Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90's style lower vanity with the massive mirror.  We didn't even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was .  Best of all, this was at a price we could afford.

Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls.  We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures.  It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area.  We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things.

The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom.  They had to move the water pipes for the shower.   The shower included so many nice features - a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads - a rain style one and a hand held one - a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower.  They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere.  They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us.

They did an exception job with the plumbing.  The  slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged.

Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted.  The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home.  John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night.  Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed.

The end result has received a Wow from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath.

Wow..! See attachment.
from the salesman Doug  texted me. When he miscommunication with his guy. I don't recommend Regal Kitchen and Bath. Not just Doug was being rude and unprofessional, he also over charge on materials.Tried to charge me a bathroom Vanity and countertop for my cabinet that I had already paid. I had referred them couple clients, he came to one for an estimate saying it's gonna be EXPENSIVE. Sorry you don't tell the costumers wether they can afford or not.
They just lost 3 leads from me.

Tamara did our quote and scheduling for our guest bath remodel and everything came together as promised.  David our installer was prompt, showed up when he said he would and was easy to work with.  We will now use them to remodel our master bath. Every one was professional and answered all of our questions.

I can't say enough positives for this company. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was super. Tamara did our quote and was half of what another company wanted. She has an eye for design for sure. She listened to everything we wanted and helped create a masterpiece. Chris did the demo and got it torn out down to the studs in two days. Then Justin took over and man that guy is talented. He did all the work, including tiling, etc. He is very good at his job, efficient and careful. Asked us questions along the way to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted. The glass company was excellent as well. The entire remodel took about 2 1/2 weeks. We will definitely be using them again for our next projects.

We interviewed several companies before finally settling on Regal Bath and Kitchen to remodel our master bathroom and a secondary bathroom.     Their price was competitive and the five star reviews on every site we visited were enough to convince us they were right for us.    We were not disappointed.   They showed up when they said they would, maintained a pristine worksite, and were willing to accomodate us when we made changes to the original plan.   Our salesman, Doug, responded to our email inquiries promptly, day or night.  The quality of their work is top notch--all of the craftsmen who worked on our project told us how much they love working for Regal.   Although there were a number of changes, the final invoice was, surprisingly, quite close to our original estimate--no surprises.   We couldn't be happer with the final results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a licensed contractor for their project.

Regal Bath and Kitchens did an excellent job remodeling our two bathrooms. We selected the cabinets, showers and bath hardware at their extensive showroom in Mesa. Rich and his team did a great job with the removal and installation of the new cabinets, shower/bath and granite  countertops. Outstanding workmanship at a fair and competitive price, what more could you ask for? I highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchen!

For a while my husband and I talked about doing an upgrade to our guess bath.  After getting price quotes from other companies Rich Allen from Regal Bath and Kitchens was recommended to me.  I met with Rich and we spoke about what I wanted to do which included a deep soaker tub.  Rich was so easy to work with he understood what I wanted and knew there was a budget we needed to work with.  Eric, his tile guy was so professional, courteous and always on time.  Every day before he left he would leave the bathroom as clean as possible.  The last day Eric took his time cleaning up and left the bathroom spotless!  The guess bath now looks better than my master bath which was done by a very well know company, but now we notice so many mistakes.
I would recommend this company with no problems.
Thank you Rich and Eric.

Do I have to choose one word to describe? If so then I can't. There are too many positive adjectives to describe this company:
Honest, detail oriented, perfectionism, respectful,  superb, wonderful, amazing - Overall 10 STARS.
Our journey began when we went to bid for the kitchen remodel - new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, back splash and island on wheels. We had received several quotes, all outside of our budget. After emailing everyone that message, Jim was the only one who replied back and said let's see what we can do to get you within budget. What???? WOW!!!!!! What company does that? THIS ONE DOES!!!
After MULTIPLE back and forths with quotes questions and renderings we were able to proceed WITHIN BUDGET.
Of course we were told the cabinets would be ordered and ready by the time the project started. I will be honest and say I've heard that in the past from friends who have had their kitchens remodeled and it didn't happen. But MY OH MY OUR CABINETS WERE IN THE GARAGE DAY 3 OF THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WEE!!!!!!!!!
James was our guy - he demo'd and installed the kitchen by himself. He is a WORK HORSE. He never stopped except for lunch. He was respectful - told us when he was going to lunch, had ear phones on so we didn't hear music (we were both working from home at this point). Came when he said he would and cleaned up before he left.
Countertops were installed EARLIER than expected.
Eric who did our backsplash was just as amazing as James. I was planning on using a product that would separate the tiles but when installed on the first wall it just didn't work. Instead of just installing because the customer said so, he stopped to explain the problem and the solution. He also suggested tiny details that I myself never thought of and his suggestions and install were SPOT on. LOVE OUR BACKSPLASH!!
OH Did I mention from start to FINISH - 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! Now mind you ours was a small remodel but golly gee I was expecting 6 plus weeks.
I honestly cannot say enough about  this company and the employees. I read ALL the reviews and checked their license (IMPERATIVE when hiring a contractor). EVERY review of Jim and Regal is SPOT on.
Can't wait to have them come back and remodel our master bath. There is NOONE else I would trust but them.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We just had our bathrooms and kitchen remodeled by Regal Bath and Kitchens. We couldn't be happier with the results. They have a great crew! They're very professional, always arrived on time and they did a fantastic job!  If I wasn't happy with a specific detail, they immediately without hesitation corrected the problem. They aim to please! The painter, Todd, was amazing!  He was such a perfectionist and super respectful and friendly! Loved him! They all did a good job cleaning up before leaving for the day.  Overall, very pleased with the whole experience. Thumbs up Regal!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible people. Terrible service. I would definitely go with more experienced, professional contractors.  Guy says he's been doing this for 20 years, I doubt it. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

If you need work done for your bath or kitchen, this is the company to use.  This was our first remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results.  The team was amazing.  Tamara, our contact, was on top of everything, listened to our needs and helped us design the most amazing shower I have ever seen - I still can't believe it is OUR SHOWER!!!!  Justin, our contractor, was the best and easy to work with.  He was reliable, answered any questions we had, meticulous in his work and everyday of the remodel, he would clean up after himself so that we could still use some of our bathroom at night.  I just can't say enough!  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Regal Bath di a great job on our master bath. The only problem I had with regal bath was his referral policy did not me our standards. We refered our neighbor. Our neighbor was very happy with the job they did for them. My problem was that we never heard a word or a thank you for the referral. We can cross into our neighbors house in about ten seconds or less .  So because of their referral policy, I will not refer any other neighbor to their business again.

This company left my house a wreck! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Richard was big on his game plan talk but was one of the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. Now Richard fails to return my calls to fix the issues he promised to fix once he was paid his final check! SCAM!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

This is our second time in 18 months using Regal Bath and Kitchens. The first time was for a master bathroom shower remodel and new kitchen counter tops (changed to granite). Great job completed on both of them in the Spring of 2017. Jump ahead to September 2018 and we had Jim and his crew install glass tile backsplash to the kitchen and both bathrooms. Ray was the installer and he did a great job and cleaned up daily before leaving. Not sure what else we'll find for them to work on, but for kitchen and bath work, I'd recommend Regal Bath and Kitchens.

Regal just completed a kitchen and bar remodel that turned out beyond fabulous.  They stayed on schedule and within budget, they cleaned up after each day and had great ideas to make our remodel the best it could be.  My husband and I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality and we highly recommend them (we would use them again without hesitation).

We wanted to have the bath tub in our master bath replaced with a walk in shower.  I looked for contractors and came across Regal Bath and Kitchens and decided to give them a call.  Rich came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating and understanding of what we wanted done.  No pressure. We didn't have to use their tile and fixtures. We could go anywhere and pick out what we wanted. The price was reasonable. The shower turned out beautifully. Mike and Brad, the men doing the work, were a pleasure to deal with. They did a fantastic job.  I would definitely call on Regal to do any other improvements we want done.

Regal Kitchens and Bath recently remodeled our shower in our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results.   We had previously had a couple of bids on the job, which were well beyond our budget.   We had basically given up on the project for the time being, until I saw a friend's bathroom which was beautifully remodeled by Regal.   He couldn't recommend them highly enough, so I gave them a call.  We met with Rich @ Regal, he walked us through our options, and the bid came in within budget.   Rich and his team guided us through the entire process.   Schedules were created, materials were picked, and the project was started.

The crew was clean and efficient, and always conscious of the fact that we needed to have a functional home even with a construction area.  We were consulted if any decisions needed to be made during the demolition and construction phases.  The crew had a fantastic eye for detail, and were laser-focused on quality of work.   The resulting shower is beautiful, was on time and on budget.   I'd highly recommend Regal, and already have to many friends!

Regal Bath and Kitchens recently finished some remodeling work in our manufactured home in Sun Lakes. Updates in the kitchen included refacing all the cabinets, installing a new tile backsplash, and installing a new faucet. Cabinets in the family room were also refaced at the same time as the kitchen cabinets.
We also had them install all new interior doors to replace the old original slab doors that had been painted over some years back.
This is the second time we have used Regal, and like the first time, we are delighted with the results. For the kitchen, we went with white Shaker doors with modern brushed nickel handles, and all the clunky old drawers were replaced with new soft close drawer boxes. The interior doors were replaced with 6-panel Masonite doors with modern brushed nickel privacy handles.
The transformation is amazing and the quality of work outstanding. The interior door installation was a challenge since nothing seemed to be perfectly square. Lots of patience and craftmanship went into the installation, with excellent results. The fit of the cabinet doors and drawers is top notch, and the backsplash looks amazing as well.
We highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchens for your remodeling needs. They are a well run company, very responsive, friendly, and do high quality work!

We just had our kitchen remodeled by Regal Bath & Kitchens. I could not be happier. After getting several bids for a new kitchen we decided to go with Regal Bath and Kitchens. Jim and Rich went to great lengths to help us design the perfect kitchen. With computer models We were able to see exactly what it would look like and make adjustments before anything was ordered. They helped us to pick out everything from granite tops, tile backsplash, cabinets and accessories, faucets and lighting. They made us feel so comfortable from beginning to end that they had the experience and knowledge to give us the kitchen of our dreams. Absolutely no pressure, no games. Honesty and integrity was apparent. It was great.
We had 5 estimates ranging between $25k to $40k and they were right in the middle.
Cost was not the most important factor for us. We wanted both quality products and quality people to install them and that is exactly what we got. They were always available whenever we had questions or concerns about anything. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves.
Our next project will be 2 bathrooms and we will definitely be using Regal Bath & Kitchens.
Kudos to Jim & Rich

This is our first time through any remodeling process.  Jim and his team at Regal made it very easy.  Prices were fair.  Work was completed as promised.  We love the work and the results are beautiful. For me, it was most important that I felt comfortable with all of the workers that were in my home.  They did such a good job on our master bath, we had them back to replace all of our flooring and another bathroom remodel.  Jim is flexible - in many cases we bought our own materials in order to find the best bargains - and he was always open when receiving my what if texts even when work was in process.  I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends.

I contacted Regal Bath & Kitchen for a remodel of my master bathroom. Let me start off by saying that I am actually happy with the quality of work that was performed. 90% of the remodel work was performed by an employee by the name of Eric who was professional & courteous the entire time he was in my home. The reason for the low rating was the Project Manager Rich was easily the rudest, most dis-respectful, & stand-offish Contractor that I have ever worked with. The remodel started off simple enough, pricing wasn't too bad, Rich did try to mark-up the Tile needed for the project to make a profit on it. Pretty typical for Contractors to try that, it balanced out when I told him that I priced out the Tile from their supplier & I knew how much they were paying for it, & I had selected a bathtub that was higher than my allotted price included the remodel estimate, so it evened out. The real issues started when some mold & termite damage was found under the old shower when it was demo'd. Rich did not want Regal Bath to take care of it, I'm guessing that he was worried about legal liability, but he did not have any info on Contractors to do this kind of work & I was left 100% responsible for taking care of everything without any help or direction from Regal Bath after giving them a $4000 deposit to start my remodel, & literally all the work that they had done so far was demo the old shower & tub. So after I called around & had a multitude of other Contractors in my home giving me estimates on the damage repair, I found out from a mold treatment company that per the EPA guidelines if the section of mold is less than ~10sq. ft. then anyone can take care of it. The mold was only on a section of my linen closet that was being demo'd to make room for us getting a bigger shower. After telling Rich this & texting him a link to the EPA info, he still had no intention of finishing the demo. So I demo'd the linen closet & treated the mold myself. Since I was wasn't about to pay for something that I had to do myself, I asked Rich how much he was charging me for the closet demo...$100 he claimed, I knew that he was full of crap, but in the interest of moving forward, I told him to make it $200 & just let it go. The Termite damage was repaired by another company who does damage restoration as well as remodels. So after 3 weeks of no progress on my remodel & my fiancee & I sharing a bathroom with our teenage children, Rich was ok with someone else signing off the repair work & progress could be resumed on my bathroom. After about 5 days worth of work, Rich was demanding another $4000 or the work would have to stop. I told him that the last I gave him $4000 the work DID stop on my bathroom, & I had plenty of other Contractors in my home who do remodels & they were wondering why he hadn't taken care of the repair work himself. I suggested a reasonable payment schedule to him of giving him $2000 the next day, another $2000 when all of the tile work had been completed, then dividing the final payment in two increments: one when the glass for the shower had been ordered & the last after it had been installed. Rich then lost his temper & proceeded to cuss me out saying that he didn't a s*%t what other Contractors said...& so on & so forth. He changed his tune when I didn't back down & told him that he could walk away from the project if he wanted to & that I would just hire someone else. He agreed to my proposed payment schedule & gave me a fake apology for cursing & losing his temper. I just wanted my bathroom done, so I agreed to let it go. They were also supposed to leave me the leftover Tile that I payed for once the project was complete, Rich had one of his guys pick it up knowing that I requested that they leave it, my guess is Rich wanted it for another project to maximize his profit. Some of the Tile was returned when I asked about where it went, but not all of it that was leftover. Even with all of that, I wasn't going to leave a negative review, I was willing to bygones be bygones & part ways on a friendly note. The final straw was when Rich came to pick up the final payment for the project. I gave him the final check & everything was paid in full, he shook my hand & proceeded to leave. I closed my door & was walking away when all of a sudden Rich rang my doorbell again. With a bad attitude & a complete change in demeanor, Rich claims That check wasn't for the right amount, you are few thousand dollars short!!!, so he is accusing me of under paying. I told him that it was the correct amount & he needed to think about it for a bit, I had to recite all of the payments that were made to him. Then with another complete change in demeanor he says, You're right, my mistake. Seriously...know how much money someone owes you BEFORE you go to collect it. So I would definitely Not rehire Regal Bath, just from my experience dealing with Rich. He either has some issues, or tries to take advantage of customers if they'll let him.

Regal bath and Kitchen. LLC,   Remodeling Job.
We contracted with Regal Bath and Kitchen in October of 2014, to do a major renovation of our kitchen and tile the shower surround of a bath, including replacing the fixtures.  We selected Jim and Rich from a choice of 5 bids. What we liked best about the bid, was their willingness to work with us on design, (we made several changes while they prepared the bid, which included several of their suggestions).  During the bid process, we felt that Jim and Rich provided us the best options for the cabinets. We did not want cabinetry that was engineered wood, and at the same time did not want an overpriced product. They were able to provide us ShowPlace products and we loved the choices and selections. Jim had previous experience with the product and was  able to guide us in making choices.  We had a chance to see some of the other projects they were working on or had completed. This was very important for us to make the final decision regarding who to contract with.  What clinched the relationship was that the work was to be done by Jim and Rich, and they were not going to subcontract and leave it to the subs (we had remodeled our home in 1995 and we had a terrible experience with the subcontracting of work).  They do most of the work, which included plumbing and tiling. They subcontract with a licensed electrical contractor for electrical and with a granite fabricator for the granite and stone work.
The remodel job included 2 parts.  One was a tile and  replacement of the shower and tub fixtures and surround around the bath tub.  The second which was major was the remodel of the entire kitchen in our open concept great room. This involved, tearing down walls, reframing, re wring electrical and re plumbing to change location of  appliances, painting and repair of ceiling in part of the house and painting walls and ceiling in the rest of the house. We also retiled most of the house, but contracted with Scottsdale Flooring America for the job, as we were more familiar with their work.
We are very satisfied with their service, work and the completed project.  We liked especially their candid input on our ideas, and in gently guiding us towards better solutions.. Thank you Jim for your constant commitment to making sure the work and cabinetry was just the way we wanted it. The job was completed within 4 weeks. They kept to the schedule and the commitments of what they were going to do.  We appreciated their timeliness, keeping us informed all the time, and efforts to clean-up after their day (thanks to Rich Allen who is the king of clean....). We trusted them to keep an  eye on the house while they worked and we had to run errands or had other commitments.  We lived in the house while the remodel was completed.   We highly recommend them,
