Rich, owner at J-Six Plumbing, has done work at my house on a few occasions, to include replacing two commodes and fixing a broken water pipe.
I called Rich about the pipe before 7am because I had no water. He was here within just a few hours, got down to business and was on his way.
Rich at J-Six Plumbing is honest, reasonable and reliable. I recommend him without
reservation.

We called out a different company to unclog our drain (so we thought).  They were unable to do it and told us that we needed to dig up the floor to get to the P-Trap and replace our pipes.  Estimate was thousands upon thousands of dollars.  We called around to get other estimates and a company recommended J-Six.  They came out (earlier than expected) and unclogged the drain within 3 minutes!  No digging, no tearing up anything, no replacing pipes.  Saved us thousands of dollars.  Super friendly from the receptionist to the guys that came out.  Will never use anyone else!

J-Six was recommended to me by a larger plumbing company who didn't snake main sewer line drains.  Their office person, Jessica, was wonderful and scheduling and communication was top notch.  The office texted updates and the plumber called when he was on the way to the home.  Kenny performed the initial snaking which had to be done through a pipe on the roof, as my house was built in 1951 and doesn't have clean outs.  After around 30 feet he kept hitting an obstruction and recommended scoping, which had to be completed by the owner Rich.  A couple of days later, the scoping was completed and it was recommended that clean outs be placed and the pipe fixed.  Rich and Kenny were super cool guys who are true old school plumbers.  I believe J-Six is a smaller company that had great attention to detail and I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I hired J-Six to evaluate my 61 year old home sewer system. Rich came out and ran a camera through the line through a roof vent (only option) and explained I needed to have a cleanout installed and based on the video results I would only need a HydroJet to clean the cast iron line beneath the house and asbestos line to the manhole. He provided me a written quote for $1,990. I explained I had already received quotes from 3 other companies, much higher in cost and required more extensive repairs. (One of the quotes was $21,000)! He explained HydroJetting was all that was necessary. Last week he installed the cleanouts in a couple of hours and the following day HydroJetted the line. I was able to view the line on their monitor as it was Jetted and it was clear that was all that was needed. While he was here I also had him replace a toilet that I had previously purchased. They had it done in a couple hours even though it was somewhat tricky due to the age of the original installation. I can't give enough accolades to Rich and his helper, Ken and Jessica from their office. They were honest, extremely knowledgable, diligent, responsive and actually a joy to work with. I highly recommend J-Six for any plumbing work they feel qualified to do!
