Make It Drain

I would consider the single star Make it Drain received an anomaly.  All of these contractors are busy and I would take into consideration that around the time of that one gentleman's unfortunate problem, every plumber was up to their knees in fixing pipes for the next two months due to February's winter storm.
I just had my home remodeled and am so glad that David was on the job.  He has done some amazing work here.  Any photos I post are just of fixture installations, but the real photos would have been the dirty stuff before all this pretty stuff went in. Cutting out concrete, laying concrete to create a flush shower pan, running a gas line, then having to cut the gas line out of the wall because the drywall crew covered it up. And now it's 9:45 PM and he is working late to finish up because he knows I just want to have a kitchen again.
Make it Drain is my plumber for life guys, I could not recommend David more.  A genuine and honest guy who has been plumbing since he was 18...yeah, we shot the shit a little and had a beer too tonight.

Per other reviews, Fast and courteous is right. Great customer service, as well. I'm having a difficult time finding words to describe what a great experience we had with David & Make It Drain. Their payment options are fantastic & really... I wish every service person ran their business similar to Make It Drain.

If anyone has read my other reviews, you might know that I generally only like to talk about how great I am, but if I am going to take the time to review someone else, it is because they too, are great.  David is great.

David is exactly what I want from a professional. He explained everything I needed explaining. He solved my problem fast. I was out a hot water heater and would have had to wait a week to get one but David figured out a way to get me one within the hour and install it. He did and I was able to take a hot shower!

David from Make It Drain made a frustrating experience with my Home Warranty company so much smoother. He walked me through the process that my warranty claim would require and patiently worked with the warranty company to get my claim covered (he is a much more patient person than me). He came back to my house multiple times without complaint (as the warranty process is not a quick one) and ultimately replaced my toilet with a brand new one. Great guy - thanks, David!

Also, how awesome is the name Make It Drain?!

We had just moved in to a rental house and a few of the sink, tub, and shower drains were very slow to drain.  David called ahead of time, showed up on time, was very courteous, cleared the drains, and got us 'back in business'.  
Yay, we can finally use our shower!  I have bookmarked Make It Drain for future plumbing issues or projects I may need.  :)

Our toilet was leaking & after being put on the back burner for a month by another plumbing company recommended by the home warranty service, we got changed to David at Make it Drain.

David made us a priority & was able to work with our schedule. He came immediately the next day & fixed our toilet.

Unfortunately, another part of our toilet was still broken, so he had to come back. But again, scheduling was relatively easy & David did good work. Not sure how much was charged since we ran everything through our home warranty, but the work was good!

Our toilet is up & running & not leaking... woohoo! Thanks David!

David went above and beyond when my landlord had neglected to repair and update an early 90s hot water heater in our home and we were without hot water for nearly a week. He was speedy, clear, and layed out all the options in professional and understandable terminology. He made sure we were safe when installing gas and refused to let our landlord cut corners to save a dime and threaten our safety. He walked into our nightmare of repairs made by home handymen and weekend warriors years before us and checked every nook and cranny to identify the problem. I highly recommend David for all of your plumbing needs.

We weren't happy with our previous plumber's inconsistent responsiveness, so I searched Nextdoor for recommendations in our neighborhood. David came highly recommended. He responded quickly to my phone call, came out three hours (!!!) later with exactly the replacement parts we needed, gave me a five-minute heads up before his arrival, worked quickly, precisely, and efficiently, and charged us what he quoted us. Bonus: he was friendly, cleaned up the workspace, and replaced a piece of existing PVC pipe that was the wrong length. Very excited to have a new plumber!

David is a great plumber!  He is the most reasonable and fairest priced plumber I know.  As a Realtor and landlord of 20 years, I have dealt with my share of plumbers.  I have been using David for a few years now.  He has worked on my personal residence, my rent house, my wife's restaurant and I have referred him to several clients.  I would not trust him with my clients if he were not the best.  My clients have always been very happy with the results, you will be happy too if you call Make a Drain.

Very professional and fair. I called over 5 different plumbers before I came across Make it Drain, 3 of which I had come to the house and I had to ask to leave due to unprofessionalism and ridiculous prices. I even had one from AAA Auger tell me the price would be double what Make it Drain charged me and when I pushed back and inquired why they said the labor and that it would take well over an hour...guess how long it took Make it Drain? 1 hour 15 minutes INCLUDING a trip to lowes and back.

After calling two other plumbing services without so much as a return call, I wasn't expecting this company to be any different. I thought I would have to call a big name company that treats you like a number instead of a person. I didn't have to! David of Make it Drain returned my call within 5 minutes, came out the same day, fixed my water heater within a half hour, and charged me a fair price. I am very happy I called. I will absolutely recommend this service and will use him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Had the pleasure of having Make It Drain (David) swap out my Water Heater after the first Arctic Blast of 2015 scared it into submission.  David was LEGIT, was able to swap out the Water Heater and explained how it worked...by that I mean: this is the first Gas Water Heater I've ever owned, it is foreign to me how these things work.  Nevertheless,  I was given a quick 101 on them and the Water Heater was swapped out pretty quick! He was even able to do a quick side job on a running outdoor faucet for a really reasonable price.  He owns his own business, so his schedule is pretty flexible, he will even call you the day before to concern and even makes great conversation.  Highly recommend this guy!

I left an urgent message about my sewer being backed up late on Saturday night. David texted back within 20 minutes that he was in the area the next morning & could swing by. He called before coming and was done within 15 minutes. For the service, very reasonable. I'll call him again.

David is a great plumber.  He responded to our call unbelievably fast, did good work, and charged a fair price.  We have no complaints and will definitely use him again in the future.

David from Make it Drain came to my home Saturday morning and fixed two toilets which were backing into the bathtubs. He was very friendly, professional and honest. He arrived quickly after calling to tell me he was on his way and resolved the problem within 30 minutes so we could get back to remodeling the rest of the house. Finally! My kitchen faucet issue is resolved by the Make it Drain LLC.
