Julio and Gary showed up as scheduled and proceeded to check and repair shower head leak. Even with their busy schedule they took the time to do a thorough and complete job. The company also did a good job keeping me informed when to expect their arrival.

These guys are great.  Raymond was professional and courteous on the phone. His employees,  Albert & Johnny responded quickly to my needs and the repair was made quickly. Recommended them to a neighbor and we both will use them again if necessary. Fair price and quick response time.

Raymond and Ivan replaced out sink faucets with angle stops and supply lines.  They looks and work great now.  They also replaced the stopper mechanism in the master bedroom bathroom.  Earlier this month the same company replaced out water heater, updated it to code and it easily passed all required inspections.  This company is professional and their employees are friendly, answer questions and make it a point to clean up any mess that is left after their repairs.  I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.  I can't thank them enough.

Raymond is a crook. He wanted to charge me over $1,500 for a new water heater. He added on multiple extras that were not covered by my home warranty to the tune of over $1,000. He told me it was in order to meet city codes. When I told Raymond that I decided to go with another company, he called the city inspection office to retaliate. A city inspector came by and I told her the story of the attempt to price gouge me, and she agreed that $1,500 was too much. Well, the city just came by to inspect the new water heater, and lo and behold, IT PASSED without all these extras that Reliable Plumbing said were needed to meet city code. STAY AWAY from this disreputable crook!

Horrible experience.  They came to work on a leak and claim it was a water pressure value that needed to be replaced cuz pressure was to high. They said they wouldn't warranty the work but I needed the leak fix and they ended damaging my shower and would not warranty their damage and owner was rude.  Called water company and the pressure was not what they had claim.

I was referred to them through American Home Shield.  The water heater was broken.  They recommended I call AHS to escalate it and I did.  Reliable was at the property within a couple of hours.  They knew we needed it fixed and made a priority to get it done within two days.  Ramon and Victor did an excellent job and ensured everything was updated to code.  Thank you.

Extremely disappointed in how they treated my 80-plus-year-old parents. On July 2, they replaced the fill valve and associated parts to fix a running toilet and replaced the toilet seat. The first problem was that they installed a standard seat on an elongated bowl. How does that happen? If that weren't bad enough, the toilet started running again less than a month later. When my parents called them, they wanted to charge a $65 trip charge and said there was no warranty. Avoid Reliable Plumbing at all costs!

Thieves, told me i needed a water heater, when i had a hot water leak. I paid almost $3000, for a water heater i did not need. Ray the owner made it seem as if he was doing me a favor. Absolutely dishonest

Called to get a price quote and was told that they charge $65 per hour plus parts. I explained that I'd like the plumbing system cleaned out, etc and if they can come out for an estimate. The worker simply repeated the same thing and that they can't come out to look at it. Personally I will end up using another company.

HORRIBLE service!!! They were contracted by Lowes to install my new dishwasher. They first broke the door on my old dishwasher (Bosch) that was in perfect working condition. Then they cut the wires from the door to the machine. They then hauled it away from my house. This was all done without my permission. (THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE THEM RECORDED ON MY PHONE SAYING THEY WERE SORRY AND I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED MY PERMISSION AND THEY AGREED) But they told Lowes it was not there fault. I also have them on video as I have security cameras inside my house. I will tell EVERYONE of their horrible service! Beware, do not use them!!!
They couldn't even install my new dishwasher!!! Lowes had to send another installer who did a great job!
This company is HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible ethics and customer service. Did not do what tbey said and say and dod not care the family was without hot water in the snow. Wanted more money to go back.

Excellent service . Called after 12pm and they arrived after 3pm  on the same day . Ivan and Daniel are very professional! Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs .

They were very professional and did a great job installing my water heater as well as repairing a ruptured pipeline. They cleaned up everything after completing the job. I highly recommend them! They care about customer satisfaction. Best of all, their cost is reasonable! I will definitely hire them again.

We had an increasingly high water bill each month so we finally called a plumber to find the problem. They found several problems areas and replaced some shower heads and faucets and fixed a leak under the v bathroom sink and behind the toilet all in the same day. Great service and our water bill was approximately $150.00 less the following month!

Responded quickly and were able to work us in the same day.  Staff are courteous and professional!   Reasonable rates.  I would use them again and recommend then to others.

Victor, from Reliable Plumbing came out on Friday as scheduled and fixed my clogged bath tubs and toilets. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on, he even showed me were my clean outs were located. Pricing was also reasonable, for the service, will use them again if needed.

These folks responded quickly, were courteous and competent, and the price was very reasonable. This time it was a minor problem, blockage in a kitchen sink drain. They had been here before to replace some old plumbing under the house, and did a great job then also. They are in the northeast, up north of Trans Mountain, we are in the north end of the Highland Park neighborhood, close to scenic drive.

After hearing a great review of Reliable from my neighbor, I employed them to install a tankless water heater at my home. All the good things I'd heard about Reliable proved to be true. They did great work, showed up when promised, and the final price was below the original estimate. Raymond from Reliable even called me about a month to followup and assure all was still satisfactory. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Don't hire these guys if you want a friendly, helpful plumber willing to answer your questions and fix what is broken. $125 for a service call, was here less than 5 minutes, never introduced himself and could not have been ruder or more condescending.

Soooo, into each garden a little rain must fall, and so last week I had not hot water for a few days. It is awful having to go to the gym to take a shower!
This plumbing issue is covered under my home warranty plan and they called the plumber they contract with. In this case, it was Reliable Plumbing. The lady in their office called me immediately and told me they would not be able to have someone out for a few days because they has water leak emergencies and my situation was not in this category- the water went cold on me at 5 am and thank goodness I was almost done and had already rinsed the shampoo out of my hair. I wrapped a towel around me and immediately went to the garage to see if the tank had leaked- no Thank God. I then wen to the kitchen and bathroom sinks and there was no hot water there either. When I came home my brother got in face time with me and told me how to shut off the gas that was coming in- it appeared like the flame was out but we did. It know why.
Reliable plumbing called me two days earlier than anticipated and said they could get someone out to my house in 20 minutes so I was thrilled. Anthony arrived and he was so polite and got on the phone with my brother and explained what was going on. Everything was in working order so all he could think is that a heavy gust of wind came down the air vent and blew out the flame. He got everything working and waited until the unit got up to the proper temperature and shut itself off. He said if it shut off prior to coming to proper temperature, that would have been an indication of another issue.
As soon as he left, I had to do a product test and stayed under the hot water in my shower for a long time- it was delightful!
I am grateful they were able to get to my job a few days early!

Reliable plumbing what a joke! Some of the worst customer service ever experienced. My mother has dealt with this company on multiple occasions as her landlord refuses to use another plumbing company. Ramon is horribly misogynistic and sexist. He refused to help my mother and harassed her. Can't warn others enough STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I have had no problem with Reliable Plumbing.  Always true to there word, knowledgeable, average price range. They get the job done no matter how small or big. Will continue to call on them anytime I need service at home or business.

Worst service ever!!! Plumbers were appeared uncertain about how to do the job.  When I called the owner he totally sided with the plumbers..stay away!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Reliable Plumbing! We had an emergency and needed to replace our water heater on a Friday, days before Christmas. The owner said they would do their best to try to come same day. Thankfully, they were able to. Albert and Michael were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They installed a brand new water heater for us and took their time in explaining everything, and ensuring we understood. We appreciate the good and hard work they do! Albert and Michael were so kind to us and we highly recommend their services!

They came out for a simple installation after, 15 minutes they wanted to rip everything up at a cost of 1900 dollars! We called in another plumber for a 2nd opinion, they said it wasn't necessary and did the work for 120 dollars. We had no problem since. I always called reliable but not anymore. They did it to themselves

Waste of time, new house built ready for water softener. They came out and quote us for a water softener from Lowe's for $1400, they quoted us $1240 to install when all the plumbing drain and power are pre installed and ready to receive the water softener.  Very disappointed
