We have a 25 year old house that was plumbed with inferior copper tubing and cast iron pipes. As a result we have had several bad leaks. We first called Plumlees because they do leak searches. We have called them back several times and have had great service every time. I would highly recommend them.

Will definitely use these guys again. The pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. I called several places and the quotes I received and the availability were ridiculous. I called Chuck and he was available the next day and gave me the best price. They were on time and fast, my water heater was fixed in 20 minutes and my life was back to normal again. They gave me a great price and did a great job. They also didn't just try to sell me a water heater like a few places I called did. I hope to not need a plumber in the future, but if I do I now have one.

Owner Chuck Lee came over on a Saturday afternoon, to look at a water heater with a pilot light staying on problem.   The first sign of a problem was when he asked how much do we want to spend.  The problem was not even determined what was needed.
He over charged $200.00 to change one part that took less then an hour. With in 30 minutes of him leaving the plot light was off again.
When he was phoned about the problem still not fixed.  He stated that he needed to  order a part on Monday to repair it.  Mayb $200.00 more.  When questioned about why it wasn't fixed.  He said You can get a new water heater.  I asked him if was being a smart ass.  He said Maybe.  When I complained about his comment . He said You are not helping yoursef.

He then hung up the phone on me.

Do not use this service.  The owner is a Jerk.  He has poor customer service skills.

Great service, great job, came when I needed him, and did the job right!  What more can i say? Oh, how about he charged me almost 1/2 price of what another company had quoted me!! That's the icing on the cake!  I will definitely call Chuck for all my future plumbing needs

Plumlee's came out quickly to fix my water heater. Same day Service!!! Same day service comes with a price tag$$$, which is what you paid for speed and service. At end of the day I have hot water for shower. Woo Hoo-

He was referred by another reputable company and by his level of work and expertise, we can see why they referred him to us. Friendly and very courteous, detailed in his work. I highly recommend Plumlee's!!!  Our shower was leaking behind the wall.  One company came out and couldn't fix it.  Travis came out while they were scratching their heads and he fixed it!!  The other guys even stayed around to watch the master at work.  Quick service, knowledgeable, reasonable and a nice guy.  Next time I will call Plumlee's FIRST and so should YOU!!!

Thank you Chuck at Plumlee's Plumbing for helping us fix our water heater when no other plumbing service would.  We have a warranty and other companies didn't want to deal with the hassle. His technician, Travis, came out within a few hours of my call and fixed the problem with utmost of professionalism.  Our family now has hot water and life can get back to normal. Thank you!!!

So the gentleman (I use the term loosely) came to our house to diagnose our toilet issue. He was rude to my wife and left human waste all over our restroom and tracked it through my living room. I was not home unfortunately or I would have dealt with the issue at that moment. So my wife took pictures and now I have to give this horrible review.

Thank you Plumlee's for dispatching so quickly to our house to look at the water heater.  Technican was very helpful and had the parts on his truck to be able to fix our unit which is 10 years old.  Would definitely recommend.  I will be calling them back out when the time comes to replace the entire unit.  We are back up and running with hot water!

I have used Plumlee's Plumbing Services several times for issues at my home. They have provided prompt service and are always courteous and knowledgeable.  I have had small minor repairs that have been resolved with honesty and integrity.  I have also had a few larger jobs that were completed in a timely manner without disruption to my home.  I trust their work and their prices are fair.  I have never felt that more than necessary was done to fix a problem. Honest. Friendly. Great service!

Called this morning needing Water Heater assistance,  as it turns out I had to replace my two (2) power vent water heaters.  Travis from Plumlee's was able to perform these service's in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism.  Will call Plumlee's for all my future needs.  Very reasonably priced.  Very Impressed! I would definitely recommend Plumlee's. Travis was quick, concise and HONEST. Honesty is very important to me. The price was not the least, but I did not receive any up-selling. When you know what is wrong, just fix that and only that. Travis came in, diagnosed my problem and did not waiver from my phone quote. True professional who believes in making money by volume vs. gouging each customer for all it's woth. Thank you!!!!

Fast and very honest plumbing services work! They even checked my water heater and made some recommendations. The prices were affordable also.

I had a very small leak in the copper piping manifold on the hot water side, behind my water heater. I called and spoke to chuck. I explained the problem. I texted him a picture. He gave me a very reasonable quote and had a Plummer (Jay I think) out in about an hour. He had the problem fixed in about an hour. Fast, reliable, and reasonable. I can't ask for more. I won't have to search for a Plummer next time I have a problem. I will call Plumlee's

Chuck and Jay did a great job finding and fixing a slab leak. Arrived and completed the work within the timeframe and budget they quoted. Very professional and courteous.

Poor business attitude when you make an appt to do an estimate and then not show up making me call and finding out you never intended to come and give an invoice for needed work.

My experience with Chuck was not a good one. My dog barked at him and he threatened to leave.  He gave up o the work right away and declined to do the work.  Not flexible. Not friendly. Not what I want in somebody coming to My Home.

Chuck the owner showed up on time and with all the equipment needed, diagnosed and repair a a water leak from under the floor was done within the estimated time to completion will use them again .

This past Saturday my wife noticed a leak outside our house on our exterior wall right around one of the sewer release pipes.  Then we noticed that our kitchen cabinet base boards were damp.  So I did some research on yelp for some reliable plumbers based on some customer feedbacks.  I came across one Plumbing Company based out of another area.  I called 1st thing Monday morning this Company but he said that he really doesn't go out of his area but he referred me to Plumlee's Plumbing because they have networked together.  I called Plumlee's an hour later(7am) & spoke to Chuck.  I gave him the information over the phone & he did say he does work on items i described but would have to get back to me on their availability/schedule for the day.  He called me an hour later & said he could be there between 9-11am to diagnose the issue.  Chuck arrived @9:15am & i showed him where the leak was outside & he did say he would have to cut into the stucco to get a better look & he did some other preliminary diagnostics before he did the cutting of stucco wall he started low where the leak might be originating from & he found the area.  He did say he would be able to do the repair & he did.  The leak was repaired & he also tested our water pressure which was to high for our home running above 110PSI & it should be at 60 he recommended to change out the water pressure pipe regulator & he did.  I was very happy with the pre-quote/estimate, the work and the final cost.  I am so happy for Chuck to come out so fast in response to my issue, he was so kind, his work I am so satisfied with.  My wife & I will be sure to use Chuck & his company again.  It might be sooner or later we we are looking to replace some faucet fixtures throughout the house.  I would fully recommend Chuck the Plumber of Plumlee's Plumbing.

Yes, I'm giving this service 5 stars because it's as good as it gets.  Yesterday, a competitor (All City Plumbing) came and looked at my mom's Bradford & White water heater and told my elderly mother the warranty expired, and that she needed a new water heater.  I didn't jump at his deal of $100 off. I did a little research and realized the water heater is still under warranty.  I called Bradford & White and their local sales rep. recommended Plumlee's Plumbing Services.  Chuck Plumlee was prompt, trustworthy and fair. He carried all the needed parts on his truck and just charged us for labor.  It's difficult to find an honest plumber anymore so I'm going to hold on to Plumlee's card. Next time I need an honest and reliable plumber, Im calling Plumlee's!

So my water heater went out this past weekend and luckly we have it under warranty. We spoke to a rep from the water heater co. and thet referred my mom to Plumlee's plumbing services. My mom scheduled an appointment the next day for 12pm and he showed up later with a notice saying he was running late on a job (totally understable). After reviewing the cause of a leakage he told my mom initally it would cost him $90.00 for labor as the parts were free under warranty. I asked him a simple questions like what could be the reason why there was water leaking underneath the water heater he says I don't know, (as he hands me  the GCV aka gas control valve), why don't you tell me. I was appalled with his statment, I literelly I don't know you're the expert if I knew what the issue was then I wouldn't need you. In my mind I wanted to throw this guy out of my house, at this point he had fixed the supposed issue and got to work. He comes back with an invoice of $150.00 which this only took him 15mins to fix, I said what happend to the inital $90.00, he just looked at me with a stare and told me some bullshit. I never been screwed so hard before from anyone but this guy. Will never use him again and to finalize things, my water heater won't stay lit.

Chuck with Plumlee's was very professional and took care of my water heater problem within 15 minutes. It was making a very loud hum when the burner ignited and he knew exactly how to fix it. I would definitely use Plumlee's again in the future.

The first time the burner plate went bad. This is a 30 month old water heater. The plumber charged us $30 as he said the he would have to pay to have the part sent urgent to AO Smith. AO Smith said they didn't charge him but we receive no benefit from either party. Now understand this company is recommended on the AO Smith site for service. 10 days later the heat regulator went out and the plumber did not know if it would be covered by warranty. I was not home either time so when I review the invoices he left the were vague and not detailed out. AO Smith said they would look into it but the plumber refused to provide them documentations. I asked them to take responsibility for a guy they recommended and as it has been from the start the run from making this right -AVOID BOTH AO SMITH AND PLUMLEE.
