Ken was awesome! I was out of state when I got a call from my son who thought the AC was leaking. He had it turned off (during 110° day. )  Called Ken in the evening he was there the next morning great communication with my son in helping him get the water shut off. Found pinhole leaks in the ceiling near the AC repaired it promptly and super reasonable I will call him every time!

I have used ken 4x now 2x for replacing a toilet, one garbage disposal replacement and one leak in the wall. all times he was honest, great prices and did the job with out any issues. I now need to replace my hot heater and guess who I am calling....

Ken came right away to fix my faucet. He also did not charge me an arm and a leg. Plus he taught me how to change the rubber seal on my faucet so I won't have to call a plumber for something so simple and get charged exorbitant fees. Thank you Ken.

What a great service call. Needed some assistance with a new disposal install. Called early afternoon and he was available that evening. Went to get parts I didn't have made it so easy and guarantees his work.

He committed and confirmed to stop by for a work, but no show-up next day. Called him multiple times to follow up, not responsive. Days later this contractor started to excuse himself.

No accountability, not professional at all.

This is my second time using this plumber.  Very fast service in Folsom!  I called at 4pm on a Friday and Ken was at my door at 4:20pm.  I didn't know that you could get service like that anymore.  

Very nice man who works quickly and gives you a fair price.  What more could you ask for?

Need a handy, reliable and honest plumber? Ken is your man! He's been our plumber for years now and almost hesitant to recommend him so we can keep him all to ourselves. Ken has always been there whenever we needed him and works fast to get the job done and on to the next.  Always so friendly and professional.  We've had toilets and faucets replaced and just had a major pipe replaced in our garage that was completed under an hour! Always completes his job with a smile! Can't find that these days!  Just a side note - he only accepts checks so have that ready just in case! Thanks Ken!!

Wow, quick response and came out to clear clogged sewer pipe same morning.  Very friendly and has it all done (including quick trip to Lowes to get new toilet seat wax ring) in one hour.  Great work and local in Folsom.  Thanks you Payless Plumbing.

Second time that we've had to deal with Ken of Payless Plumbing. (Toilet seal leaking)  All I can say is that he's punctual, honest, and gets the job done right.  Rates are within reason and the most important thing is when you meet him, you really feel that you can trust him.

Honest man! Sent him a video of my leaking pipe which looked dramatic. He replied, looks like a simple job. Came in on scheduled time on a Sunday! Fixed it within the hour and charged me 3 times less than the other plumber that quoted me over the phone for $550! Even gave me 6 months warranty! Great guy and would recommend to anyone!

I have found my new permanent plumber.  Ken was great.  I had a flood inside my downstairs due to a backed up pipe, and everything was coming out from the toilet and the tub. It was a nightmare scenario.   It happened once before too.  

I called Ken and he came here right away.  He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and solve the problem, and he jumped right into things.  He wasn't interested in having me sign a million forms or agree to elaborate pricing schemes.  He just wanted to fix my problem, fast.  He quoted me a price over the phone too, which was nice, and he stuck to it.  His pricing was more than fair.

When I had the exact same problem 2 years ago, I had called some other plumbing company, and they wouldn't quote me over the phone.  Now I know why. When they come out, you are stuck.  You have to use whoever is there when your house is flooding.  They swindled me for almost $900 for that job.  They had me by the short hairs and they knew it.  I hope they are out of business now.  

Ken charged me $110 for the EXACT SAME JOB, and he was much more thorough.  He fixed everything right away and spent some time talking about the root cause and how to fix in the future.  On top of everything, he was super friendly and down to earth. He knows what he's doing, has good equipment, and his unpretentious style is welcome.  I won't use anyone else in the future.

I left a non emergency message leaving my name and number and the repair I needed.  Told him no rush.  This plumber called me and rushed over to fix my broken kitchen faucet within 30 min.  He gave me a price over the phone and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a plumber.

needed a plumber near Folsom in a hurry... looked at the YELP reviews... figured I'd give Ken a try.  Told him what I needed and he gave me a quote for the work over the phone.  Ended up the work took him less time than he estimated and he lowered his final price by $100.  He did exactly what I needed, quickly.  Not sure how you beat that!  I'll definitely call him next time I need plumbing work.

Ken is great! Our kitchen faucet broke so when our attempt to fix it failed, I called several plumbers. Ken was the only one who could come out that same evening. He quoted me a price on the phone that was on average $50 less than what everyone else quoted. To top it off, he replaced a pipe that we had noticed when we were under the sink that would need replacing soon, without asking or charging us another dime! When I noticed he just said, Oh, I noticed it wasn't good and I had another just like it in the truck and so I just did it since I was already down there. Super nice guy. Fast worker. No BS! I hope he's kept busy, because he's really great.

After having a  real hardwood floor installed, I was hesitant to say the least when I was reconnecting my dishwasher, and the valves began dripping..after calling multiple plumbers and getting week out appointments, with a range of $125-$175 charge, I connected with Ken. He actually arrived before I could make it home and waited a few minutes, then told me no problem, connected it and charged less than his counterparts, he also looked at a couple other plumbing issues and helped remediate the problem and told me what I part I needed  to fix the toilet.

One thing to know is he only takes payment with checks, but he was prompt, very nice and reasonable priced! Thank you Ken, I appreciate your service.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I called Ken at 6:02pm, and he arrived at my house in 20 minutes. He fixed it in 10 minutes, and charged very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Sunday! Of course, where will I find a Plumber with sinks belching garbage in my kitchen! I called Payless and had a professional at my door in under 2 hours. Polite, knowledgeable and honest! Can't ask for more (and on a Sunday).
