Vance did an excellent job working on our master bathroom remodel in 2011.  He explained every step of the work that needed to be done, was cost effective and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner.  This company's rates are far more reasonable than anyone else and they don't charge extra for nights or weekends. Would recommend to anyone

Reduced to 1 star due to not repairing the drywall needed to remove to access repair area.

He was willing to come out early as I wanted and to give an estimate before doing the work.  He explained things to me as he worked and was very courteous and friendly.  He fixed the problem in less than one hour and offered helpful tips for the future. I would definitely use him again.
