I can't believe how incredibly inappropriate the owner of this business is. All I wanted was his services...I have a lot of things that need to be done around the house. He was very rude over the phone and I can't figure out for the life of me why. Anyways, I can't speak on behalf of his work, but I will tell you his customer service skills are subpar (and that's being kind). I'm updating this status because he contacted me in reference to my first review and was very inappropriate.

The vendor came to our home on Super Bowl Sunday and was so kind to take care of some persistent issues with our toilets. The value was great and they even did a follow up call the next day to fix an issue.

Very professional and responsive business. To date, I've had multiple/varying tasks which have been completed with great satisfaction.

Included in that are:
1. Door repair
2. Dry wall/touch up
3. Patio fan replacement
4. Electric socket repair

Miguel works very methodically and precisely to ensure the work is completed with quality.

Jason has been my go to guy for home repair and updates for about 3 years now.  I was impressed with him the first time I called him when he came the same day within a couple of hours for a minor home repair.  When I moved to my 1953 farmhouse fixer upper he has done all the upgrades with his team of craftsmen.  He is dependable, honest and finds the best price for the work that needs to be done.  If he can't do it, which is very rare, he knows someone who can.  He is my first call in home repair and renovation.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. Donald is great! Friendly and hard-working he was able to do all the misc. jobs we had for him; building a gate, replacing doors, fixing a dryer vent, cleaning out our gas wall heaters, and replacing our bathroom fan. He carefully explains what he is going to be doing so there are no surprises. We will be calling him again!

Best experience I have ever had with getting a handyman. Responsive and fair price! Especially great for someone who has rental properties because you'll get updates regularly during the visit and you can pay online. I definitely recommend the company to everyone.

We are absentee landlords and Linda has been very helpful in working with us to maintain our property.  We found them by a referral from Home Depot for an electrical project that was very difficult.  We met Terry when we were onsite between tenants.  He handled several problems very well.  We have never had to do the same thing twice.  AZ Mr FixIt works well with our tenants, provides accurate estimates, and always notifies us when unexpected issues arise.  It says a lot that we have worked with them for nearly two years by phone and email while not on site!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
