Whelp, I tried twice to give this team business, called once, didn't a call back and when I did reach someone (3 days later) I was told to email them and they would get back to me...ok. Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Michael bid on a job to put together my granddaughter's swing set. It turned out it was a giant puzzle and quite challenging. Michael was gracious though the job was frustrating and, through no fault of his, took much longer than he had anticipated.  He brought his son to work with him. They did a great job and I enjoyed my morning with them. I would recommend him to anyone needing a project done.

This is Thrower Home Improvement under a different name, same Terry Thrower that will subcontract out the work to inexperienced people and leave your home a dangerous mess. Not to mention they fail to return calls and or emails.

They also let their ROC license expire. Changing names doesnt simply erase poor work..

I am so grateful! Work was done in a timely professional manner. The gentlemen were through, friendly and easy going. I had been so afraid it would rain before the job was done. Yet I was fit in quickly and other than a few drops it hasn't rained since. Now it will be a pleasure when the rain comes to actually enjoy it rather than worry about possible damage. Thank you!!!!
