Poor experience with the company. Had multiple companies come and give quotes and they had the lowest quote so we decided to go with them. The customer service was poor, Wayne has too much on his plate and I don't feel they should have accepted additional work. He even got our job mixed up with another.
Spent $700 for a part, boiler worked for 30 hours and then stopped. When he came back he diagnosed a different issue and offered me no explanation as to what happened. He simply said I told you this might happen and it was going to be expensive. I asked him what happened between when he fixed it and now. He said he didn't know and that he would have his wife order the part as he was walking away. I asked if he had an estimate of what it might cost and he said expensive without turning around. He then kept walking to his truck as I was asking him questions without any acknowledgement at all.
It was at the end of a long day for him and he was tired and frustrated. What he wasn't thinking about was that I had heat for 30 hours out of the last 6 days and he left without telling me how long it might be before it would be fixed, offering any reassurances and no explanation on anything.
I did get a call from his wife afterward and she offered explanations that he didn't and I am grateful for that, but it was too late.
I am incredibly upset about how I was treated by him and we still do not have heat in our house.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
