Talbot Plumbing installed our new water heater and what a breeze.  I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company.  It is so hard to find a plumber who is honest and not trying to up-charge you on everything.  I will work with them in future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I've been a repeat customer of Talbot Plumbing for the last year on at least 5-7 occurrences, and their work is self explanatory as to why I continue to return to them for my plumbing needs. Trevor is an extraordinary business owner! He is always attentive and responsive in a timely manner to all my plumbing needs. He has worked on my commercial property and recently installed a water softener and carbon filter system at my new residential home. His demonstration as to why it's important to have this system was astonishing and immediately had me sold! His employees were out here a few days later and worked from 9am until 10pm to make sure the job was done properly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the services provided, Trevor even personally called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything done! We called Talbot Plumbing after we had a bad experience with our home builder's recommended plumber when they came out to fix an emergency pipe leak. Talbot Plumbing came out within a day and were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the fix, which was also very reasonably priced. They also inspected our plumbing for free and found some things that we could bring up with our builder to fix. For as long as we live in their service area, we will only be calling them to come out for anything plumbing related. 100% recommend.

Trevor was great to work with! He was able to get in to help with our problem very quickly and he was very clean and courteous. We will definitely be using him again for our future plumbing needs.

Just this week Jairo came out to our home and placed two new faucets in our bathrooms! They both were so kind and knowledgeable! Talbot Plumbing Services was recommended by a family member and now I owe him BIG time.  Seth came in and did two separate jobs in less than three hours.  He has a focus on providing solutions to your problem / tasks with an eye on value.  His analysis of the one task that was a problem-in-waiting was thorough and value focused.  He discussed options and the range of work that could be needed depending on what he found once the work started.  Fortunately, our fix fell on the less expensive end of the scale.  Had it not, I felt he works with honesty and integrity and could have accepted a more costly solution if warranted.

One other thing, the morning of our appointment he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived a few hours late because he had a no heat client that needed emergency service and heat to their house on a very cold NEPA winter day.  Some might perceive that as a negative; I did not.  Why?  Because my work was not urgent and no heat certainly was.  A good call on his part yet he asked if it was OK.  Oh yes, one other good thing about that approach is that I feel I would get the same level of responsiveness in a similar situation.

I would Stay far away from this company...

One of The drivers hit our PARKED car in a parking lot several months ago in the middle of the day with myself and my pregnant wife inside of the parked car. He and the owner were unable to provide us with valid proof of insurance.

After my WIfe and I decided to go through insurance to repair the damages, he has yet to report the accident to his insurance company.

What kind of business owner would want to jeopardize their company over a little fender bender?  

If I was in the market for a plumber, there is absolutely no way I would trust this company anyway near my house.  The owner, Trever Talbot  does not know how to take responsibility for his own company's actions, even when his company is 100% at fault.

This is not how you run a successful business.

I called Talbot plumbing with emergency plumbing for a 1950 home I purchased. As I live in another state I had put my total trust in Talbot plumbing. They did not  disappoint , the kept in touch sent me photos .  Very professional big job which is guaranteed for 10 years. Definitely recommend,

Trevor and Cameron gave us such great service! Repaired a leak, installed a beautiful kitchen  sink That I adore right now and I have to say I hate washing dishes but this sink might  change my mind! And the great part we finally have a ROS system with purified alkaline water!! One for the win!  From start to finish they were absolutely the most respectable gentlemen. They explained all the repair and pricing and for what we paid for their work is remarkable. We are certainly above and beyond thankful for their quick response, and kind attention to our plumbing needs. Thank you guys certainly using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

It's bad enough that people drive like a-holes already out here.  One would think driving a truck with company name splattered all over it would prevent such behavior, or not.  I can't remember how many times you switched lanes or how many people you cut off, the last being a 3 lane switch to make a left turn I'm certain you knew was coming up.  You would have been there same time driving like normal person.  All this while constantly looking down at what I presume was your phone, unless you were trying to take care of yourself!

This company is amazing. We have used them for multiple services in multiple homes over many years. Hands down, you will not find a friendlier, more professional plumbing company anywhere in Arizona. Thank you for everything!

The gentlemen who came to my house were so professional and kind! They were on time and got right to work. I was so impressed with how efficiently they worked and how quickly they were done! I can't say enough about my experience with Trevor at Talbot Plumbing.  I was in dire need of an emergency response when the sewer line at my house became blocked and started to backup in both of our bathrooms.  I am new to Queen Creek and I didn't know who to call.  I found Talbot Plumbing here on Yelp and gave them a call. I spoke to Trevor, the owner and explained my situation. He was at my house within an hour. I explained to him that I have a wife with a cronic illness and she cannot be exposed to any bacteria! He jumped on clearing the blockage and arranged to get a Restoration company here last night!  It was amazing how much damage was done in a few hours blockage.  I would recommend Trevor at Talbot Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!  He was a real life saver for me and my wife!  Thanks Trevor

This company is great. It is not often that a plumber makes such a good impression that you (I) save the business card and say, next time we have an issue, this is who we are calling. Trevor Talbot came out to my house last October at the recommendation of my regular landscaper--they quickly and economically fixed my valves and sprinkler heads. This week, I found myself with another water problem: the company that renovated our pool absolutely slaughtered our drip line. I called an irrigation repair company, but they couldn't get anyone out for almost two weeks just for the estimate; the work itself would be weeks (months?) after that!! At a loss, I called Talbot, which sent Cameron and Alex out, and they quickly sized up the situation as a landscaping issue, and therefore beyond the plumbing scope. We need the pool reno company to come back and fix their damage (we also need/want a whole landscaping/irrigation overhaul). Still, Cameron dug up the damaged line, identified and marked the observable leaks, documented the damage and his professional opinion of its cause, and gave me an invoice (with photos) that will help me to get the original company to fix its mess. This second interaction with Talbot representatives was like the first: they were prompt, helpful, communicative, and eager to help me. (I want to point out that the person who answers phones and schedules was all those things, too.) Incidentally, the Talbot family also has a landscaping company--so you can bet I will call them ASAP!

It's nice to find a plumber who puts honesty and customer service first. He was here on time, discussed solutions and had the repair done in no time.

Attempted to replace the toilet shut off valve on my own since the flooring in my bathroom was recently redone and it was leaking. Was unable to get the brass crimp ring off and was looking for a local plumber so I looked online and saw good reviews for Talbot Plumbing Services and decided to give them a try. Talked to Trevor who was able to come out within a few hours to do the replacement so I wouldn't have to leave my water main shut off. There was a service charge but not anywhere near as much as what the other guys that come all the way from Phoenix try to charge. Friendly, professional, quick and did a clean job. I would definitely recommend!

Great company they came out for a landscape leak diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The cost was fair and they give Veteran discounts always a plus :)

Trevor was very knowledgeable and pointed out some significant plumbing problems. Two young men in his staff came back the next day and corrected the problems. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with their work. Although, I spent more but you get what you pay for. He warranties all of his work. If you want a job done right go with Talbot Plumbing Service.

Trever Talbot the owner came out to give an estimate on our home of a complete misting system along with other upgrades to the home such as water softener, water dispenser by sink, and draining our water heater for free while he was here.   While we only purchased a drain unclogged for $45 which we thought was reasonable and well worth it, the misting system was a little pricey for our liking, but my wife loved the new kitchen faucet which is now touchless so they get 5 stars for the service was top notch, but the missing system seemed a little pricey and out of our price range.

Absolutely exceptional service from Trevor! He left my front yard in better shape than before he started his work locating the clean out , couldn't have done a better job. Always refreshing to come across a business that still takes pride in what they do!

Trevor replaced our kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal.  He did an excellent job! The counter had to be cut to accommodate the new sink.  He also replaced old corroded shut-off valves and installed new lines.  I'm picky and his work was over and above expectations.  This is the second time I've used Talbot Plumbing.  A little over a year ago they did a lot of work for us when we remodeled our master bathroom.  We were also very happy with their work then which is why I called them for this job.  Will call again when/if additional plumbing issues arise.

Very satisfied with all the services provided by talbot plumbing. However I just didn't like how Trevor the owner tried to talk smack about my job while he was at my house a long time ago. I felt like he was very condescending because he owned a plumbing company while I worked from home as a cartographer (map maker) at that time. Because of that me and my wife will just use other plumbers in our area.

Called Talbot Plumbing because we had a clogged main comode. They made themselves available for a same day appointment understanding the urgency of the problem. Ultimately we were able to fix it ourselves and did not use Talbot today, but we will absolutely call them for our next plumbing need.

My experience with Talbot Plumbing is novice yet amazing!!! From my first interaction with Trevor, I felt at ease. After about an hour of back and forth with my husband, we called Trevor back. He came within an hour. This was late at night too. He was so professional from the first phone call to the end of the transaction. A beautiful model of what service should be like. I will and would recommend this company in the future!!! If anyone needs plumbing needs emergency or not, call on Talbot Plumbing. You can tell he takes pride in what he is doing!!!

They arrive in a service van with co.pano logo in large letters. Techs wear business wardrobe and are courteous and knowledgeable. A complete estimate is given before any work is started. Work is completed in a workmanlike manner with respect to your surroundings. I recommend this company especially to senior citizens. Kudos to Cameron for his fine service.

Trevor arrived as promised at 2:00, we just moved to a house that had a water softener system and and R/O system. He came by to check and see if the systems were even working or not?
We'll it wasn't the news I hoped for! Both system were trashed and needed replacement. I wasn't ready for the sticker shock for the water softener, however I did have him replace the R/O system, he also replaced the R/O faucet, and hooked up the fridge.  He was done and out of there by 3:45.
When I'm able to gather some money to replace the water softener, I'll make sure it'll be Talbot Plumbing.
