Wally is the MAN. I had several leaking faucet handles in my home that I had tried to fix myself. It wasn't working, so I had several plumbers come out to take a look. All of them told me to just replace the entire faucet instead of attempting to fix just the handles themselves, which would have cost me way more money because I'd have to pay for more labor (quoted between $140 and $175) as well as buy an entirely new faucet for each sink (probably $100).

Wally was different. Wally came by early on a Saturday morning (which worked best for my schedule) on a day's notice, and told me that he would try to repair just the faucet handles since I had already purchased the replacement parts myself. He was very patient and showed me what he was doing step by step so that I could try to repair the other ones myself to save me money. He originally quoted me $75 per pair of handles, but since he only repaired one of them, he lowered it to $50. I'm going to try and fix the other handles myself and if it doesn't work, I'm going to have Wally come back to fix it.

As he was leaving, I mentioned that I had installed my kitchen faucet by myself and messed something up that I couldn't figure out. I connected the sprayer hose before I put the weight on it, and I couldn't figure out how to get the sprayer hose off so I could put the weight on. Wally took the time to take care of this for me, free of charge.

Wally provides great service and he is quick to respond. He is totally up front about his costs and is willing to try and save his customers money. The plumbing projects in my house are not over yet so I'm sure I will be calling upon Wally's services again soon. I highly recommend him.

Our reverse osmosis plumbing system had a broken pipe.  Wally was super responsive.  He gave a fair estimate, came at the appropriate time, did his work well and offered to remedy any new leak that shows up in the next few days.  He came in with a mask on keeping social distance.  I couldn't have asked for more.

This company saved my life I've never went to work ever without taking a shower, shower is like my coffee so around 3 pm on Monday afternoon my wife called me to telling me that our hot water wasn't working. After calling several companies they couldn't assist me the same day then I came across this company and when I called Save Plumbing and Wally answered and I told him my situation he gave me a 40 minute ETA which was shocking after calling all other companies.  He came figured out the problem and gave me a very good deal and bonus he guided through the whole process step by step got the job done in less than 2 hours. We had a plumbing emergency, got to Yelp and found Save Plumbing....Though Wally was having a super busy Saturday, he answered my call, asked the right questions, helped us calm down :) and started diagnosis of the problem over the phone, before he showed up Saturday night to take care of  it.  I hope we don't ever have another plumbing situation, but if we do, surely will call him back for help. Wally is great!! Very pleased with my service call. I called him on Friday and I was able to get a next day appointment (it was a non urgent request) to replace a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Our kitchen sink had a leak as well as drain blockage.  Wally was able to clear out the blockage and address the leak very professionally.  He also taught me a few things regarding plumbing, and that was free of charge :)

We called at 2 pm and requested a same day appointment.  They gave us a time estimate of between 4 and 5 pm.  Wally showed up right at 4 pm.  He was friendly and professional and had our problem fixed in less than an hour.  We will definitely use this company again.

Wally was so pilot, courteous, and hard working!  He quickly replied to a request from our landlord to come to fix a water leak and was able to resolve the issue in an hour.  I work from home and was on calls during his work - he kindly explained what he was going to do and went about his work thoughtfully and quickly.  I would definitely recommend him to others needing plumbing help!

Quick response from my Yelp inquiry and came out the same day to replace two bathroom sink faucets. I told Wally this was by far the best experience we've had in comparison to the two other plumbing companies that we've used (one came out and never responded to our follow-up attempts).  Wally was friendly and professional and got the job done - all at a reasonable price.  We will definitely use Save Plumbing again if we need work done.

I had reached out to Save Plumbing for evaluating a leak in shut-off valve for refrigerator. The very next day, plumber Wally showed up. He thoroughly checked the issue and identified the root cause. Unlike other plumbers who suggested replacing the entire box, Wally fixed it by replacing some parts of the valve and with fraction of the cost. If you are looking for talented, honest and reliable plumber, I highly recommend Save Plumbing.

I called Wally today in a bit of a panic. Holiday season/no garbage disposal/leak. Not only did he come by the same day, at the appointed time-but he was an absolute pleasure with whom to work. He quoted me price  (fair) before starting on anything, and he worked efficiently and expertly while installing my new garbage disposal. He gave me some tips on how to avoid clogged lines, and did not try to sell me something! (Take note, other businesses!) Most importantly, he replaced my tired, broken disposal with a new one-top of the line. No cheaper model with a big mark up! I will work with Wally again-and will gladly let my friends know about Save Plumbing.

Save Plumbing / Wally is a reliable source.  He  is very patient in understanding and making recommendations.  He would patiently listen to the problem and give good details on how he would resolve a given issue.   For a given issue, he especially looked for the replacement piece and came back on the same day to  resolve the leaky water tap of the sink.   Defiantly he goes an extra mile to help m close the issue. If you  give him more work then his prices are comparable.    I would highly recommend him.  He is reasonable n genuine.

I called Save Plumbing to fix a clog in my sink. My plan was to call my plan was to call a bunch of other plumbers to collect a bunch of quotes. However, the price was so fair that I didn't even bother calling anyone else and just went with Save plumbing. Wally, showed up in less than an hour and got the job done. I had an emergency problem where my bathrooms were clogged and slow draining.  From calling them to coming to visit took around 2 hours, so they had an amazing response time(probably got lucky they were available).

They were respectful of our house(shoes off) and worked hard.  They diagnosed the problems easily identifying our overall pipe intricacies.   We ended up having roots in our pipes, which they said is quite common in Fremont and a preventive measure to keep the roots at bay.  The pricing was communicated openly and at a decent rate.

Overall, if I have any issues in plumbing I would contact them again.

Had a toilet wax ring replaced by Wally over a month ago. After having called around for several quotes, I chose Save Plumbing. Wally gave me a quote, which included materials. He came by the morning after my call. He did a great job. Explained things to me along the way. Once he finished, he thoroughly explained what I needed to leave alone for x number of hours.  

One month later, everything seems to still be working in tip top condition. I'll definitely be using his plumbing services again, should I need it.

Wally came out to replace our garbage disposal on the same day at minutes notice, after receiving a very reasonable quote via Yelp. He came on time, was super professional and did the replacement diligently. The new garbage disposal I bought was wider, so he ended up having to adjust the surrounding piping, which felt like a breeze for him even though it involved cutting a steel pipe. Our air gap was also old and broken so he replaced that as well, and even cleaned the dishwasher tube leading into the disposal. He took his time to make sure everything is done right, but was also skilled and efficient at the same time. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely call him again for our next plumbing job.

Wally showed up at our Church to take a look at the leaking pipes under our commercial kitchen sinks. He explained the reason for the leaks and what needed to be done to fix the problem.  We hired him on the spot because he quoted a reasonable price and was willing to do the job immediately. After 2 hours the leaking stopped. He did an excellent job and we plan to hire him again for other plumbing problems. If you need a great plumber, please call Wally!

Wally was exceptional and professional. He came out within 45 min of us calling him with our emergency plumbing issues at 4pm in a Friday! He was clear with all his communication with the quotes no surprises at all. He did a crawl space inspection $225 to access our emergency (huge water puddles under the house)  then had to unplug the clean out from our sewer lateral to the main city sewer. Which did the job!! He suggested every home should do this at least every 3 years, we never done it after 20yrs. That was an additional cost. (Which was fine) he gave us a quote before doing it. At the end he fixed our MAJOR back up throughout our entire home on a Friday evening at 4pm! He came so quick and fixed our major issues fast and professionally . Thank you Wally for your service. Had a leak coming from my garbage disposal area, and I used Yelp to collect about a dozen bids.  Save Plumbing was one of the earlier ones to quote me a flat rather than an hourly rate, and they were able to come almost immediately, so I went with them.  Wally and his brother came and diagnosed the problem and told me that I needed a new disposal.  They gave me a recommendation on what to get, gave me a quote for the installation, and refused my offer to pay for their first visit.  They came during their promised one hour time window on the installation visit, discovered that they needed additional parts to install my disposal, and installed my new disposal for the original quoted price without charging me for the additional parts.  On top of everything else, there is a 30-day warranty.  Very pleased with these guys.

House main sewer line got blocked again with tree roots. Wali was my go to guy. He came within couple of hours and just finished the job at 9pm. My toilet was leaking water to the toilet due to the old seal in the flash. The noise from constantly water filling really annoying.

We tried to check on yelp and called couple days before to have Wally came. Very easy job with only 5 minutes work and all noise were gone. He changed the washer (orange plastic ring) for us. I was totally happy with the result and they had 30 days warranty which is very appreciated.

The only downside is pricey for a minor job.

Wally and his helper were fantastic.  They came same day to unclog my kitchen drain.  They did a really comprehensive job with their snake equipment on a drain that hadn't been cleaned in many years! They made doubly sure that the water was moving all the way through to the sewer access point before they left and cleaned up everything by and under the sink.  
They were friendly, professional and actually charged me less than the quote.  Amazing guys.  Definitely a 5 star organization.

Wally and his coworker came within a few hours of calling about my clogged toilet, a leak & also needing a new wax ring replacement. They were honest, fast and very professional!

The next morning I thought my toilet might still be leaking, Wally came back again and made a few adjustments from a previous job done by someone else. At NO CHARGE! Very kind, fast and again, professional! Thanks Save Plumbing!

Wally is great plumber and tries his best to save money for the customer. I recently had a shower valve issue. Considering these were obsolete models not available today, he suggested I identify the cartridges online or working with hardware store so that he can replace without damage to walls or additional expense. While this may have taken longer to fix, it certainly helped save us money. He did keep his promise to fix them as soon as we received the cartridges. His prices are very reasonable and his work professional.

There was a leak under our kitchen sink, after looking at it a bit it seemed to be because of the faucet. After talking to a few companies and scheduling problems finally decided to call Save plumbing. It was a Saturday evening, Wally picked up the phone and said he would be able to fix the same day! His quote was reasonable as well and definitely fair for a Saturday. He arrived in less than an hour! And even kept us informed about the eta. He looked at the problem and confirmed it was indeed the faucet. He worked through the cramped space and finished the job in little over 30 mins! Wally is highly professional. He is also very polite. I am very happy with his repair on my toilet. The toilet is 8 years old.  
First, he gave me a quote based on my description of the issue. After i agreed with his quote, we scheduled a same day appointment. He notified me through text 30 minutes before he came over.
Then he updated me with his diagnose of the problems. After having my approval on the tasks that he is going to perform and the price he quoted, he repaired the toilet.

Used this company for my business. I had already sent two plumbers before and they had all kinds of excuses as to why the problem couldn't be fixed.

I spoke to Wally over the phone, and he confirmed my suspicions that the main line needed to be snaked and cleared. He had the experience and expertise to snake the line from two different locations, and fixed the issue for me during a single visit.

His communication was great throughout the process, and the customer was super satisfied with his work.

My bath sink water connection was leaking water through my faucet after i tried to turn off the water. Called Save Plumbing and left a message. We called Save Plumbing on friday night and Wally the owner came over right away and assessed the issue.  The water heater is over 20 years old and had developed a leak in the casing so it needed to be replaced.  He was back the next day with the new water heater and completed the installation quickly.  A couple of months later the water heater stopped working and I called Save Plumbing.  Wally came over in the morning.  The water heater had an internal component go bad and he said that its under warrantee from the manufacturer but it would take weeks to get the part.  He was able to get the part that same day and completed the repair in the afternoon.  He did this without charge.  Amazing service and they stand behind their work, rare to find these days.  I highly recommend Save Plumbing.

Thanks to save pluming for being open on New Years. when no body else was open I had an emergency with my water heater was leaking and when I contacted mr. A couple weeks ago I had a kitchen faucet that completely came undone so I sent out some rate quote requests via Yelp to a few local plumbers and Save Plumbing were the first to respond. In less than 5 minutes! They had one of the lowest quotes and made sure I understood that they were quoting the complete job which included removal of the old faucet and all connections as well as installation of the new one. When I asked other plumbers, most would state quotes were only for installation. Upon speaking over the phone with Wally, he gave me an even better deal and advised that he could come over that Saturday which sealed the deal. Wally and his associate arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. Total job took about an hour. While they were working, Wally noted some issue that I may need to take care of in the future. Never upsold or told me this must be done today etc. Just pointed out some issues that may need addressing in the future. I liked the way he handled his business so I had him take a look at some other plumbing issues I have. He quoted me on the spot and his rates were much lower than my previous plumber's rate for the same work, and that work was done 7 years ago when costs should have been lower. Save Plumbing will definitely by my choice for any of my future plumbing problems and projects. I don't usually review on Yelp but these guys deserved it. Totally recommend.

Wally is an amazing plumber who fixed our two toilets, and we would definitely recommend him!  My wife and I called him for a quote to replace our toilet valves and found him to be very reasonable and courteous.  We scheduled him for his earliest availability, and happy that he was available on the same day (which was a Sunday too).

Wally arrived on time, and was very polite from the beginning.  We told him the story of how I tried to fix it myself, but half-way through, I got stuck and decided it was better to leave it to a professional.  Wally was so nice - he complimented me on my progress of fixing it and was happy to explain his steps to replace the valve.  Additionally, the flapper lid needed to be replaced, and he was nice enough to only charge for the material and not labor (our toilet did not take the universal flapper lid type).   My wife asked some questions about replacing the shower faucet and Wally took time to provide tips and common pitfalls.  After asking so many questions, we both found Wally to be knowledgable, patient, warm, and courteous.

Overall, the toilets were fixed quickly and professionally.  Wally is highly recommended!

Took me a while to write this review!
Needed to install bidets for two toilets. I had done multiple such installs myself in the past, but this time around eroded threads on the flush pipe started causing leaks and I reaced for professional help.

Found Wally through yelp. The appointment was scheduled entirely over yelp. He was quick to respond to all the questions over yelp.

He was punctual to the appointment and professional throughout the job. He replaced the flush mechanisms on both the toilets and continued on to the bidet installations.
Not only did he complete the work professionally, the information he provided was quite useful for us, the new, first-time homeowners. His leak sensor recommendation later helped us detect a dishwasher leak and turn it off before any damage was done.

When contacted for a different job later, he was quick to notify of his unavailability during our desired time window. If the work wasn't time sensetive, would've waited for his availability too.

Definitely recommended. Five stars.

Called Wally to repair clogged plumbing. He was able to arrange an appointment on a Saturday hours before many other plumbers were able to, and he arrived on time.

Once he was there he quickly removed one of the toilets, used a snake machine to fix the clog (which revealed that a tree's roots were the problem), and then reinstalled the same toilet with little fuss or delay. Wally was very professional about the job and I will definitely call him again for future plumbing issues.

On Mother's Day as we were cleaning up at my Mother In Laws house the garbage disposal leaked everywhere.  As it was late Sunday evening we decided to wait until the morning. I am out by Modesto so was unable to be onsite, so I wanted to make sure we had a reliable plumber with great reviews.  After several calls I found Wally at Save Plumbing, he verified he could fit us in at the end of the day and even offered a senior discount which saved about $75 on the service.  He showed up on time and spoke to me over the phone throughout the process.  He completed the job in less than an hour, was very knowledgeable and explained the process to my M-I-L as he went through the service.  He sent pictures to verify completion and even replaced the sink drain casing at no additional cost.  I appreciate Wally and the customer service he provided to my elderly family members

We had what we originally though was a minor toilet leaking problem which we tried to fix ourselves.  Well, the small toilet leak manifested into a bigger problem with the wall bracket connector which we needed professional help. Wally was on time, courteous, friendly (not a bit bothered when my son interrupted him with LEGO ninjas), and professional. I used them second time yesterday for leak detection and Wally was thorough in following the right steps to detect leak source under very difficult circumstances. He worked thoughtfully to follow steps to minimize my cost and has to cut sheetrock when there was no other option left and it was necessary anyway because we have to replace it.

I had my water heater's hot pipe leaking, called Save Plumbing at 8:30am in the morning, Wally answered it and said he will be there in ~45mins. He followed up the call with a text message. He looked at the pipe after arrival and offered me couple of options, explained them patiently and provided price points. I picked one of the options provided, and he finished the work. He also noticed that a certain part of water heater was not fastened properly. He mentioned that he did not like leaving the job in that state and decided to fix it. I have had to use the services several times.  I was told what to do, but I would fall into my bad habits.  No more.  Wally has educated me on how to treat my pipes.  I don't let much touch the pipes any longer.  I have wire mesh screens in both sinks (I have double sinks) and throw everything into the garbage.  It's kind of gross but helps so much.  
Wally is always in a great mood, despite if my kitchen is a mess, I have THREE cats and a very barky dog and nothing will stop Wally from doing the very best job.  I am so glad I found him!  I will never use another person/company again.  This man is THE best.  He is very polite, nice, quiet and clean.  Plus he does an amazing job.  I have his magnet on my fridge so I can always call him if I need to.  I have never had to wait more than a few hours.  He is quick, clean and such a hard worker.  I recommend him to everyone!  He is quick, clean, doesn't leave a mess, always takes off his shoes.  There are just too many pluses!

One of the best plumbing guy I found in Fremont and defiantly will be reaching him out to for future projects.
Wally was so professional and he took care of our broken kitchen sink food disposal around 10pm at night. His business hours are until 10pm i believe but he was on point with contact texting and answering my calls.
There were few changes we made on last min and he was not frustrated at all and committed. I called other plumbers in area and they estimated $70 just to come and see the problem and their website indicates clearly free estimate. Wally is way cheaper and professional with license and warranties.

Two toilet got clogged and I tried a few approaches but didn't help. I called Wally and he came to my place within 2 hours for inspection. He suggested me to contact rooters since his approach may lead to a higher cost. On the second day, I checked with rooters and unfortunately a few ways they tried didn't work either. It finally came to the same solution, so I asked Wally for help since his quote is more reasonable and I appreciated his integrity the day before. Just recently moved in to a house and had some issues with our main sewer line. While running the washing machine for the first time, we found water coming up out of the shower drain and bubbles in the toilet with water leaking out of the base of it as well.

Quickly went to Yelp and decided to give Save Plumbing a call since it had so many good reviews. Wally picked up my call right away. Was able to assess the situation over the phone, gave me a respectable price range, and told me he could come by later on the same day.

This is my second review of Wally @ Save Plumbing. I wish that I can say this with a lot of other businesses but each experience with his visit has been wonderful. He's actually been to our home three times, one was a few weeks ago when I thought we had issues with both of our showers. Wally came as scheduled and took a look at both showers and explained to us how there was no work needed to be done. What an impressive man!

Of course, when we had issues with our toilet, he was the first one I reached out to.

He came tonight and explained to us how our toilet was not properly installed and showed us the damaged that was happening after he lifted the toilet off of the floor. I'm so glad that I contacted him first when we first saw problems because this would've done more damaged if we waited too long.

Wally took care of the problem and we felt that the price that we paid for is fair.

He is very professional, came with a mask on and cleaned up after his work. He explains things that is easily understandable. I feel like I can freely ask him questions, even dumb ones), and he respectfully answers it and he is very knowledgeable in his field.

I am very satisfied with his past work and I highly recommend him.

He is definitely the first one I will call for any plumbing issues. I just wish I found him sooner.

The hot water shutoff valve under my sink was old and not able to turn the water off -- I was planning to remove a broken dishwasher connected to it, so I needed a working valve.

I called Save Plumbing and Wally came by in the morning to replace the it with an all new one.

Additionally, the main water line pipe in front of my home was old - so I scheduled with Wally to come by a few days later to replace it with new piping. He also added Pressure Regulator valve to it.
Now the water is running smoothly through my house.

Wally works thoroughly to ensure everything is working excellently. I highly recommend Save Plumbing!

Called my regular plumber on an emergency tonight.  He couldn't make it out, but told me his brother was working tonight and would be over ASAP.  Wally drives up, checks out our leak (outside faucet stripped and was running full blast).  He quickly shuts down our water at the main and replaces the faucet.  So thankful for Wally tonight.  He even gave me some advice on a new valve.  I now have 2 plumbers to go to for issues on my old home!  Thank you Wally and to Khan for saving us tonight!

I broke my Toilet filling valve while self-installing a bidet. I called Wally and luckily he said he can come over in 25 minutes. Wally came in soon and was very careful with taking COVID precautions. We had discussed the rate on the phone itself so I knew beforehand what he was going to charge. My toilet seat is right next to the shower so there is very little room to work. It was no problem for Wally and he didn't charge extra for that. When he saw that I had done most of the bidet work he said that he can install the body to at a lower rate.   He suggested that I pay via Apple Pay so that I don't incur the extra 3.5% charge that I get by doing a credit card transaction. He sent me a payment message and left for another job without his due. He just trusted that I will pay him back when I have my Apple Pay set up (I did).
One more thing I suspected a leak from my garden pipe and he showed me how to detect leaks by looking at the water meter. He could've easily charged me for that, but he didn't!

All in all, Wally is very honest about his work and looks to maintain good rapport with his clients.

Wally and his cousin helped fix the toilet flush. My 4 year old kid dropped a small toy in to the toilet which clogged the flushing system. Save plumbing came in as per appointment and fixed it in a few minutes. Good job...

Its always a pleasure to work with Wally. I had hot water issue in my bathroom sink and called Wally. He did basic troubleshooting over the phone and narrowed down the issue. WALLY IS AN ANGEL!!! Our tub randomly got backed up last night and I frantically messaged plumbers to see if anyone could come out asap, Wally was the only one who got back to me with a quote and a timeframe. Some dude tried to tell me it would cost 500 for it, like what the?!

Anyway, Wally came to the rescue this morning. He is incredibly kind, extremely skilled/efficient and just seems like a really great human being. I will never call another plumber again! A+ service.  He was all booked yesterday evening when I tried to schedule an emergency job to replace my shutoff valve for my toilet.  I tried to replace myself but realized I did not have the proper tools to continue.  I didn't have the tool available to remove the old compression sleeve and tightening bolt. I already had the water shut down.  And the old one wouldn't go back on so my water was shut down since 3pm on Sunday and it's Monday now.  Good thing I wasn't able to get another plumber out here and the other company no showed me 3 times (twice yesterday and again today) so I left Wally a message that I still didn't get my problem repaired and asked if he had an opening for today.  He said he would be in the area between 12-1 and that he could swing by.  Wally was here between the stated time.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  His prices were reasonable.  Most other plumbers try to price gouge you or up sell you something.  Wally did not.  I had already bought the parts but was told that the one he had was of better quality and design and he suggested for me to return what I had bought.  I purchased a multi-turn angle compression valve and he suggested a 1/4 turn angle compression valve as they are more durable and easier to turn on or off.  He was in and out in under 30 minutes to get my shutoff valve for my toilet replaced.  He left me with a magnet business card which I placed right on my fridge for the next plumbing issue I have.  I will definitely give him a call first next time.  Great to finally have a go to plumber when the need arises.  Thanks Wally for getting out here when no other plumber was not able to.  And thanks for the great job for replacing my shutoff valve and in record speed!

Wally is a true professional with a very pleasant soft spoken demeanor. I called in for an estimate to fix toilet flush issue and general drain problem on bathroom sinks. He was responsive in setting up the appointment and showed up on time. After inspection, he advised on the root cause (old flushing system requiring a full replacement) and also went ahead with a quick fix. On the sinks, he mentioned no issues with drain except for clearing up the sink hole. He went ahead and cleared it up for me. At the end of the appointment, he insisted on no payment! I am not sure if any other plumber would help out with explaining the issue/ fix and also helping with some quick fixes without any charges.

Save plumbing is truly awesome and professional. Our kitchen sink got clogged because of hardened grease. One plumbing company came over and tried snake but failed, and they said we need to spend $3000 to tear down the wall and fix it from there. We felt suspicious and then turn to Save Plumbing. These guys came over quickly on the same day and spent 1hour fixed our clogged sink. They also did a thorough test. During the fix, these guys wear the face mask all the time.

Wally is the best!! Like literally the best. I rented an Airbnb for the night before and on my wedding day. We were set to have our hair, makeup, and tea ceremony at this location. The photographer and videographer were coming there to shoot the tea ceremony and getting ready shots. The minute we get to the Airbnb we hear the sound of running water. Once we open the door, we see that the place is flooded with water. We can hear it but couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. The first set of plumbers (different company) said they couldn't do it and left. The property manager called Save Plumbing for a second opinion. We almost get kicked out of the Airbnb because of the leak. I started freaking out. Everything I planned for the past year and a half would have been ruined. I needed a faucet change. Called Wally on weekend. He gave me the time and showed up. Very professional. After working for some time he found the faucet had a manufacturing defect. Was ready to charge me only half of what was aggred and finish the job when I get new faucet with remaining half. That's very generous of him since he spent some time. But I ordered frm Amazon so I was able to get plumber credit fee frm them.

Last night I was so scared when my hot water stopped running. I tried few tricks of my own on the water heater and felt like I need to replace it as it's almost 7-8 yrs old. Even in the morning I took a quote from Home Depot which came around $1700+ expense.
Good that I yelped and found Wally from Save Plumbing. They agreed to come in next 1 hr during morning traffic.
They first suggested that the Thermocouple wire needs to be replaced and if it doesn't work then we can go for heater replacement.
And it worked....!! Just for $200 the whole thing was done.

I called this morning for plumbing issues in my newly purchased house, I never used a plumber before earlier it was all about calling property manager

He went into the crawl space made a video and showed me some things which are recommended, gave me free estimate

Great work, straightforward, and fast.

I called Wally on Sunday due to some backfill in my kitchen sink.  Based on the issue I described over the phone, he first gave me advice on various things I could test on my own to ensure it wasn't something simple with the garbage disposal that was causing the issue.   After completing those tasks I called him back, he mentioned it may simply be the garbage disposal and not the plumbing that may be the problem.  He came over promptly the same afternoon to replace it.  Even after arriving, he ensured that it was in fact the disposal and not some electrical issue in the outlet that was the root cause.

He was able to come earlier than the appointment time, was very professional, courteous, and did a great job at a reasonable price. He also provided advice on how to maintain the replacement, as well as how to register for it's warranty.

Wally and company are great!  All of the 5-Star reviews are correct. Very personable, excellent attitude, and honest prices.  I had a clogged line, he diagnosed the problem, and cleared it out.  I do not have a sewer clean out, so working the pipe drain auger (drain snake) at my home was not a straight forward task.  The auger was not going in the proper direction, but Wally used an adapter and his expertise to get the job done.  No one wants plumbing problems, but when you do have a plumbing emergency, it is nice to know an honest plumbing professional.  I recommend Save Plumbing.

I had to call Save Plumbing again when our garbage disposal stopped working.  He showed up the SAME DAY and quickly diagnosed the problem as the electrical switch, and not the disposal (saving me hundreds of dollars on a replacement).

I was very happy with Wally's service. He is very polite and courteous. He responded almost instantaneously to the yelp inquiry and showed up in the next two hours to fix the garbage disposal. Instead of quickly recommending that I get it replaced, he went on to explain what seemed like the problem and how he would try to repair it first. Update: We've now tested him out with replacing my dad's embarrassingly old water heater.

I asked for a quote and found that they only do tank water heaters, not tankless. After doing some research on if we wanted tankless or not, we decided to go with Wally. He came the next day to take a look at it and came back the following morning to replace it. Price is competitive. They communicated well on time. Again, they were very nice and explained things well to my boys when they went to ask them what they were doing.

Since it was old they had to replace some piping. I appreciated how they wrapped the tank way better than how the old one was done. He made sure to explain the tank, where the papers are, how to adjust the temp and turn on the pilot light, and how to adjust it if we're going on vacation. He left his magnetic business card on the tank, wrote when it was done for our reference and easy access in case we find leaks and other issues.

Overall it took about 3.5-4 hours to replace. He even checked our shower knob and tightened it for us because I originally thought we needed to replace it. I asked him to replace it, but he said all it needed was some tightening and I could just return what I bought.

I live on the first floor of an apartment building and my bathroom sink was clogged and backing up from the other units. I called Save Plumbing and worked with Wally who came down within 2 hours and cleared the clog. I like to try and fix my own things so I was asking Wally many questions on how this issue is fixed and Wally answered every question with a smile and was very nice to speak with.

We had a clogged bathroom that resulted in leaking ceiling downstairs. We feared the worst, but Wally cane to the rescue. He patiently assessed the issue and suggested to unclog the drain. With his snake machine, he removed tons of hair and we got free flowing drain.

My kitchen sink was leaking from underneath this morning. I placed a call to Wally and he was at my place about 1 hour later even though it was not an emergency because I was able to control the leak. He showed up with tools in hand and a mask on due to the current pandemic. He did a quick assessment and gave me a quote. He finished 10 minutes sooner than he estimated. I could tell he was knowledgeable and took pride in his work. The parts used were of good quality. The cost of the job was pricey compared to other quotes but the care and quality was exceptional. He allowed me to test the drainage before leaving and gave a warranty for the work done. Overall, I was pleased and would highly recommend him to others. Best plumbing experience I've had so far. They repaired a clogged kitchen sink that has been a huge issue for some time - it turned out to be an extensive job due to a large clog further down in the piping. I made an attempt to repair it myself and the sink was in a disassembled state when they got there - they did not charge extra for putting it back together and were a joy to interact with. We came back from a road trip and found our kitchen sink not able to drain the standing water even after clearing the P-Pipe. The garbage disposal was also not functioning. This post is WAY long over due! We were having an issue with our toilet. It backed up and a pipe was clogged which affected all the sinks and bathtub in our house. We literally couldn't even turn on the water without the toilet overflowing. We had called rotor rooter and they wanted to
Charge us a CRAZY amount of money JUST to remove the toilet to see if they could even fix it! I got on the phone, called Save Plumbing after reading the reviews and everyone was RIGHT!! They came exactly when they said they would THE SAME DAY! Mind you, we had been living without running water or a toilet at this point for almost 24 hours with 2 adults and 2
Children in the house. We waited SO long for rotor rooter to come out for nothing and I was so worried we'd have to wait another day to get a repair. Luckily Wally is a man of his word! He came out with one of his crew, was totally conscious of COVID wearing a mask and keeping a distance and fixed our plumbing under 2 hours....just about 1 1/2 hours!!

I HIGHLY recommend Wally! Please use them and don't bother looking for another plumbing service! You want Save Plumbing! They were TOTALLY REASONABLY priced, and extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing. Wally will now be our go to for any other issues that come up for sure!! Thank you Wally!!

We had a leaking shut off valve that has to be fixed before our dishwasher can be installed. The installation company refer us to Save Plumbing. I happy that they can accommodate urgent call  as such.  Wally, who was assigned to us was great. He finished the valve replacement just in 35 minutes, in time for the installer arrival.  He double checked his work and waited a little bit to see if the installer have any question or issue.  5 stars!!!!  We will use them again and recommend.

I called Save plumbing they were so quick to respond to my call. I had a faucet leak it was very bad but thank fully wally help me. For some reason I had a sink, a toilet and an outside pipe break in one week! Luckily Wally came to the rescue. He was available and even on a Sunday I got quick professional service. He was very fair with the price and always wore a mask. I would definitely recommend Save Plumbing!

Wally is nothing short of amazing! With COVID going on, I wasn't exactly thrilled to have someone come to my house but with Wally, I felt extremely safe and comfortable having him inside. He was masked the entire time and even had his son come in to help who was also masked. Wally was very prompt, professional, fast, and friendly throughout the job. He sent frequent ETAs so we could know when to expect him which was SO much better than a huge timeframe that most plumbers give you. I highly suggest you hire Wally for all of your plumbing needs. We usually have another plumbing service we've used for years but they were not  able to come out for 3 days to fix the problem we faced.  So saw this business on yelp and called Wally.  Wally came out the next day (it was not a dire emergency so we were ok w/ next day) with his coworker and took care of the problem at a reasonable price.

Very good customer service and I was impressed by the professionalism.  Will use this business for my plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are awesome. Water heater flame and pilot was not staying on. Called them Sat around 2:30PM, they are available same day at 7PM.   Wally took out thermocouple, vaccumed rust from the bottom of heater, installed new thermocouple and everything working as normal again. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Gave me some unrelated tips on appliances/house maintenance too.

These guys will be my go to plumbers going forward.

Walle is the definition of excellence and dependability in a plumber. He was patient in waiting with us for the county to turn the water on and off and he worked very hard late into the night after being notified of our emergency with our garden valve. As a friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable person, he was able to identify and inform us with what was going on with our problem. His quote was more than reasonable, and his time estimated to fix the problem was very accurate. I've called Save plumbing twice and both times they came out right away and fixed the problem fast and for a very reasonable price!
Also, they have a person who answers the phone when you call. Which is a plus, instead of leaving a message during a plumbing emergency

Overdue review,  I had low pressure on my outflow water heater. Called up Wally and he came same day.  I called several others plumber but they were unable to come same day.  Kudos to that.  Wally can with Ray his partner to check on my situation, and it appears that the outflow pipe that i had had rust and narrowed significantly thus lowering the hot water pressure.  The interesting part that i observed is that both of them counter check each other job, just to make sure that the fix is as good as it can be.  Wally, installed a new piping, however when Ray checked he wasn't too comfortable with the connection because the lining on my heater side already worn out.  He insist that he had to redo it all over again with another pipe just to make sure that i can have as tight connection as possible.  

Also, they were upfront with their cost before repair, which is good.  they tell you how much it cost to fix before they start the job.  the best part is they actually tell you the cost to fix for different scenario if it happen before they start working, in my case they quote me x amount for doing this repair, and they tell me right away if such and such happen and we need to replace this it would be additional y amount.

Also, they are very generous in giving tips and how to prevent plumbing issues in the future.  This alone would have saved me hundreds of dollar down the road.

I was trying to replace my leaking  water pressure regulator valve myself on Sunday, but run into an issue and could not fit the new PRV in. I need to get it done so my family can get water back. I called several plumbers to help, and luckily get Wally available on weekend.  He is very professional, talent,  and get job done quickly.

With his good work on Sunday, I asked him to come over today again to fix my backyard leaking garden faucet. He did a good job today again. He has lots of special plumbing tools, which make him to do the plumbing job efficient.

Wally is a nice, easy going guy. I highly recommend him.

Wally is the best plumber we have ever had.  Our kitchen sink drain clogged occasionally, we had a service from AAA, they just did some unclogging from the sink casually.  The problem never got fixed. We don't cook regularly and are very cautious to use drainer and garbage disposal.  I feel lucky that I called Wally this time.  He was patiently to use the snake to reach down and found out the real clog was deeper all the way down.  He came next day with all equipments and worked in the crawl space to clean all the pipe joints.  We are so happy now that finally we have a nice flow.  I highly recommend Wally 's service::))

My mother in law Mahboba had some plumbing issues in her guest bathroom for almost a couple of years. It so happened that the toilet started leaking water every time we flushed. Wally was quick to respond, drove all the way to San Ramon and thoroughly examined and fixed the problem. It's been a few days and it's still doing good. He's professional, straight forward and knowledgeable. He is also reasonably priced. We would def trust him with our plumbing issues in the future! Give him a try!

Save plumbing has come out to my house twice for clogged pipes and both times has been fantastic!  He arrives quickly, is very pleasant to talk to, and if asked walks you through what he's doing and why.

On this latest call he explained to me what I have to buy from Home Depot to keep the clogs from forming and even (using his equipment) how to do it.

Save Plumbing truly saved my day from a leaky faucet and saved me from potentially expensive repairs. If you need a Plumber who is courteous, hard-worker, goes the extra mile and knows his trade - call Wally. Not only he replaced the leaky faucet in my kitchen with a new one , corrected the piping from the GD to the DW ( incorrectly installed by the earlier GD guy ) , provided caulking and cleaned up the whole place. Most importantly he instinctively understood to keep his shoes outside the house. Keep up this good work ethic.

Wally has done an excellent job at fixing three different plumbing problems for us.  Polite, always with a smile on his face, he goes the extra mile to make his customer 100% satisfied.  Plumbing jobs can be messy, but he keeps things as clean as possible.  He is resourceful, comes up with unconventional solutions (e.g. attaching an extra-length pipe inside a toilet tank to increase its water-holding capacity, to get more flushing strength).

I had a weekend emergency of drains backing up.  After calling around frantically with no luck, I found Wally who answered his phone.

He was able to come within the hour, did a great job, and was reasonably priced.

He then identified something that needed updating and came back today to take care of it.  He is prompt, responsive and I feel like he would tell me like it is.

P.S.  I sent him to my friend's house up the street after my emergency.  My friend had been quoted a ridiculous amount for a leak under her house.  Wally agreed to look at it and determined there was no leak.  Not only did he save my friend over $4000 but didn't even charge for his visit.

Wally was recommended by Khan the plumber that I initially called and since khan was busy he asked me to call for Wally.
My kitchen drainage was clogged luckily I was able to have the appointment with Wally to come to see the problem the same day.

Wally was kind enough to let me know that he is running late for that I appreciate his mannerism.
Upon meeting I can see Wally is a very polite and friendly man.
He checked my clogged kitchen and soon he found the problem.
He finished unclogging my kitchen drainage within minutes. He gave us very reasonable price and warranty for his job.
We will recommend to have Wally and will use his service for future service.

I am very pleased with Save Plumbing. I had called after hours and the owner quickly returned my call and scheduled an appointment to come check out our clogged bathroom sink. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He had asked what we had tried so far and if any of our attempts had worked. We had tried multiple things from snaking to vinegar and baking soda, nothing had worked. He was able to get the sink to drain within an hour. What a quick turn around. We had a clogged pipe and our toilets were overflowing when I used the washer. We tried to unclog the pipe ourselves but with no luck. Contacted Save Plumbing and Wally responded quickly on the same day. He provided a quote for the problem and we made an appointment. With the Pandemic, we avoid having people come into our home. Given the location of the clog, he was open to trying to resolve the problem from outside. He wore his mask at all times even when outside. Within an hour, the problem was resolved. Wally was great!  Water started coming out of our walls when we turned on the shower. Wally came out to check it out the same day I called him.  He thought it may be a bigger job that would need opening up the walls but decided he would try to fix the shower faucet first and see if that fixes the problem.  It worked and the shower now works great with no leaks. Plus the water does not take as long as it used to take to get warm.  Because Wally was honest and is exceptional at his job, he quickly fixed what could have been a major problem, saving us so much time and money.

Wally promptly replied to my phone call & appeared to door in short periof of time. I have a broken faucet at the backyard & Wally gave me a brand new faucet (a more upgraded quality than my old one), he also insulated my main water pipe without charging me for more. I had to call them twice to fix a broken toilet flush. They found a leak and fixed that too. They were very honest and reasonable with the swrvice cost and super quick to respond. He wanted to come at the same day I texted him about the broken toilet. I was not home, so he came on Sunday instead and fixed in no time. I will call him for any plumbing related need again.

Great service! I called and spoke with the owner the day after Christmas to repair a leak at my mother's house. The owner came out and repaired it in less than an hour. He also repair my mother's toilet that was stopped up for no additional charge . Great price great service I will use him again.

Our downstairs toilet flooded randomly at 4pm on a Tuesday and I was frantically calling places to find a plumber to come out and fix it. I'm so glad I called Wally at Save Plumbing. I called their office for my kitchen drain cleaning. Wally is very professional and organized starting from scheduling a apptmt. to providing updates up as he turned out late. He didn't charge me as much quoted because it's not useful to do drain cleaning looked kitchen plumbing and situation. I liked his approach of helping customers and suggesting things.
I end up paying some amount for his time as he reviewed my old house plumbing & clean-out structure for quick preventive checks and few minor fixes, but very gladly. Highly recommend them for your plumbing/drain/clog issues.
