Mr. Rooter Plumbing of El Paso

Had a pretty difficult plumbing job so I called what I thought was a professional plumbing business. NOPE.
Did not do a proper assessment of the problem. Fixed one area that area still leaks. Sent a guy back out, made all the excuses. Called manager he didn't return call. Called Doyle James, president, also did not return calls.  

Avoid Mr Plumber.   We have options. Bad customer service + bad leadership leads to no more business.

My water valve was leaking.
They came replace box and valves.
Charge me $1263
And the water valve leaking again few hours later.
Obviously they come back and fix again.
It's your choice.

I had an emergency and called. They responded quick and evaluated the problem. The technician explained what was needed and what it would cost. I accepted it and authorized the work. When he started he noticed something else that could be a problem but was not broken at the time. He showed it to me and even repaired it with no extra cost. For being a short notice immediate response the cost was not out of the norm and the work was done fast and professionally. Would highly recommend them.

Not Happy apparently the owner wants to run prices up. Dosen't deserve a star at all. His workers are good but some know their codes have to do what the boss wants more money he will try to wear you out i got pictures

Here expeditiously and done in 30 minutes.  They also texted time to arrive and a photo of who would be showing up.  I will definitely use them again.

I am still on the fence about the service provided by Mr. Rooter.
I called them asking for assistance when my pipes going from the washer were plugged. The technician who came advised that he will get a supervisor with a camera to come in and take a look, and that in the meantime, I should use an enzyme solution to dissolve the deposits on the pipes. The following week, I got a visit from a senior technician with a camera. He showed me what was going on. He mentioned there was some cracks in the pipe, and while the enzyme might work for a while, the pipes were old.
I asked for a quote to replace the pipe. About 2 weeks after the fact, I reached out asking for an update on the quote. The technician came back again, and the following day I had a quote in my email.
A few days after, the manager called to make an appointment to change the pipe. I told him I would have to wait until I was able to make a decision about this with my husband, and that we will contact them.
I called to set up an appointment, and my husband asked to have the tech come by the house and explain what was going on.
And here is my dilemma. While they seemed like a professional plumbing company, the old stereotype on how they would treat women applied here. They pushed for me to make that appointment and have my bathroom and garage torn apart, only to tell my husband a completely different story, that the enzyme will work as long as we use it on a regular basis.
I am thankful and disappointed at the same time. I was excited about giving them 5 stars, however, it's going to have to be 3.

I needed a bib/faucet replaced in my back yard. I thought it was going to take forever since plumbers are busy due to last week's blizzard, but I called Mr. Rooter and left a message. They replied promptly and their tech, Jose, was here the very next day, on time and ready to go. He quickly resolved the issue and did the repair. The price I feel was reasonable and pretty much what I expected to pay. I definitely recommend and will use them again if I ever need a plumber again.

It was a short job but I'm told the tech was professional and didn't take long to handle the problem. If I had any negative things to say was the tech wore a 49ers ballcap lol.

No usen estos plomeros son rateros. Y no hacen el trabajo bien y no honoran las garantías que te disen por teléfono después de un día del servicio malo. Y cuesta tres veses más de lo que cobran la compañía verdaderos ROTOROOTER. SON RATEROS NO LES LLAMES.

I called regarding my water heater going out.  Woman said she would have someone call me.  

No one called me back.  

Ended up going with a different company who not only responded, but was able to get my water heater going within an hour, I was more than happy to pay their price.
