I have written this review many times but nothing does it justice. Bottom line is I hired Ethan once before and he did a good job. He was originally referred to me by my realtor and I needed his help.
Most everything was done through text so I will share that.

I have a large project going on at my house and had to kick my general contractor off and I am trying to finish out with subs direct. Any chance you would be able to come to the house this week to bid out all plumbing work?

At this time I reached out to the realtor who referred him to me and we talked. He apologized for lack of communication and that he has been working all day every day. That I would be next and latest would be 3/22

You told me in February that you would be able to get to my job at the beginning of March. I have many text messages and emails that have gone unanswered. When we would talk, you told me that you were finishing up a job and I was next. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm now down to 2 weeks left on my rental.
If you would have told me in February that you couldn't get to me for well over a month I would have continued looking for someone else.
Are you able to get out tomorrow, which is 4 weeks after when you originally told me you could be here??
