I found Titan Home Improvements on both Yelp and Kudzu, so I am going to leave the same review for both:

We had a pipe leak behind the water heater, Travis came by and fixed the wall. It looks like it was never cut open! He also fixed a ceiling fan and replaced a Moen handle and cartridge in the master shower. We would highly recommend Titan Home Improvements, Travis is very knowledgeable and does the job right the first time. We will definitely have him back for some more things on our to do list. Thanks again!

We hired Titan for a shower remodel and ended up having to hire another contractor to rip out a large portion of the new shower they installed because it did not properly drain. Since they took no responsibility for the errors in their work and would not agree to repair it, we had to pay the new contractor an additional $2k to get our shower completed and working. During demolition of Titan's work, several additional errors in construction were unveiled. We would not use them again, nor could we recommend them in good conscience.

Travis ROCKS!! I used Titan's dryer vent cleaning service this morning.
When Suggs built my home in 1970 some idiot decided that it was a good idea to run the dryer vent through the walls and ceiling in an S configuration. Needless to say, the dryer vent get clogged up every 4-6 months. My husband used to clean the vent out every 4-6 months with a plumber's snake and a high power leaf blower. Since my husband passed away I have been very worried about a possible fire starting in the vent or dryer. For just $75 Travis uses a special tool to wind through the twisting dryer vent and get rid of all of the compacted lint build-up. He also completely cleaned out the dryer vent hose.
It took about an hour. Travis was on time for our appointment and cleaned up the lint mess when he was done. I highly recommend Titan's dryer vent cleaning service.

Travis made a quick stop for a quote on closing a formal living room to make an additional bedroom. Price was reasonable and we set a date. Work started on time, and got completed as requested. It looks beautiful! Went without a hitch. Price stayed the same even after we requested a few adds on like moving light switches, and hanging a decorative piece. Thank so much, our daughter is thrilled with her new room!

We thought we needed 2 doors re-hung which can be very costly $$$$$ and from $200 to $400 each. Instead he saved us a bundle and re-adjusted the doors for us. Many other contractors could have taken advantage of us to make more money and we would have never known it was possible to re-adjust both doors. **Honest**

He did a great job and we have already asked for a quote on more work we would like done here at our home.

1) His price was completely decent for the work done plus not too many GOOD contractors come all the way down here to south San Tan Valley.
2) He was on time (early) and he was thorough and quick.
3) Hard to find someone like this in San Tan Valley who does such fantastic work !!!
4) The doors are PERFECT.

We will hire him again!

Travis and his team are hands down the MOST trustworthy and knowledgeable in the industry. The work that was completed at my house is so beautiful . My house is an older home and isn't built like typical homes so I know the tile and wood floors were very difficult to make look good with the oddly built floor design, but they turned out better then how I imagined them to be. The black splash , flooring renovation ,and repairs have transformed my house into an environment that I'm proud to live in. They were timely, punctual , and very hard working. I felt comfortable asking questions with the confidence that I'd get an honest response back. I'll be hiring Titan Home Improvement for all of my future home renovation projects. Had to share this business because we are so happy with their work! We bought a new house and had tons of stuff to do there and at the house we're selling in Chandler. Travis is honest, reasonably priced, neat, efficient and his work is top notch. He communicates with us via phone and e-mail so we always know what he's doing and what his plans are.

He has fixed drywall, installed canned lights, ceiling fans, chandeliers, ceiling lights, wall sconces, mounted TVs, removed huge mirrors and re-textured the walls, did some reconstruction work re-designing where our TV is mounted, moved cabinets up, stripped, refinished and sealed a dock, is re-building a custom sized door and repaired some water damage under our sink. He has gotten all of that done in two weeks!

I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you need stuff done around your house, even if it's not listed above, call Travis and see if he can get it done for you.

If you like how you are treated by airlines, you'll love Titan Home Improvements.

I had Travis come to give an estimate for replacing drywall, then we agreed on a time for him to come fix it. We made these arrangements over e-mail, so there should have been no confusion about it. On the day he was supposed to show up I wanted until 20 minutes after his scheduled arrival time and then called him. He said I was not on the schedule. I said I had e-mails to back it up. He said he would check his e-mail and call me back.

While I was waiting, I forwarded the relevant e-mails to him. He did not call me back. Probably he was too cowardly to own up to his mistake face to face, or even over the phone. Instead, I got an e-mail (this is the beginning of June by the way) saying that he had double-booked the day and we will need to rebook towards the end of august [sic].

I responded that I had already made arrangements to be home on the scheduled day, and had already moved everything out of the room he was supposed to work on. He did not respond. I asked him if he had a response, and again he did not respond.

He was probably hoping this would all just go away. Instead, it is all going on yelp.

Edit: he later called to apologize, but would not do anything to meet the appointment the same day or anytime soon.

Travis was great with the complete gut and remodel of our condo. He responded promptly to our request for a meeting and he was completely reliable, showing up EVERY day until the project was complete. He did an excellent job on everything from demolition, framing, drywall, painting, tile work, flooring - everything. And when he had subcontractors he found the best and was there to supervise. He completed the job when he said he would and was on budget. The added benefit that he and his crew were so friendly and polite was a great bonus. We have and will recommend Travis and Titan Home Improvements to people we know.

My experience mirrors what Nicholas has below. I had contacted Travis through the Titan Home improvement website to get a quote on various things I wanted to get done around the house. After some very curt email exchanges (should have gotten the clue that He was not serious or interested then), We decided to meet at said time. I moved things around at work so I could meet him in the middle of the day. I show up on time and there is no sign of him. I wait around for 20 minutes and then googled up his number (yeah, he never furnished his phone number in the emails although I had given him mine). He picked up his phone after 3/4 attempts and casually mentioned He was in Best buy and We had to re-schedule. What the H***? He doesn't have the professionalism to show up as promised, nor the decency to call if He cannot, even though I confirmed with him that morning about the appointment.

Unless you like to be stood up by someone that doesn't care for your business or any regards for your time, run away......and find someone that actually wants your business !!

Travis can do a wide range of things, including regular home maintenance and installation (fans, toilets, doors, etc. ) as well as more construction intense things such as repairing a truss, which I needed done in order to sell my house. Top quality work for shockingly low prices. I would recommend Travis / Titan Home Improvements for any home related work.

Had Travis quote some (very) simple work that, unfortunately, I am unable to do myself due to HUD contract. Quote was alright: Hang a couple doors, fire alarm and cap an electrical outlet (like i said, minor stuff). Got the quote back in April with the expressed understanding that the work would HAVE to be done within 30 days of closing (likely in June). Here we are in June. Called multiple times over a few days and when I finally got a hold of him he stated he is booked until the 16th on July, and he will be out until the end of August. Which (as earlier stated) won't work because of a contract we have with HUD. Hugely inconvenient. Wouldn't recommend Titan to anyone.

Travis and Paul do excellent work for a very fair price. What more can you ask for? Most recently, they installed brand new door hardware for all the doors in our house, as well as brand new ceiling fans. They did quick but solid work, were very professional and courteous in our home, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They were even great with our dogs and kids running around them half the time! We would definitely recommend them for any household project. Travis is honest and knowledgeable and will give you the best advice. He is what folks are looking for - someone they can trust, that has your best interests in mind, not their own.
