Best Ceiling Fan Installation in Phoenix AZ

We had a failed patio door casing from our master bedroom that was leaking and I was hoping to have repaired. I contacted Response Crew because of the many positive reviews here and spoke with Jennifer. I explained the problem and she took my information. Shortly thereafter, she called again and asked me to send pictures. After reviewing photos with her crew, she called and very honestly told me the job was probably beyond what they could do on a cost effective basis for us. Even though she declined the job, she told me she would try to find another contractor in their circle who might help. The next day she called me with contact information for another contractor and asked me to follow-up with her as to whether my issue was resolved. I was so impressed that even though Response Crew wouldn't be doing our work, she cared enough about my situation to put me in touch with another business and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Wonderful customer service from Jennifer and we will certainly use Response Crew for handyman services in the future.

We hired HandyPro Services for our guest bathroom renovation and the project was perfect from beginning to end. Michelle was not only extremely kind but she did an impeccable job with the renovation (new faucets, fresh paint, floor installation). We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

My wife & I have been looking for a handyman for awhile and finally had a situation where we needed one for some minor plumbing work (we had a standalone work sink in the garage that we needed to have disconnected and capped off to make room for a spare refrigerator). After some research, I reached out to Phil noticing he was originally from the same area I was in Illinois. Start to finish the experience was everything you would hope for. I advised of the job, sent some pics, he offered up a fair price, we scheduled, and in less than an hour Phil was done. He was easy to communicate with via phone and text, while also being quick to advise on anything pertaining to the scheduling.  He was punctual and did a professional job with everything we asked of him. He arrived a few minutes before his appointment time. Being on time, for me, tells a lot about a person!

He completed all my requested items, and did an excellent job! He replaced a backyard water faucet, and security light. He also removed the cracked and broken caulking in my tub, and re-caulked it.

While he was replacing my security light, he noticed something not on my list, and told me that he could easily fix it. It was the latch on my RV gate that was really hard to open. It had been getting progressively worse, and now it works better than it did when I bought my home 1.5 years ago!

I found Dan to be professional, respectful, and very affordable. I will definitely use him from now on!

BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

BJ is awesome! He is hardworking, meticulous and easy to work with. The office system, of sending u a bid, texting when hes on his way and follow-up is excellent. Thumbs up!

Amazing work! Gilbert was on time, extremely communicative and did an amazing job!!!

Winds had blown down a chain link fence with vines on it and across the wall it was not secure. Gilbert went in and reinforced every single part of the wall and explained what he did. I am absolutely amazed at his work and how professional he did it. I HIGHLY recommend Our Handyman pros for your Handyman needs. I certainly will be calling him for lots more work!!

Side note: I reached out to 11 handyman folks on Yelp and some refused the job, some were booked and some didn't respond. Pretty upsetting however Gilbert came through and I am extremely happy.

Eddie was outstanding. Super responsive, incredibly fair price, and great to work with overall. The work done was top notch, he double checked everything with us and made sure it was done just right. He was friendly throughout the process, and I really appreciated how thorough he was in cleaning the areas after he finished working. It's really hard to find a good, reliable and fair handy man, so I feel grateful that I've found Eddie! As a not very handy individual, I cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks again!

Kurt is the best!  He's done several jobs for me, and has done excellent work everytime.  He's very personable, and knows his stuff.  He's my go to handyman.

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.
