Robert's Plumbing is outstanding. They're experienced and honest. I found Robert's when I had to call them for a second opinion. I got an honest answer from them. They did the work and I've been using them ever since. I highly recommend Robert's.

We've used Robert for a few plumbing jobs over the last five years and love him! My water heater, installed by Robert a few years ago, went out.  Of course, the first thing I tried was relighting the pilot, with no success. Called Robert bright and early, explained the issue, and he walked me through relighting the pilot the correct way. It worked! I can't thank him enough for taking the time to walk me through it. I have hot water without an expensive (though I think Robert's prices are very reasonable) bill.

After returning to Tucson after several weeks away I went to use the hot water and it didn't seem to be heating up. I was sure it wasn't working and turned the circuit breaker off.  I called Roberts Plumbing first thing in the morning and they said they would be out in the afternoon. When they arrived they looked at the water heater controls and turned the circuit breaker back on and we waited to see if the water was being heated. They waited very patiently for over 1/2 hour and I couldn't believe that everything was working fine, I felt like an idiot, I must not have waited long enough for the water to heat initially. I was prepared to pay a service call, but instead they wished me Merry Christmas and were on their way. What great customer service!

Roberts is the best.  Using them for 10 years and never disappointed.   Reasonably priced and great customer service.

I'd recommend Robert's plumbing any day! He gave a free consultation, expert advice, him and his team were on time, prompt and fast. I bought two new toliets from his recommended local establishment,  Benjamin Plumbing, took out our old ones, had to clear a root system from one, and installed both in under a couple hours! Charged next to nothing. Robert is a smart and pleasant to talk with.  Super knowledgeable.  We're going with him for all our future needs.

I am happy to recommend Roberts Plumbing. They are neighborly yet professional and competent. Rates are fair and reasonable. I believe they have plenty of customers; but even waiting an extra day is better for plumbers  that you know are fair and honest.

We had an emergency this morning! I called robert, he answered on the first call. He was out to the house in less than 1 hr and fixed us temporarily for the weekend. He is a real life saver

Very highly recommended! We needed to have two bathroom water faucets taken out and new ones installed. Before starting, Jose took the time to answer some other questions I had about the house's plumbing. Then he and his helper did the job quickly and expertly. After he had written up the bill, I asked him to do one other small semi-related job. After doing it, he refused to charge for it, since he'd already written up the bill. He charged a little more than half of what the plumber recommended by Home Depot was asking for the same job.

Robert is a godsend.  He's always available to arrange a visit and usually that means within 24 hours.  His team is efficient, economical (because they get it right the first time), and fun to work with.  We have always relied on Robert's Plumbing and still do, even having moved south to Patagonia.  He tends to our Tucson home while we wait for it to sell.  All in for Robert.

I have been a customer for 5 years now.  This small plumbing company is as honest as the day is long.  Robert doesn't advertise and doesn't need to because of word of mouth referrals.  His small team of plumbers are great.  Their labor charges are reasonable, don't charge extra and rip you off on weekends and nights like other large plumbing companies.  Their work is professional.  TThey clean up after their work.  

I am a licensed commercial building inspector and these guys are as good as it gets for quality, honest plumbers who do great work.

Robert is great! He is a nice guy and charges fair prices for his work. He's done lots of minor plumbing fixes on our house and 2 rentals, plus has worked on my mom's house. In addition, he's done major work for us by replacing the interior plumbing in our 1937 house. He did a great job, with top quality supplies. He did it quickly, without too much mess and ended up adding 2 good access panels for future work (good when you have an old house like we do).

We're planning to use him to plumb up gas lines to convert our fireplace later this fall (when the weather is cooler).

The only problem is he's good - so sometimes he's busy!

Robert's Plumbing is simply the best plumbing company I have ever used.  Their service is absolutely unbeatable and their prices more than fair.  I highly recommend this company and its principal.

I just bought a house in Tucson, the water heater was 33 years old and starting to weep. I called Roberts Plumbing and they had someone over to give an estimate that afternoon. The estimate they gave was below what the home inspector though it would be. I accepted the offer and within 2 work days they were installing it. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again.

I've used a couple of the big name plumbers around town and thought they were usually OK, but slow to arrive and expensive.  Robert has done a couple of jobs for us and in both cases they were quick, knew exactly what to do and I thought the price was very reasonable.  Highly recommend Robert's Plumbing!

I had just recently purchased a condo and it sat vacant for a period of time waiting for my move in. The first thing I noticed was I had no hot water flowing from my kitchen faucet. All other faucets throughout the condo functioned fine. Hot and cold. I knew Tucson has very hard water and the faucet screens can get clogged easily with mineral deposits. I cleaned the kitchen faucet screen and did some minor problem solving on my own as I am pretty handy myself. But I had no luck. I called a plumber to take a look and after quite a bit of time the plumber could not solve the problem and suggested a little water heater under the kitchen sink. I never felt comfortable with this solution so I contacted Robert's Plumbing. What a life saver. After spending some time checking water pressure and back flushing and other plumbing tricks they were able to get the huge mineral deposit clog to break up and flush from the pipe. Everything works great!!!!

I've used Robert's Plumbing many times over the years at multiple residences. Small locally owned business, reliable and professional. I've had them do small jobs like fix dripping faucets and replace seals all the way to re-plumbing an entire house. I've had great experiences every time so I feel confident recommending them to friends, family and clients - they always give the lowest bid and they guarantee their work. Highly recommend!

Impossible to get a hold of.  No voice mail.  When someone finally answered the phone, 2 people came out, addressed the issue, told me they'd give a quote.  Never did.  Ridiculous on the follow up.  Again, after finally reaching someone, the owner said he'd call me back with the estimate.  Never did.

A friend of mine recommended Robert's Plumbing and i am so grateful and happy that i have found an excellent honest plumber.  I have used Robert's Plumbing several times for various jobs and they have always done a great job and charged a very fair price compared to other plumbers i have used in the past.  On the last job, Robert pointed out an obvious problem that i had not noticed, and probably saved me from having to buy a new water heater.  Robert is honest and unlike some other plumbers, does not try to sell you on items that are not necessary.  I highly  recommend Robert's Plumbing and this is an honest review.

What a great company!! I have nothing but positive things to say. We were dealing with some serious plumbing issues over the Labor Day weekend & they were more than happy to fit us in & come out at times which I know were inconvenient for them. They were absolute professionals & I never once felt like they were taking advantage of me or my pocket book. They went above & beyond the call of duty & I would whole heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small. It is also a huge plus in my book that this is a family run business. Think local!! Robert of Roberts Plumbing is amazing! He is prompt and knowledgeable.  He has helped us before and I hadn't written a review then (shame on me).  We called and he was here within the hour!  Couldn't believe it, he said he was just going to be in our area and it was super convenient for him to stop by after his last appointment..  Thankfully, we weren't in an emergency situation and he said he'd be back Wed morning with the appropriate parts to fix 'our situation'.

Two employees came to my guest house/office for some repairs in July. Reasonable cost ($75) and pleasant people. However, they didn't properly fix the toilet, so within a week or so, I called to have someone came back out.  The owner came out, took a look & said he needed to go to Naughton's for parts and would be back soon.  After a few weeks, I called again to remind him.  He said he'd come back soon. This has gone on since late July with me calling to remind him to finish the repair & him making an appointment but not showing up. One time, though, he told me he was going on vacation & he told me I'd have to remember to call him when he got back (!) The last time he made an appointment & didn't show up was this week - 4 months after his employees didn't do the job properly.  Unfortunately, the interim fix is neither attractive (off color handle on the toilet) nor durable, so the toilet isn't always working.  I will now have to hire another plumber to fix what his company didn't do properly in the first place & don't appreciate that.

Thank you, Robert's Plumbing!  They responded to my service request in a timely manner, sending courteous employees and taking care of the repairs at a reasonable cost.  Refreshing to find them, thanks to a neighbor's referral.
