I had a busted water pipe on a Saturday morning and they got here within 30 minutes to check it out. John and mike got the job done quick and John was super friendly and explained everything to me in a professional way. Will definitely use them in the future for any of our needs!

They never could fix our problem with slow water, so we had to call someone else. Armstrong fixed it. Now, we just had another pipe in the back burst because they didn't put it in properly.

We love dealing with John from Jay Young Plumbing. He's a nice guy that I believe I can trust, and he does great work. We've used them for 2 or 3 jobs now, and I will call them again if we need service.

I had been having problems with my main line clogging.  I'd had two different plumbers out and it would be unstopped for a week or two then stopped up again.  I called Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out the nicest young man.  He was so polite and friendly.  After running his machine in the clean out several times and vent on the roof he said it got it cleared.  That has been 3 months and my lines are still clear.  I could not be happier with the service and response time.
P.S. After clearing my lines he ask if I would like him to stop my toilet from running and put a flapper on it for me.  
I will be calling them when I have any plumbing needs.

On a Friday morning my shower/tub started leaking all over. I called my plumber who was unavailable and then called Jay Young. I'm so happy I made the right decision.  Brandon came out a few hours later right on time. He was thorough and got down. To the problem. He also helped clean out some stuff which was really appreciated.  It could have been a very expensive problem nut it wasn't.  They were very reasonable and great service.  I now have a new plumber. Yikes.  The guy fixed the problem (I think), but he was the rudest (and most inconsiderate - mud on his shoes all over my floors!) technician I've ever had the misfortune to let into my house.  I think it's reasonable to ask what was wrong and how he fixed it without the guy acting like I was wasting his time.

I won't be calling them when I have another plumbing issue, that's for sure.

Update: To respond to Mr. Young's reply, he asked if I was the homeowner by saying uhh... Who are you? while not even introducing himself. So yes, I was offended and I think understandably so. He put on paper booties *after* I asked him to wipe off his muddy boots the second time he came in the house. I think that his trying to discredit my dissatisfaction by lying through omission to try to make himself look better speaks more about how they care about their customers than anything I say ever could.  Because they were contracted through my insurance doesn't negate that I'm a paying and potential long-term customer.

Also, the guy attached the hot/cold water hoses backwards and it messed up my clothes the first time I used the washing machine. Thanks for such a great experience!

Jay Young has continued to deliver on my ailing plumbing needs.  Chase has been assigned to come out on four of the past 5 times and I appreciate that he remembers having taken care of things before.  They have always been able to pinpoint any issues without dragging out the service call.  I appreciate that they never assume I am an not knowledgeable about my home and what all may be entailed with a particular issue.

I found this company thru Angie's List and couldn't have been more satisfied. The technician arrived with his son who's learning the trade and both were completely respectful, friendly and engaging. Finished in
about 20 minutes and fixed the problem perfectly.

As a first time customer I was shocked last December that they came out at night to do a repair. I had company arriving later that evening and they came through for me. I was in need again last week and they were able to promptly service my freezer. No hassle. Repairs done correctly the first time. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, very professional.

I prefer Jay Young Plumbing HVAC because we know who we are dealing with!  He was our landlord 15 years ago and he ALWAYS took care of us!  Staff is always nice and helpful. They even came out after hours on a weekend to help us with our A/C. I would definitely recommend them!  Thanks guys!

We recently had the 3rd slab leak in our 30+ year old home. This is the first time that a plumber has tried to find the leak without first rushing in and tearing up the floors and foundation, or do a quick fix. Unfortunately, the attempt to not tear up the foundation could not be averted, but we believe the elusive leak that has caused issues over the last 28+ years was finally fixed. Bryan Porter was the plumber who fixed the leaks. He was respectful, on time, very tidy in cleaning up after himself. His work standard reminded us of years gone by. We will not hesitate to ask for Bryan when we have plumbing issues in the future.

My air conditioner decided it was not gonna participate!! Called Jay Young at 8 am, they had a rep out by 2:30 pm... house was cool by 4:00 pm. Great work!! And reasonably priced. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I have issues in the future you can bet they will get the call. Thanks!!

I have used the wonderful services of Jay Young Plumbing 3 times and they have never failed to please me in every way. John had gone above and beyond and repairs my problems in a professional manner. My house is over 60 years old and you can imagine the problems that arise in the plumbing department. Dependable is the best way to describe Jay Young Plumbing. They never fail to get the job done properly!
