At first, I was upset with the extra $60 service charge that was not disclosed to me prior to making the appt.  Please make sure this is made clear to future customers, I think it will help.  In the end before I ran off to my appointment I was only able to afford half the locks that needed to be re-keyed.  This job was something that had to be done ASAP for my own safety from a pervious tenant who was living with me.  I stressed to Thomas not to let this person on the property, no exceptions.  I ran home during a break to collect my key and to my surprise, found a very pleasant note.
