Premier Woodworking

Very disappointed in Erick and Shelly at Premier Woodworking. We had new crown molding that had to be installed due to a remodel. Once here, Erick began working only to determine the job would take longer than he had anticipated. He stated he would have to reschedule more time the following week. That was on or about August 20, 2022. A new date and time were set and Erick had to cancel.

On last time I was able to talk to Erick. There were a couple of text messages that he responded to, stating he would call right back. I've not heard from him or his wife, Shelly since. I've left several voice messages and sent text messages only to get no response.

New crown molding for our job was cut up on his first visit, now making it essentially useless to anyone else. Sadly, while Premier Woodworking was highly recommended, I can not endorse them and am completely disappointed in their lack of care and concern.

I tried reaching them multiple times here in yelp for fixing some door issues. Nobody showed the courtesy to even reply. I am disappointed with this company and will not use them.
