The long details of how awesome you are and that you absolutely did bad mouth every single other business in town. Then trying to say it was on Thanksgiving is beyond tragic sir. Actually, I was unpacking that day, by myself because I have responsibilities, and so did my husband.  He was working entertaining very rich clientele at the ranch.  I was moving forward with my very strict timeline, as I told you months ago. You can't explain away my well documented horrible experience and all of the facts I have.  How would it benefit me to just make up some story?  Exactly.  I've got much better things to do with my precious time. I will not embarrass you any further and will not stoop to your level of lying.  I feel sorry for you. By the way, BEWARE.  This guy will let you select whatever colors you want, for a pushed out date (which I wanted months ago yet he NEVER got back to me), then he tried to change my mind on what I wanted because it would've inconvenienced him, and then only doing a certain percentage may cause an unwanted look, etc.  This man will try to steer you into his lane from what you really want....BEWARE.  Do not ever hire someone like this guy who refuses to see the job first hand.  He's a bad business man.  Big ego, and zero class.  Merry Christmas to you and God bless.  I will pray for you sir, because you are not headed in the right direction spiritually, which is the ultimate. I will be praying my father is doing a little better after doctors failed to listen to him 10 months ago when he said his cancer was back.  The tumor grew to the size of a small grapefruit on his jaw and they removed his jaw and he can't speak.  All this while I was trying to mark things off my list so I could move into my new home. Yet, you drug your feet and I kept waiting for something on the calendar from you. I wanted to see my dad after I tried to call and text etc etc and also had to work with other vendors, but no Eric showed up or anything.  Of course you don't have all of the conversations I had with you on the phone or the dozen or so calls I made trying to get on your precious calendar.  You robbed my precious time and my family's precious time before my father's surgery because you thought I was no big deal to get back to.  Go ahead, once again, your excuse for not calling or communicating for three days in a row right when you were supposed to do things?  You were sick.  Well, then communicate that you were sick and you refuse to help me.  It's rude.  Horrible business practices.  BTW, I asked him where do I sign so I can get on the schedule for over a month!  Rude.  I pray that your ego and your crummy attitude get a reality check.  Eric, you're not worth any more of my time. Go have a cat fight with someone your own size.  I'm a LION.  SO GRATEFUL I DID NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Irene and her crew were wonderful. She had great ideas for design and working within a budget. She went with me to pick out pots and I liked all her plant ideas.  The crew came on time everyday and did a good job cleaning up. I love my yard now.

Preach is our go to spot for all of our masonry needs during renovations. They're available in a pinch with little notice and offer great pricing. In other news, I'll be opening up a building supply company soon because oh em gee we've spent a lot of money here.

The crew and product were great and we are happy with the result. It was more stressful than it needed to be due to poor service from management. We were told day prior the project manager would call to review plans, and day of I could walk through in person with him to confirm. No call came the day prior, and day of no project manager to be found. I reviewed plans with the crew but not sure they understood. That night I checked on progress and discovered the wrong paver color was installed. Simple mistake and they corrected it the next day with a new order, but would have been so easy to prevent had they followed through with the communication they promised. Later on I asked to speak to a supervisor at the company to ask what happened and was told they would call me back, but no call ever came. Poor communication seems to be the culture of management here. Other estimates I got for the work were lower so I was hoping for better service.

Brian's crew was on time, cleaned up as they went and installed a beautiful floor in my garage.
I had a handyman epoxy a floor in my last house. 1/2 the price and flaked up within 1 month. When I called him he said he doesn't guarantee his work at that cheap price. WHAT?

RC Demolition just completed our whole house flooring demolition. Oliver was a pleasure to work with in arranging this big job. He was professional and competitively priced. Jose and Jolene did a great job hanging plastic to contain the dust on a very dusty tile removal project. We opted for the traditional mortar removal process rather than the dust free (which is also offered by RC), and the dust was really not as bad as I expected. They got the entire house done in about a day an a half. I would use them again.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

My wife and I moved to a new home in the Granite Dells and wanted to resurface the concrete garage floor.  Joey responded immediately to our request for an estimate.  He spent a lot of time educating us on colors, processes, and materials.  We chose to go with the polyaspartic coating (a fast dry process).  Joey did all his own work and went above-and-beyond to complete the work on schedule.  Joey was very personable, and we appreciated his conscientiousness and work ethic.  We are very happy with our new garage floor.  We wholeheartedly recommend Joey and Hales Concrete Epoxy Coatings.

We had our covered patio extended by Brooks Built and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were very upfront on costs and process of the entire project and they delivered with exactly as expected. They provided great communication throughout the process with picture updates, texts, emails... really not certain they could have done any better in any of the aspects. They cleaned up after themselves which was important to me, not to mention the most important part the extended patio project... the patio looks great and looks as though it was there from the beginning of the home being built. We couldn't be happier with the work that Gray and his team did at our home in North Scottsdale. Gray really knows his stuff and picked out the perfect assortment of shrubs and cacti to give our yard the wow factor that we were hoping for. In addition to the plantings and placement of boulders, Envirogreen installed completely new irrigation and landscape lighting systems. The project came in on time and within the budget that we had agreed to. The after sale service to make a couple of small changes was very prompt as well. If you need landscape work, don't hesitate to hire Envirogreen!

I have never done Yelp.  But for Kent, and the work that he has done on our bathroom and kitchen, this will be the first.  Kent does exactly what he says he's going to do, when he says it will get done, and the outcomes are fantastic.  We have communicated from afar; the interactions have been appropriate (called instead of texted when required), accurate (outcomes are what are expected) and timely (we have renters with whom we had to coordinate schedules).  Kent and his crew get a big thumbs up and I would highly recommend their work!

I hired Chad Hale and Unique Solutions in January 2016 because he came across as a solid Christian guy who would stand behind his 2 year warranty commitment.  I knew he wasn't licensed but I looked past that.  Big mistake that I will never make again.  Always hire a licensed contractor.  One thing Chad put in was new grass and an in-ground sprinkler system.  Because the grading of the lawn was done so poorly, I have some areas of my backyard that are continually soaked, including gravel areas that are not supposed to get water and other areas that are bone dry.  As a result, a lot of my grass has died and the ground around my pool pump is constantly soaked, which causes erosion.  Also, the water stake that they put by my new Chinese Pistache tree is right next to the trunk when it's suposed to be one foot away. Eventually the roots will break the stake and no more water, which will kill the tree.  I have tried since April 1st to get Chad to come back.  These are not quick fixes but they are not major ones either. Chad has had every excuse in the world not to return - he doesn't work with Unique Soutions anymore, he is not well enough to work in the heat, his partner Khal has to approve it and won't, it wasn't his fault........!    Well, it wasn't too hot in April and May, Chad.  Where were you then?  A man is only as good as his word and I had Chad's word that he would back up all his work.  So far he hasn't done that.  I kept my word and paid him on time.  Almost $5000.  And all I got was a mediocre job and no warranty!
