stopped up vertical drain pipe. Bryan answered the phone and listened to my description of the problem. He asked a few questions and then gave me an estimate immediately over the phone. Fortunately, Bryan was able to come over to work the problem later that same afternoon; he gave me a 30 minute arrival window and arrived on time with his assistant George. Bryan and George were able to quickly and confidently resolve the issue using their camera and hydro-jet. They were very neat and clean and willingly and honestly answered all my questions, and offered good suggestions to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. I was very impressed with my experience with this company! I would definitely use the services of Rooter Champion again and I highly recommend them to others!

We have repeatedly hired Rooter Champion Drain Cleaning to help with plumbing problems. We have a 60+ year old house and lots of trees with invasive roots. Each time we've contacted them, their response has been quick and easy. No upcharge for coming on a Saturday. Steven was very professional, left the bathroom clean & my German Shepherd liked him too. (She's a good judge of character.) We will definitely keep calling Rooter Champion for future jobs.

My tub wasn't draining well so I decided to go on Yelp & look for a plumber to come out & came across this page and was pleased with the reviews, Bryan was quick to pick up the phone and had Steven & jorge out within the hour and were able to get my drain open and told me it was just a lot of hair and didn't have to worry about replacing the pipe!

A fellow friend recommended me to call Bryan to solve my issue. I kept smelling a rotten egg smell every time I would use my bathroom sink. I tried everything from vinegar to plumber liquid to no avail. Decided it was time to call a professional and have my stinky sink problem solved. Bryan solved my issue in 5 minutes! Turns out I had lost a toothpaste cap or two and that was causing all the gunk to get stuck in my sink pipe and causing it to stink like rotten egg. Bryan cleaned out the pipe and was very helpful in giving me advice on keeping my sink flowing and smelling great. I highly recommend Bryan and his company to anyone experiencing smelly drains or plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my laundry drain backing up so I went to yelp and picked the guys at the top and Bryan and Rooter Champion deserve to be at the top!!! First time out they tried snaking my drain but there was just to much corrosion to even get 12 into the pipe with there camera.But they got the clog out enough to were it drained properly. They offered me there descaling service to do at later date. I thought about and did it. They came out and unfortunately there machine only made it 18 in but there camera showed the pipe was broken and that's as far as it would go. Bryan gave me plenty of options to fix the problem and spent the time to go over each of the options. He would not take my money for the second visit claiming he did nothing. come.
Pros showed up on time and provided solution to fix the two clogged plumping issues. Recommended better solution but didn't try to upsell. Highly recommend the local pumper!!!

Toilet was slow to drain.
The plumber, Alan, was great! He diagnosed the problem efficiently and got the job done. All communication done via phone and text for an elderly friend in the service area.
Highly recommend and will be using them for all plumbing needs in the future.
I've had plenty of plumbing problems with my condo that was built in the 70's. Bryan came out after I had plenty of other plumbers ripping me off. Bryan was very professional and explained everything to me and showed me the camera where he found the problem. He suggested a long term solution which I plan to execute. He verbally communicates with you so you understand exactly what is needed and the next steps. He follows through and just gets the job done! Called these guys out to hydrojet my intermittently slow-draining sink. The technicians confirmed with the camera and snake that the sink drained properly and did not need the costly procedure. Was only charged the diagnostic / snake fee. Will definitely use again in the future.

Steven and George from the Fullerton office came out quickly to camera and hydrojet our main line. Wow.. we are so thankful we found this company to help us with our plumbing problems. Started with an emergency snaking by Paul, only to see via scope that we had broken cast iron pipe and roots all in our main sewer line. We decided to go ahead and do the resin liner and Paul and his crew were superstars! Knocked it all out in a day and a half and were professional and took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. You'll always need a lawyer, a mechanic, and a plumber handy. Glad to say we found our plumber(ing) service for any mishaps next time (hopefully not anytime soon)! Thanks, guys!
We had a blocked drain that we've had problems with in the past. I requested a quote, these guys were both reasonable and available. Amazingly, they showed up when they said they would, did the job perfectly, and left. It was an excellent encounter'.
Another company came out to give me a quote for a hydro jet cleaning after grease buildup caused an overflow. They wanted $700. Seemed way high so asked if they offered any discounts. I was told no. Hmmm. So I quickly called this company and was quoted $400 over phone. Told other guys to take off and Rooter Champion showed up an hour later. Job well done and saved $300. Rooter Champion was amazing!
I had several Issues going on at my house, and not only was rooter champion insanely knowledgeable, but they were fair!
The drains around my pool were not draining so i called and they sent over Matt. He showed up 15 mins early, looked professional, carried himself in a very professional manner, explained what he was going to do and just clued me in everything.
Turned out ( with his camera ) i had a forest of roots growing inside my drain pipes.
Matt explained to me that the pipes used for the drains usually are very weak since they are not regulated on which type need to be used when being built.
Although the amazon growing inside my pipes, Matt managed to cut the roots using some type of machine.
Then just for my sanity, i asked him to check the 6 other drains around my pool and he agreed and also let me view the drains using his camera.
This probably took about an hour extra and Matt refused to charge me and claim that he wanted to make sure he wasn't leaving until he provided proof that i was not going to have any more issues in the future.
I have never been so satisfied with a service as i did with Rooter champion.
I will recommend them to everyone i can.
and if i ever need service again, i will call them back !

Rooter champion drain cleaning and plumbing is great, they took care of my main drain pipe issue with ease. I had called out a previous big box plumber that tried to charge me an arm and a leg for a hydro jet process. Bryan and his crew took care of the drain issues at a competitive price and left me a great warranty. He camera inspected the sewer after hydro jetting and even left me with a copy of the footage. Rooter Champion saved the day. I had issues with my outdoor drains and when it was raining my back yard was flooding. After some camera work by Steven and a minor repair our drains are finally draining again. Not to mention this is the first time they've been draining in the past 5 years. Thank you Rooter Champion!

Great service and extremely reliable and responsive. I had my kitchen sink filling up with water and pouring out of the washer pipes. These guys were able to come out the same day and provided me with an immediate solution and a long term plan. A few days later, the sink clogged again and they immediately came back, free or charge courtesy of their warranty. This time, the washer had a clog preventing water to properly flow through. We were experiencing a mainline back up at the house and needed emergency service. Luckily Rooter Champions were able to respond quickly and assist. Bryan, the owner was able to diagnose and determine the root cause (pun intended). He explained why we were experiencing problems, provided solutions that would be permanent as well as temporary ones and what to do to maintain the health of the mainline afterwards. We opted to do a temporary solution due to financial constraints but when we are ready to do a mainline replacement you can bet that Rooter Champions will be the ones to do it. These guys are awesome! Very professional! Our upstairs toilet was clogged up pretty badly. Too much toilet paper and yes, even baby wipes plugged up the toilet. The other provider was unable to do the job. ROOTER CHAMPION leveraged a video camera and knew exactly where to attack the issue. And thoroughly checked everything before leaving. I thought we just needed to hire someone to snake our pipes. Our house was built in the 1950's, so our pipes are very old.
Steve was very knowledgeable and honest. We found out that our pipes were corroded and would not drain. He replaced part of our pipes and things seem to be ok. Before they left they had us check all of our drains. Then found out we needed to replace another part of our drain/pipe.
Steve explained everything he was doing and addressed all issues.
After all was done. We finally had running water and all of our drain were working. He even showed us the pipes he removed and pictures before and after. Impressive!!!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We were very happy we found this company and would hire them again, if needed.

These guys are good people and honest. had 2 plumbers in the same week but only Rooter Champions fixed the issue! they were extremely affordable and I trusted what was being done. Backed up sink after a holiday weekend. Not an easy time to get someone to come out, but Rooter Champion sent someone in about an hour. Brian and Rafa cleared my sink and got me back in business. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves. It was a fair price and a job well done.

I started smelling this nasty sewer-like smell around the house and wanted a plumber out quickly so I got referred to rooter champion by a friend of mine . I decided to give them a call a man named Steven then shows up to my house, goes underneath the house and came across a huge leak in my main sewer. He then proceeded to give us a great price to change it. The only plumber that could help us. The house main was completely clogged and this was the third plumber I called. The other two were bigger name, would have been more expensive, and when they came to the house they told me there was nothing they could do. Found rooter champion online, they were here within an hour and Steven and George completed the job and a camera inspection within 30 minutes.
Very friendly and professional, cleaned their work area and most importantly got our plumbing working when others told us they couldn't.

I was having a major issue with my bathrooms being clogged and sewage coming up in my shower (no fun!). Called Rooter Champion and wasn't able to get ahold of them the first time I called but they called me back within seconds of hanging up the phone. Bryan and Matt came to my condo due to my slow draining kitchen sink. They gave me option of repipe or hydrojett to get rid of the grease buildup. Since I live in 2nd floor condo, I decided hydrojett, $450 cash or $475 credit card. They were friendly, polite, clean cut, trustworthy and respectful to avoid messes and cleaned up neatly. They wore masks and shoe covers. They showed me what was going on in the pipes with their camera. I would recommend them.
This was the second time we used Rooter Champion services, each time for a different issue, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with the right solution, their technician was always on time, knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star for quick service, quick response, polite, and reasonable pricing. We had a water that backed out inside the shower tub and toilet every time the water is running on the sink. They were able to identify that the problem was probably a clogged water line and just needed a rooter. Some plumbing company would say that the water line was broken and needed a repair. After the repair, they provided a free video view of the line and there was a small hole that needed repair which the tree root entered and clogged the main line. I am very happy with their service and this would be my 3rd time using their service.
Today rooter champion saved the day.. seriously!! My toilet was not flushing properly, and my son was sick due to diarrhea.. you can guess where this is going.. unfortunately the toilet became clogged and I had to call for some plumbing service ASAP with my husband out of town and my mother in law on her way to stay the weekend I was panicking. I called several plumbing companies and none of them were able to make it the same day.. not to mention the outrageous prices I was given. I called rooter champion and talked to a guy named Bryan, he told me he was able to make it that same day and he gave me such a good price!! I just wanted to give my 10 star kudos to Steven and Edwin!! They came to my rescue when I had a pretty frustrating and discouraging experience with another plumbing company earlier that day who could not even help me unclog my toilet/shower plus gave me an estimate in thousands of dollars to resolve it!
But Steven and Edwin came, took a look at the toilet/shower/ pipes and in just 10- 20 minutes unclogged it plus they did a quick snake check to my kitchen sink! Incredible! And for a very reasonable price! They really made my day!!

I had the (unfortunate) need to have a new sewer line installed in a home just purchased. The home was bought with the knowledge there was a potential problem. Researched companies before closing escrow and had Rooter Champion come out shortly after escrow closed. Sadly, Bryan confirmed my thoughts and began the work. What a project! An entire team was assembled on my property for almost 3 days. These guys worked hard but maintained their professionalism an respect for the property.
Fast forward a week later, I have an issue with a rental property I am remodeling. Didn't think it was a big issue so I called one of those firms that offer coupons for $77 drain cleaning. Big mistake. Within minutes of arriving and without a a camera, they diagnosed the issues and offered me a fix well over $8500. Suffice it to say, I kicked them out and called Bryan.
Unfortunately the job involved more than a clean out. Bryan and his crew worked with me, offered the right fix and took care of the problem.
This is the only company I will call or recommend from now one for drain or roofer issues

This is our second time using Rooter Champion, the last time was a few years ago. Steven helped us out again with his associate and they were super professional. They had our shower drain cleared in about 15 minutes and left everything clean and tidy. (I had been trying to clear that thing all morning. These guys are pros.)
Also, we had the clean-out for our Kitchen sink drain hydro-jetted. They didn't pressure us at all on this, and their price was really competitive. Rooter Champion was great! I requested quotes from a few plumbing companies and Rooter Champion responded promptly and sent someone out the same day I spoke to them. Steven was able to clean the shower drain & identify the issue within 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained in detail what the issue was. I was also impressed/thankful that they have a 30 day warranty on the service so that we can call them back if the issue reoccurs. I had a very clogged storm drain in the backyard and reached out to a number of companies who quoted exorbitant prices until I called Rooter Champion. They were very easy to talk to and able to schedule me right away. When they arrived we discussed the situation which they completely understood and got right to work. After less than an hour all my storm drains were cleared. They were even able to explain what was going on with the pipes attached to the drain that was causing trouble and what it would cost to implement a complete solution, for my knowledge. The work was done in a short period of time, and Bryan explained everything in detail when I had questions. He also wrote up a report with recommendations for future maintenance.

A friend of a friend recommended Steven. I had some clogged drainage which was going very slow. Even though I lived far from his office, Steven came over and did a phenomenal job. Not only that, but Steven gave me great tips on what to do so I wouldn't need his services in the near future. That's the sign of a great service person. Steven cares for me and my house before making a profit. I will definitely recommend him to all I know.
Another great review. Problem was larger than I expected and several options were proposed sort of depending on the efficacy of the each attempt. Mid price hydro jetting option seemed to work and Bryan said the more expensive cast iron descaling probably wouldn't help much in our situation. Our line might eventually need to be replaced but our home was built in 1960 so par for the course. He didn't push that option, it was just information to store away in case problem keeps repeating. There were two guys here for a while and I thought the bill was reasonable and I was satisfied with the results. Would use again.

Quick response and HONEST! Was able to get a plumber out here within a few hours of calling the same day and on a weekend! We had a clog in an upstairs bathroom and they cleared it out for $99. They even reinstalled the toilet we had removed trying to (unsuccessfully) clear the clog ourselves!
I was given an arrival time and they where punctual. The young men came and where friendly/respectful, and got right to work fixing our plumbing issues. We had no drainage so we couldn't use toilets or showers. They fixed the problem quickly and I liked how thy cleaned up afterwards. The value was good and even less than the other estimates given. My main sewer pipe kept getting clogged and we would have it snaked every couple of months. A previous plumber had recommended to have a sewer camera inspection but never got to it. Well, we got clogged again and this time during a big family party. We found Rooter Champion online and Bryan was able to make it out within 1hr. He snaked the sewer drain and then performed a camera inspection and found tree roots growing in the pipe causing the issue. Bryan the technician recommended a hydro jet to remove the roots to the bear minimum. He was done within 1hr. I have to say Rooter Champion was fast, professional and the price was great compared to the other plumbers we had come over.
The guys showed up as scheduled and went to work. Took a few minutes to survey the job and then dug in getting their equipment ready and hydro jetted about 8 drains in my backyard. The equipment did the job and cleared each one of them. The guys washed down each area to get rid of the mud that got stirred up.
They were very fast and efficient.
This is the easiest transaction I have ever had with a plumbing company! I contacted them via Yelp and received an email with a quote. Set up my appointment for following morning @ 9 am. They showed up on time , snaked my plumbing line and were done in an hour. Work is guaranteed for 30 days.

They did show up on time.
Be aware that they are trying to sell hydrojetting. Called them to snake the sewer line from a cleanout for $55 - $99, and wondered why the good price. They sent down a camera first. Said there were breaks in the pipes and tree roots all throughout, which I suspected because of snaking done in prior years. Said snaking could further damage pipes and they recommended hydrojetting which was a few hundred dollars. Sounds like a bait and switch tactic to me. They even wanted to charge me for the scoping I never asked for!
They cleared out the plug in my main drain. It was simple to book an appointment with them. They showed up on time. Service was quick and easy. The pricing is reasonable. I will definitely give them a call next time I need help with plumbing.

I have a rental in Fullerton and needed a plumber asap. My tenants called telling me the toilet was leaking from the bottom. I found these guys and scheduled an appointment. The toilet had been clogged from tree roots growing inside of the pipe. I was given some options to get it fixed and decided to have the pipe replaced to avoid having issues in the future. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and did not mind me asking a ton of questions. He provided me with a final product video/ pictures and made sure my tenants drains where all working up to par. Being out of state it's hard to find reliable and honest services let alone deal with house issues but rooter champion made it easy for me. I was so happy I sent them some cookies for Christmas. Bryan and his crew came out last minute on a Friday evening to help deal with a mainline blockage. Keep in mind the original plumber we called snaked the line and said we were good to go. Not the case. Bryan was able to show me on the camera where the original blockage was and was able to clear everything via hydrojetting. He was also very informative regarding the status of our old pipe and showed on the camera how the rusting was encouraging the blockages. He gave us a lot of options and tips of what to do for future maintenance. This company is great. AND to top it al off they were a third of the price that rescue rooter quoted me for the same work. It's worth going with a smaller company that takes pride in work and isn't there to rip you off.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would!. I called they said they would be here within 90 minutes and they were here in 30. I had a backed up washing machine drain that was flooding the garage. Steve and George immediately identified the problem and snaked the drain out and solved the problem. Easy scheduling, arrived early, and finished quickly on a plugged drain. Steven did an amazing job and gave me a no BS answer about my current situation. He also provided his professional opinion on what I may expect in the future and the best solution for the problem. Thank you for your service.
Having a residence built in the fifties and just short of an acre - requires much maintenance. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the privacy and abundance of trees but this means regular tree trimming & root issues.
The main sewer system is 68 years old and is the original clay piping. About five months ago the last plumber I hired suggested the main line be hydrojetted since a snake was not clearing the line completely.
I had a large 5 star rated yelp plumbing company from Hacienda Heights quote hydrojetting the main line over phone. After hiring him he and his crew supposely cleared the main line. He insisted I needed to replace the main line immediately and quoted me 100ft of trenchless new line with a fifty year warranty. He was equivalent to a sad high pressure car salesman, cocky and arrogant.
I opted getting several bids and Steven from Rooter Champions arrived Tuesday, he showed me on line camera the backup, slow draining and cracked clay piping towards the rear of the 165' main . Obviously, the other plumber did a half ass job so I e mailed him and he and his crew returned the next day and attempted to clear the main line at the second clean out at the middle of the 165 foot run. They failed and increased the price quote by a substantially to requote replacing the entire line.
I usually get a minimum of three quotes for confirmation of work needed and pricing. Steven arrived from Rooter Champions - ran a camera down the line and showed me the severe root infestation. There were areas that had cracked or missing pipe. Steven was professional, knowledgeable, detailed and followed thru with a complete quote for trenchless replacement of the main line, hydrojetted a connecting line and replacing a copper line and shut off.
I selected Rooter Champion and their crew arrived at promptly at 8:00 am Friday and completed the entire project the same day by 6:00 pm Steven and his friendly crew kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. I was impressed of the entire process of fusing the 20' lenghts of 4 diameter piping and pushing it thru the old clay pipe line. Only three 3' x 3' trenches were made to replace the entire main line. Steven at completion of the job reinserted the camera and showed me the new piping and thev 100% improved water drainage.
I learned a valuable lesson from this experience . Don't trust all the reviews and ratings on yelp and get several quotes for comparison and additional info. If the company is legitimate and has integrity they will not not pressure you into making an instantaneous decision.
BTW, Rooter Champions also accepts credit cards and had fair pricing. I was so happy to discover them and highly recommend them!

Professional, prompt, and honest! I had a washing machine drain that was clogged. They responded to my Yelp estimate request immediately and told me what it would cost and how long it would take. I was able to book an appointment right away and they showed up early and completed the repair in half the time for the price quoted. They also recommended future work if the drain continued to clog and provided an estimate for that service.
What a nice company. From the man I spoke to on the phone , to the young man who came to my house. I had a clogged sewer pipe. They cleaned it out and put the camera down to check the sewer. They were at my house within 1 hour of me calling. Stephen told me exactly what the blockage was and how many they were. He told me my sewer looked good, no breakage. I was very pleased with the work Michael and his partner did. They were very pleasant and helpful. I have a very old house and it was not an easy job they had with all the years of rust and gunk but they did not complain and just kept it until everything was running perfectly. I give them a 5 star
We called Rooter Champions in an emergency a couple of months ago and they came to the rescue on a Saturday. Steven, who was our technician, was on time, professional and provided a quick and thorough inspection identifying the real issue, which was roots blocking our sewer pipes. They dug down to replace a valve and jetted the pipes. Steven kept us apprised of the progress and left our yard looking as good as when they arrived.
Due to their great service we have had them out twice more to replace the piping under our kitchen sink and finally to replace all of the sewer pipes under the house. Steven was once again the lead of the projects and kept us in the loop. Now everything drains better than ever, and we no longer worry about the pipping under the house giving way.

Whenever I would use my shower I would hear gurgling in my toilet. Found that very odd so I figured to get a plumber out and take a look at it. Steven & jorge were at my doorsteps that very same day! Martin and Steven came out to my house today on an emergency call due to my ONLY toilet not being able to flush. I wondered what the reason was as to why it was not flushing, so they were able to put a camera down a clean out on the back of my toilet and relieve all the water due to a soft stoppage! I needed someone to check out my slow draining shower. I was impressed with all the positive reviews that were posted for Rooter Champion. Brian and George were able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was very accommodating. Brian analyzed the situation and informed me of what could be the problem. I felt confident in his assessment and gave the ok to do the work. They worked so hard at clearing the stubborn drain and cleaning out the main drain. Brian indicated there could be more problems down the line but did everything he could do to take of what I needed. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. He was also able to diagnose two runny toilets and said that he could come back and work on them. (He came back three days later.) He told me that he doesn't usually work on toilets but that he tries to help out his customers. That made me feel good since one of the toilets had a big time problem with it. I was very pleased with the work that was completed and felt the cost was reasonable. Brian was as cordial and nice as can be. He won my confidence and appreciation for his work ethic. Having both toilets overflow is always unexpected and never fun.
I called Rooter Champion and was given a same-day appointment with a one hour arrival window.
Bryan and his helper arrived on time and had us fixed in no time. They are courteous, professional and the pricing is reasonable.

I would like to start off saying Bryan is the most honest and most professional plumber i have ever met.. he came in and inpsected our plumbing issue and diagnosed our issue by showing us the issues with the problem and stated what needs to be done and remediate the issue.. Reached out to Rooter Champion as our toilet had a flushing problem that plunging wouldn't solve.
Responses from Bryan (manager) were fairly prompt and helpful. Appointment was scheduled between 12 - 2pm and despite the technician being about 1 hour late outside the window, I will say the communication on delays were helpful to adjust timing. I guess the prior job took a little longer than expected, I mean hey, sh*t happens right.
Steven our technician also reached out to give me a status of his arrival and was very courteous.
Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the issue (kids and q-tips) and was very transparent.
The repair was extremely fast (toilet removal, wax ring replacement, clear out of the clog) and efficient (done in what seemed like 60 seconds)
Needless to say, my family are small business owners ourselves so we're happy to find and support other small owner operated businesses like Rooter Champion.
My kitchen sink had backed up last night. After working out that the problem wasn't in my P trap, or in the line to the out on the outside wall I needed professional help. I called Rooter Champion at 9pm and left a message. 20 minutes later they called back and arranged an appointment for the following morning. Steven arrived in the allotted time window and snaked out the line that was causing the problem. He then ran a camera down the line to check everything was clear. It was - mostly - except for a 12 inch region where there was an opposite gradient and so water always sat in it and there was a build up of hard fat on the 50 year old pipe. He explained that this would likely be a recurring issue but instead of hard selling a hydro jet advised me that it was clear enough and I'd likely get by by pouring degreaser down my sink at the end of the night so it would sit in that region overnight and might dissolve away some of the build up.
I'd been having an issue with my main line, which on the way to the street passes by a tree so, impressed by his honest advice, on the way out I asked if he'd mind scoping that. He did and there was a considerable build up of roots. After talking through the options it was clear that the best approach was to hydro jet that line. The price was very reasonable and since he had the kit out he nipped round the side of the house and cleared the small build up in my kitchen line for a trivial additional fee. All in all a great experience - they are professionals in every respect. I can definitely recommend Rooter Champion.

After sharing my concern regarding a clog, the company immediately started texting me back and we quickly set up a schedule to visit my home.

Well I'll be frank, I called because my pipes were backed up. It was around 6:30 pm and they couldn't send anyone over the same day, but promised me someone at 9am the next day. Paul came over, inspected my pipes, proceeded to snake, flush, and no dice. My plumbing issues were too far gone. Paul then Grabbed his camera snake and showed me the various areas of troubled pipe I had, along with roots growing through some areas.
Needless to say I knew I had some problems prior to calling him. 3rd clog in the past two years, so something had to be done. Paul and his team removed, replaced, and re-piped all my connections under my house. In a day and half. Paul was the team lead and provided updates every few hours. His work and communication skills were worthy of a leader who takes pride in his work.
Later further problems surfaced and Paul explained the cost, labor, and timing. I had no choice, mainly cause we were already knee deep, but regardless Paul's explanation and professionalism ensued trust/confidence.
Total I was quoted was 5200 but came out to 5850 after additional findings. I couldn't be more satisfied with the inner workings of my pipes but the price always hurts. Yet I feel satisfied because I paid for quality. I highly recommend this company for their pricing, work, and warranty assurance.
I almost gave up to find a reliable, fair, and courteous plumbing company after getting rude people over the phone. But I'm glad I kept going and found this company, I will be referring to my friends, family, and colleagues. Steven and George arrived on time (they gave me a window of time and they made it within the range and also called me 30 minutes before arrival). They went in the crawlspace, did a camera sewer inspection, and identified a cracked sewer line. They provided a quote and after some research, their prices were fair and they offered a warranty. I can't say enough, these guys saved the day! Some companies out there could learn a thing or two from these guys!

I had another plumber out here yesterday who could not unclog my bathroom drain line. Long story short the other plumber said I would have to break all the tiles and floor out of my bathroom in order to get us draining which would cost thousands of dollars. Small Family owned and operated companies are the best- Bryan assisted me with my constant toilet clogs. He recommended a sewer camera inspection of the sewer to get diagnostics and he found massive roots growing inside of the old pipes. He gave me options from band aid to permanent solutions.. we decided to get the permanent solution performed and since then we have not had any problems. Great service would highly recommend this plumber to my friends and family.
My first experience with Rooter Champion and it was a home run! I reached out on a Monday morning for a very clogged double kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and within 10 minutes I had booked an appointment, same day, within 2 hours. We purchased an old home which required some pretty extensive sewer repairs. When we saw the reviews for Rooter Champion, we knew these guys were going to be good - but it still didn't prepare for just how good they are.
From start to finish they were courteous, professional and timely, and kept us informed of everything that needed to be done, why they were doing it, and how much it would cost.
Aspects of the job that particularly stood out included their honesty - there was the possibility of a more expensive worst case scenario, but they explained that the additional work wasn't required - and a full walkthrough of the work that had been carried out using the sewer camera, showing key points and informing us why things were done the way they were.
Sewer repair isn't cheap, and it has the potential to be incredibly stressful (especially if you're a new homeowner like us). Rooter Champion are excellent value for money, and helped make the process so much easier. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Rooter Champion is the BEST!!!! I wanted to take a minute to write this review although I see that I am not the only satisfied customer based on 48 other reviews with 5 stars! Let me share my story...
I have a 2 bathroom house in West Garden Grove with bathrooms on either side of the house, about 1400 feet on concrete slab built in 1959. I was washing clothes while my son was showering when I heard some bubbling coming from my toilet in our 1/2 bath. Then water and waste started coming out of the other shower that has no surround so it could have flooded the house quickly.
I called a DIFFERENT rooter service in Orange and they came out and tried to do a snake through the shower but only after convincing them to try it versus a snake down the toilet, they quoted me over $400 then $250 then $79 for a variety of options. They finally did a camera and then proceeded to quote me $5,200.00 to do a hydro jet from outside the house, digging up some dirt, replacing the line with a blow out/access valve. They said that this job could ONLY be done this way and there were no other options. They left and did not resolve my issue. I should add that the tech was at my house for about 5 hours.
I then called rooter service number 2 and was ALSO told that they could only do a hydro jet from OUTSIDE the house and that it would cost me about $2,400. I was thinking, OK, maybe I'll just bite the bullet and do it. I set up an appointment at 9:00AM. Luckily this place cancelled because their equipment got stuck and damaged last night.
I finally got it right when I called Rooter Champion and since Rooter Champion also had 5 star ratings on YELP, I set up an appointment for today around 12:00PM- 1:00PM. Steven called first and came out around 12:30PM. PERFECT. Then Steven and his associate got up on the roof, did the camera inspection through the exhaust valve, did some diagnoses, and were able to determine where the issue was and gave me an HONEST QUOTE. I don't want to say how much because I know that each person's issue is different and quotes vary but I let's just say I was jumping for joy and thanking God that my prayers had been answered.
My issue: My branch line from my 1/2 bath had backed up with grease from my kitchen sink, toilet paper, waste, hair and lots of yuck and nothing could flow through it. It had become a gelatinous gunk that ran the entire branch line to the main line and was not allowing water to go through it. This was pushing up waste through my shower which is the lowest valve line in the house and causing my toilet to bubble.
Rooter Champion was the ONLY company that had a hydro jetting valve that sprayed forward and was able to push the gunk out of the line FROM THE INSIDE. Remember two other companies told me that it could only be done from the OUTSIDE with a valve that pulled the gunk out. They were successful in clearing the line and RESOLVED MY ISSUE in its entirety. They were done by 2:00PM which was only about 1.5 hours. They cleaned up, ran all lines, verified all was clear, gave me my bill and a handshake and left.
I can't express my gratitude enough to Rooter Champion and hope that this review can bring them more business. They were HONEST, had the best equipment, did quick work, gave me no surprises, and gave me a few suggestions and a quote to do a service that would could potentially eliminate the issue in the future. After calling several local plumbers who didn't call back or failed to show up, we called Rooter Champion. Bryan responded to our call immediately, and he and George tackled the issue. Then Bryan used a camera to snake down inside the drain and discovered the real problem; there was severe corrosion in several main pipes which he recommended we should replace. He and his crew returned the next day to put an end to the leakages which had been driving up our water bill. Bryan, George, and crew are the best plumbers we've ever had! (and we've had many over the years). Other plumbers merely treated the symptom temporarily, but Bryan diagnosed the real problem, and then effectively and efficiently eliminated it with his crew all within one day! If this wasn't already a fantastic situation, on top of that, Bryan, George, and crew were courteous, professional, mindful of their surroundings, and very nice to work with! Kitchen sink drain was backed up. Called Rotor Champ and booked an appointment for that afternoon. Martin and Steve arrived within the 2 hour window for the appointment. They got right to work assessing the job. Then they brought in the rotor tool and within minutes had the clog cleared. After reassembling the P-trap and testing the drainage by running the water for a few minutes. They talked about the warranty and gave us great advice about how to keep the drains cleared in old pipes like ours. Steve and Martin seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. My toilet has been acting up lately when I flush and decided to get a plumber to come out and take a look at it because I was getting a little worried about my piping. Steven and Jorge came out and ran a camera after removing my toilet and assured me my pipe was in decent condition and recommended I get a new toilet. I have a old home and have to deal with clogged drain 2 times a year. On Sat, I had a clogged main drain. I called my normal rooter but he was busy and not avail until 2 days. Our 2 year old somehow clogged the toilet with his massively backed up bowel movement! Steven came in to quickly assess that our toilet just needed some quick snaking with equipment we obviously wouldn't have. He even took a look to confirm that our self installed toilet flusher was properly installed and wasn't the cause of the clog. It was literally a quick 10 minute job that we were very thankful for!

Whittier is notorious for roots in the sewers. Needed a hydro jetting service of my sewer line and called around a couple different spots but was quoted ridiculously high prices. Called Rooter Champion and was the most reasonable with pricing to hydro jet my sewer. Scheduled an appointment with dispatcher Bryan and had Matt assist me with the service. He was great! got to work right away and showed me my sewer line after hydro jetting. It was left spotless. On top of him leaving the pipe nice and clean he's a Dodgers fan and we had a great chat about the world series. I will recommend rooter champion to all my family and friends

Explained what needed to be done -super efficient and even made sure to move some of my things that I forgot to move before they got started. When they were done they explained to me what they did and gave me tips on what I could do for next time. As a woman it's sometimes hard to find a professional company such as this. After searching extensively for a service to change out a shower valve, we decided on Rooter Champion and we are glad we chose them. I have been doing some deferred maintenance projects around the house and decided it was long overdue to have my exterior drains power washed. The seem to be running fine but I don't want to end up surprised when (if) rains come this winter.
I have an exterior drain from the backyard to the street on each side of the house. I was somewhat worried about Rooter Champions cost because the first hour is high with a rate significantly lower than the first hour for each additional.
Steve and his associate cam to the home and power washed both drains and ran a camera through the drains when complete which i was able to see showing they were cleaned out properly. In addition they cleaned up the debris flow of rock and dirt. Total charge was for only one hour,,as they got the work done quickly and efficiently.
The invoice included a complete description as to the current state of the drains. No attempt to up-sell anything just an fyi what to watch out for in the future.
I am glad i did this as one drain did have a lot of debris and no ill feel comfortable for years.
I felt like i paid a reasonable price for quality goods. With Rooter Champions and my drains the billing per hour was a significant cost savings over per job bids that have to factor in contingencies.

Steven was great, they identified and solved my drainage issue quickly and at a reasonable price!
These guys are truly amazing. After another plumber told me my kitchen sink line was broken and that they needed to tear up my kitchen I knew I needed to look for other options. I had 5 companies come out and each had a different solution. What I liked about Steven was his commitment to doing it right. Right away he asked to drop a camera in the line (something another company wanted to charge me $350 for - I promptly told that company to kick rocks). Rooter Champion was the right price and so courteous and professional. They came in and re-routed my drain line over 100 feet in 2 days. So impressed with them! These are now my guys for all plumbing needs. Not happy about having to do a significant repair on my house but these guys made it painless.
Rooter Champion came today to fix some blockage in my utility drain. They were recommended by my property management, and they were amazing. Steven was kind and courteous, worked quickly and efficiently, and solved the problem within minutes. I had been really stressed out trying to solve the issue. I was able immediately to do laundry and run the dishwasher. He showed me what the issue was and explained how it would have happened over time, and he showed us how to prevent it from happening in the future with a filter. Thank you, Rooter Champion!
If you are looking for a plumber in Orange County or even LA County Bryan and Rooter Champion Drain Cleaning are it! Do not look further. I had a few problems going on at my house- sewer smell, drain flies and constant back ups. I had to take care of it so I called Bryan. He came out the same day and camera inspected my sewer drain. He recommended to replace the sewer main underneath my house due to cracks in the pipe and roughness as well as Hydro Jet my smaller pipes. I went ahead and got it done and Bryan and his crew finished in a day! He walked me trough the process and he made sure everything was done correctly. I can't say how glad I am that I found Rooter Champion Drain cleaning and plumber. They went above and beyond and cleaned up after themselves. 5 star company no doubt.
Bryan and his crew are superb. They really care about there customers. Our sewer pipe kept having issues, it kept backing up all of our drains. We were fed up with having a handyman friend keep coming over and bandaging the issue. Bryan camera inspected our sewer pipe from the roof and immediately found the issue- ROOTS! & lot's of them. Bryan gave us a couple options and we decided to go with the permanent option. Very honest and thorough with his work.They even gave us a complimentary service of hydro jetting for our kitchen that had a bad smell due to lots of grease! Bryan is great!

Bryan and George were great! My kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and after checking it out they said they'd need to hydrojet it. It was more than I had planned on spending so I told them I'd have to have them come back another time. They didn't even charge me for the initial visit. However the next day I decided I couldn't take a clogged kitchen sink any longer so I messaged them and they came over (on a Saturday!) literally within 40 minutes. They were friendly, courteous and professional and now my sink is working perfectly again. Will definitely use them again in the future!
So I am in my new rental home for one week and my kitchen sink backs up. Tried to clear it myself but no go. I called C&C Plumbing (also a 5 star company) and within two hours the service technician arrived. He spent two hours trying to clear the clog (with a power snake) and could not break the long standing grease blockage. He told me to call a Hydro-Jet company to clear the blockage. Oh, by the way he did not charge for the visit as he said he did not solve the problem, amazing. I turned to Yelp and found Rooter Champion. I called and spoke with Bryan. And like a Super Hero, Bryan showed up at my door within two hours. He and his second technician spent 3 hours using his Hydro Jet to clear this grease blockage. I called a few companies and all but Bryan said they had to come out to see the problem and then maybe correct it at the same time or re-schedule to clear the blockage. Also I was told by C&C that I did not have a clean out for this run of pipe and that the Hydro-Jet Company would have to clear it from under the sink. Bryan was the only one that said NO PROBLEM. They used a tub to catch the flow of water from the jet, and a wet-vac to suck up the water. They left the job as clean as before they started. After breaking up the clog he went further into the line to clear grease accumulated to the main drain. He then checked the work with his line camera to ensure a complete job. After spending 3 hours (I am sure more than he anticipated for the job) the price was just what he quoted on the phone. I asked him how long he has been in business as he did not have a lot of reviews on yelp (though they were all 5 stars) and he said about 3 years. He said he had worked for a long time with other companies and is now growing his with honest work and fair pricing. I can tell you that with his attitude, the quality of his work and the fairness of his pricing, it will not be to long before he has 1000s of 5 star reviews. GREAT WORK BRYAN AND ROOTER CHAMPION!!

Bryan and George responded to my home in less than two hours after receiving my phone call. They were polite, friendly and so very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our garden drains. Bryan offered wonderful, honest advice on how to proceed with repairs. He was over-the-top helpful and we are so grateful for his expert advice. The best!
After getting ridiculous quotes from other plumbing vendors, I am so grateful for honest businesses like Rooter. They sent someone by the name of Steven and he was very helpful and responsive. I will use them again, as I anticipate this will not be the last time we have drain issues. And I have already referred Steven and Rooter to several other friends. Knowing a candid, responsible plumber is hard to come by.
I called around a couple plumbing company's on Sunday because I had an emergency plumbing problem & rooter champion was able to understand my situation and was able to have out a plumber within the hour! They informed me it was a mainline problem and were able to clear my line and give me a couple solutions to fix it that I will do in the future! I'm extremely happy and confident that I've finally found who to go to for any plumbing needs.

Did not respond to estimate request, so can only assume they have closed during the pandemic... If not, I would not do business with them if I were you.
Update: They say they didn't get my estimate request, or the follow-up post I sent to my request... I don't know what the problem is, but I'd not recommend doing an online estimate request if true, at least until they and Yelp resolve the issue.
I will update or remove this when I see a working solution.

This company is amazing. We've dealt with root infestation problems for years. This year, the root infestation grew to such a degree that we couldn't even snake a line down into the plumbing properly and two companies came by and refused to snake and stated that we needed a hydro jetting cleanse in our plumbing. One company quoted us $1800 and the other $1000. Shopping around, we stumbled upon rooter champion plumbing and they quoted us $450! Steven came by in the morning and literally took an hour tops. His efficiency and professionalism impressed us and he answered all of our questions easily. He also courteously showed us a camera of his work and guaranteed us a year warranty (something other companies told us they cannot do). Steven of rooter champion, we appreciate you!
First, we had a clog in our sewer pipes so we called Rooter Champion out to clear it. Matt came out to do that and, during the video inspection, he discovered we needed our main sewer pipes replaced and lined (our house was built in the 1950s and had mortar pipes!) because they were partially collapsed and we should do it before they collapsed completely (about triple the price if they collapse completely). We scheduled them to do this replacement - Matt and his team came out and got it done in one day. They had the best price of all the quotes we got plus, since we had experience with him from the first clog repair, we already knew we liked the team. He walked us through the video of the new pipes and there is a really good warranty on the job, as well!
I have to say I'm a firm believer in Yelp reviews.
My downstairs shower and toilet were over flowing and I needed a plumber out here asap! With my holiday party just around the corner I was stressed out and tied up with a list of things to do, my house keeper tried to help me and had gave me the number to a plumber that she knew. I called him blindly and in a desperate moment; which I rarely do, and not truly knowing if he would be trust worthy. He ended up quoting me a substantial price and had told me there was a lot of work that needed to be done. I was in disbelief, so I decided to Yelp as I usually do when looking for a service, and looked for a highly rated plumbing company near by.
Upon reviewing Rooter Champion's page and reviews and seeing they were a licensed company; I felt confident enough to have them come out to my property. Steven came out the next day he wore boot covers before stepping into my home and after inspecting and analyzing, he quickly knew what the problem was.
He began to quickly unclogged the sewer line. He put a camera in the sewer line and showed me where the problem was. After he was done he left my bathroom looking clean and smelling fresh. I was so surprised, I have not come across a more professional and clean plumber like him before. Not to mention he quoted me a actual reasonable price. I'm definitely going to call back and schedule with Steven to have my sewer line fixed after my holiday party. Rooter Champion will now be my go to plumbing company in the future and if any of my colleagues, friends, or family need a plumber I'll be more then happy to recommend Rooter Champion to them.

Steven is the man! He helped me with my slow draining bath tub. I have 3 girls and had been battling a slow draining tub for a very long time. Called another plumbing company and it was a total nightmare. They left a mess and the guy had an attitude. A couple days later I was recommended to Rooter champion by a friend and what a difference. Steven was nice, professional and was able to get the tub draining but turns out there's a couple shampoo caps stuck in the drain and the issue will be re occurring. I was given a quote to fix it and was not obligated or forced in any way. Day and night! The other company wanted to take money out of my hands. I am going to budget and have this tub fixed very soon and Steven with rooter champion will be the one doing it. Trust me good plumbers are hard to find don't look elsewhere CALL THESE GUYS.
Had a kitchen sink clog. Reached out via yelp and they offered a time the very next day in the morning. Steven the plumber came out, on time, and cleared the drain in no time for a very reasonable fee. Great service and communication. Let me know that my cast iron pipe was rusting and closing up on the inside, thus narrowing the diameter, increasing likelihood of clogs. Gave me an estimate to replace the pipe, but with no sales pressure at all, which I appreciated. These guys have my business. Would recommend with enthusiasm.

I almost never write reviews, only if my experience was bad/good enough for me to. I waited for a 2nd opinion on another plumber before I wrote this to be sure I knew this company deserved the benefit of the doubt or not.
Long story short, I had another 1 man, CHEAPER plumber with LESS EQUIPMENT fix the problem in 1 hour. Rooter champion failed to fix my problem and still charged me.
I had one simple plumbing problem: CLOGGED KITCHEN SINK.
The service from these plumbers resulted in either one of two things:
1. I was taken advantage of and screwed out of my money
2. The THREE plumbers had no idea what they were doing or were not prepared for the job.
These plumbers were so readily available within the few hours (red flag, no business?).
Initial consultation, Matt came to my condo (without shoe covers) and only had a 30-40ft snake. He said the snake didn't work and had to put a camera down to assess the problem. Showed me the clogged area ~ 4 ft down. He recommended me a hydrojet service that would cost $550.
I'm young, this is my first property and agreed to just get it fixed since this was the cheapest quote I received.
He warned me this would be a 2 man job.
They come back the next scheduled day and he brings 2 more people. They're working for about 2 hours and tell me that they can't even fix the problem because there are too many turns in the pipes. Fine, fair.
Then he quotes me $3200 for the next step which is to get into the dry wall (they don't even know where) and find the pipe w problem.
In addition, they charged me $175 for the attempt of the fix. My sink is still clogged. Nothing had changed.
Hired someone else to take a look, he charged me $120 AND fixed the problem. What did he do? He used a snake.
I feel like I was ripped off by this company so don't always trust these reviews. Find someone trusted by a friend or something.
Brian is honest and experienced, he helped my to clean the sewer line quickly with reasonable price. I will call him whenever there is a sewer issue.
The night before they came out, I requested a quote online. The next morning the quote was in my E-Mail, so I called and set up an appointment and they were out by 3 pm, within minutes the shower drain was cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them. Thanks Rooter Champion.
I had another plumbing company come out a couple of weeks ago. They spent more time trying to upsell me than trying to figure out the problem. Today was a different experience. I called Rooter Champion and spoke with Bryan. He was very clear on the quote and answered my questions. Steve and Martin arrived promptly. They both were kind and well mannered. Steve worked very hard to unclog my sink and even tried two different routes. When the clog did not resolve on the first attempt, Steve told me that if he was unable to unclog the sink, he was not going to charge me. After a second attempt in another location he was able to clear the clog. It was a great plumbing experience. There was no upselling or bait and switch. Just good old fashioned honest, hard work and a job well done. bravo! I will keep their number for any plumbing needs in the future.

Hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had! My front Guest bathroom flooded last night. Went on Yelp to look up plumbers in my area rooter champion came up as an option this morning message them this morning and I was able to schedule a same day appointment for them to come out and see what was going on with my main drain. The technician showed up in the time frame that was scheduled. He was so nice knowledgeable and honest about my situation. He recommended the hydro jet service and was able to clean out my main line ! There work came with a warranty for 6 months which I think is awesome customer service and shows they stand by there work. There invoices are extremely efficient and user-friendly. Highly recommend . Not sure where to start. I ran into these guys today while they were working on my neighbors house and asked if they could squeeze me in. They were more then happy to help. Their quote was half of what I was quoted by the other guys. Not only that but their service was awesome. They used a camera to check the lines and broke up a huge rock. Each line they cleaned out brought roots, dirt and more rocks then we thought. They were organized and clean. The service was not rushed and they went the extra mile. I was so impressed I gave their card to two of my neighbors already. I later learned that one of the guys was the owner and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty in anyway. Their was pride in there work and it showed when the job was completed and they cleaned up. If you're looking for someone honest and who isn't afraid to work hard, then Rooter Champion is a great choice.

Back in April 2018, Bryan was referred to me by another highly rated rooter on Yelp only because he felt that Bryan had equipment and experience more suited to our situation.
Bryan was absolutely FANTASTIC on the phone. He listened with sincerity and explained some things but ultimately because the scope of the work involved non rooter work, he referred me to another plumber who could do both rooter work as well as other plumbing work. So though I ended up not hiring him at the time, his willingness to explain a couple of things was so extremely helpful so much so, that it made my efforts way more efficient.
I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him to our Yelp community. He deserves and has earned 5 stars.
My 2n floor shower room drain was clogged for a long time. I called a handyman but he couldn't fix it. He recommended me to try hydro-jetting. I searched on yelp then called Rooter Champion. Bryan and his workmate came very quickly. They used camera to check the clogged drain, and then tried hydro-jetting. Unfortunately it still didn't work as well, and the water with so many rust came out from my drain. Bryan explained maybe the old pipe was totally clogged with rust, it needed to re-piped. Bryan and his workmate came again another day, and professionally found the clogged pipe part at 1st floor. Cutting the dry wall and the old pipe, we could see the pipe was really clogged wit rust. After all done, these guys cleaned my place very well. I really recommend their service.
I had a leak in my water main that was coming up through my front lawn. I sent out various quote requests via Yelp and Rooter Champion were the first to reply quickly with information on how to set up an appt. They are very responsive. We set an appt for today 11/30/21 between 9:00-9:30 and the plumbers were at my house right at 9:00 am, they quickly assessed the issue and gave me a fair price to fix it. They were done within a couple of hours and no more leaky pipe! Its the most efficient plumbing company I've ever worked with. Would definitely use them again.

First of all, they are willing to spend time to read my issue that I put in the quote request. They communicated with me via Yelp Quote feature, and provided me the quotes while the other companies only told me to call them to schedule. The price is pretty reasonable. Matt and George arrived the next day and did a thorough investigation. By the way, they wore KN95 masks, gloves and plastic shoe covers. I had a clogged kitchen sink. And it ended up it is because my main drain pipe was clogged. They showed me the condition in the pipe via camera monitor. So I decided to go with hydro jet. The result is fabulous. The pipe is sparkly cleaning. I'll definitely hire them again if I encounter any drain issues in the future.

I called to have my sink drain done. They came the following day and found out the grease build up. Snaked it and showed me where the build up where. After explaining what the problem was and how to solve it they hydrojet the line and flushed out the grease and dirt build up. I am so satisfied on the job and how it was explained. Steven and George were so easy to talk to and explains everything very well. Our next project is to descale the line and clean it out. They are the best and I highly recommend these guys.
Bryan (owner) and George helped fix an existing washing machine drain problem I've had at my home. They discovered a few things that were wrong with the pipes that the previous home owner neglected to fix. One was a foreign object (using a camera) and the P-Trap developed so much rust and gunk that caused additional blockage. Bryan replaced everything with high quality plastic pipes to eliminate future problems. Finished off the job hydrojetting the laundry drain and inspected the drain again. He was very thorough and explained the issues to ensure the customer is fully informed. I highly recommend Champion Rooter!
I had a show draining kitchen sink and wanted it checked out before the holiday weekend. Bryan was awesome about responding quickly and was able to get me an appointment the next day. Matt and team showed up on time and tried to snake the drain but was unsuccessful. He showed me the grease buildup that was blocking half of our drain. He was able to hydro-jet it clean. When my husband went to go see the final product, he initially thought that the stucco had been broken off but realized it was actually all of the grease buildup that they had removed. Finding a plumber during this time is damn near impossible. Luckily found these guys on Yelp and the reviews are true. Solid service and really quick. Price relatively in the middle but you don't want to go cheap when it comes to plumbing, this ain't Mario bros. Special thank you to Matthew and Rooter Champion!

Awesome job! Knows what they are doing and deserve 5 star review. Honest, straight forward and focused on the work. I can only hope there are more professional service people like these. I got serious drain clog and flooding problems during rainy Thanksgiving day and they took care of it on Monday, fast and clean. Price is reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

Great service and very responsive. Our sink garbage disposal was acting weird and they were able to examine what was wrong, unfortunately it was broke! They were able to provide options in replacing and hauling away the old. They were able to work with my schedule and come replace it!
