I called on Wednesday because I suspected my garbage disposal was officially broken. They were able to come the same day and check it out, and gave me a quote. Super affordable to fix a really old disposal. They worked really quickly and gave me tips on what can (and can't--oops) go down a garbage disposal. I couldn't believe how great the service was and even better that it was so affordable! I will definitely use Kanak in the future.

The folks at Kanak Plumbing are the best! Our water heater wasn't working and we thought we might have to replace it, but Luke, one of the Kanak plumbers, was at our place the same day and repaired it in less than an hour! Now we've got hot water and the bill was half of what we expected!

This was the first time I had to call a plumber and I was uncomfortable on where to start but Andy was super helpful and guided me through everything. I told him about my broken heater and he requested I send photos. After that he explained to me about the next steps and gave me an estimate, told me what the repair would include and scheduled me for an appointment. The at home service was easy and quick, Andy was very nice and made sure to triple check everything before he left. Overall the process was much more easier than I imagined. Definitely call them if you need any repairs!!!

I just got a new water heater installed. Todd was a really excellent technician and he helped me replace my garbage disposal and he was a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Kanak Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They do great work.

When my hot water went out I had no idea what to do or where to look. The only thing I knew was that I needed a professional and FAST! There was water all over the floor and it looked like it was coming from the bottom of the water heater. I had seen this happen to a neighbor as a child and always wished it wouldn't happen to me but...it did.

When I called in they knew I was concerned about getting my water heater cleaned up and replaced ASAP. They made sure to get me in as fast as they could. I work in customer service myself and great follow up is something I personally really appreciate. Kanak Plumbing stayed in contact with me every step of the way. They did as they promised and came out and replaced the water heater. I'm very impressed and appreciative that they followed through with a big job like this on little notice.

They are the type of people who are concerned about their customers needs and wants.

I'm SO happy that I got an appointment with them on such short notice because my anxiety was starting to go through the roof. I really had a good feeling about them and they turned out to be great! I will continue to recommend them from here on out.

O wow! I am so incredibly pleased with Kanak Plumbing! There was an annoying sound coming from my shower because of a leak. They came by and got my shower leak repaired in a jiffy! They came out to my house so quickly and fixed it fast! I would definitely use them again because they were efficient and professional!

My wife was having some issues with our garbage disposal. She had me call around a few places and I have to say Karnak Plumbing was the best. The owner, Todd was great. He was easy to talk to and got my appointment booked for later in the evening. He had one of his best plumbers named Luke stop in. Luke was awesome as well. I could tell he was a pro and got everything done super quickly. The garbage disposal works like new. Amazing service highly recommend these guys.

I decided to call Kanak Plumbing because I had a major clogging problem with my shower/bath drain. It was getting to the point where I was taking a shower and also a bath at the same time because the water wasn't draining at all. I tried putting off calling a plumber trying to fix the issue myself but nothing was working... When I finally decided to call in they had a few different appointments available for the next day which was awesome. So I decided to go with a 3pm appointment.

When their plumber came over he got there around 2:50pm which was totally fine! Better early than late right! He looked at my bath tub and started working on it and wasn't before too long when he was all done!

I'm glad that I had a professional do it! Plus, they get 5 stars for the great price, the awesome service and punctuality! I will definitely recommend and call them again for any plumbing issues in the future! Thanks Kanak Plumbing!

The process couldn't have been more simple. I love the way they did it and honestly I wish more companies were like this. After calling in late Friday evening they told me they could make an appointment and come out to look at my bathtub drain that was clogged. Since I was still waiting on certain plans, I asked if it was okay to give them a call back. Their plumber just actually had me text over my information when I was ready, which made things go by way faster. He also made sure to text me a few minutes before he came so I could be ready for him. The plumber (I belive his name was Luke) was really helpful and thorough when it came to explaining the problem and what the solution was going to be. He also made sure I knew what the price was and that it wouldn't change unless I wanted to add more work or upgrades. My overall experience was great. I appreciated the fast communication and honesty of the company. Thank you Luke! I would highly recommend using them.

I'm usually not a big leave-a-review type of person, but when I come across a company that provides outstanding service,  it's only right to let others know.  I needed my hot water heater serviced, and found Kanak Plumbing online.  They were available to come out quickly and assess my situation, which ended up being a new hot water heater.  Andy was super informative understanding and answered ALL my questions and completed the work quickly, I was hardly inconvenienced during the process.  Great rates, service, quick and very through.  Highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience from start to finish. I had a gas hot water heater and it needed to be replaced. I wanted to switch to a tankless. I got my appointment the day of with Kanak Plumbing. I called in and the secretary let me know that a technician would be calling me back soon. I got a call back from Luke and we discussed everything that had to be done to switch from a tank water heater to a tankless.

When he came over the job was not easy. He had to be at my house for 3 hours to make sure everything was working properly. He was so kind and respectful and I knew that the job was taking longer than expected. He even moved a job around for me so that he could finish my tankless replacement. Can't rave enough about him and Kanak Plumbing!!

Recently, I had a very sudden plumbing issue that needed repair. My water heater didn't seem to be working because I could not get hot water anywhere in the house. Especially the shower! No hot water for a shower this time of year is NO FUN. I began calling places I found on Yelp and online and the guys here seemed most legit. They sounded knowledgeable over the phone and most importantly were going to respond the quickest. They had someone out the same day I called and got me my hot water back. Really appreciate the fast turnaround and friendly service. I hope I don't have another problem, but if I do...these guys will be the first call I make.

THEY WERE GREAT! Todd came over and helped me fix a leaking shower head and a clogged up bath tub drain. I have never called a plumber before so I felt skeptical at first but felt so reassured after calling him. He was so knowledgable and did all of the work in a timely manner. He was such a nice guy. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Ask for Todd when getting your plumbing work done!!!

This place has good workers AND good service! That's why they get 5 stars. They just unclogged my two bathtub drains. One was really bad but the other was on the verge of starting to get pretty bad. Kanak Plumbing was able to fix both drains and they are working like new now! I was trying to decide between them and another plumbing company and I'm just glad I went with them!! I would definitely recommend.

We were on the lookout for a good company to help get our garbage disposal repaired. someone on social media had told us about kanak Plumbing so I decided to give them a try. they were so awesome and easy to work with. they gave us a great deal and we couldn't be happier. the job was pretty fast too. honestly, I barely even notice the guys were there the whole time. my only tip is to use cash or a check to avoid the credit card fees. we will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Luke was the absolute best! After calling many other plumbing companies and getting the runaround I decided to go with Kanak Plumbing. I found them to be extremely nice and professional. When I called back to schedule an appointment the phone was answered by Luke, who was able to put me on the schedule the following morning to fix my dishwasher. Luke showed up on time and was in and out quickly, he had a great attitude, and was very informative throughout the whole process.  Luke is my new go-to guy!

Luke helped us out when we were in a bind. When our hot water heater has stopped working we found them online and gave them a call. They were one of the few people who answer our call since it was later in the evening. He had me text in a few photos. He said it was Pretty easy to tell what the problem was and gave us a reasonable price for the repair. Luke got the hot water heater repaired and send us a Invoice. He gave a small discount anyways I would for sure rated them 5 star they did everything great they are great plumbers.

My husband called me the other morning to let me know some great news. That our water heater was relatively new and would only need to be repaired not replaced. I called the right place, the plumber was very nice and knowledgeable...My husband and I are very pleased with the service. If you reading this let Kanak Plumbing take care of your plumbing needs.

Great service here! I was recommended by a cousin. They had their water heater repaired by them about a year ago so I decided to use them too. I'm so glad I used them because they did a great job, plus gave me a small discount since I was a referral! Make sure to try and request Brad if you can. He did my repair crazy fast and even offered to do a walk through in my house and check on the rest of my plumbing. Talk about going above and beyond!! Kanak Plumbing staff are great and reliable, Got an appointment for a  same day as I called for a heater repair. They did such a great job . No uncharges or gimmicks just straight forward business. Hot water heater is working better now. This guys definitely know what they're doing.

I had my water heater fixed by Luke. He was a really cool guy and was able to see my water heater the same day I called. Just needed a part replaced and the cost was reasonable for sure. No more cold showers thanks to Kanak Plumbing and Luke!

Loved these people! They were so awesome!! I noticed my hot water heater getting less warm, searched through yelp, and decided to give this company a call.

I was super happy with the experience and the excellent customer service they provided! I ended up getting an entirely new replacement for a water heater instead of fixing it since it was just so old. It was either put a few hundred into getting a repair or just that money towards getting a long lasting water heater, which includes a warranty too!!

They were able to fit me in and worked around my schedule. They put in the water heater hassle free and they made it look clean and nice before they left.

Luke helped get my garbage disposal working again. It got jammed up last week and they got me right in. I had one of those out of the blue emergency moments where you have a house full of people coming over for the weekend, and something of course happens to break. Well my hot water heater decided it no longer wanted to work anymore, and I literally had people showing up at my doorstep as this thing stopped working. I happened to call Kanak plumbing, and I was glad I made the call. Andy was the plumber that was sent over to my place to help me get out of this sticky situation. Let me tell you this guy was awesome! He saw the stress I was under, and the amount of guest I had staying in the house. He assured me the issue would be corrected today and in a timely fashion.The water tank was a total loss, and Andy had recommended a tankless water heater for my household given the water system I was using. I was all for the change given the issues I had with this water heater and I should of replaced it years ago. Andy was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner, and managed to save my weekend of entertaining guest. I would definitely recommend Kanak plumbing, and there services again.

I was looking for a reliable plumbing service, one that I could trust wouldn't take advantage of the situation. Sure enough, Kanak Plumbing came to the rescue. They were able to take care of our bathtub with ease. Fast, friendly service made my plumbing issues seem like they were simple fixes! My shower was getting extremely backed up despite my efforts to clear it (using vinegar/baking soda mixtures, etc). As my first year living on my own, I had no idea what the issue was, so a friend recommended I try Kanak Plumbing. I called was able to talk to Luke, who said it would probably need a snake. He offered to come the next day, arrived right on time, and went to work in my shower.

Took a total of 20 minutes!! But the amount of guck he pulled out was unbelievable.. and most likely from previous tenants or years of no cleaning. He also took the liberty to dispose of the gunk himself.

I felt really comfortable having service through Kanak because the plumber was super friendly and quick, and I was given a fair price. I definitely would call again for my future plumbing issues.

I had my garbage disposal repaired and it's working so much better! They have a flexible schedule and they can give you a quote over the phone, which made my decision so much easier. :) they also stand behind all their work and if my garbage disposal stops working anytime soon they will come back out an fix it again. The plumber even checked my water heater before he left to make sure everything still looked good.

Honestly, it was my first time calling for a plumber on my own and I couldn't have had a better first time experience! Great place to call up if you're in OC and looking for some plumbing work.

This review is for Andy! He was super helpful in repairing my garbage disposal. It started making weird noises like it wasn't working properly, then eventually would not even turn on anymore. When I called in, he asked me a few questions, got my information, then made an appointment for the very next morning. He also gave me a heads up when he was on his way, which I really appreciated! I was honestly a little nervous, as it can be awkward having a stranger in my personal space, however, he was so friendly and outgoing. He made me very comfortable, so I had no problems at all. He was super fast, which was great as I had a lot to do that day. I honestly do not have any complaints. Thank you so much Andy!

Thank you Kanak Plumbing! I've never had such an easy experience with any sort of home maintenance. They booked my water heater repair quickly and answered all my questions before having Brad come over to get the job done. Brad was really personable and professional which is always nice when it comes to house work. He also provided us with all the maintenance information we could possibly need with our repaired heater. Sometimes with plumbers, you never know what you're going to get.  Luckily, I read some of the reviews for Kanak Plumbing and immediately called them when my garbage disposal went out!  They arrived in a timely manner, were very professional and friendly and he even had a smile on his face the entire time, despite the smelly disposal!  I was very impressed and would highly recommend you call Kanak Plumbing whether you have a garbage disposal problem or a leak they will be there promptly and fix the problem with a smile!!
