Just Plumbing

I called Just Plumbing from a recommendation.  They were at my house in less than an hour, fixed two portions of the problem immediately so everything was functioning again.  They called for utility markings because it appeared digging up a line in the yard would be necessary to complete repairs.  Upon prompt return and further evaluation, they advised that additional work was not needed.  I was very impressed with the efficiency and honesty of on site plumbers and the owner of the company.  The price was reasonable and they did all that was necessary, but did not over sell the job.  I will always give them an excellent rating.

Professional, competent and courteous office and field staff.  They showed up at my house in a timely manner and very quickly took care of a severe problem (leak down in the shower drain)  making sure the repair was done according to code.  Water was leaking through to the ceiling below and they had a quick response time.  Communication with the office staff was friendly and always accurate.  This repair was done several months ago and there have been no problems.  If you would like a company that communicates well, puts knowledgeable/personable staff on the calls and stands by their work contact Just Plumbing.  You will be treated with a personal touch and will not be just another call to make a buck.

Unfortunately we've had to call Just Plumbing a lot lately, but every time we have, we've never been disappointed. They are expensive but since we've never had to call them back to fix something they did, we figure they're worth the extra cost.

Scott is always on time, is professional, his uniform looks freshly pressed, and he has a smile on his face. He spends time explaining things to you and lets you know costs up front. If he's been under your house, he makes sure he is clean before he comes into your home. I wish I could think of more things to say about him, because he's that good.
We've called at all times of the day and Ann always answers the phone or returns our call promptly. She too is very professional and friendly.
We would (and have) recommend Just Plumbing above any other plumbing company.

Toilet was leaking on the floor.  I called Just Plumbing and Roman was here in a couple of hours.  He is very professional and repaired the leak in short order.  Thank you Roman for your great work.  The leak is still gone.

All we wanted was an estimate for work.  Came out, charged us to evaluate.  Never received an estimate.  Call weeks later about why we hadn't received one.  They sent some number out that detailed nothing, gave us no information, and seemed to pretend that the person that evaluated actually did something other than use a dart board.  We don't believe it.  We could have gotten the same figure using a dart board.-- not professional, not trustworthy. Won't consider

They were the best... kept to the schedule. Didn't have what he needed but went to Lowes, got it, came back and fixed it... that was the wow!

Rich was prompt, courteous and did great work.  I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and definitely recommend them.

We called Just Plumbing for an estimate to replace some bathroom tub fixtures.  Nothing crazy or unusual.  They wanted 605$ !  And that was with us providing the fixtures ourselves.  You do the math.  If a skilled plumber could do the job in 2 hours that's still 300$ an hour.  My wife and I literally laughed out loud.  I guess we'll never know how skilled or unskilled the plumbers would have been.  I could screw the job up myself several times before remotely approaching what these guys wanted.  They priced themselves right out of a job.  It reminded me of a story my grandfather told me about how some people would rather have 125% of nothing rather than 75% of something.  My opinion is that you look elsewhere.  WAY overpriced.
UPDATE:   It's now 10 May 2017.  Just finished doing this job myself for about 17 cents on the dollar.  And my tools were free.  It took me, a complete novice, about 90 minutes to complete this job.  I replaced the stems, seats, gaskets, shower head, overflow plate, fixtures....everything.  I got all my parts and tools from Lowes/Home Despot and, so far anyway, nothing leaks.  Youtube is your friend.  Lastly, we ran into a master plumber at Lowes and asked about the 605$ estimate.  He literally laughed out loud too.

Just plumb came just in time. I couldn't find a plumber on Friday to repair a leak in the walls. The technicians came, found and repaired the leak in an hour. Very professional and quick. I highly recommend.

Just Plumbing of Yorktown Va installed a previously used water shut off valve and charged as if it was new. I cannot recommend using Just Plumbing.

We had just moved in and my washing machine wouldn't work! Hot water was leaking and cold water wouldn't come on at all. I called in the morning and Ronnie was at the house in about an hour or so... he was very prompt and courteous. He had everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour! Now, it works like a charm! I would definitely call them again in the future.

No argument with the previous posts:  They are responsive, professional, and good at what they do.  Are they the cheapest?  Maybe not, but how much are you going to risk with strangers coming into your house?  They're worth the money.

Used Just Plumbing for a bathroom job replacing inside parts of toilet.
The result of the work was very good, but the price of the repair was exorbitant.  The repairman was great but didn't have all the parts in his truck so ha to come back a 2nd time.  Just plumbing charged me a $60 trip fee plus $95 labor cost both days even though it was one simple job!  Ended up costing more than a new toilet.  Great job, but extremely expensive.

I called them at 0830 for a broken ejector pump.  They had it repaired by 1100.  Nice job.

We had quite a bit of work to be done to our new home, and the Just Plumbing team was extremely helpful. They came over to give us an estimate, always came at the time scheduled and did a very good job. We are very happy and will use them again.

The absolute best we have had in our two decades at Ford's Colony. We have had them for both outside and inside work and found them prompt, skilled, fast and fairly priced. They say when they will arrive, with what skills and equipment, and they keep their word. In an emergency you can reach them 24-hours a day and expect a timely response.

This is the perfect plumbing company for you...

That's if you don't mind calling for an appointment, telling them everything you know about your problem, scheduling that appointment, having a plumber come out and tell you that they don't service that particular brand, offering to try and fix it but if they break it there are no parts, suggesting you to call the manufacturer and ask for parts, leaving things as they were... Then thanking you and charging you $85 for the great service.

Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the work they did for me. They took the time to ensure everything worked properly with no remaining issues. They were also meticulous in how they cleaned up, which may sound weird until you have any contractor you have to clean up afterwards. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We needed to add a gas line so we can switch from an electric to gas stove.  Just Plumbing delivered top notch professional courtesy beginning with administrative intake when I called all the way through to the completion of the job.  The estimate was timely.  The execution of the services was absolutely SUPERB!  There was great teamwork and communication at all levels between on site supervisor and technicians.  Not only do I recommend them for any of your plumbing/gas needs, but I would want to work for an organization like this!!!!!!
