Highly recommend!! Randy showed up promptly for the estimate to paint the exterior of my house and his crew (Victor and Octavio) showed up promptly for the job. Actually started the job early after reaching out to me to see if starting on Saturday to power wash and patch worked with my schedule. When Victor and Octavio would be finished for the day, they would close all gates and leave everything orderly before letting me know they were heading out. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The estimate I received was what I felt was a very fair price for the work and the final cost was exactly the estimate price. I'm very pleased with the final product!

Randy and crew painted the exterior of our house 5 years ago and it was a positive experience and the paint job has held up well.  We just had Randy's crew out to do some updates and, notwithstanding the growth of Tru-Line, Randy remains hands-on and a great communicator.  Since doing our house, he has painted a couple of our neighbor's houses, which is a testament to Tru-Line's reputation.

Randy and crew did a few painting project inside and outside of my home thanksgiving week - one of which was painting my pool deck. I noticed 4/1, just five months later, that several areas on the deck where the paint had chipped off and the old paint color was showing. I sent a photo too Randy who on two separate occasions said he would come take a look. Ive reached out several times and 3 weeks later, not fixed and now not responding.

Randy is great. He's worked on two houses for us now. He's very fair with his pricing, and he knows what he's doing. He's helpful with color suggestions but it open to whatever your vision is. He also knows how to make your money have the most impact, meaning maybe just touch ups in some areas instead of repainting it all. And I really appreciate his communication through both projects. We'll be using him again in the future.

Randy was great. The price was very fair and the crew was professional with a high attention to detail and covered the floors, furniture, etc. well. He's also open to how you want it done. (we wanted rolled) This was an interior paint job for the entire downstairs and loft and it looks great. It was a 3 day job and after day 1 my wife decided she hated the color. We switched colors the next morning and Randy was very fair in what he charged for the extra paint and labor.

Here is my personal experience and just the facts.  Randy canceled on me twice within six months on two houses in Goodyear AZ.  Very unreliable and unprofessional in my opinion.  The day before Tru Line was suppose to start my job Randy emailed me in the late afternoon (not even a phone call) and cancelled because he had crew issues.  I waited an additional three weeks before the job started - by no fault of my own.   I arranged with Randy to give me an estimate on one of my rental properties just recently.   I literally got a call 13 minutes before meeting him at the rental home telling me he is canceling yet a second time within the last six months.  Those are the facts.

We hired Tru Line to paint our master bedroom and bath.  They did an awesome job.  The estimate we were given was neither the lowest or highest we received, but seriously - these guys came in, taped everything, patched, primed, and painted in a day, and their work was truly top-notch.  We were so pleased that we have him coming back Thursday to get an estimate for 3 other bedrooms, a bathroom, and the entire exterior of the house.

I'm new to the Bell West Ranch development in Surprise, Arizona.  I entered into a contract with the Seller's of my house to repaint the exterior if the HOA did not approve the colors the Seller painted the house before I purchased it and moved in this past summer.  Consequently, the HOA did not approve the color scheme they chose.  Therefore, Tru Line Painting, LLC was contracted by the Seller to repaint my house.  Randy assigned team members Octavio and Victor to handle my project.  Both Octavio and Victor were on time, very professional and got right down to the business at hand and not a minute was wasted.  Wow, I was very impressed with their professionalism, job knowledge and the clean up of all the paint and tape debris once they finished the job.  What a terrific job they did.  Randy personally appeared to review the finished project and to answer any questions or concerns I may have had.  Randy even hand painted the address numbers himself on the front of my house so they could be readily seen from the road.  The customer service by Randy and his team of professionals was top notch, and I highly recommend Tru Line Painting, LLC for all your interior and exterior paint needs.  Thank you Tru Line Painting for a job well done.

These guys are absolutely great. They do an awesome job, they are super careful and very neat. The cut in work was amazing. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Randy and TruLine Painters have painted two homes for us, interior and exterior.  The price was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent.  The workers were meticulous in their prep and completion of the jobs, and on time.   We will honestly be life long customers!

Randy and his TruLine painting crew were really great!  They just finished painting our entire house.  This included walls, ceilings, trim and doors.  Randy's estimate was extremely reasonable, and the start time was very flexible.  They were also worked quickly, as we were on a time restraint.  Randy helped guide me as I searched for the perfect white, and helped me choose the right color when I wanted black doors (something that could have gone very wrong).  The colors came out just right!  When his crew were finished, Randy came by to inspect the job and sent out a follow up crew to do touch up work.  Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves after the work was finished.  I would highly recommend TruLine painting for any of your painting needs.

They did a great job painting my house in Goodyear.   Showed up on the scheduled day and finished the job in 1.5 days.  The work was done professionally, well organized, and very neatly.  They coordinated the work with the tenants in the house as well.  Also, they charged a very reasonable price.   I'll definitely use Randy and his fine crew for future painting jobs.
