There's nothing like finding raw sewage bubbling up into your shower on a Saturday night. On the recommendation of some neighbors, we gave John a call, and I kid you not, he was here, drain snaked, problem fixed, and mess cleaned up all within an hour! Did I mention it was Saturday night? I'm sort of thinking I might have imagined the whole thing because nowhere in my brain did I think it would be possible to deal with such a disgusting and big problem so incredibly quickly. He's a super nice guy, too! Highly, highly, highly recommend calling John for any plumbing needs, especially if it's an emergent problem.

Being a homeowner is a blessing and a curse!!! It's a blessing when things are going well but when they aren't, you need an honest, hard working professional. I'm new to Yelp and see the benefits in sharing TOP Performers in their fields. John is second to none! As luck would have it, my water heater failed. I notice it as water was leaking in the guest room floor. That's when I called John. He was out there in two hours helping me get this right. He has put in two water heaters. He has replaced the inside of two toilets. He has replaced my sink. He has installed a new disposal for me. He has fixed outside leaky faucets.  Of course, there is nothing he can't do and is willing to do anything to help me in a tight spot. Let me sum up saying he's the most reliable, caring and straight plumber in the business. I'm a Raving Fan!!!!  Thanks John for great years and awesome work!
