Glen is my electrician, he is very professional and pleasant to work with. He found the problem, need to come back next day to fix it, even call Encore to open a ticket to fix something for me.
He is thorough, knowledgeable and provide me options for how much I want to do at this time.
It cost a lot of money to fix my problem, but I am impressed with his work.

Eric Lawson has exceeded expectations again! Super professional, friendly, and thorough. He has been a life saver to help improve my home's complete electrical safety and modernized my whole system. I'm 100% confident my electrical system is good to go for many years to come. He has checked in with me on several occasions to make sure my electrical system is running smoothly and even fit me into his schedule last minute due to the sensitive urgency of some of my concerns. We called on Friday to have someone out due to two rooms in the house not having power. Between the time we called and the appointment, the breaker on our furnace tripped and we were left with no heat. When the electrician showed up we had him look at the tripped breaker along with the other problem. We were told by Chaz that the breaker was okay to flip back on and run our heater. The heater was also producing a dead animal smell. He told us to call the heater people out. Also told us to continue to flip the breaker if it tripped again. Quoted us $407 to replace the breaker but never told us not to use it. The breaker is a Federal Pacific Stab Loc, which are known fire hazards. We called the heating people out and flipped the breaker so they could smell. No problems with heater and we called for Mister Sparky back out. On the next visit we were then told it would be $1099 to replace the breaker. When the breaker was opened and actually looked at it was charred and only one switch back on, from setting fire to our house. There was no concern from the supervisor on the phone for the fact that we were left with a major safety issue and still insisted on the second price quoted. After repeatedly telling him it was an issue that should have been caught prior and that we were left with the possibility of a fire due to Chaz not recognizing the smell of burning electricity!! He finally agreed to $633, which was still over the initial quote. Nobody at your company wanted to take responsibility that they missed a major fire hazard and left it or that there employee missed something so major. Extremely disappointed and will never recommended your service.

On time, polite, professional but pricey. My job took @2 hours to replace 2 outdoor lights ( I provided them) and replace a bad timer ( they provided). $499

Tyler from Mister Sparky did an excellent job today. He listened to my concerns and provided useful suggestions for relocating my dining room light. I was truly impressed by his expertise and willingness to help. Thank you Tyler for outstanding service!!!

Mr. Sparkys was amazingly thorough, quick and knowledgable about every facet of the electrical installation from building codes, to wiring types to pinpointing exactly where the inadequacies were. Too they were well kempt, very courteous, extremely professional even kid friendly.

Tyler from Mister Sparky came out to get our wiring straightened out in our office by adding a new traveler wire, rewiring some switches and moving a switch for us. He went above and beyond our expectations! All work was completed as requested and quoted. He was very thorough as he explained what he was doing, and how he was doing it. He didn't miss anything! Tyler explained the importance of surge protectors for our home, and several other things that we could do to better protect our home.  Tyler was very professional, quick and efficient. They were able to come out the same day.  Tyler was the electrician that came to look at our situation.  Even though I ended up not using them, they were very professional and very knowledgeable.

Called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was very quick and professional. They were able to fit us in the following Saturday and were given a 8-11am window. At 8:10am Tyler Crippin showed up with a friendly smile. We showed him the issue and he quickly went to work. He was kind and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He replace the outlet that had burned out and checked the wiring. Then he went around the other side of the wall and checked those outlets that were out. He was already ahead of the game by not hitting on me like the last electrician that came to the house (see my review for Echeverria Brothers Electric), but his respectful manner and efficient work style really won us over. After he completed the work, we asked him if he had some time to look over some other issues. He said he did and we showed him two issues, one of which he was able to fix there quickly and the other which would have been more work and lots more money. He provided us a very well laid out detailed quote breaking down the different prices which I really appreciate. He wore booties inside the whole time even though he had to go back and forth between the front of the house with the damaged outlet and the back where the circuit breakers were. We would definitely use Tyler and Mr Sparky again.
