Hot water heater went out and Glenn from Now Plumbing came by and took care of it quick. He also stayed a little longer to make sure that it would properly start. He even gave me some nice tips on how to prolong the life of my water heater. Very happy with his service and suggestions.

I was referred to Now Plumbing by a friend when I noticed that my hot water heater was leaking gas. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!

I found myself suddenly backed into a corner with what I thought was a minor repair with a no longer useful irrigation pipe that needed to be capped. Well...like all things, we all prefer to see the minor when in most cases it becomes a little more complicated than what we picture in our minds. Having said that, after calling Now Plumbing, the technician, Avery explained my options. It was soon clear after his arrival things were going to cost me more than I ever expected to have things fixed right. And after a thorough explanation, which made a whole lot of sense to both of us, we rationally agreed to do the professional fix necessary. Avery was kind enough to work within my budget and it was a win-win for both of us. I could not be more pleased with the results.

We had Now Plumbing come out to replace the shut off valves for our washing machine.  Even though they did a good job of installing the new valves, we thought that the price that they charged ($1,445) was way out of line.  They knew after the job was completed that we were not happy with the price that they were charging us.  When we asked for a breakdown of the parts and labor, they said that they couldn't provide that, for which we though that was a bunch of bull.  I regret that I didn't call other plumbers to get estimates for this job.  I would not recommend this company to anybody and if someone needs plumbing work done, please contact other companies to get quotes

I had NOW Plumbing give me a quote on capping a gas line.  Their charge was over $500.  So I paid their $60 trip fee.  I've been quoted by a few others SW gas recommended contractors and they were all less than 1/2.  Waste of $60.... buyer beware.

We were thrilled with the service we received in an emergency flood situation due to a ruptured toilet supply line. Greg skillfully responded to the emergency by phone which enabled us to quickly locate and turn off water to the house. Juan arrived shortly thereafter, identified the source of the problem, and spent time educating us and replacing the valves and supply lines on our other toilets to prevent this from occurring again. Both Greg and Juan provided outstanding service and support that got us through a plumbing emergency. We are grateful for their service and care, and look forward to working with them in the future to reduce the likelihood of plumbing risks due to aging parts and materials.

I would advise you to look elsewhere when looking for a trustworthy company. This company seems shady and fraudulent. Called a week ago, asking if they did fireplace repairs. Guy on the phone with the thick accent told me that, yes, they do, and they can come in two days. I fully set up the appointment, made an account, and told him what needed to be fixed. He explained everything and even quoted me. He said they would be out and that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival, and gave me a time range, 2-5pm.
 
The day the technician was supposed to come out, we waited and waited until it was finally 5:30pm. We never got a call so we decided to call the company. The same man with the accent answered the phone. He was super confused when I asked about the status of the technician. He said, word for word, I don't recall ever talking to you, you don't have an appointment. I have no record of your call or your account. We would have called if we were going to come. He blamed it on a technical issue with their server and claimed they had a power outage. He claimed it had never happened before. He didn't apologize, but instead blamed the power outage and acted like I didn't even call even though I am very certain it was the same guy. He offered to reschedule, but this is obviously a terrible company that doesn't take responsibility for their actions.

We wasted our whole day waiting and then had to delay our repair to find another company. I would not trust this business. They are rude and incompetent.

we are glad we took the advice.  Starting with Greg, whom we first spoke with on the phone
to Joey and Jay who preformed the work.  Fast service, knowledgeable (completely explained the problem and the solution), polite, timely and very clean. They clean as the go and do a
total clean up at completion of job.   We then had another water problem, totally different from the first, so we called Now Plumbing again and received the same great service.  We would definitely recommend this company.

I called NOW Plumbing when I needed a new water heater. I spoke to Greg on the phone who was knowledgeable and and friendly. Joe and a helper came to my home in Gilbert and were able to install a new water heater with efficiency and expertise. The price was acceptable. I was very satisfied with their work and the professionalism of this company and would certainly recommend them.

I used this company for a water heater. Chris was a nice guy and very good plumber. He was clean and worked with me on the price. Between working with me on the price and Greg giving me a call after the job was done. I had to leave a review. I would recommend  this company, they are just good people.

I have used Now Plumbing on two occasions. Each time I was impressed by the professionalism of the plumber as well as the technical know-how he had to describe the problem and present me with the options to fix the problem.  

Most importantly to me, as I imagine most consumers, was an explanation of how the problem could be corrected at a variety of price points. Since I intend to be in my home for a few years I went with the more expensive fix, better quality and less worry of a repeat problem. Had I been planning to move within a year, my choice would have been different.  

The plumber was knowledgeable and made some suggestions about the health of my Hot Water Heater which turned out to be true since the second visit, two months later, was to fix the leak and lack of hot water.  

All of the work was done in a very clean manner, always aware that they were guests in someone's house and did not want to make a un-needed mess.  

I have recommended Now to a few neighbors who have been equally satisfied. They, as I, liked the personal touch that you don't get when you deal with the mega-plumbers in the Valley  who advertise all over TV.

I had a plumbing nightmare!!!!!  I live in a house that was built in the 50's.  I called Now Plumbing thinking my bathtub and kitchen sinks were clogged.  I was half right.  Chris came and snaked my kitchen sink and replaced the shoddy pipe work done and my kitchen sinks were fixed.  Yippeeee, I said.  Chris goes to the bathroom and not only was it clogged, but I had a serious leak under my floor.  Arrrrgggghhhh.....Long story short, Chris had to bring in Richie to help break up my floor and replace my pipes.  Chris was professional and patient from day one.  He showed me everything he was going to do before doing it and why he was doing what he was doing.  Both Richie and Chris are nothing but professional!  I would recommend Now Plumbing to one and all.  Keep up the good work fellas!!!

Professional and competent.  Not cheap, but you are paying for their competence.  There is a trip fee, which is waived if you have the work done that they recommend.

In our case, we had to get a new water heater.  They scheduled us quickly, communicated well, and appeared to do the job right.  This is the second one they have done for us, plus another job, and they always know what they're doing.  Organized, not haphazard.

They are our plumbers until they give us a reason to change.

My daughter had an issue recently with the water line to her house from the City meter (i.e. it was leaking).  Greg and Joe are absolutely the best!  They came out immediately, assessed the situation, waited around for the City to confirm the repair was good, and performed all tasks in a professional manner.  This company is awesome and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  Thanks Joe and Greg we truly appreciate your honesty, integrity and truly good work!!  Until the next time!

Called about 10:00 AM. I explained my problem. I was told a service man could come that same day - between jobs. The service man arrived around 3:30 PM and completed the work in less than one hour. He was congenial, professional, and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the result and were especially pleased the job was done on the same day we called. They were Covid-19 Ready when walking into my house which was Great. Fantastic service. Joe and Greg were brilliant. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable.  Will use again and highly recommend.
