I needed a new toilet installed as well as a new garbage disposal. I called Jeremy who answered straight away, I explained what I needed done, he said no problem and even sent me links for the recommended items to purchase. I purchased the items that day and the next day (today) he picked up the items for me and came to install both. My old garbage disposal and plumbing under sink was a little wonky, but he fixed it all.  Jeremy is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, fast and professional!  I really appreciate the work and will definitely use in the future for any plumbing needs. Jeremy is the best plumbing expert I have ever met.  He is honest and professional with his work.  He taught customers how to best maintain the plumbing system instead of selling expensive stuff like fancy water filtration system like most other plumbing companies did.  His estimate to remove my old water softener and reconnect the pipe is the best.  Moreover, he even adjusted his charge down by 15% when he actually completed his work!  I will definitely go back to Jeremey for plumbing repair and refer him to everyone I know in the future.

Jeremy is very honest and dependable. Prices are definitely reasonable and worth it. I originally thought I needed a new garbage disposal because of a leak, but he found the leak and told me my garbage disposal was good for a couple more years. It's hard to find someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't try to charge you for something you don't need.  I am definitely going to use Jeremy for all my plumbing problems.

Right on time to the appointment.  Very patient throughout the whole process.  Great communication. Great job clearing the calcification in the shower drain.  It looked like a rock sculpture and you could not even see the pipe.   Came out ultra clean after Jeremy was done.  Very reasonably priced.  Highly recommend.

Had our tankless water heater flushed and toilet leak fixed along with wax seal replacement requiring removal of toilet and reset. Great communication throughout and excellent service. Came home last night to no hot water... Put out some requests on Yelp and Jeremy was one of the first to get back to me.. I read his reviews and agreed for him come over next morning.. Fortunatley it is was just a pilot light out on my water heater- he did explain about replacing the heater (if it wasnt the pilot) what the costs was-- very honest and transparent business person, great at communication .  Lets just say I now have a new plumber - I highly recommend Jeremey and JLB plumbing..

I had a water line leak to my refrigerator and Jeremy fixed it in less than an hour.  He called me on a Sunday morning and he came out the next morning.  The fix was perfect and at a good price.  And, while he was here, he fixed an outside water valve problem. Our toilet and bathtub got clogged and after my own failed attempts to fix it with a plunger and also a amazon purchased plumbing snake sink drain auger I gave up.   Jeremy was very fast to response to my message on yelp and also via text messages.   He advise me that he was would be in my area the same day and he provided me with a rough quote which was a fair price after explaining to him in detail the problem.   Jeremy came over within a few hours and fixed up our bathroom in no time.    He also pointed out that the tile in our bathroom was installed incorrectly (which was done by the prior owner) and that they did not properly install the tile were toilet to sit high on the drain flange and that it could lead to bigger problem down the future if that flange were to fail due to that gap between the tile and flange.    Jeremy was fair, friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend him.

This was our second time hiring Jeremy. This time was to replace our water heater. He replied to my texts quickly, and we got an appointment set up for the following week.

Just like the previous time we had him out to our house, he arrived when he said he would, and got straight to work. He explained what he would be doing, and about how long he estimated it to take.

He kept me updated when updates were needed, and he finished the job pretty much when he said he would. As with our previous job, he cleaned up well, and left his work area spotless.

The new water heater is working as it should. He even replaced some of the old valves and pipes that were corroded. We should be set for many years now!

Jeremy is quickly becoming our go-to plumbing guy. We hope we don't need to have him out again any time soon. But if the need arises, we'd have no questions about hiring him again. Thanks!

Update: We had no issue with Jeremy's services. He responded to our request promptly and the service charge was fair. As long as you don't move forward with his referral - King Restoration, I'd still recommend choosing JLB Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Our family had a broken drain so I looked up Yelp and hired Jeremy. We expressed concerns with water damage, so Jeremy referred us to a damage restoration company called King Restoration. He told us that he had been working with them for a really long time, so we trusted Jeremy and called this company after Jeremy had left. I usually don't think it's fair to blame someone for referring a bad business, but in this case, I do think it's necessary to warn every homeowner about their very suspicious practices. Here's why:

King Restoration told us they'd come out the same day to give us a free estimate. We had concerns about insurance coverage on fixing the water damage, but King Restoration reassured us that depending on how 'the plumber' (aka Jeremy) writes the report, the homeowner insurance should cover the entire bill. King Restoration also warned us that the insurance would deny our claim if we don't act immediately (which we later learned none of it was true). I attempted to look up King Restoration in Laguna Niguel online but found zero information (no info, no review and fake business address). Even with this huge red flag, my family signed the contract due to fear of financial loss and trust in Jeremy's referral.

The next day we consulted with our lawyer and realized this could be insurance fraud and those guys are just con artists. We reached out to King Restoration and requested more explanation, and they said they would have their manager call us back. But sketchy enough, we got a call back from Jeremy right after instead of the manager. Jeremy checked in with us to see if we had any questions about the insurance coverage and reassured us that he had been working with this company for many years. At this point our intuition is telling us that this whole thing is not legit, so we canceled the contract the next day with King Restoration, which btw was legal. In the end they have the audacity to send me a nearly $1,000 bill for a free estimate and lending us a dehumidifier, which an identical unit from home deport only rents $62 per day.

Again we had no issue with Jeremy's plumbing work, but this whole thing had left a bad taste in my mouth and we're still very upset about this whole situation. It's unacceptable to take advantage of someone's misfortunate and go along with fraudulent practices. I hope Jeremy keep up with his promise to stop working with King Restoration.

My wife bought a nice vanity, countertop, sink bowl, and waterfall faucet. Jeremy of JLB Plumbing did the installation this morning.
He was very personable and kept the house neat and cleaned up afterward, as well as did a really nice install.

My rental property's main line clogged up after hours. Reach out to plumbers and most of the were responded by their coordinator, which they don't know anything aside from waiting for their tech to respond the next day. Jeremy responded, and was the only one knowledgable enough to help me. Jeremy came first thing next morning to help unclogged my property, and price is fair. Will be using them again in the future.

Jeremy is the best Plumber in town. He came by to install a ice box behind my fridge and saw had a kitchen faucet sitting around. I was busy with work and he helped out with the faucet too. definitely recommend for any job big or small!

Jeremy responses to my request within 30 minutes, came out to my project the next day and was so clean and respectful! His work was precise and perfect I needed a new dishwasher installed and the old removed and he did it all in 2 hours! His pricing was the best out of all requests and was so trust worthy, he is the only plumber I'm calling for any and all projects!

Our front patio hose bib broke off trying to self replace faucet. Jeremy responded to yelp repair request very fast. Help out much that he was local to my house. Repair work was fast and clean. New hose bib and faucet look great. Thank you so much for your quick response and great workmanship.

We live in Newport Beach and even though it is far from his location, he was always on time in the time frame he gave us.   Jeremy is very polite.  Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, easy scheduling, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  In addition to the services we called him for,  we asked him to check all our drains (sink, toilet, etc) and he told us what we needed and never tried to oversell to include additional services.   We even asked him to snake another line and he said we did not need it and explained why and he did not want to charge us for it.  We will definitely go to Jeremy at JLB Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Jeremy came to my home with short notice. He is not one of these companies with the crazy expensive wrapped vans that charge you 2-3x as much for worse work. He is reputable, honest, and fairly priced. It is becoming more and more difficult to find good service people to let into your home that aren't just looking to upsell you unnecessary expensive repairs. Jeremy is there to do the job effectively, efficiently, and for an honest price. He communicates quickly and clearly to boot!

Jeremy was quick with installing a new toilet wax ring for our upstairs bathroom. His final price BEAT his estimate because I did not need the flange replaced and he got it set quicker than expected. Caulking and workmanship are flawless.

I called several companies for a quote on fixing my shower water flow valve. It was not allowing cold water. I got several quotes for $800. Jeremy quoted me much less. He came the next day and quickly fixed it. Usually people who charge you alot are really not experienced. Its overwhelming for them. For Jeremy this was nothing. These are the kind of people you want working on your house.

Jeremy is just an amazing plumber! One of my friends' referred him to me for some work and he was extremely responsive, professional and thorough! He quickly came and did an amazing job with the install/work.  While he was doing the install, he even helped replace a non-functioning shower.

My garbage disposal went out after 9 years. Jeremy was helpful and responsive. It was easy to schedule an appointment and didn't have to wait around to get an appointment. He was helpful and got the work done clean and in a very timely manner. Pricing was very fair for the quality of work.

I had a clogged garbage disposal drain, and Jeremy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His initial price quote was neither the highest nor the lowest, but based on his quick response, positive Yelp reviews and my desire to support a small business owner, I selected him for the job.  Not only was Jeremy able to schedule me for the next day, but he was able to start the job a little earlier than expected.  When he arrived, he was very friendly, took off his shoes without my asking and got to work.  The best part is that he fixed my clogged drain quickly and at a price that was slightly lower than his original quote.  He went on to check all of my drains and remove hair from the bathroom sink drains as part of his service visit.  I am so happy that I contacted and selected this business, and Jeremy will be my go to should I have any future plumbing needs.  I highly recommend Jeremy and JLB Plumbing for responsiveness, integrity, fair pricing and the ability to get the job done!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I called around shopping for prices for my plumbing needs. One company had a bait and switch scam going on, but luckily I didn't use them. After that I used Yelp and received several price quotes for a very simple task. Surprisingly half the plumbers did not provide the service I was looking for. JLB had the best price and we're also the most convenient. Price was my biggest concern as this was not an emergency issue. JLB handled the request very quickly and in a Covid safe manner. I highly recommend JLB and communicating your concerns as they can find creative solutions for your needs. Moving forward, JLB will be my first call if I have any plumbing concerns.

Was in a pinch when my sink backed up at 5pm on a stressful Monday, tried all the fix it my self things when I realized the problem was out of my hands - called Jeremy and he let me know that he could come out the following morning. Jeremy is awesome!  We needed our toilet replaced and were hoping for it to be done ASAP since I was due with our second child that same week.  He came in and was super nice and clean.  We will DEFINITELY be using him again for any of our plumbing needs.

I had been trying for weeks to get someone to fix a plumbing issue to no avail.  Jeremy @ JLB Plumbing was referred to me from another plumber.  Luckily he was able to work me in his schedule and came out the same day I called him.  I had guests coming and they weren't going to have a working shower/tub.  He truly saved me and was extremely reasonable with his pricing, not to mention he has excellent communication.  Jeremy owns his own business, so his prices are more fair than some of the other plumbing businesses.  I highly recommend him.  He is a no-nonsense guy and gets the job done.  You can tell he likes his work.  You can't go wrong hiring him for your plumbing needs...I promise.

Great work and excellent communication.  Contacted Jeremy on a Sunday to get a quote for adding a natural gas T on an existing line to feed a generator.  He texted back almost immediately and was able to come out the next day to look at the pipe and provide the estimate.  His estimate was hundreds less than some other plumbers I contacted.

It took me several days to get all my estimates and choose JLB.  Once I did, Jeremy again responded immediately, answered my questions and booked me for a Friday install (and apologized if that wasn't soon enough and I needed to choose someone else, which I didn't).

On Thursday I got a text saying that his job on Friday ended up adding a bunch of requirements he wasn't expecting, and he offered to come out that day instead.  Since it was an outdoor job, there was no issue with me not being home, so I agreed. Jeremy sent photos of the parts he was planning on using and the layout of how everything would look.  He also sent pictures of the job progress and the completed job.

Since he had to come a day early, my quick disconnect had not yet arrived, so Jeremy left the 1/2 pipe ready for me including Teflon tape and pipe dope making it super easy to attach once it arrived.

And best of all - the final price was $5 less than his estimate!

After I sent out my request, Jeremy responded promptly. he was very easy to communicate and  diagnosed my piping problem quickly via FaceTime. I have changed my appointment schedule for  a couple of times. Jeremy was very patient and helpful. He kept the appointment on time, He was very efficient to fix my problem.  I'm very happy I found Jeremy. For now, I added him on my contact list for future house plumbing work.
