BBM Services

This is the first time I've used BBM Services. I heard about them from a really good friend.  We needed a bathroom remodel to accommodate my aging parents. The owner promptly returned my call about our job. My meeting with his designer was a great experience! I felt like he really listened to what I wanted! I literally showed him a picture I found on Pinterest. BBM services was able to source similar products at a reasonable price! They completed the job quickly and efficiently! They showed up on time. They were here  when they said they would be here. They were so professional!  When they demoed the old vanity and tile etc. they took great care to cover my flooring! They left no trace of mess behind them! The workers were tidy and pleasant to have in our home!  
I'm thrilled with the end results of our bathroom!

My wife's family was using his services and referred BBM to me for something small. The owner Bobby sent my wife the most condescending text basically saying that he doesn't normally do little jobs like ours and refers them out and sent us a quote higher than everyone else  because he didn't want the job and ask my wife if it made sense and didn't want to scare her off like she doesn't understand or she's stupid. He had a lot of nerve.
After I gave him my colorful response he canceled his work on my wife's parents home. Half @ss'd choppy work. They're unprofessional, rude and entitled. Do not use them

Bob came out and gave me a bid within 24 hours and the price was very competitive. His crew was out a week after to paint the interior and exterior of my house. AMAZING. Couldn't have asked for a better finished product. The crew was polite and walked me through the work and Bob called daily to make sure I was happy. I recommended BBM to three of my neighbors...all got instant responses. Thanks to everyone at BBM!
