I called Freedom Enterprise electrical, Scott the owner answered and made an appt, he showed up on time, which is so rare to find with many companies these days. I had a problem with the electrical wiring in the house, it was a tricky problem. Scott found the source and fixed it. Excellent service with very Low Cost. He was professional and honest. I highly recommend this company.

I had issues with no electrical power for about 2 of my rooms.  One room been the computer room where we have all our electronics: internet routers, alarm hard drive, WiFi and working areas.  I was very worry because this systems are essential for me but more for my wife, who is a teacher and does a lot of computer work for lessons plans, etc.
 We are thankful that were we're taking care of our electric issues by Mr. John and Mr. Steve who were super professional, skill, polite and approachable.   As soon as they came in my house they when to test and diagnose the problem that was fix in one hour.  From now on you can count on getting my business and my family.

Levi and Johnny did a great job. They explained everything to me as they worked. They cleaned up after their work and put everything back in place before leaving.

Grant and his Southern Cross guys (esp. Seymour) have come out several times, often on short notice, and problem solved and resolved whatever issue I have. One time there was an odd short after they had been in, and they came back out promptly and made it right at no cost. Another time, when I had sent them a check with a different address, Grant called to be sure it was a good check - that's a major character issue in my book. Highly recommend.

In a word - FANTASTIC! The owner takes the time to respond to calls and actually listens to you describe your problem (None of the other electrician companies did). The service was exactly what I wanted. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional (ex-military person too). Cost was extremely reasonable and explained before and after the service. Did not waste my time and got right to servicing my issue and said he was always available if the situation would return or a similar problem. I had used other providers in the past, but, from now on, my sole provider for any electrical problems or issues will be ON ELECTRIC without any hesitation. By far, the best that San Antonio has to offer!

Bob and his company did a great job installing our back porch outlets, fans and TV's a few years ago. I have recommended him and his company to many people. They do good quality work at a good value.

I was very impressed by the guys at Sunvison Electric. They came highly recommended by an electrician friend and they did not disappoint. After the owner Jim came out to visit and understood what I was trying to do with some rewiring, he made some good suggestions, quoted me a fair price and we agreed on a time to do the work. The service technician came out on time and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work.

I was referred to Eskew Elevtric from
another master electrician who was booked weeks out. They were responsive and did quality work. I addition added outdoor outlets. You almost don't notice the outlets. I would highly recommend.

We have been planning to upgrade fans and lighting and install new fixtures throughout our home for some time. We knew this would be a big project and I wanted to make sure we found a qualified company to complete it. I reached out to KW Electric and they responded right away to my request for a quote and offered first an initial and, later, final walk-through to ensure the plan matched what we wanted perfectly. Dennis P. and his apprentice, Joseph, took the time to thoughtfully plan and install everything including a 72 fan and recessed lights in our 24' great room. I wasn't sure how an electrician would accomplish what we wanted, but KW Electric team explained their process every step of the way. They were quiet, kind, courteous, and responsive, always taking care to clean up the area they had finished in, before moving to the next. They are fully licensed and insured and I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone looking for high-quality, comprehensive electricians. Called Steven yesterday afternoon. Requested him to come first thing in the morning.  He was here on time, friendly, took care of my issue very quickly. The issue Im having faults out within 3 to 4 days.  He mention to me he would come back if the breaker wasnt the problem.  So far, so good!

Not impressed!  Ricky came to the house, seemed nice enough at first and went on about how he got sick of contractors ripping people off so decided to start his own company.  Turned out to be worse himself in the end.  Hired to replace 1  breaker,  and figure out why 2 sockets weren't working.  Rplaced the braker and said the external one needed replacing also - funny that the Ricky didn't find that when he came out and inspected.  Agreed to have them replace the second one.  They spent HOURS (they charge by the hour) trying to figure out what the problem with the sockets was, then said he didn't have the right equipment, and would need to come back again.  My husband called Ricky to discuss and query why the technician didn't have the right equipment with him... he suggested that 'when people remodel they cut wires' - we haven't remodeled, overall he was dismissive and rude! All in all they did about 1 hours actual work and charged $600.  Will NEVER use them again.

Volthouse has worked on the electrical for our kitchen remodel and a new shed construction.  The work was done promptly and professionally.  We are very satisfied.  We will use Volthouse again and highly recommend them.

Second review of Fusion, we use these guys because they are good, efficient, polite and provide good value. I hate reviewers that complain about tradesman that do work you and I can't. Art and Nathan were a little late today but they called and said they would be. When they got here we went over our list of electrical wants, they listened and got right to work. There was absolutely no resting for these guys, they worked hard for 4 hours and deserve every compliment they get. We will keep using Bryan and company because they represent hard working people doing work that makes us happy.

Mark Manchac and his crew had to move my solid brass chandelier to a different location and replace it with a new ceiling fan.   My clients are yoga students and needed a little more cool air coming their way.  The guys at M&M had to go up in the attic to reinforce the chandelier because it weighed so much!  They went to great lengths to get it done the right way.  I appreciate that!

My regular electrician gets booked weeks in advance, and I decided to try Dunman Electric to install a security camera with a floodlight.  I sent them a picture of the completed project on another property. Becky said her company can complete this project and would try to match the price.

The security camera is white and installing it on a white box makes the most esthetic sense.  The picture I sent to Becky clearly showed the camera installed on a white box.

Dunman electric chose to install the camera on a gray box which did not match either the wall or the camera. The gray box they installed looks ugly and unprofessional.   They charged me 50% more than what was quoted by another electrician, but they offered to replace the gray box with a white one if I payed $99 more for another service visit.

I wish I read Yelp reviews about this company before I hired them.

My A/C went out on Sunday. I called Jon Wayne and the lady said they were all booked for Sunday and the earliest appointment was for Monday at noon. My family wasn't happy they had to spend a day without central air but Jon Wayne is who serviced it before I bought the house.

I call Monday at 10am and the scheduling lady didn't know of an appointment for today. I was upset but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and had her send someone or call me with a new appointment. No one called it was now 1pm. I called back and Jon Wayne had nothing in their system for an appointment today. I CALLED 3 TIMES and no one entered an appointment to look at my A/C unit.

I love how they answer the phone with, How can I make you smile today. How ironic!

TERRIBLE!!!!
